I worked with Krystina for my seating chart. Oh my was it perfect! She was so great to work with and brought my vision to life. This seating chart was so unique, and all my guests loved it. I highly recommend working with Krystina for your next event!
We hired Krystina originally to find a new venue and she provided several options. We ended up sticking with our original venue and hired Krystina for month of and day of coordination. She was phenomenal. Every time I called she answered. She was very responsive and professional. Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to her. She set everything up, coordinated with vendors, and took everything down. It was so nice to not have to worry about all of that. She has lots of connections in the industry and was a great guide. She is organized and on it. Hire her and you will not be disappointed.
My husband and I just celebrated our wedding on 5/7/22 and hired Krystina as our month of and day of coordinator. Initially, we weren’t sure if we even needed a coordinator as we have been planning our wedding since 2020 but postponed due to Covid, but we believe that hiring Krystina was the best money we spent. We hired Krystina in December 2021 and a month later unexpectedly moved to FL. Krystina and I discussed all possible plans on how we would have a now destination wedding for us and all of our family as my husband and I are both not from Michigan. Krystina calmed my nerves and was perfect for the event and the final touches of our wedding day. Right before we moved, Krystina jumped into action and we did all things wedding prep. Toured the venue, finalized the guest list, made the floor plans, and coordinated all the vendors. Two weeks before the wedding I came to MI to do some last minute prep. I had an early flight and Krystina didn’t hesitate to meet me early for coffee and planning. Krystina reached out to all of our vendors individually and talked with them all before the final day. I even had vendors come up to me and share that they had never worked with a coordinator who cared about them as well as the couple. Krystina truly made the day run so perfectly. During cocktail hour my grandma passed out and Krystina and her partner Mimi jumped into action without hesitation and knew exactly what to do. Krystina fixed every problem that popped up. It was a truly magical day and Krystina helped make it possible!
My daughter's wedding was in Auburn Hills MI this past weekend. I was not involved in much, if any, of the planning info for this event. When I arrived and met Krystina for the very first time I was instantly impressed. I have been the VP of a multi-million dollar logistics company and know the meaning of customer service and organization. All I can say is IMPRESSIVE! Every last detail was covered. And if I asked her a question, she did not put me on pause, she knew the answer right away. Even the other vendors were happy as she made their lives easier, which in turn made the event go off without a single hitch. I want to hire her for my company. I highly recommend Krystina Lynn for any event that requires coordination and organization.
I need to preface this review by saying that I am an anxious person. Planning a wedding alone can be stressful, but adding the fact it was completely outdoors in Michigan and during a pandemic only added stress! Krystina was an absolute PLEASURE to work with! She was professional, organized and made it all look so easy! She was helpful with locating vendors, helping me get a design aesthetic and really putting the vision I had for my wedding day into reality. Krystina helped us work within our budget and made everything so special! I highly recommend Krystina and her team.
Krystina was amazing to work with from start to finish! She always answered my emails and phone calls right away and helped with any and all of my concerns! She made the day of my wedding so easy for me. She handled everything and more!
Our original wedding was canceled due to Covid and converted into a backyard wedding. I hired Krystina on a referral with out question and wrote her a check that day. Big mistake. After a few weeks went by she stopped responding to my texts and emails. Then responded saying she quit. I never received a refund.
Our wedding was on September 25th 2020. We originally didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator because we had been planning our wedding for over a year and also had a “day of coordinator” at our selected venue site. About 2 months before the wedding, the venue backed out on us because of the pandemic which put us in a very stressful situation. We decided on an outdoor wedding and we had to start from scratch in July. EEK. We were in a bind but Krystina and her team were LIFE SAVERS. We couldn’t have pulled off an outdoor tent wedding in 6 weeks by ourselves...but they did it! We heard about Krystina Lynn Wedding & Event Design through a couple that went through the same situation a few months prior to us. I cannot say enough positive things about this vendor!! Krystina was able to save us a lot of money on our drapery, tables, and linens because she had contracts with these vendors already. She also knew which vendors were most dependable as she’s had years of experience in the wedding industry UNLIKE US haha. We met with her many times to discuss details with the wedding (an outdoor/backyard wedding involves a LOT of details, but she was on top of it). She is very professional, responds quickly to emails and was in constant communication via phone calls between my mom and I, which was reassuring. Her and her team were also very flexible in these ever changing times. She was worth the money spent because on the day of, my family did not have to worry about a thing. She took care of everything on the day of! That was probably the best part. 10/10 would recommend this crew.
The absolute best event planner there is. My wedding was AMAZING! They brought Hawaii to my backyard. It really felt like a destination wedding. I am forever grateful that I selected Krystina to help me plan my dream wedding.

We were referred to Krystina Lynn Wedding & Event Design after she was hired to help a friend. My daughter's wedding and reception were coming quickly and everything was changing due to COVID. Her once dream venue was no longer a reality. We were frantically trying to settle on a new venue and contact vendors, not knowing what we were doing!
Once Krystina came aboard, everything went much smoother. First of all, she listened to the bride and groom regarding what was important and went out of her way to make those important things happen. Her personality is very positive and bubbly but she actually listens too! She contacted vendors, offered options, secured contracts and followed through with anything we asked of her. Krystina offered advice that was golden! Were there a few last minute hitches, yes of course. Did Krystina handle those hitches with grace, she sure did!
Fast forward to the reception. We finally settled on a tent in a field. Due to our trust in Krystina, we didn't see the new venue on the wedding day until we arrived at the reception. She and her team transformed this tent in a field into a dream come true. It was the most unique and unbelievably beautiful reception I have ever attended, and I have been to many receptions! Everything the bride and groom wanted, happened. It was truly and amazing day!
If I had to pick three words to describe Krystina Lynn Wedding and Event Design they would be knowledgeable, professional and priceless. No matter what is needed, wedding planner, event designer and/or day-of coordinator, you need to look no further. Krystina Lynn is the best!
If I had the opportunity, I would rate Krystina and her crew 100+ stars, but unfortunately 5 is the limit. Like most brides in 2020, COVID threw a wrench in all of our wedding plans. At the last minute we had to change venues to an outdoor, backyard reception. Although the wedding was at my home, it felt like anything BUT my childhood backyard - all thanks to Krystina.
Krystina and her crew went above and beyond with coordinating the entire night to make sure it went seamlessly. She designed and created our centerpieces, which were BEAUTIFUL (and very last minute because of COVID). We are still hearing rave reviews about our reception, especially the decorations and floral arrangements. Looking back on our special day, there is nothing that I would change, due in part mostly to Krystina and her crew. They completed everything with such attention to detail and kept the entire wedding running according to plan, allowing my husband and myself to truly enjoy our special day. I even ripped my dress before the reception. Krystina and her crew swooped in and saved the day (and my train).
Krystina and her staff were AMAZING in helping us plan our wedding. Due to the corona virus, we had quite a few setbacks and changes that made the actual wedding planning pretty hectic. She delivered and gave us the absolutely best wedding we could've dreamed of. She helped get everyone and everything together and to flow so perfectly. She fulfilled all of our requirements and was so kind and sweet with us, always. She's the best!

Krystina did an absolutely amazing job for our special day. Not only was she extremely professional and helpful, she was friendly and personable, and she was wonderful at easing my anxiety. I was having such a hard time picking flowers and colors so I gave Krystina the awfully vague instructions of “white flowers” and asked her to take care of picking out the flowers. Boy did she deliver! Working with Flowers by Julie, Krystina turned a rather bland meeting room into the most perfect location for our small intimate ceremony. The decorations were beautiful, my flowers were gorgeous, and Krystina being around on game day was a life saver. I could not recommend Krystina enough!!!
We hired Krystina to help with our son's high school graduation party. Easily one of the best decisions I made. She was an absolute life saver the day of the party. From set up to directing caterer and vendors, she had everything running smoothly so that I could concentrate on the party and our guests. I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning any event. We had 125 people at our home and it couldn't have gone any better and Krystina was definitely a huge part of helping to make is such a success.
I had initially started discussing the idea of getting a wedding planner with my then fiance when I saw a link on facebook for Krystina Lynn Weeding and Event Design. We arranged a date to meet and discuss details and from then on every SINGLE little detail came together!! I had no idea how much time, effort, planning and details went in to a wedding and Krystina made sure that it was all completely taken care of down to perfected timeline. It was an honor to work with her and have her so involved in our big day! Looking back on the whole experience, I cannot imagine having a wedding without her help and guidance. She was awesome to work with and would recommend her to others! She not only was our wedding planner but she has become a great friend in the process:)
Krystina serves on the board of my organization, Professional Law Enforcement Association Foundation. She has planned and executed many of our fundraisers flawlessly. We have really seen how big of a difference she makes for these events and my company would not be where it is today without her and her services. Highly recommend!
Krystina was amazing for my wedding day. She draped my reception venue with beautiful ivory draping at the entrance where my guest walked in. She was on time and professional thought out the entire planning process. She also had great communication. Even though we discussed the event plans months before the date she still checked in on me and how everything was going throughout the months leading up to my big day. She is nothing short of amazing and her work shows.

Hiring Krystina Lynn Wedding and Event Design was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. I cannot speak highly enough of her and all that she brought to the table. With the stresses of wedding planning you can sometimes feel out of control when trying to plan a wedding, yet Krystina made us feel more than comfortable and ultimately stress free. We did not know we needed a wedding coordinator, but it was one of the best decisions we made when it came to our wedding day. I hired Krystina initially to help with pipe and drape for our wedding, but upon meeting her I knew that we had to hire her as our full time wedding planner, absolutely no doubt about it! Krystina not only helped with the items we asked of her, but she was there the whole step of the way with suggestions and anything that she believed would make our day that much more special. She kept in constant contact with us, as well as all of the vendors, which took that much more off of our plate. Hiring this ONE person made the planning process enjoyable and our whole day an absolute dream come true. When it came to any questions, hesitations, or worries- Krystina took care of everything needed. She was there for the planing process, design, event, and even clean up! Like I said, she took care of EVERYTHING. She treats her client's like they are family and her business is defintely her passion. If you're thinking about hiring a wedding planner, there is no one else I would trust with my wedding and all the little details that went into it more than Krystina. She was creative, efficient, patient & extremely helpful. Krystina not only helped us plan our wedding, but she even volunteered to watch our dog the night of. We couldn't have pulled of the most amazing day of our lives without her. We would recommend her to anyone getting married. She will lift a gigantic weight off both the bride & groom!
I've never hired an event planner before Krystina, but I'm so glad I did! She was so creative and took so much stress off me. She was responsive and offered great prices. I would definitely use her again!
Krystina was wonderful to work with this summer for our graduation party! She added tulle to the tent along with linen table clothes and burlap runners. It really finished off the tent and gave our party the elegant look we were going for.
I hire Kystina for all my events. Just recently I hired her for my best friends wedding shower. I only asked her to do a few minor things such as booking the venue, sending out the invites, and decorating the space. She went above and beyond and included a beautiful desserts table that I never expected. It was a great surprise for the bride to be. Everyone complemented me on what a great job I did putting the shower together, but really it was all Krystina.
In the past I have used Krystina for planning company outings such as Tiger games, bowling fundraisers, and I plan to use her for my upcoming open house. Krystina is the only person I trust and know will put the same thought, effort, and time into making the event not only special, but stand out. I would recommend hiring Krystina if you are a perfectionist that doesn't have the time or talent for planning events.

We hire Krystina for ALL of our events. Just recently we hired her to put on a bowling cancer fundraiser for three of our employees that are battling cancer. Krystina went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this the fundraiser was a total success. We have over 350 people. She had over 100 prizes donated. She also had a photo booth, face painter, and channel 104.3 there. It didn't stop there. She had a DJ and the entire banquet hall reserved for after bowling was over. Everyone had a great time and we could not stop getting emails with compliments of how impressed everyone was. She blew us out of the water. We would recommend her to everyone that is putting on an event. She will not disappoint you! Don't believe us, GIVE HER A TRY!
Krystina assisted with planning the design of our beach wedding and looking back I would not change a thing. From the wooden archway we rented through her, the custom head piece and sash she designed for me down to our table linens and center pieces, everything came out absolutely beautiful. With any wedding day, stress and what feels like chaos naturally occurs but at the end of the day Krystina pulled truly off the design of our up north beach wedding and she deserved every compliment we received on how it came out. Krystina planned my wedding from start to finish. I came to her not knowing anything about decor (flowers),photo,cake,video,ceremony,& wedding traditions. She helped me create a day i will never forget. I had a blank slate on what to do and she made my vision come to reality just by showing her a few photos I had found online. She helped me stay so organized and handled all the vendors and didn't even have to be involved or bothered with them. I had guest from out of town and she made all the hotel accommodations. After the wedding i had so many compliments from the guest to my vendors on how well everything and every detail was in place. Thanks to Krystina for staying on top of all the details that needed to be done no matter how big or small they were! I would refer her to anyone and everyone!! Thanks again!!
I hired Krystina to plan our annual office outing to the Tigers Game. She took care of everything. She made sure we had transportation, she took care of our menu for dinner, and arranged the seating. She did an amazing job. She showed up to the event to make sure everything ran smoothly and helped with whatever last min. things we needed. She had outstanding communication with me throughout the whole thing. She is very professional. She will be handling all of our office events from now on.
