Additionally, we hired their in house DJ (DJ Ridle through 312 Muzik) and Jackie, their in house chef, and truly made our wedding day perfect. So easy to work with and made planning a wedding enjoyable (actually!)! Nothing but great things to say and HIGHLY recommend any and all Kruse Plaza services!

th 11 months until our big day and they were very informative and quick to respond to any questions. They helped walk us through our different options or if needed, alternative options. On our wedding day it was truly perfect, besides the weather. The in house catering was amazing! I would definitely recommend the lemon rosemary chicken! Thank you to the Kruse staff for taking a part in our perfect day and a big thank you to Annaliese and Presley!

her, and so many issues I almost let them keep my deposit and go somewhere else. However, I was given a new coordinator, Annaliese, and she completely turned my experience around for me. She remembered everything I told her I wanted down to the smallest of details. She was extremely responsive, organized, and was an absolute 10/10 to work with. She made the day of the wedding so stress free, was extremely helpful cleaning up that night, and even packed up cupcakes for us to take to our hotel. I really don't know what I would've done without her during this whole experience, shes AMAZING! We used Kruse plaza's caterer and the food was great, the venue looked beautiful, and all the staff I worked with was SO awesome. I definitely highly reccomend this venue and their staff!

The catering crew at Kruse was also amazing! They were able to accomodate for our guests with severe allergies and I truly felt like they listened to me about what I needed, You will not regret booking this venue!

ppointments, our reception ending early and feeling we were being forced out, they didn’t cut/serve all of our cakes, they told us we’d have kegs but got bottles day of (not a big deal but…) the meat at the private food tasting was literally deli meat one would put on a sandwich (the large food tasting event was awesome though), and they packed everything up afterwards and took a few items of my own and I had to reach out to them to get them back. Other than these things, the actual wedding day went pretty smoothly and was very beautiful!!!!

orgeous spaces, and the ready rooms are incredible. The food was amazing, they did all of our bar and food service. The planning was so easy and stress free, and our entire wedding team was so kind and accommodating! I only had to book a baker and a photographer, didn't have to stress about buying linens. They even have quite a few rentable decorations! Not to mention they let us photograph with some of the amazing vintage cars that were still in the building from their auction! We spent about 12K for everything and didn't have to worry about a thing. Absolutely worth it.

ed my reception in The Abby and was sent numerous inspiration pictures as to what it would Look like by the time my reception came around. Things seemed promising and I was assured multiple times by my contact that it would be done and ready for me. I walked in 24 hours before my wedding and see that nothing has changed since my last visit 3 weeks prior, except for a new, half constructed bridal suite in the room. The space looked like a total construction zone. After dealing with an employee i had just met that day for hours, she finally went and got the owner, John. Don’t get me wrong, John is a great guy and did what he could to make it right. My bridesmaids found a new venue and set up a new wedding within 24 hours and John helped coordinate and made sure things went smoothly. I am overall very happy with him and how he handled things. Until I see the employee who made the 24 hours leading up to my ceremony an absolutely nightmare representing Kruse at a bridal expo. I never received an apology from this woman or anything. Whenever I think of my wedding day the first thing I remember is the non stop crying during my rehearsal dinner and the panic attacks while getting ready, because I had no clue how things were going to work out. Now their instagram account regularly uses pictures from my ceremony in their outdoor area to advertise (the Woods is absolutely beautiful I will say that). But to an extent, I feel exploited. John did a lot to make this right, but an apology from the employee who missed everything up would’ve been nice. I also was contracted to use a specific bridal suite and come to find out the night before that another bride is using it. Despite what my contract said and what I was told. John called crews in to work overnight on the half done bridal suite because I insisted that getting ready pictures were important to me (we got ready there because we didn’t move our ceremony from their outside space because we couldn’t reach all guests about the move). Despite best efforts to get the area done, I had one “getting ready” station and no private area to get dressed and ready. I wanted to leave a great review because I was extremely impressed by John’s effort to make things right, but when I look back at my wedding day I am still absolutely heart broken and shattered. Things didn’t have to be this way and I hope no bride has to go through what I went through ever again.

These people are the best and will make sure your night is as perfect as possible. Top notch service and venue!
