We utilized decorations, catering, ceremony and reception celebrations, refreshments, as well as ensuring the kiddos that attended had some entertainment. In a world that is unpredictable, it was nice to let your hair down and enjoy the night as it should be. Every part of the wedding was perfect, I don’t think I would have changed anything! This venue has a lot to offer. I’ve always heard that planning weddings is stressful, but Candy and her team have developed a wonderful craft of wedding planning, of which you may not have even known it was something to plan, they make it work!

a lot of our logistics and vendors for us and it was a great choice. Even with dramatic changes in plans due to COVID-19, they remained flexible and accommodating throughout. Some of the reasons we felt comfortable proceeding with our date were the completely outdoor space, and Candy's continuous communication and clear understanding of how to make our event safe. We were able to spread the tables out more into the lawn area, have fewer guests at each table, the whole staff wore masks and we encouraged our guests to as well, plus screens along the buffet set up area and many more safety measures. All the while, our vision and the beauty of the venue still shined through. I would recommend anyone interested in an outdoor wedding go with La Escondida. If they can handle our mid-COVID wedding with that much grace, I know they can make any wedding wonderful!

Favorite moment is before the start of the ceremony. I was in the ladies changing room and my husband outside knocked on door and wanted his Pastor to pray for us. So we extended our hands through the door.

My wedding looked amazing and met my visual expectations, even though I did bring my own decorations, la Escondida did provide a few items for me & helped set up my sweetheart table bar decorations and little things that I did not have time for. The decorator and Candy made sure that my dress and veil were perfectly adjusted before my husband took his first look at me, Candy even fanned me in between pictures to make sure I wasn’t atrociously sweaty...They did such a great job, I truly felt that their goal and only purpose for that evening was to make my husband & I happy. Thank you so much La Escondida you guys are wonderful!

On the day of our wedding, everything ran EXTREMELY smooth and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Our guests all said they had never been to a wedding that went so smoothly.

e justice. This beautiful outdoor venue has it all!!! It was the perfect place for my husband’s 60th Disco Birthday Smash! Large pavilion accommodates over 100 guests and has floor for dancing, cantina for the bartender, lots of room for socializing, strolling and mingling, while kids can safely run around the beautiful open landscape. So many great places for pictures. All our guests commented on how unique and beautiful the facility was. Our whole experience was absolutely wonderful. You can do it all, from weddings to picnics. The owner, Ms. Candy, and her staff were so personal and accommodating, it felt like working with friends. Last but not the least, La Escondida is eco-friendly! Ms. Candy is all about reducing our carbon footprint. She recycles everything!!! We absolutely loved everything about La Escondida Celebration Center and would definitely recommend it!!

. The venue is beautiful, Candy stocks a TON of decorations which worked perfectly with my theme, and many other items came in the package. They were also ready for an unexpected cold day with heaters and blankets! Candy was hands on from the beginning and guided me in the right direction. Many guests said it was a magical wedding and that was in part due to the attention to detail by the La Es staff. You won't find a better deal out there, and they truly care about making your dreams come true. I highly recommend La Escondida!

ng else - included in the venue cost. She provided the decorations, food, drinks, cake, hot chocolate/apple cider, tables, chairs, sparklers (for sparkler exit) and ceremony area. Our entire wedding totaled out to be less than $10,000 and it was GORGEOUS. Like any wedding, ours had a few hiccups. We were married on November 25, 2017. Our color scheme was ivory, burgundy, green, and hints of gold. I chose a bouquet to reflect these colors, however my florist gave me peach, green, blue, and dark red flowers/berries with no solution to fix the problem. My bridesmaids ran to HEB to buy new flowers and one of Candy's employees actually fixed the bouquets for me while the girls and I got ready. The other issue at hand was my groom. He had his bachelor party the night before our wedding (this was unavoidable as a few of his groomsmen arrived in town the day before the wedding) and long story short, he was still hungover before our wedding. I like to consider myself to be a laid-back person, but I was running on three hours of sleep and was VERY stressed out so I went a little "bridezilla" on everyone and was ready to push our wedding out a few hours so my soon-to-be-husband could get it together. Candy took the initiative to check in on him and then calm me down. She completely diffused the entire situation-something none of us expected her to do- and I'm still so grateful to have had her. She kept everything running smooth and on schedule and I would HIGHLY recommend the gorgeous venue and lovely staff to anyone looking to have an outdoor wedding.

I planned the entire wedding from Tennessee and never felt stressed at all about our wedding because they made it so easy. The venue is also very cost friendly for anyone wanting a beautiful venue without paying an enormous amount. In addition, the ceremony site makes you feel like you are in the middle of Texas Hill Country. So perfect and simply beautiful. I highly recommend this venue for both the wedding and reception.

Candy also had a great back up plan if the weather was not good, even though the weather turned out to be perfect. I loved working with Candy, she is laid back and has amazing ideas. This place is is incredible and for a price you can't beat!
