They always remembered me when I contacted them with questions, even if a few days went by. I wasn't ready to book just yet, but they treated me like I was already one of their couples. They remembered my details without me having to remind them. That level of customer service was exactly what I wanted when choosing who would provide bar services for my wedding. Their package was affordable. I felt confident they had the experience to make our favorite drinks. The drinks were so good! We couldn't stop drinking their Pink Palomas and Old Fashioneds. We got lots of positive comments on the drinks and service. We are so glad we hired Kym and Sydney!

Honestly with our 200+ guests we have no idea how they were able to do that and still keep the line moving, but they did. Kym suggested we get a party helper to clear tables and cut the cake, which we're so glad we did. It removed a lot of stress about keeping things tidy. Kym and Sydney not only gave us a quote that was within our budget, but it was lower than the other bar services we interviewed in the LA area. This is it. No need to look further.

We asked if we could use our backyard barbecue/entertainment built-in for the bar. They told us that was fine. We already had liquor and mixers left over from our engagement party and asked if we could just mix a little of this and that rather than having to choose from specialty cocktails. They were willing to do what we asked. I have to stress this point because others we talked to told us there was a certain process: We had to select from a specialty cocktail menu, set up a tasting, and choose a bar set up all at an extra cost. We chose to work with Kym and Sydney because they were so flexible, accommodating, and helpful. Our guests loved them! The drinks were AMAZING. Our family and friends asked if we knew them personally because they were so caring and invested in our day. They were helpful to our family members like my grandpa who was in charge of setting up the coffee/tea table. They made a run to the garage to find everything for him and set it up so beautifully. I'm not one to go out of my way in a long-winded review, but I feel it is my duty because we will never forget the wonderful experience Kym and Sydney gave us.

We wanted our guests to be able to order their favorite drink from a variety of liquor and mixers that we could purchase ourselves. We didn't want to pay for stuff we didn't need. We were trying to stick to our budget. When we came across Kym's Bartenders, we explained exactly what we were hoping for. Kym and Sydney understood. I finally felt I was being heard. We loved that they are a female run business. That was why my fiance and I felt so comfortable going with them. They were so easy to work with. They didn't upsell us.
