My wife and I hired Lisa and Ryan while we were in search for a wedding coordinator. Initially my wife and I thought that we would need just a day of coordinator and quickly realized that we would need much more. From our very first meeting with LIsa and Ryan, we knew we had found our ideal match. The plan and checklists that they have created in making sure all the big and small details are completed in a appropriate and timely manor leading up to the day were invaluable. Being a very type A person, giving away control 1 month out from the biggest day of our lives was something I thought we would struggle with, and it couldn't have been more of the opposite. Both Lisa and Ryan are very good at what they do, they know what works and what doesn't and made sure to work side by side with us the entire time. We even had moments where we saw things differently and they had no problem speaking up during those times. We really appreciated that as we didn't always need a "yes" person around us. They have planned many a event and will work through all the bumps in the road to make sure that our day was perfect.. and it was. They responded to our questions and requests quickly and the necessary advice for a first-time bride and groom. They handled all of the vendor challenges and always had our best interest in mind. The day of event was more than we could have asked for and, if there were a few issues, we were unaware due to their professionalism and attention to every detail. The small things during the ceremony and reception were the best and left us to concentrate on our wedding and nothing else. Lisa and Ryan are the best, and the only option you should consider!

Lisa and Ryan from L Squared Affairs were fantastic to plan our wedding with. My husband and I worked closely with them from the beginning of the planning process and don’t think we could have pulled it off without them. We got engaged in late August 2016 and married on March 18, 2017 in Napa Valley. Their knowledge of the area and connections saved us valuable time and legwork. They responded to our questions and requests quickly and had invaluable suggestions and advice for a first-time bride and groom. We consulted them on vendor recommendations, flowers, invitations, colors, decor, vows, etiquette and so much more. Lisa was cool under pressure in dealing with some planning and vendor challenges and always had our best interest in mind. They went to bat for us to assure we were getting exactly what we needed and we could focus on the little details that were important to us. The day of event went flawlessly and, if there were a few hiccups, we were none the wiser because of their professionalism and assertiveness. We can’t say enough about their services and have no reservations in recommending them! And the Grammy goes to ….

I loved every minute of working with Lisa Lucia of L Squared Affairs. Hiring a wedding planner was by far one of the best things I could have done to make my destination wedding flawless and stress free. I was absolutely blown away by her creativity, organization and attention to detail. She understood what I wanted and turned my vision into a reality. She was there for me from the beginning planning stages to the end of the reception. I can honestly say I was able to enjoy every part of my wedding day because I knew she and her team were taking care of the details. You name it, she handled it. Thank you Lisa!

Everything for our wedding turned out better than I could have imagined and Lisa and Ryan from L Squared Affairs played a major part in stepping in and completely executing everything I planned down to the last Eiffel tower card holder! If we didn't have Lisa and Ryan helping us with the wedding - I wouldn't have been able to sit back and focus on getting married, I would have been consumed with "Did this get done? Did that?". On our wedding day I didn't have any worries on my mind about anything because I knew they had it done. They are extremely professional and anything i needed done, they made it happen. They also communicated with the vendors throughout the process and took a lot of stress off my shoulders (i needed their help!). On the day of the wedding, they set up all the decorations, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be- i just can't even put into words how much they did for us! They make an amazing team and I couldn't have handled this wedding without them!

Ryan and Lisa of L Squared Affairs are the perfect wedding planners. They took the time to listen to what we wanted on our wedding day and were able to give us that and more. They are so organized and knowledgeable and we knew from the first time we met them that we wanted to work with them. They helped with all the details leading up to our wedding, including calling and confirming all our vendors, helping us put together our name cards, picking up all our decorations, and much more. The day was perfect, and, more importantly, our memory of the day is also perfect. I’m convinced that they are a big reason for this. They arrived early on the big day and took care of everything, allowing me to enjoy all the moments leading up to my wedding. They also completely took care of the cake debacle (without us knowing) when they saw that the bottom layer had arrived in pieces. Lisa called the cake shop and got our money back and we didn’t have to even worry. Its situations like this that confirms our belief that Ryan and Lisa were the best decision we made in the wedding planning process.
