Lake Pearl Wrentham

Lake Pearl prides itself on coordinating and successfully executing six weddings in a weekend. Lake Pearl was consistently beautiful the four times we visited prior to our big day. On the most important visit, our wedding day, this was not the case. In discussing our experience with Lake Pearl, it was clear that there was a disconnect between the owners, management, and the staff, and that there was significant disorganization on their part. A few details of our experience: 1. There was a wedding the night before in the same area that our wedding was planned. This was due to be fully cleaned by noon and would not interfere with our 4:00 pm ceremony. The reality was the decorations and trash was not fully loaded into the two box trucks and cleared of the area until 7:00 pm. The clean-up was visible during over two hours of our active reception. 2. A leaf blower was being used to clear the ceremony area while we were exchanging our private vows at the Cinderella Carriage. 3. We feel that our ceremony started later than necessary due to the staff’s disorganization. 4. During our outside ceremony, we could all hear power tools being used to disassemble the decorations in the courtyard. 5. In addition, there was trash and petals on the ground in the ceremony area that must have been from the prior ceremony. 6. Lake Pearl provided a golf cart ride to the ceremony for a disabled guest, but never returned to take him to the reception. 7. The entire bridal party did not receive the drinks that were requested to be brought to us during cocktail hour after specifically writing down each person's drink order with their name next to the drink on the worksheet provided to us by Lake Pearl. 8. We were told in the pre-planning and at the rehearsal that all of our belongings that were in the Bluff House would be brought over to the bridal suite by 4:30pm; however, they were not brought over until 6:00pm and we were unable to freshen up prior to the reception introductions. 9. We were told that all guests would receive their chosen entreé based on the list that we provided. We were told not to mark our place cards with the RSVP entreé. When serving the main course the wait staff asked our guests for their order, abandoning the list. To make it worse, several guests received the wrong entreé and when they asked for the right entreé, the wait staff told the guests they could not have the right one that they had pre-ordered. Despite everything that went wrong with our wedding, there were a couple of silver linings: 1. The pre-planning process went smoothly and was mostly communicated to us. 2. The ballroom where the reception was held was decorated to our expectations. 3. Our guests loved the food and could not stop raving about the delicious food. 4. The staff was kind and did their best to make our wedding special. We are extremely upset and disappointed with Lake Pearl. We should only have happy memories of our wedding but because Lake Pearl failed us, our negative memories will never fully fade. It is understandable that things happen and do not go according to plan, but what Lake Pearl did was inexcusable, embarrassing, and completely avoidable. We will never do business with them again. Buyer beware.

We just got married on Oct 5 and had a Boat House ceremony and Belvedere reception! It was so lovely meeting Janet and working with her throughout this process. She was incredible and extremely knowledgeable and informative about every question we had. She also was very communicative. Our day of coordinators were amazing also, and everything ran so smoothly! We have dreamt of this day, and we got incredible weather with the sun shining off of the lake all day. The Belvedere was magical and a great space that our guests raved about!

My husband and I got married on 9.28.24! Everything was absolutely perfect!! I truly felt like a celebrity -- I had someone to hold my phone, my dress -- anything I needed. Every single person on staff was amazing and we seriously cannot thank them enough. Our guests were raving about the food and how beautiful everything was. The staff was able to transform the space into something INCREDIBLE. Let me take a moment to applaud, Janet, Jen, Kim and many others for truly making this a wedding to remember. Seriously, the staff is top tier!!! We truly cannot believe how incredible everything was from start to finish (everything packed back up and labeled for pickup!!!!!) -- I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not a single thing!!!! Thank you so much Lake Pearl for coming along on this journey with us and helping us have an absolutely PERFECT day!

We just got married on September 15th 2024, it was absolutely amazing. Janet was so helpful throughout the planning process and Julie, the day of coordinator was also extremely helpful the day of. Everyone made it so easy and not stressful. Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone. It was so beautiful!

Wedding planning made easy! We had the pleasure of working with Janet, who was wonderful! She was always so responsive and it felt like she was really trying to piece together a wedding that matches us, instead of what is most expensive. All of the events leading up (tasting, expo) helped us feel so confident going into the big day. They say that food is one of the most important parts of a wedding and Lake Pearl knocks it out the park! The food was absolutely fantastic and we had so many guests telling us so. We even had our brunch back at Lake Pearl in the Treetop room, and the food then was just as fantastic! Our wedding ceremony was on the beach, which had stunning views and led to amazing photos (both under the pergola and on the dock). The reception was in the ballroom, which was plenty spacious for our 170 guests and an 11 piece band. The setting was gorgeous and the lighting was so fun! HIGHLY recommend Lake Pearl for your wedding destination!

We got married at Lake Pearl in September and it was the most magical day! From the day we booked, Janet was extremely helpful and responsive to any question we had. The day of, Juliana and her team did everything to assure us a smooth process so my husband and I did not have to worry about anything! I cannot recommend Lake Pearl enough for everything they did to make this truly the best day of our lives!!!!

I really can’t gush enough about Lake Pearl. From our first meeting with Janet through the entire wedding day the whole team there made everything so stress free, beautiful and fun!! The professionalism and organization leading up to the big day was insane- there were so many things they thought of that I never would have considered and they gave hand outs and packets that made my to do lists and preparation so easy. The venue itself was GORGEOUS! We originally planned on a beach wedding and tent reception (I believe the tent has now been replaced by a structure). Due to bad weather, we last minute had to to change to a boat house ceremony and ballroom reception. Leading up to the wedding, this has been a really big fear of mine. However, the Lake Pearl team was so amazing that they were able to make this last minute change so seamless that I didn’t even stress about it- and the ballroom/boathouse were so gorgeous that I couldn’t believe it wasn’t my original plan all along. If you are on the edge about Lake Pearl, my recommendation is to go for it. My wedding was beautiful and stress free. Also, food was amazing with tons of options and all of the vendors they recommended were perfect!!

We had our wedding here recently in October and it was wonderful. The venue was very attentive and caring to everyone and in making sure all of the details the day of were great. They took care of everything for my husband and I and made it as smooth as possible. We loved it and it was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was amazing, Janet, Marlene, Jen and so forth. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested.

Lake Pearl was a beautiful venue with an extremely professional staff. Janet was extremely responsive beyond expectations (like 5 minute email response times after 11PM). Colleen was our day off coordinator and I will attest that she may have the supernatural ability to somehow teleport around. The food was delicious, the weather was beautiful, and the day really could not have gone any better. The Victorian tent is a fantastic choice for an outdoor venue with an extremely pretty ceremony location. Highly recommended.

My husband and I got married at a church on 7/29/2023 and we had our reception at Lake Pearl. Lake Pearl was truly amazing from the moment we toured it a little over a year ago. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We chose the West Ballroom and it was incredible. We walked in with everything set up even better than we imagined. A big thanks to Jessica who answered every question, guided us through the process and made this the least stressful it could be. Thank you Jessica and to all the staff at Lake Pearl who made our wedding day the best day of our lives! Highly recommend them as a wedding venue or a venue for any short of gathering you may have.

Growing up minutes from Lake Pearl, my now husband and I figured we’d take a look at the venue. Shortly afterward we were signing our contract with Lake Pearl, as we felt immediately at ease with the venue and staff, and loved how much outdoor space the venue offered. Throughout our nine months of planning, Janet was our planner and was so responsive and helpful to work with. Even with frequent emails and questions, she never skipped a beat with responding and always helped us problem solve every little detail. Flash forward to the rehearsal and day of the wedding, everything was seamless. Colleen ran the rehearsal promptly and informatively. We had to make some very last minute decisions with the weather and move both our ceremony and reception indoors. Colleen was so helpful on the day of the wedding with making me feel at ease about our decision. When I arrived at the venue the day of, the space was so well decorated with all of our decor and floral arrangements as I had envisioned, that moving indoors did not feel like a compromise at all. Janet was there to help make our visions come to life the day of, and Juliana was our day of coordinator. Juliana was so helpful to us, our bridal party, and family throughout the evening and helped with so many small details! Our family and friends had great things to say about the organization of the venue, and rave reviews about the food. Looking back at our wedding day, we are so pleased we chose Lake Pearl. Everyone here is so experienced with every detail of a wedding day, and we are so lucky to have experienced that with our event.

When I first started looking at wedding venues, I was immediately drawn to this lakeside gem. My now husband knew from the moment we walked in that it was the perfect place for us. We worked with Jessica, who was our dream maker, wedding genie, and absolute DREAM! She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and made us feel so comfortable leading up to the wedding. Our guests loved the food, and I only wish we could have slowed down the day to eat more of the delicious food! I would 100% recommend Lake Pearl and Jessica to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding day!

We got married on 09/04/2022 at Lake Pearl and we cannot be happier in that decision! From the moment we stepped foot in Lake Pearl we felt so welcomed into the friendly environment that all of the staff create. We knew after meeting with Jessica and seeing all of Lake Pearl, that we definitely were going to get married there. We were blown away with how much Jessica went above and beyond from the moment we met her, until now after our wedding. She made sure every single question was answered in detail, no matter how big or small and made us feel super comfortable and secure leading up to the wedding. Lake Pearl itself is absolutely breathtaking- no matter which room or part of the venue, it was all beautiful. We had our wedding reception in the grand ballroom and our ceremony was outside in front of the pergola. It was great for us and our guests to have the beautiful back drop of the lake, blooming flowers and greenery, but then also experience a beautiful indoor ballroom- it felt like the perfect mix of indoors/outdoors for the end of a summer wedding. We cannot talk about the beauty of Lake Pearl enough, however, it is truly the staff members who work there that elevate the experience even more. From Jessica, to the day of Coordinator & bridal attendant- Julianna and Marlene- we felt so comfortable, listened to and just celebrated by all of the staff! It means a lot on your wedding day to feel so comfortable and in a welcoming environment and surrounded by people who are as excited for you! We don't have enough good words to say about Lake Pearl- we are so thankful for the day of staff who helped make the day even more special than we ever expected. We started choosing Lake Pearl because it fit everything we imagined for our wedding day and now on the other side- we are even more thankful because we got more than a beautiful venue, we received such a higher than expected experience, and we would recommend everyone consider Lake Pearl!

We held our reception in the West Ballroom on 10/14/22. Everything went super well and can't say enough about how helpful and organized the staff were! Jessica was absolutely fantastic to work with. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and even helped make some suggestions that turned out to be perfect. We had forgotten to print a picture of our dog for the welcome table and the staff was able to print one out and frame it for us!! We really appreciated this small but kind gesture. We received compliments from multiple guests how well this event was run and we could not agree more. The night went by so fast but every second was memorable and amazing. Thank you Lake Pearl!!!

We are so happy we chose Lake Pearl for our wedding. We got married on 10/15 and we had 75 people. We did an outdoor ceremony on the beach and tent reception. I can’t say enough how easy the planning was!! They were beyond helpful and so responsive to all my silly questions. They really make the planning process a breeze- I kept feeling like I was forgetting something but it was only because they already took care of it! They were very accommodating because we wanted to have our dog be a part of our day. And the FOOD! everyone we have talked to after the day comments on how delicious the food was. There are so many options and it was so easy to customize the meals how we wanted. The staff at Lake Pearl made our day so easy and enjoyable - I would 100% recommend Lake Pearl to anyone that is searching for a venue!

Overall, our October 2022 wedding at Lake Pearl was nearly perfect! The food was fantastic and the day of from ceremony to reception was seamless for our guests. The Tree Top ceremony space was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our wedding size around 80 guests. There were just a couple things that I think could be improved upon in terms of initial planning and day of which is the reason for 4 stars. First off, let me say our Sales Manager Janet was very good. She explained the packages and was very responsive to emails throughout the process. I think one thing that could improve is that regardless of when a couple is planning on getting married (peak season or not), just make it very clear that the venue could potentially be having 3 weddings in a given day (some of our concerns about resources and noise pollution from other weddings were realized on our day). Also, I would be careful about offering the "Bluff House" option to prospective brides until their final date is booked; we booked our wedding date and found out late in the process that it was not actually available like we thought, ultimately having to pay to book the "tree top bridal suite" for the day of. Otherwise, the information provided to us before booking was thorough and detailed for us to confidently book Lake Pearl as our venue. On to the wedding day. I booked the Tree Top Suite and paid extra to arrive early around 8:30AM to get into the suite. I was told that our bridal attendant Julianna would be there to assist, and Heather later on. When I got to LP, there was no one at the front to greet me or help to get me to the tree top suite. When I got to the suite, nothing was set up, the room was dark, and no breakfast laid out as listed in our BEO. So I just proceeded to move everything in and wait until my bridesmaids showed up at 9AM, but still no bridal attendant. Then a random worker that I had spoken to earlier about going to the tree top suite arrived with our breakfasts, but still no attendant. My mom had to go to the front office to find her and eventually Julianna came to the suite around 9:15AM. She apologized and said she had 3 weddings that day and it was just "hectic". I would have expected her to be there to assist per the contract timing, but I guess not. I suppose there were just scheduling conflicts, but it was a disappointing start to the day. Ultimately, it was Heather, our coordinator that saved the mood and the day; she was absolutely fantastic and did so much prep on the day and was very attentive to myself and the wedding party. Heather became our bridal attendant and coordinator as Julianna never really came back to the suite at all. Lastly, the only other thing I'd recommend is not allowing tours to go on while brides are getting ready. Myself and bridesmaids were getting ready in the tree top suite and cocktail hour space and tours of people were being brought through to see the suite and tree top room as we were setting up. Odd if we were paying to have the space to ourselves. For the ceremony, the one thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that during our vows, we could hear the other ceremony attendees clapping for another couple. It was a bit distracting and unfortunate timing for us. All this said, I do think Lake Pearl is a great venue option, there just could be some improvements regarding initial expectations when booking and day of coordination. Janet and Heather were very helpful and really did make our day great!

We had our wedding a couple weeks ago. We were thrilled with the tree too room! We opted to have the service indoors because of high heat and the room turned out better than we anticipated! Jessica was excellent to work with throughout our planning process. Juliana was very helpful day of. Our guests loved the food especially the chicken and waffle appetizers. We only had a couple errors with day of preceding- we booked 2 bartenders but only provided one and the drinks we selected prior to the ceremony were served 10 min before guests moved into the ceremony space. There’s many places on site to take photos which we loved. There was a wedding happening in the ballroom at the same time and there was zero sound pollution. Many of our guests didn’t even know there was another wedding.

We finally had our wedding on July 23, 2022 after pushing it out a year due to Covid. This place is absolutely beautiful! Jessica is wonderful to work with and and answered any questions or concerns we had. They clued into the details that we wanted to our special day, made suggestions for us to help along the way. Juliana was amazing to work with and made sure the day went smoothly. The bridal party was never hungry from time of arrival until dinner! Our wedding attendant was amazing as well. They also kept surprises from us which made the day even better! Our DJ Baltzar was recommended from them and he made sure the floor was dancing all night. Nancy’s Bakey was recommended from them and the cake was a bit along with the dessert table we had. The night was absolutely beautiful and I can’t thank Lake Pearl enough!

We had our wedding on July 3, 2022, 2 years after our planned date due to the pandemic! It was however, well worth the wait, and Lake Pearl made our wedding day one of the most memorable ones of our lives. Lake Pearl made planning easy and enjoyable. As I mentioned, our wedding happened two years after! We were fortunate enough to have Jessica Dickerman as our wedding coordinator, and she smoothly helped us find a new date, handle the finances, and start planning in a stress-free way. She always made herself available and answered every little question- thank you Jessica! On a practical note, Lake Pearl partners with excellent vendors and we were so happy with our florist, Judy’s Village Flowers and bakery, Konditor Mesiter. It made finding vendors so easy, and many of the costs were covered generously in their Diamond package! On the day of, we had several amazing day-of coordinators, such as Juliana, who made everything run so smoothly. After showing them how I’d like the table set up, they did everything to perfection, swiftly behind the scenes, and even gathered all of the remaining favors/decor/etc in one place for me to pick up. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the spacious and comfortable beach house, and were never hungry for a moment (SO important) because Lake Pearl made sure to serve breakfast, snacks, and wraps for us. On my end, my bridal attendant, Sandra, knew exactly how to bustle me up, and even helped sew on my strap when it popped at the seam! That was amazing. Because Lake Pearl asked so many questions from beforehand, their attention to detail made everything perfect and tasteful- from the color of the napkins, to exact folding, to arrangements of favors on the table... They also ensured that everything went smoothly according to the plan, which allowed us to squeeze in SO many wonderful moments during the wedding! I’d like to emphasize how kind and patient everyone was- our parents were definitely fumbling through the rehearsal, but no one judged us, or even rolled their eyes at us, when they could have! People are genuinely so nice at Lake Pearl. Finally, we had our ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour in the Boathouse, and reception in the Victorian tent. Though it was hot outside, our guests enjoyed the shade under the trees and breeze in the air, and just took in the surrounding beauty during the ceremony. Truly, the beach and pergola were just lovely. Then, they loved the setup in the boathouse (we also had a TV with a photo presentation) and enjoyed the food and drink (the hors d'oeuvres were DELICIOUS!) Finally, the Victorian tent with the string lights really was magical. I thought to add some more decorations to the tent, but it wasn’t necessary at all, because the lights were just perfect. Overall, the wedding had both an idyllic and super fun feel to it, and we owe SO MUCH of that to Lake Pearl. We are so grateful that we had our special day here, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for you to have yours here too. Thank you Lake Pearl!

There are not enough words to describe how happy I am that we went with Lake Pearl! They are incredibly professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. We had looked at several other venues before coming to Lake Pearl. Our first tour was with Gina, who we liked instantly. Right away, we knew this venue was different because she actually sat down with us and reviewed the prices and options. No other venue we looked at had done that. Midway through our planning, Gina got another job, and Janet became our new point person. I was nervous because we had liked Gina so much, but Janet stepped right in and did not miss a beat. Our guests loved the food, and several people commented on how organized the whole operation was. Everyone you interact with at Lake Pearl from the management team to the bridal attendant are professional and know what they are doing. Lake Pearl is incredible because it has several options to choose from. We wanted a smaller wedding under 100, so we were married in the Treetop Room. Most venues have average options for small weddings, but not Lake Pearl. We were so impressed by the views of the lake and the lovely outdoor newly renovated area. There are also places to get ready all day on property, which is a huge bonus. I should also mention that because I was on property all day getting ready, I saw multiple events happen at the venue. In the morning, they hosted a high school event , a baby shower, and a third event that I can't recall. I could not believe they were able to flip our room so quickly! During our wedding, there was another wedding going at the same time. We only found that out when we went down to the beach to take pictures and saw other people on the other side of the building. We would have never known if we had not gone outside because they do a great job at keeping events separate. Seriously, this venue is so organized, eager to make you happy, and beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone!

We chose Lake Pearl because we loved the view. We went with the Tree Top room which was perfect for our small wedding of less than 100 guests. We worked with Jessica who was a pleasure to work with! She walked us through each stage and answered any questions we had. I got ready at the Bluff House which is on the property. Being able to relax and get ready with my bridesmaids was so nice! My day of coordinator came with anything we needed. We were able to eat breakfast and lunch there which was so important! It was a very busy afternoon but the staff were there to help. My bridal attendant helped with my bustle which I honestly wasn’t expecting and they did such a good job I was so impressed! At the end of the night as I was leaving the last guest was leaving and her car wouldn’t start. One of the staff was able to help us jump start her car and she was able to make it home safely. It was so nice of him to do! Lake Pearl staff truly went above and beyond from start to finish. All of our guests loved the food and atmosphere of the night. We had such a special evening and are so thankful! Thank you so much!!

Lake Pearl was a great wedding venue! Their staff is extremely organized and professional. Janet especially, who answered a million of my emails with the utmost friendliness always during planning. I met Julianna the day before our wedding and she made sure the day ran smoothly. She is great at her job. Everything was perfect. Food was amazing and guests had a blast.

Lake Pearl was absolutely amazing. The staff made every aspect of planning go smoothly. The sales manager, Jessica, was always kind and responsive to my many questions. The day of assistant, Sandra, made sure to keep my dress beautiful and belongings safe. Our guests loved the beautiful venue and the food was even better than at our tasting last November. I am so pleased with this venue and so fortunate my father found lake pearl. We will be coming back for brunch to relive our day.

Where to start... if I could give 10 stars to Lake Pearl I would. From the day we toured the venue to the last dance, Lake Pearl has exceeded all expectations. Everyone we worked with was professional, kind, and responsive. The wedding coordinator and day-of-event staff were attentive and diligent. The day (and the months of planning) would not have been what it was without them. The food was delicious and plentiful and the selections were overwhelming. Lastly, the grounds are still talked about today by guests. I highly recommend Lake Pearl for any event.

Working with Lake Pearl over the course of the last two years was phenomenal. We booked the venue in October of 2019 and had always planned for our September 2021 wedding. Janet was always there to answer any of our questions and was such a joy to work with. She kept us apprised of all of the changes in regards to the pandemic. The weather on the day of our wedding did not seem promising, but it thankfully cleared up, and we were able to have our outdoor ceremony as planned. Alicia, Bridget, and Colleen were the absolute best to have help on the day of, they made everything run smoothly and they were upbeat and optimistic the entire time. Run don't walk to book with Lake Pearl, you won't regret it!

Lake Pearl was phenomenal in every aspect of our wedding planning journey. We knew the Tree Top room was perfect for us, and Janet was so attentive and made the planning process so painless in the two years leading up to our big day. My husband and I went vegan in early 2020 and Lake Pearl was even able to provide vegan appetizers, entrees, slider options, and even a fully vegan menu for the bridal suite - we were blown away by how accommodating they were! We were even able to sample the appetizers and all vegan entrée options at the tasting. We had 1 bartender during the cocktail hour that was an issue and Lake Pearl immediately addressed the concern and had her replaced for the reception. The wedding day attendants were such a huge help and made such a difference in how smoothly the day went. Would absolutely highly recommend Lake Pearl!

We got married in the Tree Top Room Lake Pearl a few weeks ago and the staff was especially caring and professional. Jessica Dickerman was our event manager and she was very patient with us as we had to postpone our wedding twice. She always got back to us right away and addressed any concerns we had. We also want to thank our maitre d for the night, Colleen. If it wasn't for her and her team, our wedding would not have gone as smooth as it had. The room was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the drinks were prepared fast. We are so thankful to Lake Pearl for providing such a beautiful event, making this a beautiful night to remember for the rest of our lives.

Lake Pearl really hit a home run on our wedding day, and all the madness planning up to it. We worked with Jessica to plan everything out and she was very helpful and patient as we asked and went through our thousand questions and concerns. Working with Lake Pearl made things so much easier as their packages included centerpieces and the wedding cake from a selection of high quality vendors. This made Lake Pearl more like a one-stop shop to the planning and took so much stress off of finding these things on our own. On the day of the wedding Heather, our wedding attendant, went above and beyond to guide us before, during, and after the ceremony. She served us food and drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. The day went so smoothly and Lake Pearl really made us feel important on this special day. I highly recommend Lake Pearl, especially if you are stressed out with all the options available when planning a wedding.

I had the pleasure of hosting both my ceremony and reception at Lake Pearl. It was a wonderful experience even though I was a COVID bride and had to postpone the date. The team at Lake Pearl was amazing, and so accommodating. They never gave me a hard time even though times were likely tough for them as well during the pandemic. Thank you Lake Pearl for a wonderful and unforgettable wedding experience. All our family and friends spoke highly of the service and friendly staff as well.

I am so thankful to have chosen Lake Pearl as our wedding venue. The day, along with planning was WAY easier than I expected and I owe most of that to the venue, and the 2 people I worked directly with. Janet Mosco is by far one of the best people I met through wedding planning. She is so accommodating, is available to answer anything you need, have some great pointers, and helped me through some stressful moments. Juliana was our day of coordinator and she was amazing. It ended up raining the day of, and they switched our outdoor ceremony to underneath the new tent and it was beautiful. Rain on your wedding day is no bueno, but with the team I had everything ended up better than I imagined. The food was amazing, views on the grounds are amazing, and We couldn’t have had a better wedding day. Thank you Lake Pearl!

I don't even know where to start with this review!!! We got married on the beach/did a tent reception on Oct 8th 2021. When we toured Lake Pearl we pretty immediately loved it. Janet Mosco showed us around and gave us really candid advice from the first minute we met. Throughout our planning Janet answered our questions - even ones totally unrelated to the venue - and was basically our wedding planner (turns out, she was also planning her own wedding!!!!). You could have told us we were her only clients and I would've believed you. She helped us reason through our budget and make sure we were getting the best deal for our wedding size and preferences. As we booked more vendors, they all had great things to say about Lake Pearl and shared how much they enjoyed being part of events there. Everything about the actual wedding was perfect!! Julianna walked us through the rehearsal and was super patient with our parents and half the grooms party showing up late to the rehearsal. We got ready in the beach house bridal suite and she and Kirsten (my bridal attendant) were magical, making sure we had everything we needed (including champagne!), finding scissors and scotch tape and other random things we needed, and golf karting people from the parking lot to the suite when they arrived at random times throughout the day. I didn't have to do anything at all, the vendors all set up perfectly and our decorations were in place before I even had my dress on. Kirsten and Julianna were so friendly and reassuring and kept me in the loop on everything without overwhelming me. The beach was perfect and Julianna had even brought out roses to decorate the table with our welcome sign on it. They even took the wedding party's drink orders before the day and brought us all drinks for the formal photos so we didn't have to wait in the cocktail line. We had our reception in the tent (the draping is BEAUTIFUL) and felt so comfortable the whole time. Not to mention the food!!!! (get the chicken parm!) Janet made sure the layout with our 8 piece band and buffet and photo booth and cannoli bar fit perfectly in the tent without overcrowding it or putting the sweetheart table in a corner somewhere. We had the lawn games next to the tent which was a huge hit too. I could go on forever, but if you are someone who cares about details LP is absolutely for you. I don't know how on earth I would've gotten through planning and the actual day without Janet, Kirsten, and Julianna. They never made me feel dumb or crazy for overthinking/not knowing things and were so unbelievably fun to work with. Thank you all SO MUCH!!!!!!

Where to start about Lake Pearl... We were looking for a fall outdoor ceremony and the ceremony space and reception space at LP in honestly unmatched. Its the perfect combination of fun and elegant. The staff was so kind throughout the entire experience. We had the pleasure of working with Gina/Jessica for planning and their attention to detail and desire to give us everything we wanted was so wonderful. We rented the bluff house to get ready and it was the perfect space. Our guests are still raving about the food, everything was so fresh and delicious I wish we could eat there forever! Lastly, our bridal attendant Sandra was AMAZING. She made the entire experience even better than we could have imagined. She was there for my every need, even with things I didnt know I needed and literally got down on the floor and scrubbed dirt out of my wedding dress. The grounds, staff, food, everything is simply amazing. Our expectations were enormously exceeded and we so wish we could relive that night over and over again.

Lake pearl was amazing in every way for our wedding day! I booked the bridal suite in the beach house as the bride and the service was very attentive, friendly, accommodating, and the bridal attendant helped me throughout the entire day! We cannot thank Lake Pearl enough for making our wedding a dream come true, it was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! Our guests could not stop telling us how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was!

I had my wedding at Lake Pearl on October 9th and it was everything we could have hoped for. I worked with Jessica Dickerman who answered my MANY emails. She sent me a very detailed BEO of everything regarding our wedding and a timeline which I loved having. With weddings being their specialty everything was organized and flowed flawlessly. We had our wedding in the West Ballroom with our cocktail hour in the main lounge. We had access to a bridal suit where my bridal party and family could leave anything they needed. My guest raved about the food which was the breads and spreads, appetizers during cocktail hour, chicken, beef and even the vegan Mediterranean ravioli. While our guests were in the cocktail hour the staff brought us down to the lake for my husband and I to take pictures. We used Pleasure sounds for our DJ, Desert Works for our cake, Michelle Carpenter photography for our photographer, and Entertainment Specialist for a photo-booth that was a huge hit. I would 100% recommend having your wedding here as the location is beautiful and the staff was very attentive and on top of everything.

Our wedding was absolutely stunning at Lake Pearl! Janet was so kind and communicative the entire way through our planning process. We had to postpone our event due to covid and she was incredibly accommodating and made the transition to a new date easy to work with. The vendors provided in the wedding package we selected were absolutely stellar! Everyone of our guests, and even vendors, commented on how fun and beautifully done the wedding was. We express our sincerest gratitude to Colleen, Heather, and all of the staff who worked our event that day too. We absolutely would recommend having your wedding at Lake Pearl!

We had our wedding here and it was the biggest success ever! staff, food, atmosphere is TOP NOTCH! everyone told us it was best best wedding ever, Everything was smooth and amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the lake pearl team. It was a pleasure working with Janet these past couple years. Can only imagine the stress they were going through, rescheduling so many covid weddings. Yet, she always made us feel like our wedding was just as important as anyone’s. Everyone that we worked with was amazing. From Juliana working with us during our rehearsal. To Colleen and Marlene working with us the entire wedding day. They made sure everything went smooth and were such a joy to work with through out the day. Beautiful venue, great food and amazing staff. This is where you need your wedding to be.

Lake Pearl was absolutely amazing leading up to and during our wedding day! Janet was incredibly helpful through our postponement and with any questions we had. She really took a lot of the “wedding planning stress” off of us. On wedding day, Bridget, Colleen and Juliana were amazing in making sure that we had everything we needed and that the day went smoothly, settling any nerves we had! The entire Lake Pearl staff was so helpful and we would not have had the day we did without them. All of our guests are still commenting on how delicious the food was (steak au poivre, oven roasted statler chicken and the Mediterranean ravioli) and how gorgeous the boathouse and tent were. Booking Lake Pearl was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. It was everything we could have imagined and more!!

We had our wedding at Lake Pearl and loved it! The beach, boat house, and tent were all gorgeous, and everyone raved about the food! Sandra, Colleen and Julianna were the sweetest ladies ever and helped ease my anxiety throughout the entire evening. Highly recommend.

Lake Pearl was an absolute dream for our wedding. Jules, Sandra, Jessica, and Gina went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and we could direct our attention to enjoying our big day. Everything stayed on schedule, our decorations were set up just as we envisioned, and Jules even went as far as to offer us the socks off of her feet when we couldn't find ours. I got married on 8/15/2021 and it was the best day ever! I had always wanted a beach wedding and when I found Lake Pearl and toured with Gina, I was all in. Gina was amazing— fun, sweet, and always ready to answer our questions. On the day of we worked work Julianna and Bridget who were both wonderful and helpful! Everything was perfect and exactly how we wanted. And the food— *chefs kiss*! I definitely recommend this venue, it has everything you’d honestly want and need.

I would recommend Lake Pearl a million times over. The entire process of planning a wedding was absolutely amazing and stress free! Not to mention the venue alone is breath taking. Us and our guests all had an unbelievable and unforgettable time. I also would highly recommend the bridal suite they offer as it is gorgeous, convenient and beautiful. 10/10 Lake Pearl & all their staff!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Lake Pearl. First and foremost, they were more than accommodating with our need to postpone the wedding due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, Janet and her team were responsive to all of our questions and last-minute changes. We had our ceremony outside on the beach, the cocktail hour at the beach/boathouse/ and the reception in the tent. Julianna was there every step of the way to guide the wedding party and our vendors to ensure everything went smoothly. She even was able to get me a Shout wipe when a guest got makeup on my white shirt! All in all, everything was great - the food, the service, the atmosphere - all at a very reasonable cost.

Trying to plan a wedding during the pandemic was stressful but I am so lucky to have found lake pearl. Jessica the sales manager was very attentive and patient with us. She was always available for any questions or concerns that we had. The venue is beautiful and the food was flavorful. Colleen the wedding coordinator and Brenda the wedding attendant were both amazing. They all truly made our day so special. They made everyone feel welcomed and the night ran smoothly. Janet Mosco was an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially chose to get married on March 20, 2021 (which we booked before COVID) and had to move our date in January 2021 to a date in the summer in order to have an outside wedding with more than 25 guests. Lake Pearl accommodated us at no additional charge to a Friday night in July under their grand tent. Janet kept us informed throughout the entire process whenever COVID regulations changed and she was always totally transparent. At our rehearsal, we realized that the weather for our Wedding would not be good for an outdoor wedding, but thankfully the interior of the venue was available to us, and we moved the whole thing indoors at the last minute. Colleen and Juliana (the day-of coordinators) were amazing to work with all day. Everything ran smoothly, and the venue was truly gorgeous for both the ceremony in the Tree Top Room and the Reception in the West Ballroom. Juliana even carted us around in the rain to the Boathouse for some gorgeous outdoor photos on the beach. The food was great, and the vendors we chose for our cake/dessert station (Nancy's Bakery) and flowers (Golden Gate Florists) also did an exceptional job. 10/10 would recommend!

Our beach/tent wedding at Lake Pearl in June 2021 couldn’t have gone more perfectly, even after having to postpone a year because of Covid. Janet was a dream to work with and was so organized, accommodating, and understanding with every request. She’s also just a lovely person in general! The day-of coordinators were so wonderful and helpful as well - everything went so smoothly. All of our guests are STILL talking about how beautiful it was, how great the food was, etc. So many people have told us they have been to more expensive wedding venues since ours that didn’t stack up to the experience they had at our wedding. It can’t be understated how much we appreciated the flexibility in our contract and empathy from Lake Pearl to move our dream day a year later during an unprecedented time. We are so grateful and happy to finally be married!

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day at Lake Pearl! Janet was with us every step of the way to answer all of our questions as regulations changed throughout the past year. She worked with us to plan a day that not only was so incredibly special to us, but also one that we felt safe and comfortable with. The spaces on-site to get ready were amazing and the food was incredible! Juliana, Sandra, Brian, Josh, and Jake were so good to us and to our guests and made everything run perfectly day-of. So grateful to the entire staff at Lake Pearl for all of their dedication and care during such a hard year!
