I cannot say enough good things about La Navona! To begin with, everything is included in your package from an event coordinator, caterer, beer/wine (you can add a liquor package), and even the DJ. You can also add a package where they will handle all of your decor including paper goods, signs, centerpieces, etc. All of these things made for a very stress-free experience! Not to mention, Kelsey was amazing and was a great communicator throughout the entire process! She did such an amazing job of turning our vision to life, and our wedding day could not have been more perfect!

La Navona is a wedding venue located in Gahanna, OH. This expansive property offers a plethora of indoor and outdoor event spaces to choose from. Whether it's a quaint elopement or extravagant celebration, this site can host the wedding you deserve and have always dreamed of.
Couples can kickstart their day with a ceremony on the outside patio. This private space is complete with botanical blooms and fairy lighting. Here, you can exchange vows in front of your loved ones before taking one-of-a-kind post-ceremony photos that are sure to be cherished for a lifetime. Once you've tied the knot, this patio area can also be used for a splendid cocktail party. Here, you can mingle with guests, sip on drinks, and raise a toast to your love story. vona. The facility was convenient for out of state guests, the décor was well done, food was phenomenal, and enjoyed the DJ services that were included in our package. The only things that “went wrong” on the day of was that we had to ask to have them to put out our favors because they forgot. Some guests already left, so that was a bummer, but overall was very minor. The staff even washed our cake cutting knife and packed up everything for us. They provided the décor for the event along with the photo booth in their Pearl Package. The things we did bring to personalize it were placed and utilized well. The get ready rooms were updated in summer 2025, so that was nice.
Our experience with La Navona leading up to the ceremony was a little different than what potential future clients with deal with. One of the main complaints in most reviews you see are about the event planner, Kelsey Ireland, and her lack of communication. I agree with that 100%. We booked in January 2025 and she was VERY difficult to get a hold of in any capacity. It was so bad that no one from La Navona let us know 2 weeks prior to the wedding that Kelsey quit/was fired. Our musician was the one who told us Kelsey was no more after we gave her the contact info to coordinate things. Charmaine took over. Charmaine and the director Danielle did their best to smooth it out. I imagine it was a mess that Kelsey left and they did their best to keep it together. Apparently, Charmaine has been with the venue for 2 years in a different capacity, so she wasn’t completely new and was a huge support to pulling off our wedding. Danielle had been with La Navona for about a month, so she was new to the facility and didn’t have anything to do with the trainwreck Kelsey created. I do feel that all of the staff at our wedding were very nice and accommodating. Our friends and family enjoyed the wedding and said it was a beautiful venue and had great organization. I agree. La Navona even included the smoke machines as complimentary for our troubles and partly because Kelsey told us at some point they were included.
Overall, if we could skip the mess that was Kelsey, there would be no complaints with La Navona. Great venue, decently priced, food was customized (Chef Darryl is the man), décor was top notch, and even with the stress of change in leadership, it all turned out perfect. Thank you, Charmaine and all of the La Navona staff for making our wedding beautiful and memorable in the best way possible.
We give it 5 starts for the wedding day
4 stars overall due to the lack of communication about Kelsey's departure that caused undue stress and believe that could have been handled better to clients with events coming up. If you decide to book, you won't have to deal with that, so it should be 5 stars here on out :)

Extremely Disappointing Experience with La Navona and Wedding Planner Kelsey Ireland
I had my wedding at La Navona, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected....
The wedding planner, Kelsey Ireland, was difficult to communicate with throughout the planning process. She rarely responded to messages, which added unnecessary stress.
On the day of the wedding, despite clear weather, Kelsey insisted on moving the ceremony indoors without consulting me. She also promised that La Navona would provide shade for our musicians, but this was not delivered, and I had to pay extra out of pocket to accommodate them.
During the rehearsal, guests found flies in their drinks, which was completely unacceptable. The wedding program, included in our package, was mishandled, and I had to fix it myself on the morning of my wedding. Kelsey left the event early, leaving the wedding understaffed. As a result, there were no announcements for guests to take their favors or rum cakes, leading to significant loss.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor communication from both La Navona and Kelsey Ireland led to a disappointing wedding day. This was not the experience I paid for, and I would not recommend La Navona to future brides.

The quality the team puts into decorations and the patio space is unmatched! We had an amazing and stress free day due to the all inclusive aspect of this venue. d staff accomplished. First off the venue is beautiful, never know it by the parking lot. Ever heard, don't judge a book by it's cover, it fits here. You park, walk to the beautiful wood door, open it and step into enchantment. Every single person that was there had the best time!!
Loved everything; staff, venue, food, drinks, appetizers, decor, layout, timing, music down to the last detail. We just returned from honeymoon and wanted to wait until I had pictures to review, but I cannot. Truly it was the time of our lives! I feel I am cheating others waiting to review. It would have never been possible without Fallon, AJ, Dee, Hannah, Angie, Paris, Amanda, Dave the DJ and the venue itself, LaNovana. I have had so many people tell me how wonderful, relaxed, fun it was that they would love to do it again. There are others that helped, but will not put their names out there without them knowing. Seriously you will not be disappointed and they will supercede your expectations. If you need any ideas Fallon and staff will meet the vision you never knew you had. I will post pictures, but I wouldn't let this venue and the amazing people that ARE LaNovana pass you by. I am willing to go on record for Fallon, DJ Dave, LaNovana and a few others to their amazing, caring, creative and professional talents. You need to remember that they can truly embrace your event, as you embrace the meaning of the event. I pray that there are many that follow the path I have taken.

truly went above and beyond in every. Single. Way. (If you’re contemplating the pearl package, just do it!!). She took my vision and brought it to life. She also answered my countless questions and just all around made the process easier.
The food was also top tier. I got endless compliments on the food/service (the Asiago chicken is to DIE FOR). Many people complimented on the professionalism, the speed of clean up, and just overall experience.
Lastly, David (the DJ), was fantastic! Everything ran absolutely smooth and everyone had a blast.
Overall, if you are questioning if you should have your wedding at La Navona, stop. It is a place where dreams truly do come true.

t La Navona made planning all of the details of our day so smooth and stress-free.
La Navona comes with a DJ (who was extremely professional and fun), food, bar and all the linens you need for your tables. All we had to plan was the transportation, flowers and desserts. Fallon even set up all of our wedding decorations like the memorial table and gift table after we dropped off our items the week of the wedding.
Despite the building being next to a Dollar General, you will not even remember that once you are inside as the venue feels so welcoming and charming.
When La Navona tells you their food is award-winning, believe them! Our guests raved about the food all night.
The outdoor ceremony space was perfect for our October wedding as most of the plants were still in bloom and the leaves were just beginning to change. There is even a small forest outside the back of venue that was perfect for photos.

Our coordinator, Fallon Chambers, went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and was great at brainstorming ideas and additions to help our day go more smoothly. Everything went as planned and it was a nearly stress-free event for us thanks to the staff at La Navona. The food was incredible and we received many compliments from our guests on how tasty and fresh everything was from the kitchen. There is a true advantage of having the catering on site for your wedding! 10/10 experience overall from the planning, the food, the accommodations, and everything that was included in their packaging. re in the right area, but DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE FOOL YOU!!! The inside is beyond gorgeous! As soon as we finished our tour and got back in the car, we knew this was where we had to get married. Aside from the venue being amazing, the staff was what really made choosing La Navona easy. Everyone we came across was extremely professional, friendly, and they really emphasize the importance of you on this day. To add onto the beautiful venue, top tier staff, you also get phenomenal food! MONTHS after our wedding, we still have guests drool over how delicious the food was. Someone even said “you know I ate before coming because you never know with wedding food, but the food you guys had was some of the best I’ve ever had”. That honestly was probably one of the best comments we received. With the venue, you also get a dj and Dave was incredible to work with. Along with the food, we still have guests tell us how much fun they had and how they loved the music. Wedding planning is already stressful enough so having a venue that was all inclusive was one of the best decisions we made.
I truly wish my husband and I could get married again just to we can relive our wedding day.

My event planner (Fallon) and her team were very responsive to my questions and requests. Once we had the final plans completed, the event planner confirmed she understood and would make it happen. Fallon did exactly what she said. On the day of the event I walked into the spaces and was pleasantly surprised to see all of the hard work and planning come to fruition. The execution of the setup was beautiful and exactly what we talked about. In addition to the beautiful event spaces, the chef and team prepared the food beyond my expectations. The hors d'oeuvers were beautifully displayed and delicious. Overall the entire dinner was great! The meat (short ribs and chicken) was tender and delightful. The overall food and service delivered were 5-Star. La Navona is the only place to hold special events. You will be happy you did.

venue two years in advance due to the pandemic, and in that time, we worked with multiple event coordinators there. We met Fallon a few months before the wedding, and she took over as if she had been helping us since the beginning! She was extremely helpful in planning all of the last-minute details for the big day, and she was so much fun to work with. The day before the wedding, we dropped off all of our decorations, and the La Navona team set everything up for us. We came in on the day of the wedding, and everything was beautiful! Fallon and the other staff members were so helpful and did everything they could to make sure things ran smoothly the whole evening. They even had a backup plan for a ceremony inside in case it decided to rain. The venue is beautiful, the food was amazing, and we are so grateful to everyone for making it an incredible day. 's no weird surprise fees like other places. The kitchen staff was amazing too - the menu is exquisite. The venue is elegant and just rustic enough. It met every need and then some.
The only thing that the venue didn't provide in terms of needs was dessert, be that your cake or some other choice. But they work with lots of great bakeries and had some really good suggestions for where to go.
I also really liked that they have an in house DJ. You have the option to pick someone else if you wanted to, but I'm telling you now, you don't even need to bother looking! Our DJ, Dave, was a lot of fun and he listened to and executed our desires for the music and the feel throughout the night.
At the end of the day, if you're looking for a place that does it all, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't at least look at La Navona!

r, Tracey, was fantastic to work with when planning the ceremony/reception. I felt confident that our wedding would go smoothly with Tracey behind the wheel. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! Our favorite area was the bar. It gives off a rustic/woodsy vibe, which is very inviting to all the guests. Everyone spoke highly of the food! We had Asiago Chicken, Short Ribs, Brussel Sprouts (to die for), and Roasted Potatoes. This may seem like something insignificant, but it meant so much after a busy day. Tracey brought both of us a plate of food once guests were able to get food. It was just a nice, added touch to the evening! If you are looking for an all-inclusive wedding venue, La Navona is a must-book!

I don’t even know where to start, to describe how phenomenal La Navona is and was for our wedding day. My husband and I needed a venue that was beautiful, customizable, could accom...
modate an outdoor ceremony… but that we could afford. La Navona is in an unexpected location, and admittedly, when we first pulled in to La Navona’s location, we were perplexed, but the moment we walked inside, we were sold. My husband’s favorite area of the venue was the bar area - rustic and woodsy with sparkly lights to add some romance. I immediately loved the outdoor ceremony space, with its elegant iron arbor and existing plants and woods in the background - we didn’t need to decorate our ceremony space AT ALL, because it’s already stunning, especially with the fall color we had on our day. The setting was ideal - everything could happen in one place for everyone.
Tracey Castrejon, our coordinator - we’ll just never be able to thank her enough for everything she and her team did to make our wedding day incredible. Tracey was a dream to work with, making everything smooth, answering every single question quickly and easily, and executing our day with poise and such a relaxed air that it just helped the day feel soft and easy. She and Chef were also super accommodating and detail-oriented with regard to any dietary restrictions our guests had - we knew our family and friends were in caring hands with Tracey and her whole team.
The fact that La Navona is so inclusive is terrific - our contract with them included our ceremony, our reception, catering, DJ, bar services, linens and chairs, lighting… we even got to use their photo booth, which was so fun! They have so many other extras that we didn’t necessarily need ourselves, but any couple could customize their own special day to exactly what they want, and La Navona would absolutely nail it.
We’re finally back from our honeymoon, and my husband and I can’t stop saying that we wish we could rewind and do our wedding day all over again, because it was just that beautiful. I highly recommend the La Navona team for any event - not just weddings! I look forward to getting to collaborate with Tracey again in the future, because she and her team were an absolute joy.

The food we chose was the Asiago Chicken and Steak and Shrimp and both were great!! The appetizers were great as well, the potato pops are so tasty and were a big hit!
Everything with this venue was so easy going. If there was ever a problem, I (the bride) never knew about it and was able to relax and just enjoy our wedding day.
Big thank you to all the people who helped out, especially Tracey - she is amazing to work with and is so excited to make your vision a reality. Truly one of the best parts about this venue is Tracey and the other team members who helped. :)

rough every step of planning our reception at no additional cost. She was always a phone call, text or email away with typically same day responses. The beauty of this venue is that pretty much everything you need to host an awesome event is included. Open bar, food, DJ, photo booth. Our DJ, Dave, great communication, took the time with us months in advance to make sure he got everything exactly the way we wanted. He knocked the music out of the park. They even have designated florists and bakeries they work with for a discount. (Botanica and Bella Cakes by Beth). We used both, they were great. The unique bar area was a huge hit for our guests. The outdoor space is gorgeous, filled with greenery, flowers, and lights; perfect for photos. All of our guests raved about the food being the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The staff were all friendly and very attentive to anything we needed. I would recommend La Navona to anyone looking for an affordable, beautiful, wedding venue that includes a coordinator (Tracey) who makes planning a breeze!

as amazing to work with. She was friendly, professional, accommodating, and excellent at communicating via email and in person meeting's throughout the whole process. The outdoor garden ceremony space, ballroom and rustic bar were beautiful. There was plenty of space for guests at cocktail hour and dancing throughout the night. Another added bonus is that everything was all inclusive based on your package. Those packages included the DJ, food, alcohol, linens and much more. They even have bridal suites to get ready in. Overall the price is very fair and as I mentioned the venue is beautiful. Working with Tracey puts your mind at ease during the stresses of planning. I highly recommend La Navona.

out of town (stressful enough!) but my husband is also in a wheelchair. It was a big deal to find a venue that was all-inclusive, welcoming, and inclusive to everyone's needs. Tracey went above and beyond for us! She made sure there was plenty of his pop for him to drink (Diet Canada Dry Ginger Ale!) since it's not regular stocked in the venue. She marked with tape where the cake table legs absolutely had to be in order for him to get his wheelchair under the table for us to be able to cut out cake at a good angle. She and the entire staff were just so attentive to our and our guests' needs. We got so many compliments on how excellent the food was as well!!! DJ Dave was amazing and so attentive to my husband and his needs as well. It was the perfect reception. If you're looking for an all-inclusive wedding venue, you can stop searching with La Navona!

On the day of our reception, all of the staff were so helpful and always made sure we were taken care of and were incredibly kind. Also, all of our guest raves about how amazing the food was! The food at La Navona is DELICIOUS! Many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have had! The potato pops and braised short rib were easily my favorites! day kept everything running smoothly and handled challenges as they arose on the big day to prevent me from feeling any additional stress.
I never got to eat on my wedding day unfortuantely because I spent that time interacting with my guests but the guests have told me how delicous the food was. All of the staff was very helpful on the event day as well.
The venue is already quite lovely, especially the outdoor patio space. With the help of my design consultant, it took an already beautiful venue to something I only expected in my dreams.
We had several options for our wedding but the moment we toured LaNavona, we knew that it made sense for us to host our wedding ceremony and reception there. The location, amenity offered, knowledgeable team, great food (I did have food from the tasting,just not the wedding day), beautiful decor and very reasonable price make this an ideal choice for any couple. You won't be disappointed.

y stepped in and did an amazing job!! La Navona takes care of everything! We made our own center pieces and signage but they took care of the rest. Everyone was so professional! Rehearsal went great and the big day went off without a hitch. The flowers in the courtyard were in full bloom and I recommend having an evening wedding if you can. We were married at 5:30 p.m. and it felt like a fairy tale. All I’ve heard from my guests is 1) how beautiful the venue was and 2) the food was amazing!! For our appetizers we chose pot stickers and bacon wrapped brisket and those were delicious. If you would like a venue where all you have to do is show up and be married, then I recommend La Navona!

. Tracey is reliable, reachable, and easy to work with on my ideas. On our wedding day it was raining , however Tracey times everything beautifully where my husband and I can have a intimate wedding outdoors. It was a great experience and highly recommended!!!

o very minimal decorations required, and the all inclusive packages cover so much! Everyone was so nice and very accommodating. I was nervous because of it's location but I am so glad I decided to go with them. Everything went smoothly having the ceremony and the reception there. Highly recommend!
