I highly recommend La Fontana Springs for a stress-free experience! They took care of tables, decorations, DJ, caterer, bar service, day of coordinator, and had so many miscellaneous items I didn't think about until last minute like table numbers and display easels. While I had issues with other vendors, I never had any issues with any of the services La Fontana provided. Amit was wonderful the whole process and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Constance was a perfect day of coordinator who helped the day go smoothly. We used the indoor chapel since it was February, but they also have outdoor spaces for the ceremony. The reception was so beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Amazing quality service.

If you are looking for a place to have your next special celebration, then look no further! La Fontana is the place to go. Amit and his team went above and beyond for my daughter's quinceañera. It was so much fun to plan and work with Amit. He made the entire process stress free and went above and beyond when preparing and planning my daughter's special day. We received so many compliments on everything from the decorations, attention to detail, the food, the cake, the music and atmosphere, etc. If we had to do it again, we would go with them a thousand times over!

I really don’t know where to start this review. From the first day I came to la Fontana springs I felt at ease as a bride, the owner Amit was so helpful from day one. He was so helpful to walk through every question we had, but that was just the beginning. Not only was the venue amazing He always was about to help anytime I needed it. Cake issues? No big. Photographer canceled a month before? Handled. Need someone to hold your veil in pictures? Done. Even just someone to tell me to breathe during planning! I can’t stress to bride enough how important that is. Everything was a package deal so I never had to worry about anything just show up! If I could express in words how thankful I am I would but I don’t think it’s enough. Thank you Amit for making my wedding amazing!

La Fontana Springs was a DREAM COME TRUE! I had a moment of panic and decided to change my venue 3 months before my wedding and I found this hidden gem in the Hill Country. The venue is amazingly gorgeous. Amit came to the rescue and was everything I have ever dreamed of. Every single person I spoke with was kind and understanding. They worked with my work schedule for tours and make it so effortless! I had a limited budget, so they offered a customized plan for me, which also included everything I wanted! They are a true all inclusive venue without the extra $. Meghan was our coordinator and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! I was so stressed and she was constantly reassuring, understanding, and flexible with my changes. She helped on the day of the wedding to make things run smoothly and was everything I needed her to be and more! (She even had tissues ready to go when I stress-cried). The food was absolutely delicious! I recommend La Fontana Springs to EVERY bride that I meet! We booked La Fontana Springs for our wedding ceremony and reception. We had our ceremony in the beautiful chapel on site and our reception was beautifully decorated. Amit and his staff went above and beyond our expectations and walked us through the whole wedding planning process. Amit was quick to answer our questions and always kept us updated throughout the entire process. Amit was down to earth and very accommodating with us. Everyone complimented our wedding and made several comments about how helpful and nice all the staff was. If you are looking for an extravagant wedding without killing your wallet, this is the place to go. Everything was reasonably priced and our reception looked amazing. Mr. Patel and the staff at La Fontana Springs were very professional. They absolutely delivered what they said they would. Every step of the way and even through COVID shutdowns, the staff maintained positive, open communication, were responsive and compromising to our needs. We used this venue for two separate occasions, and both times, we were met with the same level of quality and care. We will continue to use La Fontana Springs for our ceremonies and events to come.

I just had my wedding 10/17/20. It was the most perfect day ! This all inclusive wedding venue makes it perfect to plan a stressful- free wedding .Amit and his staff are the most amazing people I have ever met . Our wedding was perfect . Amit was with me though the whole wedding planning process and just made everything simple, taking a lot of stress off me . The venue is just so perfect , our weeding went so smooth , thanks to Amit . He really out did what I expected and I just could have not have picked a more perfect venue . From the food to the bar service everything was just perfect and our guest really enjoyed everything . We will recommend this amazing place to everyone I know ! This venue is beautiful! We got married on 9/14/19 and to this day we still talk about how amazing it was. We are still getting compliments of how beautiful everything was. I cant thank Amit, Celia and the whole La Fontana Springs team enough. They were amazing!! They have so many ideas and provide many services. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this venue. A big heartfelt thank you for making our day one we will always remember.

The customer service that we received from Amit was top-notch. We had some specific concerns, one being if the venue was open to hosting a wedding for us being that we are a same-sex couple. Amit responded immediately to my many questions, and reassured us that they would love to celebrate our wedding with us. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the start. We would do it all over again if we could!! We chose La Fontana Springs as our wedding venue for SO MANY reasons! What lead us to this venue at first was the AMAZING deal you get by choosing an inclusive venue. We saved a ton of money and stress by using the services provided in-house. It allowed us to really enjoy the wedding planning process that much more. Both Celia and Stephen were even more AMAZING to work with. Not really knowing what I was doing or how I could bring about my wedding vision, Celia worked with me as often as I needed to help assure me of how she would make it happen. What I valued most was that Celia really seemed to love my wedding theme just as much as I did. We scheduled as many appointments as I needed to feel confident in all of my ideas coming to fruition. Celia and Stephen also allowed me to bring in the decor I wanted that many other venues did not permit. On top of that, Celia went the extra mile on several occasions to add details to the venue (that I didn't even think of) that put the perfect emphasis on the look and feel of my theme. Celia really puts her everything into working with her clients and it’s hard not to build a close relationship with her. Although my wedding has passed, I know we will maintain our friendship throughout years to come.

This venue is perfect!! But Celia and Stephen were the best part. I worked mostly with Celia throughout my entire planning and I was beyond grateful for her. She works passionately for this business and her brides. Although she is there to support you in any decision making, she assures you that it is YOUR DAY!! She was so great to work with and responded very quickly to calls and texts any day of the week. My wedding night was absolutely magical. Celia decorated the gazebo and the reception area with my decor and I couldn't have pictured it any better. I highly recommend this venue for any bride!! All 367 of my out of town guests were amazed by the catering, location, and decorations. Thank you again for everything Celia and Stephen!

Celia went above and beyond for my big day. Everything that I wanted, I would text her and she would make it happen! Over the course of a year my husband and I really built a good relationship with her and we felt at home.

Celia and Stephen are probably the most amazing people. Not to mention a beautiful venue and multiple back up options if you need to do your wedding inside. My wife and I had booked our wedding there however, couldn't end up getting married down in Texas (live in Michigan) due to some unfortunate family circumstances. Celia and Stephen were very understanding of what was going on with our family and they have since kept in touch with us to see how the family is doing. They are the best people you could ever work with and fortunately enough my wife and I were able to go down there during Thanksgiving time to meet them in person. During our process with them they were easy to get a hold of and would even facetime with us if they needed to. Thank you, Celia and Stephen!

From day one when we met with Celia and Stephen it was awesome. We gave them our ideas and what we where thinking for the wedding Celia started her magic. The night could not have turned out any more perfect. From the outdoor wedding to the decorations inside to the food everything was perfect. Thank you for making our wedding one to remember!!!

Celia was great to work with! Every question I had she either knew the answer or found out and immediately called me back. She checked in with me leading up to our wedding multiple times making sure I was comfortable with everything, and making sure I knew she was there to help. The venue is beautiful and it was great having so many different options for the ceremony site! I would highly recommend La Fontana Springs for any event, not just a wedding!

The owners, Celia and Stephen, really sold us when we went out to visit. But, little by little, we found out we were lied to. •First, Celia said we had the ENTIRE grounds upon booking, since they never double book. This is also stated on their Yelp Page. However, the day of our wedding, after our ceremony, we, along with our entire wedding party saw another bride and groom walking out of the small hall. At that point we understood the reason why Celia had been so adamant about keeping everyone in the ceremony area. •Celia & Stephen also said we could bring in our own caterer, however, they had an in house caterer just in case (plates started at $25). Celia mentioned that if we went with another caterer there would be “no hard feelings”- she understood needs to cut costs. Throughout the planning process, the in-house caterer kept being pushed on us, even after we said we had a caterer. They also began making excuses as to why our caterer was a bad choice, trying to make us feel bad for our decision. •Celia said we would be able to use the small hall as a rehearsal dinner venue. We could bring in our own food to cut costs-which she also told to multiple family members. Two weeks prior to our wedding, she tells us that the small hall was available if we chose to go with the in-house caterer •During visits, Celia told us that we would be able to use the small hall as a groomsman suite. She even went as far as giving us a tour for sizing purposes. The day before our wedding, when asked about the new “groomsmen suite” Celia said that the small hall had to stay set up for other things. At that point she knew her mistake, to which I replied to her that she had told us all along that the groomsmen were going to be able to use the small hall, and she even gave us a tour of the “suite.” •Celia’s book keeping was horrible! We were told multiple times that we owed $800, even though we knew we had paid off our balance. During these encounters, we had to pull up bank statements to prove that we had paid the balance off. On our last visit, we had to go back to all of our bank statements & add up every payment made just to prove we paid off the entire balance. •Now for the kicker. We had a guest count of 250 and wanted a beer & wine open bar. It made no sense to us to pay $10 p/person for 250 guests, if a good number of those guests were children who were under 21. But Celia said that in the price, sodas and waters were included. So anyone could enjoy free waters/sodas. So we paid the $10 p/person for 250 people- thinking that all guests would get to enjoy the open bar. After the wedding, we found out that all guests were charged for waters and sodas. There was nothing we could do at that point. We spent $2500 on an open bar that only half our guests could use. Celia was very controlling & tried to have things her way. She turned off the AC in bridal suite & had my bridesmaids and I sweating for hours! She told everyone she had everything under control when she clearly did not. She would go missing for long periods at a time, most likely to tend to the other wedding. Stephen was also seen by many people, taking food from our caterer out to their house. The list goes on and on, but, I feel these are the most important to share with potential victims. Save your time & precious dollars. Stay clear- don’t get caught up in its beauty or the lies they will sell. If you've already booked, I suggest recording everything said in conversation for reference.

I have attended 2 weddings at this beautiful venue, although very different themes both were extremely beautiful. The customer service was great, and the team made everything went smoothly.

Ok, it's been 4 months since our wedding, which was on March 24th, 2018 and we had around 150 guests for our wedding. Today is July 23rd, 2018 so you know I am not writing this review while I am still mesmerized by the butterfly feelings of a magical day. I am telling you as a person who plans in advance at least 13 months in order to plan for a wedding to a woman who he has fallen deeply in love with. After all that, let me tell you that all the plans that I had, didn't go as planned just because life can do that to you. However, my wife fell in love not just with this venue, but the person behind it (Celia). Her and her husband Stephen kept pace with us from the moment we first looked at the venue all the way through each step of the wedding planning process, to the last car leaving the facility. We had a long list of venues to look at, but as soon as she met Celia, we cancelled everything else we were going to look at. The venue can cater to your needs, but in the end you have to be realistic. You get what you pay for and quality cost money. My review is to invest you and your loved ones hard earned money not just on a venue, but the person who actually cares about making this one of the best nights you can imagine. Shirly and I will always be grateful for Celia, and our only regret is not planning the wedding 2 years in advance so that we could make sure that Celia was able to be a part of each part of the wedding arrangements. Come into this with an open heart, an open mind, and make sure you have a good understanding of what is important in the end on this day. There is not enough wonderful things that could be said about this venue. I was planning my wedding from a different state and I never stressed once knowing the outstanding staff I had working for me. The year leading up to the wedding there was always an open line of communication whether it was through phone, text, email, and even FaceTime. The day of the wedding was just the same. It was like she was inside my head knowing when I needed something whether it was a glass of water or someone to calm me down. La Fontana took the image I had for our wedding out of my head and made it into a reality. You will never find a better venue with better people. I absolutely love them and will send anyone I know getting married their way.

Celia and Stephen are Amazing!!!!!! They will do everything within their power to make sure your day is perfect! My outdoor ceremony had to be moved indoors due to thunderstorms and it was BEAUTIFUL...better then I could ever imagined! I will recommend them and La Fontana Springs to everyone. I love you two! This venue is perfect if you have no idea what you're doing! Celia and Stephen are super helpful and available, always got back to me right away, and Celia has plenty of advice and suggestions for brides who are wishy washy about nitpicky details. Loved that the venue includes linens and day of event coordination, and that they have on site catering available. We went with their caterer and everyone loved the food. They even set up a wine tasting for us on site with their sommelier. I would definitely recommend this venue if you want an outdoor ceremony site, as they have two available. For us it was perfect. I highly recommend La Fontanta Springs. I called Celia, the owner and coordinator, after my first venue cancelled on me one month out from my date. I was a wreck and every other place I called first, made me feel like it had been my fault, and second, competely overwhelmed me. Celia was totally different and totally amazing. She first put me at ease, explained to me that she is the coordiator and yes, we absoluty could get the wedding done in a month. She guided me through every step and answered my thousands of questions with patience and professionalism. To top it off, we had to postpone the wedding due to an illness in the family and Celia, once again, was amazing. We found the new date, she guided me through a perfect balance of getting the feel and style of wedding we wanted within our budget and the end result was perfect. The location is lovely, we had our reception in the small hall with 50 people, the main hall is gorgeous as well. Celia was on top of everything the day of the wedding and we had a fantastic event. The outdoor ceremony space is to die for. Can't recommend Celia and Lo Fontana Springs enough!

From the first time I met the owners, Nancy and Cesar, I knew this sweet couple would be a perfect fit to help me create a beautiful, intimate wedding for my closest friends and family. As a bride planning a wedding almost entirely on my own (families do no live locally), they immediately put me at ease and detailed all the services they could provide to take the stress off of me. Sometimes when you meet someone, you just get a feeling in your heart that they are good people...And that feeling was abundantly apparent when I met them. All the planning was very smooth. Each time I met with either of them to plan the next phase of the ceremony/reception, I had a list of questions on how to proceed, and each time I left with such a feeling of relief of a burden being lifted. They have done so many weddings, they literally had a solution/option for every scenario I presented before them. On the day of the wedding, there were large thunder/rain/hail storms in the area, and the ceremony was moved inside. Everything was beautifully arranged, just as promised. The ceremony went smoothly, and the staff kept us on schedule for our sparkler send-off, despite the looming weather. Several times throughout the night, the staff would ask me if there was anything that I needed or if something needed to be done to make the night better. Everyone was very attentive. My friends and family couldn't stop taking about how beautiful the ceremony and reception were. Compliments were a plenty!! I would recommend this venue to anyone for any event. Thanks to them, I have a wedding day full of happy memories, not of disastrous problems and dilemmas. My new hubby and I are eternally grateful for a once in a lifetime experience. K&B

Overall good experience. Great views and surroundings, which was the main attraction for booking this venue. 2 main problems- They booked another wedding reception at the same time (in an adjacent building) despite telling us they wouldn't book other events on the same day (much less at the very same time!) Place is owned and managed by a married couple. They apparently (as also reported by other vendors and bridal attendants) were not focussed on our wedding as they should have been. Venue praises themselves with "day of coordinator" and yet they were not very focussed on coordinating. I was interrupted in the dressing room to speak with the d.j. The "coordinators" almost missed passing out drinks for the toast and missed the cue to cut the cake. The place is beautiful, the people are nice, and the price is ok, but buyer beware, get as much of their promises in writing as you can.

We were married at La Fontana Springs October 2014. The venue is beautiful. The reception area has a lot of space, is well decorated, and has a large window with a spectacular view where it seemed you could see out for miles. The ceremony space outside is perfect with beautiful landscaping and an gazebo that gave way for a romantic and seemingly intimate ceremony. While the beauty of the venue would have been enough to allow us to make our decision to have our wedding there, the real selling point for us were the owners, Cesar and Nancy Trevino. They seemed to know the wedding business extremely well, but it was very apparent that it was more than just a business for them, they have a passion for what they do. It was clear that what we wanted was important. They didn’t only help to throw a good wedding, they helped to give us the wedding of our dreams. They were there for us through every step of the process, from the initial meeting to saying goodbyes the night of the event. We immediately felt comfortable with them and felt that they cared for our day, and put the time, thought, and effort into it as if it were someone from their own family getting married. Every phone call and email was answered immediately, and any concerns we had were alleviated. Both Cesar and Nancy recommended anything they could to assist in the planning, and did whatever they could to keep the cost down. They took care of the entire set up on the wedding day, and it was stunning. They allowed us to use their beautiful centerpieces, and Nancy (being as creative as she is) even took some of the organza chair sashes that were included in our linens package and used them to decorate our ceremony space, allowing us to keep to a budget and still have our event look like we spent so much more than we actually had to. They were amazing on the wedding day and both were there the entire time, allowing us and our family to be able to enjoy the event rather than having to worry about all the details. To say they are amazing is truly an understatement. It is easy to see that they love what they do, and the most important thing to them at the end of the event is that their bride and groom leave, not merely satisfied, but with all their dreams and expectations met above and beyond. We were so lucky to have booked our wedding at La Fontana Springs, and would do it again in a heartbeat. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. -Eric & Megan Gates

Played ALMOST all I requested and chose some extra to fill in.;I wanted to have 1950's croaner music for dinner. They found only 5 songs and repeated them. One of them was the song that is used as 'Married with Children''s theme song.

The venue is absolutely beautiful! It has a cozy outside area covered in trees for shade with a gazebo for the actual ceremony. The brand new reception hall located on the grouds is beautiful as well. It has a rustic look with a high class feel.;The dance floor is not as big as we would have like. The management said 300 guest would fit comfortably but my 215 guest were a tight fit. The husband/wife duo that runs the hall was overbearing and did not listen to all my request. They would not allow my guest to eat right away which really upset the older crowd that should have eaten dinner hours ago. They didn't even let all my ushers seat my guest. I think the overall experience would have been much better if they were not there and had a more experienced staff facilitating.
