We delivered our items clearly labeled, and at the end of the night the staff boxed everything back up exactly as we’d provided it, making breakdown and take-home effortless. Trisha was the absolute best maître D and handled everything all day to make sure everything went smoothly. She even found table numbers that matched our decor for us to use. We originally were going to use the paper LBV tent table numbers. I cannot recommend LBV more!

They also have a ton of dessert choices including a Flambe station which really wowed my guests. Now let's talk about service. I had a great team who was very attentive to me since day one. Whenever I reached out I usually heard back within a couple of hours max! We had a couple of meetings throughout my engagement year and they are very detail oriented. On the day of I got a great wedding coordinator who was there for anything me or my husband needed. I felt very supported and the team at La Bella Vista really put me at ease. This team makes sure that they do everything in their power to make your wedding day as special and stress-free as possible! Tricia even took some photos of her own to send to me after the wedding which was so thoughtful!!! Shout out to my team Todd and Tricia for all of your help and support!

Everything was spaced out perfectly so we never felt overwhelmed, and honestly, we didn’t need any other planning tools! their system had it all covered. Cara was also always available for any questions, offered thoughtful ideas, and was such a great resource throughout. On the wedding day, we were lucky enough to have Cara, Tricia, and Andrew supporting us. Tricia, our maître d’, was an absolute angel!! she made sure every detail was perfect and that we were truly taken care of. She even snapped a few photos of us during our couples’ portraits to send right away, which was such a sweet touch while waiting for the professional photos. Andrew was also there making sure everything ran smoothly, and the entire team worked together flawlessly. We ended up having to move our ceremony indoors last minute due to rain, and the staff handled the switch so quickly and seamlessly. I had been hesitant about an indoor ceremony, but it turned out to be even more intimate and special than I imagined. My photographer captured some of my favorite shots from the balcony, and I loved being able to see the whole room…even where each guest was seated from that perspective. Needless to say, my husband and I had the best day of our lives ❤️ but we weren’t the only ones! Our guests are still raving about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. We heard multiple times that it felt like “a true European wedding,” and my daughter even joked, “I’ll never eat this good again!” To top it all off, at least two guests told me they now want to book their weddings at La Bella Vista, which I think is the highest compliment of all. If you want an amazing experience not just for you but the guests too. La Bella Vista is the way to go!

Exceptional Staff Service The staff at La Bella Vista made our day seamless and stress-free. They helped set up our centerpieces and ensured every detail looked perfect. Our Maître D, Alina, was absolutely incredible – consistently on top of everything, always bringing fresh drinks and water, making sure the entire event flowed smoothly, and somehow anticipating our needs before we even knew we had them. Most importantly, they made sure that my spouse and I actually got to sit down and enjoy our own wedding meal – something that doesn't always happen when couples get pulled in every direction! Smooth Planning Process Working with La Bella Vista was refreshingly easy. Todd was thorough in explaining everything we needed and provided us with a comprehensive checklist that allowed us to plan our entire wedding without needing a separate wedding planner. The team was also wonderfully flexible whenever we needed to make adjustments. Perfect Photo Opportunities The grounds and courtyard offer countless beautiful photo opportunities. Our photographer had so many gorgeous backdrops to work with throughout the property. La Bella Vista truly made our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. If you're looking for a venue that combines exceptional food, beautiful settings, outstanding service, and stress-free planning, look no further. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We chose a Sunday afternoon package, the weather was hot but it still was bearable. The food at LBV was amazing, our guests really showed out and supported us. Trish (our maitre’d) & Julia as her assistant made sure the bridal party suite had plenty of food for the cocktail hour, the drinks were flowing and we made sure to party hard. I’m so grateful we chose a place that was truly attentive to our wants and needs. I would recommend it again and again!!! Oh and the enhancement packages for the reception are well worth it!! People really enjoyed it!!

Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. From the incredible cocktail hour to the beautifully plated entrees and desserts, every bite was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Many people were so full from cocktail hour (which felt like a meal on its own!) that they couldn’t finish dinner, but the LBV team had takeout containers ready so guests could bring leftovers home. That extra level of thoughtfulness meant so much to us. We also received compliments on how perfectly meals were cooked, especially the beef, which arrived at exactly the right temperature for each guest. Several guests even mentioned how the staff greeted them by name and made them feel welcomed and taken care of. The quality, quantity, and attention to detail were unmatched. During the reception, we felt completely supported by the staff. A special thank-you to Tricia, who stayed close by and helped with anything we needed—fixing my veil, keeping us on track, and making sure we always had food and drinks in hand. She was efficient, compassionate and attentive to our needs. When I got upset because I thought we were running behind, she was there to reassure me that everything was fine. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor ceremony space was set up beautifully and although it can accommodate a lot of people, it still had an intimate feel. The grounds of Bella Vista are breathtaking with the colors of fall. The entryway and bar area are decorated perfectly for each season and is also perfect for indoor photos as well. The main ballroom is expansive and can accommodate large parties comfortably. It is elegantly decorated with your choice of linens and uplighting. The service staff were efficient and friendly. The food was 1st class. Everything from the hors d’oeuvres to dessert was phenomenal! We had so many compliments on the venue and the food, both during the wedding and for weeks after. For anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue, look no further!

We did our first look at the gazebo and then did photos on the lawn, they all came out so amazing. The food was also amazing. So many of our guests are still raving about the food 6 weeks later. The package we chose also included so many options. Everything I tried was incredible. Our guests thought that cocktail hour was all of the food and were surprised that there was still a plated meal. We went with the 5 dessert stations which was so worth it. The way it was set up was amazing and everyone was blown away. I would recommend La Bella Vista to anyone and everyone!! I don’t think we could have possibly had a better experience.
