This venue is like a fairy tale, there are endless picture perfect settings and the twinkle lights go throughout the entire venue making it look like something straight out of a movie. Candy and Jazzy accommodated me in every way possible, I had so many questions for them as a new Bride and they were also so happy to help. Cant wait for my next excuse to have a big party so I can use this place again!

Where to begin? We had an amazing experience at La Escondida from the start Mrs Candy helped us and listened to all our wishes for our wedding and helped us achieve them. La Escondida was such a magical place for my wedding. It was so easy to plan everything, and everything came together beautifully. Even though it rained on my wedding day, and plans had to change last minute, Candy and her staff made sure it still looked absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be more grateful! La Escondida made my wedding everything I’ve dreamt it to be. I highly recommend La Escondida for your wedding or celebrations.

Candy and her staff were absolutely amazing during the entire experience for our 6/20/2020 wedding. La Escondida is so customizable- you can have them plan your whole event for you, or you can do as much of it yourself as you want. They handled a lot of our logistics and vendors for us and it was a great choice. Even with dramatic changes in plans due to COVID-19, they remained flexible and accommodating throughout. Some of the reasons we felt comfortable proceeding with our date were the completely outdoor space, and Candy's continuous communication and clear understanding of how to make our event safe. We were able to spread the tables out more into the lawn area, have fewer guests at each table, the whole staff wore masks and we encouraged our guests to as well, plus screens along the buffet set up area and many more safety measures. All the while, our vision and the beauty of the venue still shined through. I would recommend anyone interested in an outdoor wedding go with La Escondida. If they can handle our mid-COVID wedding with that much grace, I know they can make any wedding wonderful!

La Escondida was a great place for my wedding!!! I love it!! I can’t thank candy enough, she above and beyond helping us preparing stuff for our wedding and as well work with our budget. Which was very nice of her, many places you go did not. On my wedding day candy make sure everything went smooth and perfect. She help me calm my nerves. The place is just excellent!! Things came out beautiful!!

The wedding venue was perfect for our small intimate rustic themed wedding we had. Its perfect if you want to be close to nature and have the ceremony and reception in one location. The owner, Candy was very helpful and offered suggestions with the whole event planning. The venue is cost friendly and loved the DIY packages. The family and kids had a great time with taking pics in photo booth to kids running around in the grounds. Favorite moment is before the start of the ceremony. I was in the ladies changing room and my husband outside knocked on door and wanted his Pastor to pray for us. So we extended our hands through the door.

Candy & her team made the wedding planning easy, they are kind and thoughtful, I definitely recommend this venue. From beginning to end Candy helped this clueless bride be on track. She adjusted things for our budget as needed, recommend vendors and on the day of the wedding she coordinated and made sure we were on schedule. This venue is beautiful very green surrounded with so much nature. My wedding looked amazing and met my visual expectations, even though I did bring my own decorations, la Escondida did provide a few items for me & helped set up my sweetheart table bar decorations and little things that I did not have time for. The decorator and Candy made sure that my dress and veil were perfectly adjusted before my husband took his first look at me, Candy even fanned me in between pictures to make sure I wasn’t atrociously sweaty...They did such a great job, I truly felt that their goal and only purpose for that evening was to make my husband & I happy. Thank you so much La Escondida you guys are wonderful!

Candy and her staff will take care of all the details from beginning to end. The years of experience and know how were evident from day one. She was always easy to reach and had the perfect answer to every question. On the day of our wedding, everything ran EXTREMELY smooth and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Our guests all said they had never been to a wedding that went so smoothly.

Best place for a POP UP Wedding. No time to plan, no problem for Ms Candy and her staff. She is amazing and helps with the budget you are looking for. This venue is so pretty and peaceful and the decorations were so pretty. The food was perfect for our 50 guest. I just was so thankful that we could do it all through the venue. Loved everything! A bride couldn’t ask for more!! On what could have been a extremely stressful day, Candy, our coordinator, and her staff made our day a breeze. The venue itself is GORGEOUS, and with the meticulous attention to detail she put into decorations and lighting made our wedding day even more romantic than I had ever imagined it could be. As a bride on a budget, juggling various vendors was a concern for me, but Candy had a plan in place from day one, as she works closely with amazing vendors with cost that can be included in an easy to pay package. My new wife and I were completely in love and blown away with how our wedding day transpired, none of this would have been possible without the amazing staff of La Escondida Celebration Center!!!

I visited a couple of places before coming here. I had the best feeling when I walked in and around the grounds. It’s a beautiful backdrop and Candy, Bonnie and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They kept the night going smoothly and a couple of friends want to have a vow renewal and possibly a future wedding here as well. I highly recommend La Escondida Celebration Center!

La Escondida Celebration Center! just like the name suggests, is truly HIDDEN! I can try to explain the awesomeness of this amazing and quaint sanctuary, but until you actually walk through the beautiful scenery yourself my words will not do the justice. This beautiful outdoor venue has it all!!! It was the perfect place for my husband’s 60th Disco Birthday Smash! Large pavilion accommodates over 100 guests and has floor for dancing, cantina for the bartender, lots of room for socializing, strolling and mingling, while kids can safely run around the beautiful open landscape. So many great places for pictures. All our guests commented on how unique and beautiful the facility was. Our whole experience was absolutely wonderful. You can do it all, from weddings to picnics. The owner, Ms. Candy, and her staff were so personal and accommodating, it felt like working with friends. Last but not the least, La Escondida is eco-friendly! Ms. Candy is all about reducing our carbon footprint. She recycles everything!!! We absolutely loved everything about La Escondida Celebration Center and would definitely recommend it!!

I live overseas and planning a wedding from afar was a bit stressful. Along with my planner, working with Candy helped ease my mind! La Es built new space, so I was going in site unseen, so to speak, but everything Candy assured me of came true. The venue is beautiful, Candy stocks a TON of decorations which worked perfectly with my theme, and many other items came in the package. They were also ready for an unexpected cold day with heaters and blankets! Candy was hands on from the beginning and guided me in the right direction. Many guests said it was a magical wedding and that was in part due to the attention to detail by the La Es staff. You won't find a better deal out there, and they truly care about making your dreams come true. I highly recommend La Escondida!

I recently entrusted Candy and La Escondida for a special event, and it completely exceeded my expectations! They were on too of every detail, the decoration was gorgeous, and they helped me get everything I was missing (mostly everything). I loved all their recommendations, from DJ and catering service, to drinks and menu picks. They are exceedingly professional and good at their job. Your event will be in wonderful hands.

First of all, I want to start out with the basics. My wedding ended up looking like a Pinterest wedding and the only things I had to take care of were our photographer, DJ, alcohol, bouquets, officiant and attire. Candy took care of everything else - included in the venue cost. She provided the decorations, food, drinks, cake, hot chocolate/apple cider, tables, chairs, sparklers (for sparkler exit) and ceremony area. Our entire wedding totaled out to be less than $10,000 and it was GORGEOUS. Like any wedding, ours had a few hiccups. We were married on November 25, 2017. Our color scheme was ivory, burgundy, green, and hints of gold. I chose a bouquet to reflect these colors, however my florist gave me peach, green, blue, and dark red flowers/berries with no solution to fix the problem. My bridesmaids ran to HEB to buy new flowers and one of Candy's employees actually fixed the bouquets for me while the girls and I got ready. The other issue at hand was my groom. He had his bachelor party the night before our wedding (this was unavoidable as a few of his groomsmen arrived in town the day before the wedding) and long story short, he was still hungover before our wedding. I like to consider myself to be a laid-back person, but I was running on three hours of sleep and was VERY stressed out so I went a little "bridezilla" on everyone and was ready to push our wedding out a few hours so my soon-to-be-husband could get it together. Candy took the initiative to check in on him and then calm me down. She completely diffused the entire situation-something none of us expected her to do- and I'm still so grateful to have had her. She kept everything running smooth and on schedule and I would HIGHLY recommend the gorgeous venue and lovely staff to anyone looking to have an outdoor wedding.

We loved having our wedding at La Escondida Celebration Center! The natural environment was exactly what we were looking for and the garden enchanted forest theme was awesome! Our guests loved the venue and the service. Thank you to Candy and her great staff for working with us to plan the beautiful décor, choose a great caterer, DJ and minister! La Escondida is perfect for anyone who wants to get married in a beautiful, quiet, nature spot. Not only is the ceremony site beautiful, but the pavilion for the reception is very open and gets a great breeze. The staff at La Escondida did everything from helping organize food, dj, flowers, decorations, cake, etc. The owner knows a lot of people and is very willing to help in any way possible. I planned the entire wedding from Tennessee and never felt stressed at all about our wedding because they made it so easy. The venue is also very cost friendly for anyone wanting a beautiful venue without paying an enormous amount. In addition, the ceremony site makes you feel like you are in the middle of Texas Hill Country. So perfect and simply beautiful. I highly recommend this venue for both the wedding and reception.

Working with Candy was absolutely great. She was incredibly helpful and worked with me to make our day super special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants an outdoor ceremony site. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and Candy also had a great back up plan if the weather was not good, even though the weather turned out to be perfect. I loved working with Candy, she is laid back and has amazing ideas. This place is is incredible and for a price you can't beat!
