After many years of working in the wedding planning industry as an assistant Day Coordinator. Soon after, I became a lead assistant for multiple event planning companies, and am now offering my services to my own clients as a seasoned event Planner and wedding Coordinator.I love to travel, and this has helped me develop a keen sense of planning and organization. Since the young age of 4, I have had the opportunity to visit over 35 countries (and counting!)Having been exposed to so many cultures has allowed me to experience a variety of traditions, foods, and people! This has helped me develop my passion for all things creative, which has helped time after time with client's events. I pride myself in attention to detail, having a creative vision, and a warm personality.

Kristina helped us envision our wedding as a wedding coordinator and we worked with her for several months to plan for our special day.
She was extremely organized and experienced with all of the wedding milestones that went along with the process. We were grateful for her help as it really relieved the planning process for us as two working professionals.
I also needed her help getting through the weeds of wedding planning such as the type of table linens, florals, and the detailed layout of tables and guest invitations. She helped us do this with ease!
We took her recommendations for a florist, wedding invitation website and a few others, and they were spot on! The vendor process was easier with her dedicated help.
I would highly recommend Kristina's services for your wedding or event needs. She is professional, detail oriented, and has experience planning for everything especially if things don't always go to plan. She was willing to work with us in our budget, meet with us as necessary, and to help us find vendors with her connections.

Kristina was wonderful! We hired her as our day-of coordinator. In the month leading up to the wedding she was super helpful meeting with us over zoom, going over the details with us, and making sure we had everything together (turns out there were some important details we had missed, like trash cans, so this was super helpful). On the day of she was super attentive to all the details--she set up our plates and napkins for us in a very lovely manner, moved our water station when she noticed where we had put it was difficult for the guests to find, had our string trio move when she noticed that the guests were moving away from where they were playing, set up our cake topper and gifts very nicely in our room, etc. Kristina was also just such a lovely person to work with and we would highly recommend her!!!

Kristina was amazing throughout the wedding planning process and the day of the wedding. We were all impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. She helped us plan our fairytale, rustic style backyard wedding from scratch which meant doing everything from A-Z. I appreciated all her ideas and suggestions with the selection of the vendors and with helping us turn the backyard into a beautiful venue. She was a great communicator and was well organized. I trusted her insight throughout the planning process. She visited the backyard multiple times to help plan the set up for the reception and provided a lot of great ideas and suggestions. She helped us find all of our vendors for our wedding and coordinated with the vendors. She also made sure that we were staying on track with booking all the vendors and getting all the ducks in a row in time for the wedding. She always made herself available for calls and was responsive. She was super caring and friendly which made the wedding planning process even more enjoyable with her. The day of the wedding, she was calm and professional and made sure everything ran smoothly. She did a fantastic job juggling all the surprises and ensured the wedding ran smoothly. She is a great problem-solver and very intelligent. She helped bring our dream come true with having a beautiful backyard wedding for 200 guests. Our guests told us that it was the most organized and beautiful wedding that they have attended. I highly recommend Kristina for her services!

Kristina was fantastic. She never tried to upsell us, but always had a ton of great options within our budget for what we wanted. She always responded quickly to emails/calls, and was very helpful in dealing with other vendors. The night of the wedding, she was the "invisible hand" guiding all events to a smooth and satisfactory resolution. She was always cheerful and always had help for anything and everything that came up. Absolutely perfect!

We worked with Kristina for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with the experience! She attended meetings, guided us towards making the best choices for us, and we felt so comfortable and relaxed on our wedding day knowing everything would be taken care of. Kristina is fantastic. I hired Kristina as my wedding planner and coordinator for my wedding. From the second I started talking with her she has been nothing but helpful and professional. Kristina was able to help me find my vendors and she was available to be a part of every phone call and meeting I had with each vendor which was super helpful as she was able to ask important questions that I didnt think to ask! She also did a venue walk through with me a few times to help answer questions and make sure the day went smoothly. Having Kristina as a planner really helped make sure everything went smoothly and I really appreciated how she always made me feel like a priority. Kristina made sure to keep me on track with all of my planning and gave me a lot of vendor recommendations. She also was amazing at keeping us on track at the rehearsal walk through the night before! I am so thankful that I hired Kristina, she helped bring all of my dreams to life and made the very stressful wedding planning process so much more enjoyable!
