on the day of to make sure everything went smoothly between my vendors, since everyone made sure to tell me that the coordinators assigned to you by your venue work for the venue not for you. We had a couple of phone calls and went over all the decor details, who my vendors were, all the info on timelines for the venue and any questions she had, etc. I CC'd her on my final worksheets for the venue which had all my vendors, bridal party , detailed decor list etc. As explained in her contract, we were due to meet for the first time in person on the day of my rehearsal. A few hours before my rehearsal she texted me that she couldn't make it to my rehearsal because of parent teacher conference and that she was sending one of her lead planners in her place. The lead planner that was sent knew absolutely nothing about the details of the event. At one point she asked me who my DJ was, said that she was familiar with her and then started talking poorly about her- saying she's known for being late. She also brought her child with her to the meeting, who sat with us at the table with the venue coordinator, who I was also meeting for the first time, to go over every detailed planned over the last year. She listed to all the details I went over with the venue coordinator and took notes on her notes app on her phone. It felt like there was really no point in continuing with services with her, as I spent more time in my meeting answering her questions to catch her up to speed than asking my own questions I had for the venue coordinator. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. I left my rehearsal so frustrated that we ended up cancelling services with Kristin for the day of the wedding, even though it meant we would loose out on money we already paid her.

I was really impressed with how she handled everything with ease - from alphabetizing labeled ornaments I used as escort cards to navigating family questions. She was everywhere at once and getting everything done. If I thought of something, it felt like she was right next to us when we needed her. My husband and I agree she was one of the best decisions of the day for us and made everything go smoothly so we didn't have to worry about it and we didn't have to ask family or the wedding party to worry about it. My bridesmaid also keep saying how great she was and even guests who she was helping to guide through the evening! She was so friendly, understanding, and a true wedding professional who took the stress away from the day and really helped the day happen. Our venue included a wedding coordinator, but I’m glad my gut told me to hire Kristen because from the day we booked our venue till the day we got married (2 years) our venue coordinator changed 3 times, the 2nd one quit 2 months before our wedding and I had no clue until I reached out and got a response from a new person. So all the conversations I had with the last two weren’t fully tied in with the new person, it didn’t feel personal to us and kind of last minute. But because I had Kristin and her team, it went seamlessly! I wasn’t stressed about a thing!
Kristin also captured some pictures and video through the day so I had some pictures to see and post the next day!

ehandedly made my wedding day a space of zen instead of stress. She handled ALL of the communications with our vendors the week leading up the wedding weekend and made sure that all of our t's were crossed and our i's were dotted. She has such a wealth of knowledge and experience, things that seemed like the end of the world to me were NBD to her and she was able to reassure me quickly and provide a solution. Our ceremony venue only had seating for 60 people but we had 75 RSVP'd "yes"es. This somehow was completely fine and I didn't even notice!! Her and her team also snapped some pictures during the ceremony that ended up being the only shots we had to look at on our honeymoon- needless to say Kristin made our wedding 10000x better by being a part of it. 15/10 recommend her for day-of coordination.

She called me back that day to get a better understanding of what we needed. We had a fairly simple wedding but I needed the peace of mind that everything was taken care of. After speaking with her she gave me a better more customized quote as we did not ask a lot from her.
We also priced out other wedding day coordinators but they were not willing to bring down their price even though we were not asking a lot of them.

n time due to an issue with her child and did not even attempt to come back until 9:45 with her child at which time I told her to to bother. The reception was almost over. She did have 3 of her team members there all day, but not one of those team members had been involved in any email, text or phone call regarding the wedding and knew nothing of the details. I paid for a wedding planner to deal with all of the vendors and make sure every detail was orchestrated as planned, so that my husband and I could enjoy the wedding with the kids and our guests. There was one issue after the other from the ceremony to the end of the reception that I had to point out to her staff to deal with and sadly most of the time it was to late to fix the issues. Issues her staff knew nothing about. It was overwhelming to say the least.
I’m sympathetic to the fact that her child was ill, but the wedding planner is the one person responsible for coordinating every event during the course of the wedding. That was why I hired her and that did not happen since her staff had no idea what the details of the event were. The events of the day certainly for me were overshadowed by dealing with ongoing issues all day and night. I’ve waited a week to write this review since I was so angry and upset after the wedding that I wanted to step back and calm down. Bottom line is, it was her job to deal with all issues during the wedding reaching vendors and details and that certainly did not happen.

We are pretty organized and type a, but knew we needed a coordinator after attending weddings that were definitely more work for the couple because they didn’t have one. It also really helped to have her because our ceremony was occurring during vendor set-up at the venue, so we couldn’t have any wedding guests help with that.

Kristin helped us discover different vendors and we are so thankful for her because I had absolutely no idea where to start with which vendors to choose from, and I was a VERY indecisive bride, but she never stopped searching and helping us until we were comfortable with our decision. I didn't get to plan with my friends because it was a destination wedding, but with Kristin it felt like I was planning with a Best Friend!! She is awesome and always asks the questions that you forget to ask the vendors and she ALWAYS has your best interest in mind!!!! I had crazy ideas for my wedding, but she never made me feel that they were impossible or ridiculous.. she works so hard to ensure your dream wedding comes to life. Every vendor that I came across had nothing but great things to say about her. I realized while I’m normally a planner and well organized... the world of weddings was overwhelming me while I tried balancing school life and all the rest. Simply put... she supported us through having to replan most of our wedding including changing our entire venue. She made everything OK and kept us so excited for our new big day. AND THEN the day of! As I was waiting to head to the Chapel for our ceremony...I looked to Tracie and Kristin and said “wow, I don’t know how anyone gets married without you”. And I meant it!! D our venue had let a lot of the event team go, and it was apparent that the person helping to coordinate our wedding was spread too thin. We decided a few months before our wedding to hire a day-of-coordinator in order to supplement the coordination at our venue and we are SO glad that we did. Kristin really got involved about a month before our wedding and talked through our vision, timeline, vendors with us and asked a number of questions to make sure that we weren't missing any major details. She also asked us about what mattered most to us about the day which is how we determined the appropriate timeline (and ensured enough time on the dance floor for everyone!). Kristin was readily available to answer any questions that we had in the weeks leading up to the wedding and also reached out to all of our vendors to make sure that everyone had the appropriate timeline/ location/ information in the days before the wedding. It honestly made the weeks before the wedding so stress-free for us to not have to worry about any of these details and we knew we were in good hands.
Kristin was there for the rehearsal and really stepped up to run the show and organize the whole process (even more so than the coordinator at the event). She was especially helpful dealing with the young flower girls/ring bearers and determining the best place for them to come in from to avoid a super long walk/ minimize stage fright. The whole process was quick and painless and we were confident going into the wedding that everyone knew what they were doing.
On the day of the wedding, Kristin was amazing. She was literally everywhere helping with every component of the wedding. She helped organize the wedding party for pictures, made sure that all of the vendors were there and had what they needed to set up, and sent pictures of the reception room so that I could see them as I was getting ready. She also took all of the phones/ bags/ shawls from the wedding party to put into our bridal suite so that nobody had to worry about their belongings. The whole day from getting ready, to the group pictures, an the reception went so smoothly that if there were any issues, I had no idea about them. Additionally, she kept the reception speeches/ cake cutting, etc. moving along so that we could all enjoy the band on the dance floor for a full two hours. She also took a million pictures throughout the day that she sent us the next morning (which was amazing, because we still haven't received our professional pictures yet, so they're currently the only ones we have) so we were able to relive the day.
The day after the wedding, it was clear that Kristin was a standout to everyone as she was mentioned as a star by everyone that was in the wedding party. I cannot say enough nice things about Kristin, she was so organized, efficient, and fun to hang out with and kept everyone relaxed for the day. We weren't sure if we wanted to spend money on something that was supposed to be included in our package but it was definitely worth every penny and we are so glad that we did.
Stop me if you have heard this one before: ‘Planning a wedding is stressful. Planing a wedding and then having it moved multiple times (during Covid) is a nightmare.’

Outside of the regular wedding day duties (setup, vendor communication, wedding party instructions, etc), her team did everything and anything - ranging from being in rain gear (it was a monsoon most of the day), driving us to the first look photos, taking video of the ceremony and some of the best photos we ended up with!
The above are just a few examples (there were numerous) of things that were outside of what the expected offering … but after working with Kristin, it is no surprise that ‘expected’ is just the starting line for her team when ensuring the bride and groom can have the wedding they envisioned (and even more). When she says ‘I am here for anything you need’, you can be confident that she will deliver. Nothing shakes Kristin and her team … and they have fun while doing it.
We are forever thankful that they were there for us and helped us have the best wedding day ever.

She called all of our vendors to confirm timing and details, and was so responsive to our phone calls and text messages any time of day. When I finally met her - I gave her a big hug because she relieved all of the stress I was having weeks leading up to the wedding. She was so organized and helpful at our ceremony rehearsal. She was gentle yet assertive - keeping us on track but letting us have our moments of laughter, cries, and fun. On the wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing. I felt like Kristin knew what I was thinking before I was even thinking it, like making little adjustments to the decor tables. She even came in to help bustle my dress so I could get out and enjoy cocktail hour quicker! d Newport it seemed like it could be helpful. Then the realities of COVID become clear - no venue has a clear stance on the 'rules' and every venue and vendor can approach the situation differently. Kristin guided us throughout the entire month before our wedding - she was so quick to respond to any text, email, DM, call, at any time. She helped make clear and executable plans with us so that going into each venue (rehearsal dinner, reception, church, even the trolley) we had clear expectations and a way to handle obstacles. We also came up with creative solutions so that our wedding was able to appeal to both our guests that were ready to party and those that were being cautious. Kristin is organized, meticulous and just generally able to get sh*t done no matter what. Not only has she handled many many weddings before and knows about all the right questions to ask (think weekend-of packing list) - she's also now handled a ton of COVID weddings and knows the ropes. Her pricing is super reasonable considering all of the peace of mind she gave us - I literally just gave everyone Kristin's number and let her do her thing. Not to mention she has an amazing assistant, Tracie, who aided her through navigating a wedding I wasn't sure was going to be possible. Hire them and don't look back!
