I started off thinking I could plan my own wedding...Little did I know how completely wrong I was. One cannot plan their own wedding when they are maintaining a full time job, having family responsibilities, and tend to all other aspects of an engagement. I found Lacy Branch Events when I was in the beginning stages of planning after I realized I was way over my head. She was able to sort my thoughts, help me design a to do list, manage a budget, describe the ideal image for my recepetion, compete a master time line, and ease any drama along the way. She not only made this process much less stressful, but she made it enjoyable! Beyond that, my reception was the most beatufiul reception I have ever seen (and as many of my guests said as well). Lacy designed the most perfect zen like space, with fire, rocks and gem tones. I am so beyond lucky to have been able to work with her team for my fall 2015 wedding.

We can't say enough great things about Lacy Branch Events! The only thing we wish is that we would have involved them earlier in the process. We were reluctant to hire a planner because of the cost - but we're here to say, they were SO worth it!! They actually saved us money on some vendors due to their relationships, and even more than that - they gave us peace of mind on the day of our wedding, and we got to enjoy the reception without worrying about a thing - we knew the team from Lacy Branch had everything under control. Plus, they turned our vision into a reality. The wedding and reception was exactly like we had envisioned, and more! We HIGHLY recommend Lacy Branch and her team. They're fantastic!!

Lacy and her team helped my husband and I have a truly unbelievable, unforgettable night. After the first meeting, I could tell that Lacy really "got" what I was looking for. And she surprised me at every turn with choices that were so spot on - even more "me" than I could imagine myself! It was difficult at times coordinating as I was doing a long distance wedding and the Lacy team is very busy with other weddings but I knew I could trust Lacy and her team to bring it all together on the wedding day.. and wow, did they ever! Our day was a dream!

Lacy Branch Events made my wedding day more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We met with her shortly after we got engaged and right away she had a vision of what my wedding would be and with in weeks we had a date set, venue picked and quickly on the way to aligning our vendors who were all top notch. Lacy was able to assist me in everything from finding a church to pointing me in the right direction to finding the most beautiful wedding dress. Everyone I came in contact with was excited for me knowing that Lacy is the best in St. Louis and is truly top notch in the industry. I felt like the whole wedding planning process was stress-free and enjoyable. Lacy and her team had everything covered even to the extent of things I would never have thought about. The reception was so beautiful, our guest were in awe of how beautiful the reception was. From the lighting, to the linens to the small details on all the tables, everything was simply elegant and all tied in together. I was breathless when saw the room for the first time and never could have imagined it more beautiful. Lacy is truly a designer and listened to everything I wanted. On the day of the wedding, unfortunately we had some later afternoon rain with a break in weather during the beginning of the reception. Since our reception was partially outside LBE, along with staff from the venue, were working to make sure we could enjoy the outdoors before the rain came back by soaking up water off the dance floor. We were able to keep the reception outside up to the father/daughter dance. I was so appreciative that she went above and beyond to make my day the best she could.

Lacy Branch and all of her staff are absolutely fabulous. We had barely considered getting a wedding planner, but WOW!! Thank goodness we did. It really is amazing how much work goes into a wedding! From the start: picking venue, picking vendors, and even helping to pick the perfect DATE, Lacy was there to make sure all the decisions we made were the right decisions. She has many vendors who she has worked with, and gives you options of which ones work for you. we had ZERO problems with anyone we worked with from start to finish. She also saved us money on many occasions because many vendors give her a discount. I even emailed her a photo of the EARRINGS that I bought for my bridesmaids to make sure she thought they were a good choice!! lol. Sooooo many emails... and always a response. We gave Lacy a few of our visions for the ceremony and reception decor, and WOW.... the result was ridiculous. My husband and I were literally amazed when we saw the finished product. Speechless. And our guests are STILL talking about it over a month later! Besides the planning and design (which helped us immensely), Lacy and her staff were with us the ENTIRE wedding day. We didn't have to worry about a single thing... even as small as them taking all of our gifts and stationery to our hotel room during the reception so that we didn't have to worry about it! Everything involving our wedding was virtually STRESS-FREE. No one could believe how relaxed I was even when it was getting closer to the big day. We could never ever ever thank Lacy and her staff for EVERYTHING that they did to make our wedding absolutely perfect. ZERO COMPLAINTS. ZERO! AND... as if all of this isn't enough, Lacy is the absolute sweetest person in the world!!! She is always happy and always helpful. Her staff is the same. We can never say enough good things about Lacy and her staff, but this is our best effort to do so. BEST DECISION ever made for our wedding.

Lacy and her team were amazing throughout the planning process and especially on the day. We hired her at the very beginning, since I was planning a wedding in St. Louis from NYC. When we met she was very understanding about my time and location concerns and was very accomodating. She even came to New York to meet with our linen and paperie vendors! And the few weekends I was able to come to St. Louis she and Sarah made sure that I would have meetings set up so I could make the best use of my time. Lacy and Sarah were also great on the day, making sure everyone was where they should be and keeping me calm and focused throughout. I was so thankful I didn't have to worry about a thing except for getting ready. That alone was worth the investment in Lacy Branch! My favorite part of using Lacy was her eye for event design. She made our Hindu ceremony and Christian ceremony look exactly how I envisioned, traditional yet modern and similar enough that the color scheme flowed easily between the two. I'm not the best at articulating my vision but Lacy managed to pull it together anyway! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful and detailed everything looked, and more than a few of my engaged friends asked me for my planner's information. All in all, Lacy and her team were stellar and I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. They made my dream wedding come to life, and I could not have wished for anything more.

Last weekend, Lacy Branch Events (LBE) brought our fairytale to life. We hired LBE 3 months into our engagement. In that time, we had already chosen our ceremony and reception site, signed a contract and hired a DJ. We had chosen a destination-ish wedding in the Lake of the Ozarks, approximately 2 and a half hours from the St. Louis area. As if a destination wedding didn't come with enough of it's own challenges, we learned through the planning process, our venue site chosen was for lack of a better word, difficult. Had we hired LBE immediately after becoming engaged, our contract would have been negotiated for us and any flaws would have been worked out well before 48 hours before we said, "I Do." We had had our final planning and design meeting and we were ready to get married. Weeks leading up to the wedding, LBE continued to be communicative, supportive and were readily available, if needed. All week leading up to the wedding, LBE and I had been stalking the weekend forecast that was calling for a 70% chance of rain. We had planned for a beautiful outside ceremony and cocktail hour. Lacy came to my room the morning of our wedding, asking me to make the decision. She reassured me, if I wanted to continue as planned and roll the dice, we could do that. I chose to roll the dice. Two hours before our ceremony was scheduled to start, it began raining. You know, that annoying rain where you can’t decide whether or not to turn the windshield wipers on or off. LBE with the help of our ushers, were wiping down chairs for our guests, providing our guests with towels, trying to locate umbrellas, etc. It was decided to move our cocktail hour was made due to lightening. LBE team was fantastic. I watched them as I waited in "hiding." They did more work than the venue staff to flip the space. As I walked down the aisle with my dad holding an umbrella, my dress drenched, guests cheering and clapping, I saw one of the LBE team members. For the last two hours, this stranger just stood out in the rain for us and was now soaked, somehow was still smiling as she watched my husband and I's vision become a reality. In fact, each team member was drenched and never once was negative, upset or complained about it. They were wonderful. During the cocktail hour, we were finally able to do our first look of our reception space. I knew the design and vision, but nothing could prepare me (or my husband) for what we were walking into. The doors opened, our eyes were closed. Our eyes opened and I immediately began crying. Crying tears of pure happiness. My husband was in shock. He was at a lost for words. At one of our very first design meetings, Lacy continued to press me to put my thoughts/ideas into words, I eventually told her, "I want the fairytale." That night, I was given my fairytale. Prior to our wedding, my wedding planner schema consisted of what I had "learned" from Jennifer Lopez in The Wedding Planner. And my husband’s coined the phrase with Lacy, "Hashtag weddingplanningiseasy." Having been fortunate to experience a professional wedding planner, I admit I was naive. Being a wedding planner is an extremely selfless profession. The amount of time, hours, emails exchanged, etc. that were put into our wedding alone was a full-time job. But LBE puts that same amount of time, energy and effort into every wedding. They consistently bring a bride's vision to life and deliver the fairytale!

What a pleasure is was for all of us to have Lacy Branch Events holding our hands from the beginning stages of planning to the magnificent ending! The reception was magical and truly gorgeous. The flowers,thanks to belli fiori, were simply breathe taking!! All the vendors, which are too numerous to list ,did an over the top job!! They all thought VERY highly of Lacy Branch Events. The attention to detail from the save the date, the invitations, the programs, the shuttle service, the place cards, the menus, the flowers, the tablecloths, the lighting, the candles, the food, the candy station, the fun photo station to the DJ was, as is Lacy Branch Events ,PERFECTION! I am still amazed at how lovely the cake looked and how delicious it was....Thanks to Sarah's Cake Shop! The memory of my wedding will remain one of my most precious.

And if we had any problems with our other vendors, Lacy was our staunchest supporter, fighting for our best interests. Our wedding day was stress-free, thanks to Lacy Branch Events. If there were any mishaps, we never knew about them, because LBE would have fixed them before they even reached us. The wedding was perfectly executed, and Lacy and her team were a calming presence throughout the day. Most of all, Lacy Branch Events has the unique ability to transform your vague wedding ideas into a beautiful and intimately personal vision. More than anything else, this is what we will always remember about them. My wife is from New York and she wanted an NYC wedding in St. Louis (not the easiest task), and Lacy accomplished that and more! The design details: the flowers, the linen combinations, the head table, the signature cocktail – Lacy wove all of those elements into a cohesive vision. When we walked into our reception venue for our sneak peek, we were in awe of the beautiful and romantic setting that Lacy created. And our guests were blown away, too – apparently there was a wall of camera phone flashes right when our guests entered the ball room! Our wedding was a reflection of us as individuals and as a couple, and Lacy Branch Events definitely delivered the WOW factor to our wedding design. We have gotten comments from friends and relatives on both sides that ours was “the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended.” We had nonstop partying against an elegant background, and we have Lacy Branch Events to thank for crafting the perfect combination of the two. We had the best wedding imaginable, and we could not have asked for more. We wholeheartedly recommend Lacy Branch Events to anyone and EVERYONE, without reservation or qualification. To be honest, at first I was skeptical about hiring a coordinator. Which lasted about 12 seconds into our first meeting. LBE was exactly what we wanted and, more importantly, precisely what we needed. We had no vision - all we gave LBE was a vague idea of what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like. Over the months before our wedding, LBE guided us through the process of selecting venues, choosing high-quality vendors, interfacing with vendors, tracking and managing expenses, answering our dumb questions, and suggesting things to fit our vague ideas. And I know they did a lot more that I don't know about. Through that process they turned our vague ideas into an extraordinary, movie-quality ceremony and reception. From the tears of joy on my now-wife's face, to the looks of amazement on our parents faces, to the innumerable compliments I (yes, even the groom) got, to the dance-to-the-very-end-negotiate-for-one-more-song reception - it was all amazing beyond words. But that's not even the best part. The best thing LBE did for us was to give us peace of mind. Not for one moment did we worry about our wedding. We knew LBE had everything under control. We knew LBE would make it perfect. We knew LBE would resolve any problems (and if any arose, they did resolve them as I am unaware of a single problem or issue). We knew LBE would be there for us. There is so much stress during the planning process, but with LBE the stress was about everything but the wedding (who to invite, who not to invite, who didn't RSVP, family issues...). And for LBE to do what they did made the planning process enjoyable and the actual wedding a night that we never will forget. Simply put, without LBE our wedding may have been a lackluster event after months of stressful planning.

I loved Lacy and her team. They always got down to business when they needed to and Lacy always stood up for me when I was being a pushover. The design of the room was amazing, I got compliments all night about how great my taste was. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that cares about quality as much as my husband and I did.

Lacy Branch Events was hired as our wedding planner and design team for our June 2011 wedding. Lacy and her team did a GREAT job! I consider myself a decent planner but I did not want to worry about ALL the tiny details of our big day and I didn't have too! Lacy and her team handled everything with class and designed a beautiful wedding! It was the perfect day!

I still can't stop talking about the design of the room. It was so incredible. Even though I had a general idea of what is was going to look like, I was floored when I walked in. Lacy and her staff were so organized which made my day so relaxed. I am such a believer in hiring a planner for weddings but having someone to design my wedding was so worth it.

I recently hired Lacy Branch & Event to oversee the design of my September 2010 wedding. This was the best decision I could have made. The hassle of interviewing vendors and finding someone that is your style and in your price range is made easy, since Lacy does it for you! She has a great roster of vendor that she works with and they all have the same integrity and dedication that Lacy and her team have. Lacy has a great vision and truly pulls out the details that she knows will be unique to you as a couple. My husband was not involved in the planning much but Lacy had him in mind throughout the entire design process. I am not a person that can envision patterns and colors together without a picture. Lacy was great at showing me pictures so that I could grasp what she was envisioning. I cannot imagine our wedding being any more perfect than it was. Lacy and her team thought of things that truly made it unique. I am blessed to have pictures capturing the moments when my husband & I saw our room for the first time. It was a priceless moment that brought tears to my mother and Lacy’s eyes. That very special day was made all the more special by the fact that Lacy and her team took care of everything. Whether you are the bride & groom or the family of, you will be able to enjoy that day to the fullest knowing that you have a great team of people taking care of making your dream come true. Our day would not have been the same without Lacy. She holds a special place in my heart for giving me the perfect day with my husband! :)
