Laina was a true angel for our wedding day! From the first day I reached out to her, she was so friendly and helpful. She was willing to answer all of my questions along the way and ease any stress I had. On the day of the wedding, we truly would not have been able to do it without her. She came right in, took over, and helped out in all the ways possible. From setting up our memorial table, to checking in with the bridal party, to making sure we had dessert saved, Laina covered all the bases. I cannot recommend her enough!

When we began our wedding planning process we knew we wanted to hire a day of coordinator. We planned a DIY wedding on our family farm which includes lots of details that need to be executed on the big day. We are so glad we hired Laina. We had 3 prep meetings with her throughout the year leading up to our event to go over the details and plan. Laina was so organized and had every detail of the timeline secured! On our day of she took care of everything. Not only did she help with set up and breakdown, but she also managed coordinations with all the vendors to ensure everything was running smoothly. We also added a few things to the timeline last minute and Laina helped us figure out where to fit them in.There were also little things Laina did to make sure the day was special for us like making sure we had a plate of food during cocktail hour, making sure we had drinks and champagne ready after the ceremony and making sure our food was hot and ready for us after we took pictures. If you are considering hiring a day of coordinator, do not hesitate to hire Laina! She will ensure your day goes smoothly so you don’t have to worry and you can focus on celebrating with your family and friends.

Hiring Laina as our day of coordinator was the absolute best decision we made while planning our own wedding. From the first time we reached out to her she was quick to ease any nerves we had and through the process was consistent with communication and her attention to detail during our planning meetings ensured our day went off as smoothly as possible. We were consistently impressed with her knowledge and organization and had complete peace of mind going into our big day as we were confident in her abilities to ensure our day went as planned. She shined her brightest on the day of the wedding when our bar vendor ended up showing up late and only arrived well into the start of the reception. What could have been a nightmare was handled by Laina quickly, quietly and professionally. She kept a cool a head and handled the situation with grace and advocated for us when we couldn't. Despite the wrench this threw into the evening Laina's work ensured the two of us were able to have the wedding of our dreams and we couldn't be more grateful for her help. Any future couples looking to hire on her services shouldn't hesitate, she is amazing at what she does and you are in wonderful hands.

My husband and I got married at the Lighthouse Cove Event Center in Dewey Beach, DE on May 4th, 2024, and Laina was our day-of coordinator. Laina is absolutely incredible!! My wedding was the first time she had worked my venue, but you would have thought she’d been there dozens of times. Laina was so attentive, professional, and easy to work with. She made sure every little detail I wanted for that day was done perfectly. She really was there for me, and kept everything on track across all of my vendors. We are so lucky we found Laina, she made our day perfect in every way. She is exactly what I needed in a day-of coordinator. Thank you for everything Laina!

We could not be happier with our decision to hire Laina as our day of coordinator!! She was incredible to work with from start to finish! We had 3 meetings prior to wedding day to ensure we discussed all details and to create the perfect timeline. She handled the little issues that arose on wedding day with ease!! Thanks to Laina & Mary we had the best wedding day we could have asked for. For the day of we had Mary on site as our coordinator but both Mary & Laina collectively helped us plan out our perfect day leading up to it! Mary was the best ever and made sure everything went smoothly, handling anything that popped up on our special day, allowing us to be fully present in the moment and with our guests. There were a few things that we asked to change last second as far as timeline and Mary was ON IT. She was so attentive and made it happen. We are forever grateful for this team for making our wedding day a dream come true. Will be recommending them to everyone!! So worth it!

Every time I met with her I left feeling like a weight had been taken off of my shoulders. We chose to hire Laina after learning of an issue with our wedding venue. She reached out as soon as I contacted her and we had a contract signed and our first meeting scheduled very quickly. It was such a relief to have someone there for me the day of my wedding whose sole priority was to work in my best interest and make sure things run smoothly. She decorated the room beautifully and was there for everything I needed. She even helped with steaming my dress! Our package had Laina at the reception until 8pm, and we certainly could tell the difference when she left. Things just ran perfectly and smoothly thanks to her expertise while she was there. Wedding planning was becoming super stressful for me the closer we got to the big day so I was so thankful to find Laina! She is so good at organizing the million things you need to keep track of while planning a wedding. Having virtual meetings with her made me feel so much better knowing that we were on track to have everything ready for the big day. We chose to focus mainly on day-of wedding coordination and I can only assume Laina was working miracles because I mostly saw her running around directing things and no one bothered me with any details - which is exactly what I wanted! She was very kind and reassuring throughout the entire process and we would definitely recommend her planning/coordinating services!

Laina was amazing to work with. She helped calm all our nerves and reassure us she had the day of coordination with our vendors covered. With rain on our wedding day, you can imagine the stress that came along with it and Laina was great at the last minute details. While we planned our wedding, Laina executed and made sure all the last minute details were handled. Made our day more enjoyable!

Opting to use a wedding planner was one of our best decisions and Laina was literally amazing during every step of the wedding planning process. She kept us organized, thought of things we would not have, was professional, adaptable, and made it her mission that we did not have to think or deal with a thing on our day. It was a huge help to have her as our go to person on the wedding day, especially her relationship with the other vendors made everything that much smoother! She made sure everything we had planned was taking place and allowed us to focus on enjoying every minute of the day. She went above and beyond. Organizing the venue before the ceremony exactly how we envisioned it and helping out in every way during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I truly recommend working with her! Laina should have been the first person I Booked for our Wedding!! Who else would have kept the days events on point? Think about it, who would decorate, set all important items prepared out for display?? Who would run the show?? Laina was absolutely amazing since the beginning. She was so helpful with the whole planning process and gave us super helpful documents to stay organized. She ran our whole rehearsal and even on our wedding day when I was stressing about what goes where, she reassured me and had everything running smoothly and created the wedding of our dreams. We hired Laina for our day of coordination and it was the best decision ever!! I was a total control freak throughout the whole wedding planning and I was so nervous to leave the day of responsibilities to someone else but Laina was incredible!!! There was a lot of pressure with hurricane Ian but I did not have worry about a single thing the entire day, she took control, embraced all of my ideas, and made my wedding come to life! We hired Laina for our day-of coordination. Being in her first year of business, we didn’t know what to expect, but she knocked it out of the park - you wouldn’t even be able to tell she had been doing this for less than a year! Laina checked in with us 6 and 2 months out from the wedding to make sure we were on track with planning. She had easy-to-use shared files that helped to keep us organized and thinking of every aspect of the day. A week leading up to the wedding, she walked us through the day and put us at ease about the timeline, offering advice and really listening to what we wanted for our day. During the day-of, she was calm and collected and never missed a beat. If things went wrong - we would honestly have no idea because she handled it all so we could focus on the day and ourselves! Laina was a true professional when communicating with both our vendors and family. We made it a priority to be on the dancefloor and she made it happen by moving the day right along! Our wedding felt like a fairytale and looking back, we can truly say we have no regrets or mishaps with the day because she made it so easy for us! We would 100% recommend Laina to anyone who needs a wedding planner or coordinator!

Laina could not have been any better! We had a DIY wedding and hired her for day of coordinating. Despite only having her on-site for the rehersal and the wedding you would have thought she was apart of the planning process from day one. She learned all of our crazy details and worked very well with us, and we had some very detailed ideas. She made the planning process so easy as she had so many Google doc templates that we just had to fill. She was very communicative and responsive. Laina is am individual who is very kind and friendly but yet assertive at the same time. She handled all the vendors the moment she arrived and it was so relieving to know that our wedding was in great hands. She was very prepared day of, had tide sticks on hand to get stains out of my wife's dress! While she was attentive to details of the wedding, line wiping down the dance floor when it became to wet so also was attentive to us during the day. She checked in with us if she sensed we were getting stressed by a certain detail and even had drinks ready for us multiple times during the night! I would highly recommend Laina - you won't regret it!!
