Some people are planners. Some people are doers. And me? I’m both.
So, it’s only natural that my love for both planning and doing, as well as infatuation with fostering and nurturing community, would eventually lead me to the event industry. Over the past 5 years, I’ve planned over 200 memorable events. With a calm approach and the gift of multitasking, I execute multiple projects at once while still giving each event the time and attention it deserves.
Planning an event means meetings, communication, and conversation. With any client, I prioritize forming meaningful relationships that allow for open dialogue and creativity. Each project is approached with a clients vision in mind – I do my best to emulate those ideas and cater to their needs, wants, and process. After all, we’re a team.
Joining me this year is Rachael owner of PNW Weddings with Rachael. She is experienced, lovely and ready to jump in and help more couples achieve their wedding dream, stress free.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Krystle for my wedding, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From our first consultation to the final send-off at the reception, she made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. Her process is very thoughtful and thorough and she has a calm and subtle way of reminding you of what is truly important and guiding you throughout the planning process through execution on the big day. She has a plethora of industry knowledge and other vendor connections and I highly recommend Krystle to anyone looking for a one-stop shop. We got married on 8/16/24 and had Krystle be our day-of-coordinator, and she did an absolutely amazing job beyond our expectations! From the first time reaching out to her, Krystle has consistently shown professionalism and expertise in planning for a wedding in our area. She made great recommendations on vendors we were still looking for, and the meetings we had with her before the wedding helped us know what to plan for and reminded us of things we did not think of. She offered inexpensive rental for some wedding essentials (arch, table numbers) and that saved us a great amount of hassle. Our wedding had some Chinese elements becuase my side of family flew in from China to celebrate with us. The communication with Krystle about incorporating these elements into the wedding was seamless. On the wedding day, Krystle handled the decor perfectly and turned our vision into a beautiful venue. She was very attentive and engaged throughout the evening, and the cleanup was super tidy and fast as well! Overall, Krystle made our day perfect and we cannot make recommend her enough!
Krystle was FANTASTIC to work with for our wedding. She is knowledgeable, responsive and organized. She put us at ease throughout the entire process knowing that she was experienced and one step ahead. On the day of the wedding she was calm, communicative and had everything covered and under control. You will not regret booking with her!

We got married at Crag Rat Hut over the weekend and Krystle was amazing. We hired her for day of coordination services and it's the best thing we did. She set up all of the decor just how I had envisioned, directed all of the vendors, guided me and all of the wedding participants to the correct positions, made sure to check in on us throughout the wedding, and broke everything down at the end. She made everything go so smoothly and I was able to enjoy my wedding knowing that the logistics was taken care of. I appreciated how she takes everything in stride. Because of the weather I asked her to bring the reception indoors the day before the wedding and she said, sure absolutely and quickly whipped up a new table layout and informed our caterer.
Krystle was our saving grace Angel and gets all of the credit for our perfect wedding. Absolutely could not have done it without her. After hiring her as a day of coordinator, she did so much more than just day of work. She got to know us and our vision and knew exactly the right questions to ask to get us thinking about things that hadn’t even crossed our minds throughout the process. She helped us formulate a timeline and floor plan which I would have had no idea how to navigate. Her experience and wisdom in the business is so valuable and not just something you can learn on the fly. She dealt with my indecisiveness with patience and helped keep me on track. And when the big day came around, I had not a worry in the world. She made sure every single thing was where it should be, every person was where they should be and handled so much behind the scenes that I still probably don’t even know about. She listened to us, would quickly adapt when we would change things last minute and all I know is everything turned out even better than I imagined. Our families could not be more thankful for her as well. Krystle is the MVP and so good at what she does. She does it all on her own and is the one person you want in your corner to make sure things go right. If you ever attend a perfectly executed wedding, Krystle is probably there :)

I can’t even put into words how much I appreciate krystle. Our wedding came together exactly how I was hoping. If you think you don’t need a planner, call a few before you decide, literally took away all the stress the day of and I was able to just enjoy being married! We hired krystle as our day of coordinator and she was so calm, cool and collected the whole day/night. And supported me through the whole planning process. Executed my vision with little explanation from me and made sure we were taken care of and advocated for our vision. She is also so kind! I’m just trying to come up with more things I can have her help plan so we can keep her around!

Krystle is an amazing wedding planner and we were so lucky to work with her for our big day.
We worked with Krystle for the full planning package and she also helped us with our Rehearsal Dinner, which was an add-on. Working with Krystle was worth every dollar. She met with us many times over a 1.5 year period of planning together -- helping us book all our vendors, ensuring our schedule and logistics were all prepped, and going far above and beyond for us. For example, when we didn't have structures on which to present our flowers at the top of the aisle, Krystle's father made them out of wood (seriously). When we realized we had WAY too much stuff to bring to the venue in our little car, Krystle rented a moving van on short notice and drove everything for us. When our wedding venue was causing us some grief, Krystle advocated for us to make sure we received everything we had been promised. I was a bit of an anxious bride at times, but Krystle was always understanding and never made me feel like I was being too ridiculous. She would take my (many) questions in stride and give us speedy, comprehensive answers. We adore her and we highly recommend you work with her.
Krystle was our coordinator for our August wedding in Hood River and we could not be more thrilled with her work. From multiple planning meetings and many rounds of emails in the months leading up to the event, Krystle throughout our collaboration was proactive, responsive, open-minded, and a pleasure to partner with. Krystle provided multiple fantastic vendor recommendations, was a sounding board for ideas, kept us sane when things were confusing, and made everything run so smoothly. I can’t count how many times during our planning process, and on and after the wedding day, we uttered the words “Krystle is worth her weight in gold!” She had all the answers before we even knew to ask the questions. We hired Krystle after our venue recommended her. She went above and beyond leading up to our wedding. Hiring Krystle was by far the best decision we made during our wedding planning! I honestly don’t think we could have done it without her! The first time we met Krystle in person, she felt like someone I had known my whole life, it was like I was planning my wedding with one of my closest friends. She was so attentive, on top of all the details, and made our planning process so much easier! As an interior designer, I had a very clear vision of what I wanted our wedding to look like, and Krystle helped bring all of that to life. It’s fair to say that I’m extremely particular (so much so that I gave her a PowerPoint presentation of all the décor for our wedding) and she never once made me feel like I was too much, or like she didn’t have time for all my thoughts and questions and emails.
The vendors that she suggested were amazing, we loved them all, and she did such an amazing job the day of our wedding dealing with all the vendors so we could just enjoy the day. If there were any problems during our wedding, we almost had no idea because Krystle was just that good!!
Krystle honestly went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. She made sure our day ran smoothly, stuck to a schedule, and during all of it was so sweet and so kind. She even went out of her way to pick up tables and chairs for us when I made a last-minute decision to add specialty chairs to our sweetheart table. I could go on and on about how amazing she is!
Towards the end of our wedding I mentioned to my husband how it was going to be weird having to say goodbye to Krystle because she had become such a constant in our life during the planning process – and to me that just tells you how amazing she is as a coordinator! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator, she’s so fantastic at what she does!
My wedding was PERFECT because Krystle was there to make it so. She was so on top of every single detail and put so much time and care into making sure I felt supported and that everything would go off without a hitch. If anything didn't go according to plan -- I have no idea about it. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding and didn't have a single moment of concern or panic. I fully thank Krystle for that. Finding a wedding coordinator was our top priority when we started to plan our wedding. We knew that we wanted to go the route of just having a day of coordinator and that we did not need the full planning services.
One thing we noticed was that finding a wedding coordinator that was not catering specifically to heterosexual couples was almost impossible. Even finding someone who didn’t use the term “Bridal Party” for a gay male couple was difficult. Krystle was different. She knew exactly how to make us feel comfortable.
On our first call with Krystle, she was so excited to learn about us as a couple and hear our story. We could feel that she was genuinely interested in being our wedding coordinator. On top of that, we immediately felt that she was on her game and that she had the experience necessary to execute our vision. And she she did! Krystle did an incredible job making sure everything was perfect for us on our big day. Even when we had a little mishap with our shuttle, Krystle was on top of it and had everything worked out. She’s the best! We highly recommend Krystle Clear Events for your wedding planning/coordinating needs.
We found Krystle through our venue and it was the best thing that could have happen to us! She was with us from day 1 helping contact vendors and keep my head on straight. She went above and beyond for us and made me feel like we were her only clients (even though she is a rockstar and had TONS of weddings alll around the same time) when we had vendor meetings she stood up for me and what my vision was and made sure the vendors were all on the same page. Krystle is fantastic. We were so overwhelmed at the prospect of planning our wedding, and she went above and beyond the duties of a day-of coordinator to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Even with some planning curveballs (our unexpected cross country move a month before the wedding, last minute guest cancellations due to COVID, and an overturned semi that made such bad traffic we had to delay our ceremony by an hour), she kept cool which helped US stay cool. She's a star. Book her.

Honestly, best decision we made was hiring Krystel. She was INCREDIBLE! We hired her for day of coordination, but she did much more than that. She was incredible helpful with making sure we got all the details done, she gave me suggestions and offered support along the way. We could bring her on over and over and over! 100% recommend her. Day of, she was cool, calm and collected. I’m sure it was a stressful day, it rained the whole time, but never once did I see it on her face. She even went to pick up our cutting cake when the bakery gave us the wrong one and didn’t tell me until hours later. She is a champ! She was helpful and communicative through the whole process. To top it all off, she’s just an all around nice person. Don’t think twice about it, get Krystel for your big day!!
Krystle is awesome! She worked with our schedule and brought our design vision to life. With the millions of details to think about, I wasn't sure I communicated my design hopes the best and she nailed it. She thought of all the details and helped the day run smooth. I have nothing but good things to say about Krystal. As a bride who was engaged before covid I was probably difficult to work with. It was heartbreaking to have done SO MUCH planning and then to have to reset my expectations due to something totally out of my control. Krystal was nothing but understanding and supportive. Below is my story:
I got engaged in the spring of 2019. I planned 90% of my wedding for fall of 2020 before covid hit. And, well, as you can imagine, Covid messed everything up. When it came time to reschedule my 2020 wedding to 2021, the wedding planner I was working with at the time seemed more concerned about the best interest of the venue than of me and my family. It was an extremely frustrating and emotional time and I just didn’t feel like I had the support I needed. I decided to end my relationship with that planner and reschedule all my vendors myself. Then I took a good 6 months off from even thinking about my wedding.
When the vaccines started to roll out, we started thinking about picking up where we left of… but I knew I didn’t want to do it alone. So I went looking for a planner and found Krystal. She was my rock. She answered every text, every concern, every freak out with practical, helpful, swift replies. If I could do one thing over, I would have put MORE faith in her abilities because come the wedding day, she was an absolute ROCK STAR. I had an outdoor ceremony and the day of the wedding we had A TON of rain! Krystal monitored the weather radar on her ipad and was able to accurately anticipate the rain POURING down in the afternoon and passing completely by the 5pm ceremony. It was amazing. She even hustled out there with rags to wipe down the seats for the guests. She also setup all my décor BETTER than I envisioned while I got ready and spent time with my bridal party. She was able to do everything she said she would and more… it was like she could read my mind. Krystal isn't just a planner, she's a doer.
Even my family took note of how effective and professional she was. My parents congratulated me on finding someone so great.
I spoke with 5 different planners, and I’m so grateful we chose Krystle. I’m a program manager, so I knew I was going to need someone extra organized to keep me from being a bridezilla.
From start to finish, she was perfect. She was ahead of everything, put us in contact with terrific vendors, and was so patient. We had our wedding at the peak of the Delta outbreak, and six weeks from the date needed to change venues for safety. Krystle was a super hero. She found us the perfect venue (Redland Family Farms), a caterer, and a bartender. There is no way we could have handled it on our own.
She basically helped us plan a whole new wedding- in less than two weeks. I can’t imagine where we would have been without her. Hire her, you won’t regret it.
Krystle was amazing to say the least. Originally a day-of turned to a full on coordinator, with multiple COVID reschedules and vendors backing out, Krystle was completely understanding without any hassle. She was always willing to help when we had to adjust our plans and saved our wedding by pulling in connections to help with vendors that had backed out. On the week of the wedding Krystle was present, aware, organized, and efficient in her planning that made us feel at ease. On the day of the wedding, it never felt like there was something wrong or that we had to worry about much. I would highly recommend getting coordinator and choosing Krystle!
We worked with Krystle for day of coordination, and she was a breath of fresh air! She was extremely flexible and supportive with all the changes made due to COVID. It seemed like something major changed every other week; and she went with the flow, was extremely professional, stayed on top of all the details, responded in a timely manner, and advocated for us when we had struggles working with and getting ahold of other vendors. She made our opinions and questions feel valued, was extremely patient, and provided vendor suggestions that were great too. We knew we could always count on her.
Anyone on the fence about day of coordination should definitely consider it; and when you do, choose Krystle. Thanks to her we were able to sit back and actually enjoy our wedding!

Krystle, with Krystle Clear Events, it an absolute GEM! She is not only makes for a wonderful Event Coordinator, but she was also the perfect partner who helped me a styled shoot for my venue. Krystle really assisted me in honing in my ideas to create the best looks possible that I was trying to create. Our venue required us to get a wedding coordinator and recommended Krystal. Wedding planning was turbulent to say the least with COVID, but Krystal helped up navigate the changes and pull off such a wonderful day. Once our date crept closer, she really took over and the week of the wedding, I did close to nothing but enjoy each moment and take everything in-which its worth it weight in gold! Our day was absolutely perfect and I know Krystal played a large role in making it run seamless! She is easy to work with, assertive enough when needed (not pushy or rude though at all!), and truly cares about making your day exactly what YOU want!
