La Fontaine Reception Hall

LaFontaine Reception Hall only gets a 1 simply because my family made my wedding what it was!!! The people at LaFontaine were unprofessional from their attitudes to their lateness for everything! Natalia was very unprofessional and LATE FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT THAT WAS SET. Natalia doesn’t answer phone calls or respond to text messages. Hector had an attitude until I shared with him that I was paying for a service and not his attitude! If I had questions, then I expected the questions to be answered without an attitude! Even though Hector got a little better throughout the process, things that were promised were not done! Hector claimed that the building would be ready for my wedding. However, when I got there at 2:00 (wedding set for 5:00) people were cleaning and sweeping up PILES OF TRASH FROM THE PREVIOUS NIGHT! DECORATIONS FROM THE PREVIOUS EVENT WAS STILL UP AND WAS NOT MY COLOR AT ALL!!! Hector and Natalia promised that the building would be clean bc they had an overnight crew which was the farthest from the truth! Natalia didn't have the tablecloths that were promised during the meeting that she was an hour and 1/2 LATE FOR!!! At that time all that she said could be done she stated at the later meeting that she COULDN'T DO UNTIL MY SISTER REMINDED HER OF HER OWN WORDS! Natalia is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL NOT KEEP HER WORD ABOUT THE ANYTHING. Natalia also tried to lie to me that she was there at the venue on the day of the wedding and my sister was going against everything that was set. After I allowed Natalia to continue with her lie, I plainly told her well you are not there because my family is and you are nowhere to be found. After the truth was revealed to her, she had nothing else to say! A TOTAL LIAR! Also, on the day of my wedding EVERYTHING WAS OFF BC THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE BUILDING READY!!! ON TOP OF THAT NEITHER ONE (Hector or NATALIA) WOULD ANSWER MY PHONE CALL ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!! BUT MY FRIEND DIALED HECTOR'S PHONE # AND GUESS WHAT???? HECTOR ANSWERED, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! AND BY THE WAY THIS IS ALL ON MY WEDDING DAY!!! WHO DOES THAT-HECTOR AND NATALIA!!! Also, they stated I would have a day of coordinator, but guess what? I DIDN'T MEET HER AT ALL AND SHE WAS LATE!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Hector had to come to the hall and help set it up bc Natalia lied and said she was there but wasn't. They claim that the hall is ALL inclusive but it is not! The only thing that is inclusive are the tables and chairs. EVERYTHING IS AN UPGRADE, from the gold chairs to the flowers on the table. Everything you see in an open house is an UPGRADE! I was given a quote for decorations for an additional $14,000 from Natalia WHICH SHE GOOGLED EVERYTHING WHILE I WAS SITTING DURING THE MEETING WITH HER!!!! I also got 3 different quotes, FROM 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE BECAUSE NOTHING IS WRITTEN DOWN, JUST MONEY NUMBERS GIVEN OUT BASED ON WHO YOU TALK TO! In addition to ALL OF THIS, Hector told me that my cake stands were stored in the storage room by maintenance, but of course they disappeared!!! Hector claimed that he would look at the cameras to see what happened to the cake stands or replace them. Of course, neither happened!!! I'm very disappointed with this company and the entire process was not good at all. If I had to do it over, I would go with another professional company for better service.
