o fill out some information before we met that helped me start getting ideas, then during our meeting she made some wonderful suggestions that were not only cost effective but also beautiful and matched the style I was aiming for. In one two-hour meeting she was able to help me sort out all of my flower needs and helped me create a wedding look I absolutely loved. The computer software they use gives you all the meeting notes and payment dates you need to be aware of which I really appreciated. Hilary was my main contact once we signed the contract and she always had a prompt response and was kind enough to sit with me about a month out and do a final run through to make sure we had everything ready to go. I found it helpful to pay for an extra hour of set up since I was repurposing some flowers from the ceremony for the reception, definitely worth it. As for the bouquets, they were stunning and even better than I had imagined them! Seeing the them before I put my dress on was the one thing that made me cry and made the day so much more real. I will definitely be using la petite fleur again for my florist needs. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so beautiful!

did not get a cascading bouquet I got a round bouquet and so did my bridesmaids and maid of honor. I wanted a corsage for my mother with two gardenias in it ,and she gave me a corsage with only one gardenia and put the other two gardenias in my bouquet. I gave her diamond and pearl sticks to make hidden Mickeys in my bouquet. She put some cheap Crystal pens that you could not even see. Don’t know why she did not use the pins I gave her. She gave me the excuse that her designer had a death in the family and that she was sick that day. I understand things like this happen but you only have one wedding day. Angela being the owner should have stepped in and made sure that her client got everything that she needed, I don’t care how sick she was.

Then, we were having trouble coordinating the date for the ceremony, then decided we would just do it in my mother in law' large backyard. So I go into hyperdrive to plan a wedding for 30 guests in 20 days. I didn't have time to view the flowers, so I sent Angela my ideas. I was on a verrrry small budget as well. She asked me to send her my ideas, and to give her a budget to work with. She said my ideas were all over the map haha, but she pulled together beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres. She was so attentive and easy to work with. I would definitely use La Petite Fleur again, and I plan to refer everyone there. I really cannot thank them enough. She seemed more excited for my wedding than I was lol (I was so stressed!)

I even had a special request to include the Notre Dame class ring of my Grandfather, who had passed a few months before the wedding, into the bouquet. He wore it every day, and having it placed into my bouquet made me feel that he was still with me that special day. Instead I walked out with more confusion and more questions. However, our meeting with Angela (the owner) at La Petite Fleur was significantly different! She looked at my pins and took her time in getting to know me as well as my likes and dislikes. She had this way of asking me certain questions to prompt my thinking and help me get closer to a vision. She had great suggestions – she definitely knows her flowers! On that day, she even put together a sample centerpiece taking into account what we talked about! This was priceless – being able to see the arrangement in person helped me even more! From there, I was able to say “less of this and more of that” etc. I don’t think she realizes how grateful I am for this encounter and it was only our first meeting. Everything seemed to really come together after we met with her. She has a great eye for detail and design. She’s professional, patient, and a perfectionist (which was great because I knew that we would get perfect quality)! Also, Angela is a beautiful and genuine person with a big heart. You can see the passion she has and how much excitement this all brings her! We met with her a couple of more times and she was available via email and phone. Her cost was more than reasonable considering the great quality and stress-free experience. She delivered on time and was flexible in meeting people in their various rooms. She was genuinely excited to see me that day even though I was a spazz – hehe I later apologized! She set up our reception venue with all the decorations, and I was okay with not being able to QC before the guests arrived – that’s how much I trusted her. I had a sketch of how I wanted things placed but I also gave her permission to move things around if her design eye saw something better. That should show how comfortable I felt with Angela. I also got some really pretty gauze ribbon for my isle way and a beautiful isle runner for her. She took my grandmother's wedding ring that I was given when she passed, one of my Great Grandmother's handkerchiefs that was passed down to me and my other grandmother's pearl bracelet that my mom worn on her wedding day and placed them all in my bouquet then to finish it off she wrapped the stems in lace from my mom's wedding dress so that all of the women in my life who have inspired, loved and made me that beautiful bride on my wedding day were all right there in my hands and heart the entire time. My center pieces, bridesmaids bouquets, ceremony site were all just breathtaking. I never thought that the flowers could make a wedding. Everything was just perfect and with an August wedding heat is always a factor and the flowers were so fresh and lasted well after the wedding was over. They also provided several chalkboards, birdcages, etc for my guestbook table, seating chart table and ceremony site. La Petite Fleur takes visions and makes them dreams, I took a chance with not being super picky and exact on what I wanted, and weather you are like me or you know exactly what you want this the place for you!
