Lake Front Wedding & Events

My husband (then fiance) and I were in South Lake Tahoe looking for wedding venues, and we happened to walk by Lake Front Wedding & Events in Heavenly Village. Since the whole purpose of the trip was to find a wedding venue, we decided to walk in. Right from the start, the girls at Lake Front were extremely helpful. They took us to see two venues, and when we fell in love with one, they started working on a quote and had it to us in less than two days. They coordinate pretty much everything for the wedding - they booked all the main vendors (music, photography, food, etc.) for us! The only big decision we had to make on our own was what to wear! We worked with the staff for over a year planning our wedding, and they were always prompt at returning calls & emails. They put us in touch with our other vendors to make sure we got what we wanted. Whenever we wanted to do something new or changed our minds, they were very accommodating and worked with us to keep it within budget. We worked mostly with Stacy until she went on maternity leave, then we worked a lot with Keely and Jana in the months leading up to the wedding. Keely was the coordinator at our wedding, and she was so attentive and helpful. I don't know what we would've done without all the help! They all made the whole planning process so much easier. The only issue I had was with their emails: they only had a couple email addresses that multiple people used, so it made it confusing when someone didn't include a signature at the end of an email. Whenever that happened, I wasn't 100% sure who had responded. Other than that, working with Lake Front Weddings was so easy! Having them as our wedding planners was the best wedding planning decision we made!

Can I just say that finding Lake Front Wedding and Events was the best thing that could have happened to us. Everyone- Stacey, Jana, Holly, and Hilary were all so friendly and helpful. Our main coordinator was Stacey Umana-she is AMAZING!! Not only did she recommend the perfect venue and vendors, but she had solutions and great suggestions for all other wedding details. We were in contact via telephone or email from the moment we chose the venue, to the day of our wedding. She is super sweet, professional and has great taste. I can honestly say that I was stress free on my wedding day because I knew we were in good hands. Words cannot express how much we appreciate her and Lake Front Wedding & Events for making our wedding day beyond spectacular. I have already recommended them to friends who are planning a Lake Tahoe Wedding :)

Lakefront Weddings did a perfect job of putting together our wedding!! They handled nearly everything for us. The venue, minister, the catering, the cake, the flowers, the photographer, everything was beautiful and everyone working with them was very nice.

Wedding coordinators were very helpful in arranging everything from having a minister, notary, flowers, music....Looks like a log cabin business from the outside. Nice beautifully decorated chapels on the inside. If you want small, elegant to outside they have it. Everything went great.

I was married at LakeFront Wedding Chapel a few weeks back and it all came out exactly as I had envisioned. Stacy was such a huge help in aswering all my questions and making sure to get all the important details. The whole team was so helpful that day (Jenal, Holly, Lesly and Leslie), I couldn't have asked for anything better. The ceremony was on their terrace, our guests had plenty of parking and all I am waiting for now is the pictures- can't wait!

My husband and I were married here, and it was wonderful. The venue is beautiful and it sits right on the shorline in South Lake. I loved working with the staff they made planning very easy. If you are looking for easy and organized this is the place. They provide full services, so if you are looking to bring your own photographer, DJ, Bar, etc. you might want to look elsewhere. This was the only thing I didn't really like, BUT I was pleased all in all because their partners and the people they use are all reasonably priced and they do a great job! We had quite a large wedding for the venue 100+, and it worked but I would have to admit the site is much better suited for smaller more intimate event. Altogether we were very satisfied with how beautiful our wedding turned out to be and I would surely recommend the place to any bride and groom that are planning a lovely smaller wedding looking for a romantic getaway location.

It was Beautiful!Had the Pictures turned out they would be great!;Wrong food and a shortage of it we paid for 50 guests and only 31 showed with us and still had a shortage.Photos were NOT professional as stated, Photo album was the kind you buy at a drugstore not professional our video has blanks on one and nothing on the other, my husband is cutoff in the 8x10 photo they sent and they have NEVER made it right.Probably because every time you call a new person is replacing whoever you talked to last.Also, very few of my guests were given or offered champange for the toast or anything else to have a drink to toast with. Required to use their 'recommended' caterer.

Everything was provided in one place. The food was excellent;The staff was not knowledgable. I was told that tables sat 8-10 people and they sat the tables for only 8, so my seating chart did not work. The bar set up was not well thought out. I found the staff unfriendly and the brushed me off quite a bit. I did not get any photos of myself ( bride ) before the ceremony because the photographer was to busy flirting with the groomsmen.
