From the first time we spoke until the day of our wedding the professionalism, kindness, honesty is always there. You can tell she cares about her clients and her job, it was my pleasure to work with her and cannot recommend her enough.

Where do we even begin!? Kristina was the Fairy Godmother of our wedding! From Day 1 of meeting her, it was an absolutely amazing experience working with her to make our dream wedding come to life. She was always so kind, warm and patient with us (and our parents – who had many detailed questions and concerns lol!). She was so flexible with her schedule, always making herself available to speak with us, despite our hectic work schedules (we work at all hours of the day and night – she always made time to speak with us). She connected us with an amazing team of vendors, who worked seamlessly together on our wedding day. She made the process of hiring vendors fun and easy. She joined us on all our calls with vendors and made sure that none of our questions went unanswered. She even asked questions that we would never have even dreamed to think of, making us feel so prepared and even more excited for our big day. She would even write all of our follow up emails, making sure every single detail that we had discussed was written down so that we wouldn’t forget! She made it so all we had to focus on was what we wanted our dream wedding to look like, and she made it come to life. Our venue was a bit unique in that the dance floor was in a separate space from the dining room, and she made the transition from dinner to dancing absolutely flawless. In fact, every transition in our wedding was seamless and everything flowed so smoothly because of her and the amazing teamwork that she orchestrated. Kristina advocated for us with our venue, making sure that every detailed question we had was answered, even if she had to follow up with the venue multiple times. On wedding day, she ran the show. We never had to think of a single detail – we knew how much we could trust her, so it never even crossed our minds to busy ourselves with any of the details on the day of our wedding. We enjoyed every second of the wedding because we knew Kristina had our backs and knew what we wanted maybe even better than we did. She went above and beyond any of our expectations. When we saw the venue setup before guests arrived, we were SPEECHLESS. Our jaws literally hit the floor. Kristina and our team of vendors nailed it. Everything was even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Kristina made our wedding truly special and unique. She helped us incorporate so many different cultural traditions and intricate details; from finding a vendor who makes Brazilian sweets, a stationery artist who made gorgeous signs, to having an adorable French fry food truck at the end of the night, she made our wedding magical and so personalized to us. We cannot stop reliving every single second of our wedding and we are so thankful to Kristina. Kristina was honestly more than a wedding planner. You can tell that this is more than just a job to her and that she truly cared about our happiness and about making our wedding a magical day. We will miss our meetings with Kristina now that our wedding is over! If you do not work with Kristina for your special day, you are truly missing out. Kristina was easily a 12/10 planner, and made our day so incredibly flawless. If there was an issue, I wouldn't have known and still would not know because she's so good at her job that every single thing seemed to magically fall into place. I swear she must have a second pair of eyes and ears because that woman was juggling a million things at once, and through it all still made sure that every last wish of ours came true. From finding us an Italian accordion player 2 weeks before the wedding, to staying up till 4am to make my bridesmaids gift bags without me even asking bc she could tell how tired I was, to helping me stay flexible on cake cutting, outfit change, bouqet toss etc by somehow appearing instantly every time I was looking for her on the wedding day -- Kristina was our wedding's fairy godmother. She was with us from the moment we got engaged through the wedding weekend -- it was the best decision, and I will vouch for her forever!

Words can't describe how grateful we are to Kristina for her help. We hired her 5 weeks before our wedding for day-of-coordinator, and we felt like we had so much to do with all the little details and we didn't have a timeline yet. From our first phone call, we felt more at ease and she's very accommodating with meeting times. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Kristina and everything she did for us on and before the wedding day. So you’re getting married, and maybe you’re thinking of hiring a planner. STOP, just STOP… don’t even think about it for one more minute, just contact Kristina! SERIOUSLY. When I was planning my wedding I heard all kinds of stories about brides regretting not hiring a planner and after going to a few weddings without one I figured it would be a good idea to see what it was all about. I mean I’ve played DJ at a wedding whose couple decided a Spotify playlist was a good idea, no shame but definitely wasn’t. I’ve even gone to a wedding where my husband and I stood while everyone was eating their salads because they didn’t place enough chairs at a table. I wanted to do things differently, and if you have OCD/anxiety you should want to also! A wedding is a time where legit 29 million things are happening and you really want to just live in the moment focusing on the fact you’re marrying your husband. I’ll be honest here, I was pretty buzzed immediately following church so when things were being asked or going on Kristina stepped in, saw my face and just handled it. I remember during our first initial conversation going over expectations, I said I wanted this to be about my husband and our little boy… she gave me that, I worried about ZERO things and that is saying a lot coming from me. Kristina is very much industry royalty, you’re getting top notch crème de la crème service. She knows this world inside and out and has already planned for X, Y, and Z to happen knowing full well what to do if it does. BOTTOM LINE: Kristina is not just someone I hired, she’s someone that helped me relax and enjoy one of the most important days of my life to which I’m so very grateful for. We decided further along in our planning process to add a day of coordinator and after reading many reviews, we narrowed in on Kristina and her team for our day of coordination. While Kristina was already booked for our wedding date, she was very helpful and working to secure her lead planner, Alex for our wedding. Our package included 5 weeks of wedding planning support in the weeks leading up to the big day and this was so so worth it. No matter how organized I was, there are just items that don't come up until the last few weeks and it can be overwhelming. Having Kristina and Alex on weekly calls to review final details, timelines and talk through potential last minute changes was crucial and made everything so much more manageable. On our wedding day, Alex arrived right on time and immediately jumped in. She helped with steaming bridesmaid dresses, handled my dress and detail items and made sure everything was taken care of. I cannot recommend Alex enough. Throughout the whole day she made everyone feel comfortable. Her demeanor was calm and positive and she quickly became our friend over the course of the day. Even when we had a hiccup with our transportation, Alex handled it and kept us calm that all timing was going to work out. At the end of the night, Alex was able to handle all of the wedding items and clean up so that my family and bridal party could head to the after party and not have to worry. We cannot recommend Kristina and Alex enough. If you want wonderful women to make your day run smoothly, they are your team!

Kristina is truly one of a kind. Our wedding day was seamless and ran so smoothly all because of her. She made the weeks leading up to my wedding completely stress free. She went above and beyond for not only me, but for my entire family. She was two steps ahead of the game the entire planning process. There was not 1 thing that she couldn’t fix. The BEST decision we made was to hire Kristina as our wedding planner – she was worth every penny! She is so personable and detailed oriented which helped everything go smoothly the day of the wedding. We had weekly meetings with her leading up to the big day where she helped us with all the timelines which were very complicated because we had many moving parts including various locations and transportation that ran from noon to 11pm. There is no need to look any further .. HIRE KRISTINA. Kristina is a literal magic godmother wedding planning wizard and there is no way our wedding would have gone off seamlessly without her! She literally handles EVERYTHING - timelines, vendors, ensuring everyone and everything is where it needs to be, holding your lipgloss, fixing your hair, making sure you have drinks and snacks, carrying all sorts of things, and literally being by your side the entire day and days leading up. I honestly didn’t think that I needed a wedding coordinator, but my now husband convinced me otherwise. Hiring Kristina to be our wedding planner was easily the best money we spent on the entire wedding. From the first meeting we knew that she was going to be a wonderful person to work with. Truly a Hallmark movie, from beginning to end. We knew what we wanted and for the most part had 99% of it taken care of. Venue and all the vendors locked in, deposits out! However, that inner voice was saying, what if? What if someone forgot something? What if a vendor canceled at the last possible moment? What if the venue over promised? Could I resolve any situation the week before, the night before, or even the day of? My A-type personality said, hell yes. But did we really want to be stressing over something the week before or worse, the day of? I wanted my bride to have the best day, everything she envisioned, planned for, etc... I did my due diligence. I researched and interviewed wedding coordinators. Afterwards, I presented my bride with Kristina’s resume. She remarked… Do we really need a coordinator? My response...YES! During our one on one interview with Kristina she was quite impressed with our progress. She was second-guessing what value she could provide. We were impressed with her honesty & integrity. She did not want the gig for the sake of making money. She wanted to make sure she could be of service. My bride felt connected so I knew I did not want anyone else. We agreed that the Day of Coordination was the best option. Heck, we had everything locked in. What could go wrong, right?! Let the drama begin... Over the course of a few weeks, prior to our wedding, there was a lot of turnover within our venue. We were assigned several event planners, none of which were employed the day of. Management who over promised and didn't show up the day of until the end of the event. Three days prior to the ceremony our minister and musician cancelled on us because they came down with COVID. Two days before we find out the venue did not have what was needed to provide our food presentation vision. Naturally, we were stressing. Until Super Woman Kristina took everything into her own hands! Not only did she provide options she had solutions! She connected us with a last minute piano rental, offered to step in and preform our ceremony, even brought some of her personal items from home in order for my bride to the elevated brunch she dreamt of. Honestly, the list goes on and on. Best of all, Kristina kept my bride laughing throughout a very stressful time. Kristina’s work ethic is undeniable. She cares! An unrelenting drive to make our day as perfect as we envisioned. From orchestrating the venues every action, to carrying tables up flights of stairs. She truly cared about what we wanted down to the littlest details. We should submit this whole experience to the Hallmark Channel. As in all their movies, the ending was perfect! Have no reservations, we would recommend her a million times over!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kristina. As someone who is very Type-A myself, I appreciated that she was always ON IT when it came to everything. I was worried about how I would handle all the final logistics leading up to the wedding and the day of, which is why we had originally started searching for someone. We are incredibly grateful we found Kristina. She crossed every T and dotted every I (even the ones we didn’t realize we had) with ease and smoothed out every random bump that came up on our wedding day. Kristina is also super, super down to earth which helped ease any nerves I had and made sure my husband and I were first priority at all times throughout the night. I will start with this: Since my December wedding, whenever anybody asks me for advice on wedding planning, the FIRST thing I say is hire a coordinator! Leading up to the wedding, I was a ball of stress. Wondering what I wasn't thinking of, what I was forgetting, etc. From the moment Kristina took over 5 weeks out, she immediately made me feel at ease. She's incredibly organized, and walked me through everything I needed to make sure everything was taken into consideration and ready to go. And let me tell you -- she put out multiple fires I didn't even have to know HAPPENED on my wedding day! From centerpieces falling apart, to a random gingerbread house where our cheese board was supposed to be, she took care of EVERYTHING and made sure everything was how we wanted it. She even stayed after the wedding to take apart our arch so we could head to our afterparty. Kristina is the exact person you want with you on your wedding day: she keeps you calm, stays positive, and makes sure you have the most stress free day possible. There's truly no place to begin in conveying how integral Kristina was to our wedding. My now husband and I agree that there is a slim chance we would've pulled everything off (with plenty of day-of curveballs) without her. In fact I remember my spouse looking at me post ceremony/prior to reception and saying "oh man, now we don’t get to hang out with Kristina anymore". By hang out he means as many phone calls/texts/emails/ facetimes/ and in person visits requests as it took to pull the whole thing off. A few highlights of our delightful time working with Kristina (whom we dearly love and cherish): Let's just say that our garden wedding was thrown for a loop when a Nor'Easter arrived on our May day and it was 45 degrees and POURING. Kristina talked us off a ledge, matched our energy and pulled everything off (that had to be revamped that day) without stressing us out further. Kristina drafted every email that we asked for help on. She kept tabs on our vendors/site coordinators and had meetings with them that she handled on her own. As two busy healthcare professionals (who are debatably "anti-planners"), this was crucial for us as was her setting deadlines for us (at our request). She would politely hassle us via text with reminders when she realized emails didn't work and made sure everyone had their own deadlines met/was paid in the correct increments/was on the magical MASTER timeline that we never had to look at once because Kristina had it all under control After we were underwhelmed with our event coordinator group tasting dinner, Kristina helped us craft an email to arrange a private tasting that highlighted our chosen menu. The tasting was key to us feeling comfortable and excited with our caterer and Kristina was kind enough to attend with us. Kristina became pals and **won the approval** of my MOTHER which is near impossible (ask ANYONE on the East Coast).. In fact during the reception, my mom asked Kristina to plan my youngest sister's potential future wedding who doesn't even have a boyfriend at the moment. Even after the wedding, my mother continually compared my sister's wedding planner to her and Kristina came out on top every single time. At first mention of anyone planning a wedding, we JUMP to recommend Kristina and become actively excited for the couple to work with her. We had such a phenomenal experience and our day was better than we could ever have imagined. Ugh we love Kristina and truly admire the empire she has built in pulling off fantastic & special weddings.

She made me feel so calm throughout the process and truly was a pleasure to work with! She started our wedding day by steaming all of my bridesmaids dresses and ensured everyone was taken care of, and especially me. She made sure everything was handled perfectly and I truly valued and appreciated her opinion throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding and specifically on the day of. There were so many details I wouldn't have thought of or couldn't have handled on our wedding day and she managed them all seamlessly. I would pick Kristina over and over again and would recommend her to anyone looking for any event planning/coordinating needs!

There aren’t words to describe how amazing Kristina is! We realized halfway through wedding planning that we needed a day of coordinator. We found Kristina and from our first phone call you can tell she has such attention to detail and is probably the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Hiring Kristina to be our day of event coordinator was the single best investment we made for our wedding. Kristina had been our sister-in-law's coordinator, so we saw her in action and were blown away. Although she was only hired to work for the 5 weeks leading up to our wedding, she made herself available to us throughout the entire wedding planning process. She thinks of everything, and I honestly don't know what we would have done if we had tried to do everything ourselves. She truly went above and beyond for us. She would jump on a phone call at a moment's notice to help and made herself available to us for what seemed like almost 24/7 despite having other clients. She planned the day out so well and made sure that everything ran smoothly for us. From buying us food for the day of getting ready process, to bringing us pizza for our after party, to printing out signage and framing them for us, she worked so hard to make sure that our day was perfection. We truly cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work.

Hiring Kristina was the best decision I made for our wedding. Not only was she so much fun to work with, she went above and beyond and then some on the day of the wedding. Hired Kristina for month-of coordination services and my only regret is not hiring her for full service planning!! She was PHENOMENAL. I knew I had to hire her after seeing her run the show at my best friend’s wedding…she is a literal super star. I wasted no time getting her on the phone and we hit it off right away. (She is a totally awesome person all around) I had some unconventional ideas for my special day and I realized they really complicated things more than they needed to be (hence my regret of not hiring her from the jump) but I was able to bounce ideas off Kristina and leverage her expertise to decide how we could pull off my vision or when to let things go. If there was something I really wanted, she supported me and helped make it happen. If something was getting too messy, she told you so and came up with a better way. I thought I had my ducks in a row, but both my hotel and venue threw me last minute curveballs (major curveballs!) and she was there every step of the way. Her knowledge & connections are invaluable. My day went off without a hitch! Although I’m sure things went awry, I wasn’t bothered with a single issue. Everything was gorgeous. One concrete example was KW calling my florist back to the getting ready location to fix my bouquet because I told her it wasn’t what I pictured. 30 minutes later, it was fixed!! There’s no amount of praise that would do Kristina and her team justice. Thank you for the wedding of our dreams KW & team!! 🫶🏼

Kristina and my day-of-coordinator, Stephanie, are the reason why my wedding went off without a hitch! My husband and I decided to plan a NYE wedding in less than 11 months during COVID and Kristina was incredibly helpful with sourcing vendors, handling the communication between us and the vendors, and confirming everything leading up to our wedding. She also worked with my husband's atypical schedule so he could be included in planning calls and she kept it "real" with us. More importantly, my mom was able to relax and enjoy the day of the wedding in its entirety without having to run any last-minute errands or worry about any details thanks to Stephanie and her flawless execution of our day-of wedding details. Our guests still talk about how wonderful our wedding was and we have Kristina + team to thank!

I absolutely loved working with Kristina. Not only are her contacts extremely beneficial and her work ethic unmatched, but she’s an amazing person. My husband and I owe everything to Kristina. She was the answer to our wedding prayers. I’ve been waiting a month to write this review because I have been trying to find the right words to say. I found Kristina on a whim, I had been engaged for 3 months, found my venue but was overwhelmed, had no idea where to go next and was in my final year of medical school totally swamped about to enter into COVID times. Kristina and I spoke for over an hour on our first phone call. She just got me. She knew what I wanted without me even saying it. It felt like I had known her for years. I choose her as my planner after interviewing 8 other people/companies and kept coming back to her and how awesome she was. If you have not found your planner yet TALK TO KRISTINA. Her team will go above and beyond to make your wedding spectacular and the entire experience as stress free as possible. She was there whenever I needed her. My husband and I always looked forward to our calls with her as she is a bundle of energy and organization and we knew we would hang up from that call feeling calm and ready to tackle the wedding. We ended up postponing due to a second COVID surge from our original February date to last month June 3. Postponing was one of the hardest decisions we had to make-especially when it was 1 month before the original day. Kristina was on it. She managed to make the process as smooth as possible and was successful in finding a new date that worked with us and all our vendors. She was incredible. We had the wedding of our dreams and it was the happiest day of our lives. We couldn’t have done it without Kristina. We can’t wait to find another reason to hire her if we can!

Kristina is amazing!! From the beginning, she was so patient and knowledgeable about the entire wedding planning process. It is clear that she knows what she is doing! Before the wedding, we had weekly and/or biweekly meetings to discuss minor details and the wedding timeline. She pointed out things that we didn't even think of! On the day of the wedding, she was a rockstar. Not only did she tend to our needs but she also made sure that our families and friends were comfortable. We were told repeatedly "don't sweat the small stuff" and that something is bound to go wrong during the wedding. With Kristina, our wedding was perfect and went off without a hitch! We 1000% recommend hiring a day-of coordinator. Our best decision in the planning process was hiring Kristina! She will ensure that your day is magical!

Your day could not be possible without a Kristina. There are so many moving parts and potential issues and having Kristina there to ensure things run smoothly and to handle any issues is the best insurance on the day that you can have. She knows your vision, your needs and understands your timelines to make the day fllow exactly as you hope that it will. I was so beyond relaxed the day of my wedding knowing that Kristina was there to make it all happen. She is also just generally awesome and fun to work with! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I truly do not know what we would have done without Kristina and Stephanie on our wedding day. They are meticulously thorough in their preparation process and so incredibly detail-oriented day of. There was nothing that Stephanie wasn’t prepared for. My husband and I had more than a few unexpected surprises on our wedding day, all of which were handled so gracefully. We were even ahead of schedule arriving at our venue, and to this day I am so grateful for that extra bit of one on one time I was able to spend with my husband before the craziness of the evening began. Kristina’s team took a considerable amount of time getting to know us as a couple, they also asked for background on our closest family members and friends. This familiarity resonated on our wedding day and was genuinely felt by both of us. From song cues to a timed insomnia cookie delivery, Stephanie absolutely nailed everything while being so attentive to both of us. I can’t recommend Kristina and her team enough. Worth the peace of mind, and such a lovely connection to make with a group of true professionals.

If I could Kristina ten stars, I would! As a bride, you want someone you can wholeheartedly trust with your wedding needs, details, and overall execution. When I say Kristina is the only person I would trust with any of my future events, I mean it! From meeting with us before the wedding, working through every single detail - including in-depth backup plans and coordination with our other vendors, Kristina was on-top of every single detail. The week/day of our wedding came with several conflicts including bad weather, broken kitchen stoves DURING dinner prep, guest transportation issues - yet, not a single guest knew of any of the issues and that is completely due to Kristina's ability to manage and handle every situation that came our way. Our day would NOT have been the success it was without her, and words cannot express how strongly I recommend her!

If I could give any bride one piece of advice, it would be to hire Kristina. I have a background in events - literally interviewed 10+ planners in Philly - and I knew instantly that I would hire Kristina. She's poised, professional, organized, and a damn good person. When you're looking for a planner, what you really need is an ally - someone who has your back through every small and big detail. That is Kristina. She was my sounding board, my go-to call when I needed someone to vent to, and a fresh perspective when I thought everyone around me was going insane (gosh, wedding planning is so fun..). Kristina was swiftly able to step into my life, serving as my confidant & trusted advisor. Kristina is very, very talented. Has an eye for organization, time management, and staying calm under pressure. Given my strong hatred for wedding planning, the minute Kristina joined 'the project,' everything was much more seamless. I felt like I could ENJOY the weeks leading up to the wedding. Her flexible nature, and willingness to step in with literally every 'crappy job' I sent her way, lifted worlds off my shoulders. When things 'went wrong' on my day-of, she anticipated how to quickly get things back on track (has anyone ever had buses show up on time?) & keep the energy high. I truly believe Kristina was the unsung hero of my day - she magically handled the other vendors, my family (.. and my family needed handling) and me. Everyone and everything was where it needed to be, when it needed to be there, and polished. Oh! Also, we casually ran out of vodka at our cocktail hours (legit everyone was having martinis), and THANK GOD for Kristina. She hiked herself over to the local Fine Wine & Good Spirits and bought them out of Titos. So not only is she creative, empowering, and all-around amazing - but she knows how to keep the party going. To be honest, some of my favorite moments of my freaking wedding day (yes, marrying the love of my life) was hugging Kristina & her hyping me up. She is just the best. If you've made it this far in this review, you should have already called Kristina. She's beyond worth it.

Where to begin with Kristina!! Let’s start with that she saved our entire wedding night. Without going into details, we had an emergency that could have ruined the entire night, but Kristina flew in like a superhero and turned a potential disaster into an after thought. We were honored to have Kristina as our Day of Wedding Coordinator. From the first meeting to the post event texts she was flawless. She took the time to capture every detail we had from our photo/ceremony specifics to the placement of signature cocktail toppers. Kristina is so WONDERFUL and I cannot recommend her enough! I sat down to write this review several times and had to step away because I didn't think anything I would type would do Kristina justice - that's how great she is. We hired Kristina as a day-of-coordinator but she was so much MORE. As soon as she showed up I felt a calming presence. Kristina did everything from steam bridesmaid dresses, to coffee runs, food deliveries, dealing with unruly groomsmen and stressed moms, getting me in my dress, holding an umbrella over us in the rain so we can get the perfect outdoor portraits and even offering my sister-in-law a razor- ha! She coordinated our timeline and vendors (which included a Middle Eastern Zaffa group) seamlessly - not to mention each portion of the wedding was happening in a different gallery/room at the Penn Museum. Kristina was truly a pleasure to be around - my bridesmaids and family members are still singing her praise. Best wedding planning decision we made - if I would change anything I would have involved her in the entire wedding planning if I knew sooner!

I have been both a guest and a bride at weddings that Kristina has coordinated, and I can't recommend her enough! She is an expert professional, and will do everything to make your day run smoothly and allow you to relax and enjoy it! She helped wrangle all of my vendors prior to the day, nailing down confirmations and timelines, resolved transportation confusion prior to the ceremony (so I didn't have to), and perfectly orchestrated everything throughout the day behind the scenes. She was also there to help me with anything I needed from breakfast (which she picked up and delivered), through the reception, and even tidied up the bridal suite for us. Kristina is the best ever! I hired her for our wedding as a day of coordinator and I am so happy we did. With the "day of" package, Kristina starts working with you 30 days before your big day and is so helpful and organized. As a VERY type A person, who planned everything, I was so glad to have Kristina there to reach out to all my vendors the week of and help with little details the month of my wedding. The day of our wedding she was a BLESSING! From setting up tables, to driving me to my first look, she was amazing.
