Small boutique, but I liked it because they give you their full attention!! I was the only bride in there and both ladies were working together to help me find my perfect dress!!
Life Saver, Found the Dress of My Dreams!!
I live in MS, and have shopped through the entire lower half of MS and the coast. I am a curvy girl, and love my body..I absolutely love...
this store!! Found exactly what I was hoping for! I had serious issues with some of the "Bridal Boutique/Store" in MS claiming to have dresses (but really only able to order w/out trying on.) Ladies and Gents had he best service, hands down!! The owner was attentive and she knew her merchandise. She had a variety of gowns and a variety of sizes!! The best bridal shopping experience I've had anywhere. Would highly recommend this store!
I will never enter this establishment again. My sister, the bride, myself and another bridesmaid went to look at dresses. The woman at the friend, who I am pretty sure is the owner...
, was incredibly rude. She ignored my sister mid-sentence in order to suck up to a wealthier patron leaving the store. She pulled the incorrect dress size, even though my sister specifically told her the size. My sister is not comfortable being nude in front of others, but the woman refused to allow me to help my sister into the dress before the assistant entered the room and zipped it up. We left and went to James & B Bridal Outlet in Slidell. My sister walked in and purchased a dress within 45 minutes.
We weren't sure what to expect driving to Slidell from New Orleans to go to a bridal salon but what a great surprise! Everything was great from the staff to the dresses! We had suc...
h a great time trying on different dresses and the staff was always so helpful. When I described what I was looking for in a dress they got it right on their first try. Also bought our bridesmaids dresses there! Another bonus of this place is the prices! The prices here cannot be beat!
I really don't write reviews, but felt I had to warn anyone getting married, please do not use this store! They sent me the wrong size, then agreed to pay for the alterations, but...
when I called back the owner on the day I was getting the dress altered, they claimed they never agreed to it. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, they started yelling at me and saying it's too bad and there's nothing they can do. Several of the other bridesmaids in the party also received at least 2 sizes different than what they ordered. Stay away!
I traveled from Baton Rouge to visit this bridal store and it was well worth the trip. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I told them what I liked and they pulled dress...
es that perfectly fit the bill. I was assisted in getting in and out of the dress, which could be a laborious task on your own. They have a beautiful store with a stage and huge mirrors so that you can see the gown from every angle. They have so many beautiful dresses and the hardest part of the day was trying to choose between the gorgeous gowns!!!! I would highly recommend this bridal boutique. The service cannot be beat.
I got my wedding dress from here. I already knew it was the one. I went in and tried it on for a second time to confirm and ordered it that day. They took accurate measurements and...
it fit perfectly when picked up.
This place is not worth it. Do not go if you want to enjoy the process of becoming a bride. They are unwelcoming and not helpful. Upon entering the store four workers sat and looke...
d at my mom and I as we entered the store, no one said anything or greeted us. As we approached the counter the lady was very rude to us without informing us about their policy or the way their process of trying on/browsing through dresses works. Bad service equals money lost.
These ladies helped me find a beautiful dress for my bridesmaids to wear in a perfect color! A little disorganized, but always helpful.
I can't say enough good things about these folks! Not only did I find the most PERFECT dress here, the staff are extremely friendly and really know their stuff! The boutique is bea...
utiful, and they made the whole "finding that perfect dress" very personable. The one on one time you get while there, along with their selection makes you want to recommend them to the whole world! Highly Highly HIGHLY recommend!
First off I will say, I gave them a 3 on quality because my dress was gorgeous! But here it the worst part, they gave it to me in a box all folded up! I had to steam it 2 times so ...
that I could get the wrinkles out of the satin!! They have the worst communication with their customers, and I had several talks with them about just keeping in touch with me and I wouldn't be mad. I also was supposed to receive a free vail with my purchase of my dress and they never called me back after multiple phone calls. I finally got in touch with the store owner and she had an excuse for every time they didn't call me. The number one thing is keeping in touch with the bride, and they couldn't accomplish that!! Luckily, all the crying and stress was worth it because I loved my dress, but i would buy it from the side of the road before I bought anything from there again.
