I did not feel like I had to pay attention to the time or make sure things were going according to schedule. They were able to pivot with last minute schedule changes that happened on the same day and accommodated last minute guest swaps. They also arranged donating our table flowers to a local nursing home, which was something I wanted to do but didn't have the bandwidth to plan! I had one guest who had a first-time allergic reaction and they made sure to provide us with the full list of all potential ingredients she interacted with, down to the brands of alcohols. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a venue that feels classic, family-based, and well-run!

ALL Of our guests were raving about the food and how beautiful and perfect everything was and how helpful the staff was. If you’re thinking about this venue see it and definitely book it.

I was not looking forward to the wedding planning decisions and stress, as the idea of adding more to my already full time schedule as a small business owner, as well as juggling my additional full time job, was daunting to say the least. Janet was eager and so helpful in guiding me through the steps and timeline, while also taking care of so many of the administrative tasks and coordination of vendors on my behalf, that I would have been totally lost without her. The general manager, Juliana was integral in her role as my day of coordinator—taking care and ensuring everything was in perfect order for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception so I could enjoy the process and be present throughout my wedding day, in a way I never thought possible. All the staff at Lake Pearl, from my bridal attendant to the bartenders at my reception, were the best at what they do, and I can not thank them enough for their role they filled on making my wedding day the perfection that it was. I am most comfortable in a comfy set of jeans and my hair up in a ponytail, but every part of this process with Lake Pearl, Janet, and Juliana, made me feel as though my husband and I were truly the center of attention and wholeheartedly comfortable in every part of the hectic day, without feeling rushed, pressured or hurried in a very packed schedule of events. I would recommend Lake Pearl for anyone seeking a wedding venue, as they far exceeded any expectations in the way they handled and assisted me in the wedding planning process and execution of the event from start to finish.

l with any and every question (and there were ALOT of them) we had. She coordinated our rentals and linens seamlessly. She really went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had to make the package we chose work for us. Julianna, our day of coordinator, was so ontop of her game, she genuinely impressed everyone at our rehearsal. She knew what rentals I reserved, what vendors I hired, all of our additional requests - she didn't need me to fill her in on anything she was well versed in every detail of the day. After our rehearsal I had absolutely no doubt that we were in good hands. Our wedding day didn't go as planned, as we were supposed to have the ceremony outside and it ended up torrential dour pouring 30 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start, but let me tell you she didn't even bat an eye making the changes. Even with the chaos of the weather she pivoted our plans seamlessly and so calm no one had to worry about anything. Even with the unexpected weather changes, it truly was the most stress free wedding day a bride could hope for. We heard nothing but good things from our guests perspective as well. Everyone loved the food and thought the venue was beautiful. I would recommend the team at Lake Pearl without hesitation!

The Lake Pearl staff was so wonderful with setting up our decor, sticking to our timeline, and making our day run smoothly. Our day-of staff, especially Colleen and Marlene, were absolutely wonderful, from keeping us on schedule and checking in on how we were doing throughout the night, to helping me bustle my dress and put on my reception shoes, they did it all! The food was also so delicious! We highly recommend the bacon wrapped filet :) From the gorgeous garden terrace ceremony to the lovely ballroom reception, Lake Pearl is truly stunning and we are so happy we chose them as our wedding venue!

dding that matches us, instead of what is most expensive. All of the events leading up (tasting, expo) helped us feel so confident going into the big day. They say that food is one of the most important parts of a wedding and Lake Pearl knocks it out the park! The food was absolutely fantastic and we had so many guests telling us so. We even had our brunch back at Lake Pearl in the Treetop room, and the food then was just as fantastic! Our wedding ceremony was on the beach, which had stunning views and led to amazing photos (both under the pergola and on the dock). The reception was in the ballroom, which was plenty spacious for our 170 guests and an 11 piece band. The setting was gorgeous and the lighting was so fun! HIGHLY recommend Lake Pearl for your wedding destination!

liana and her team did everything to assure us a smooth process so my husband and I did not have to worry about anything! I cannot recommend Lake Pearl enough for everything they did to make this truly the best day of our lives!!!!

The professionalism and organization leading up to the big day was insane- there were so many things they thought of that I never would have considered and they gave hand outs and packets that made my to do lists and preparation so easy. The venue itself was GORGEOUS! We originally planned on a beach wedding and tent reception (I believe the tent has now been replaced by a structure). Due to bad weather, we last minute had to to change to a boat house ceremony and ballroom reception. Leading up to the wedding, this has been a really big fear of mine. However, the Lake Pearl team was so amazing that they were able to make this last minute change so seamless that I didn’t even stress about it- and the ballroom/boathouse were so gorgeous that I couldn’t believe it wasn’t my original plan all along. If you are on the edge about Lake Pearl, my recommendation is to go for it. My wedding was beautiful and stress free. Also, food was amazing with tons of options and all of the vendors they recommended were perfect!!

The Victorian tent is a fantastic choice for an outdoor venue with an extremely pretty ceremony location. Highly recommended.

I could give it 10 stars I would. We chose the West Ballroom and it was incredible. We walked in with everything set up even better than we imagined. A big thanks to Jessica who answered every question, guided us through the process and made this the least stressful it could be. Thank you Jessica and to all the staff at Lake Pearl who made our wedding day the best day of our lives! Highly recommend them as a wedding venue or a venue for any short of gathering you may have.

Even with frequent emails and questions, she never skipped a beat with responding and always helped us problem solve every little detail. Flash forward to the rehearsal and day of the wedding, everything was seamless. Colleen ran the rehearsal promptly and informatively. We had to make some very last minute decisions with the weather and move both our ceremony and reception indoors. Colleen was so helpful on the day of the wedding with making me feel at ease about our decision. When I arrived at the venue the day of, the space was so well decorated with all of our decor and floral arrangements as I had envisioned, that moving indoors did not feel like a compromise at all. Janet was there to help make our visions come to life the day of, and Juliana was our day of coordinator. Juliana was so helpful to us, our bridal party, and family throughout the evening and helped with so many small details! Our family and friends had great things to say about the organization of the venue, and rave reviews about the food. Looking back at our wedding day, we are so pleased we chose Lake Pearl. Everyone here is so experienced with every detail of a wedding day, and we are so lucky to have experienced that with our event.

We worked with Jessica, who was our dream maker, wedding genie, and absolute DREAM! She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and made us feel so comfortable leading up to the wedding. Our guests loved the food, and I only wish we could have slowed down the day to eat more of the delicious food! I would 100% recommend Lake Pearl and Jessica to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding day!

We were blown away with how much Jessica went above and beyond from the moment we met her, until now after our wedding. She made sure every single question was answered in detail, no matter how big or small and made us feel super comfortable and secure leading up to the wedding. Lake Pearl itself is absolutely breathtaking- no matter which room or part of the venue, it was all beautiful. We had our wedding reception in the grand ballroom and our ceremony was outside in front of the pergola. It was great for us and our guests to have the beautiful back drop of the lake, blooming flowers and greenery, but then also experience a beautiful indoor ballroom- it felt like the perfect mix of indoors/outdoors for the end of a summer wedding. We cannot talk about the beauty of Lake Pearl enough, however, it is truly the staff members who work there that elevate the experience even more. From Jessica, to the day of Coordinator & bridal attendant- Julianna and Marlene- we felt so comfortable, listened to and just celebrated by all of the staff! It means a lot on your wedding day to feel so comfortable and in a welcoming environment and surrounded by people who are as excited for you! We don't have enough good words to say about Lake Pearl- we are so thankful for the day of staff who helped make the day even more special than we ever expected. We started choosing Lake Pearl because it fit everything we imagined for our wedding day and now on the other side- we are even more thankful because we got more than a beautiful venue, we received such a higher than expected experience, and we would recommend everyone consider Lake Pearl!

w easy the planning was!! They were beyond helpful and so responsive to all my silly questions. They really make the planning process a breeze- I kept feeling like I was forgetting something but it was only because they already took care of it! They were very accommodating because we wanted to have our dog be a part of our day. And the FOOD! everyone we have talked to after the day comments on how delicious the food was. There are so many options and it was so easy to customize the meals how we wanted. The staff at Lake Pearl made our day so easy and enjoyable - I would 100% recommend Lake Pearl to anyone that is searching for a venue!

ony space was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our wedding size around 80 guests. There were just a couple things that I think could be improved upon in terms of initial planning and day of which is the reason for 4 stars. First off, let me say our Sales Manager Janet was very good. She explained the packages and was very responsive to emails throughout the process. I think one thing that could improve is that regardless of when a couple is planning on getting married (peak season or not), just make it very clear that the venue could potentially be having 3 weddings in a given day (some of our concerns about resources and noise pollution from other weddings were realized on our day). Also, I would be careful about offering the "Bluff House" option to prospective brides until their final date is booked; we booked our wedding date and found out late in the process that it was not actually available like we thought, ultimately having to pay to book the "tree top bridal suite" for the day of. Otherwise, the information provided to us before booking was thorough and detailed for us to confidently book Lake Pearl as our venue. On to the wedding day. I booked the Tree Top Suite and paid extra to arrive early around 8:30AM to get into the suite. I was told that our bridal attendant Julianna would be there to assist, and Heather later on. When I got to LP, there was no one at the front to greet me or help to get me to the tree top suite. When I got to the suite, nothing was set up, the room was dark, and no breakfast laid out as listed in our BEO. So I just proceeded to move everything in and wait until my bridesmaids showed up at 9AM, but still no bridal attendant. Then a random worker that I had spoken to earlier about going to the tree top suite arrived with our breakfasts, but still no attendant. My mom had to go to the front office to find her and eventually Julianna came to the suite around 9:15AM. She apologized and said she had 3 weddings that day and it was just "hectic". I would have expected her to be there to assist per the contract timing, but I guess not. I suppose there were just scheduling conflicts, but it was a disappointing start to the day. Ultimately, it was Heather, our coordinator that saved the mood and the day; she was absolutely fantastic and did so much prep on the day and was very attentive to myself and the wedding party. Heather became our bridal attendant and coordinator as Julianna never really came back to the suite at all. Lastly, the only other thing I'd recommend is not allowing tours to go on while brides are getting ready. Myself and bridesmaids were getting ready in the tree top suite and cocktail hour space and tours of people were being brought through to see the suite and tree top room as we were setting up. Odd if we were paying to have the space to ourselves. For the ceremony, the one thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that during our vows, we could hear the other ceremony attendees clapping for another couple. It was a bit distracting and unfortunate timing for us. All this said, I do think Lake Pearl is a great venue option, there just could be some improvements regarding initial expectations when booking and day of coordination. Janet and Heather were very helpful and really did make our day great!

We only had a couple errors with day of preceding- we booked 2 bartenders but only provided one and the drinks we selected prior to the ceremony were served 10 min before guests moved into the ceremony space. There’s many places on site to take photos which we loved. There was a wedding happening in the ballroom at the same time and there was zero sound pollution. Many of our guests didn’t even know there was another wedding.

Nancy’s Bakey was recommended from them and the cake was a bit along with the dessert table we had. The night was absolutely beautiful and I can’t thank Lake Pearl enough!

We were fortunate enough to have Jessica Dickerman as our wedding coordinator, and she smoothly helped us find a new date, handle the finances, and start planning in a stress-free way. She always made herself available and answered every little question- thank you Jessica! On a practical note, Lake Pearl partners with excellent vendors and we were so happy with our florist, Judy’s Village Flowers and bakery, Konditor Mesiter. It made finding vendors so easy, and many of the costs were covered generously in their Diamond package! On the day of, we had several amazing day-of coordinators, such as Juliana, who made everything run so smoothly. After showing them how I’d like the table set up, they did everything to perfection, swiftly behind the scenes, and even gathered all of the remaining favors/decor/etc in one place for me to pick up. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the spacious and comfortable beach house, and were never hungry for a moment (SO important) because Lake Pearl made sure to serve breakfast, snacks, and wraps for us. On my end, my bridal attendant, Sandra, knew exactly how to bustle me up, and even helped sew on my strap when it popped at the seam! That was amazing. Because Lake Pearl asked so many questions from beforehand, their attention to detail made everything perfect and tasteful- from the color of the napkins, to exact folding, to arrangements of favors on the table... They also ensured that everything went smoothly according to the plan, which allowed us to squeeze in SO many wonderful moments during the wedding! I’d like to emphasize how kind and patient everyone was- our parents were definitely fumbling through the rehearsal, but no one judged us, or even rolled their eyes at us, when they could have! People are genuinely so nice at Lake Pearl. Finally, we had our ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour in the Boathouse, and reception in the Victorian tent. Though it was hot outside, our guests enjoyed the shade under the trees and breeze in the air, and just took in the surrounding beauty during the ceremony. Truly, the beach and pergola were just lovely. Then, they loved the setup in the boathouse (we also had a TV with a photo presentation) and enjoyed the food and drink (the hors d'oeuvres were DELICIOUS!) Finally, the Victorian tent with the string lights really was magical. I thought to add some more decorations to the tent, but it wasn’t necessary at all, because the lights were just perfect. Overall, the wedding had both an idyllic and super fun feel to it, and we owe SO MUCH of that to Lake Pearl. We are so grateful that we had our special day here, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for you to have yours here too. Thank you Lake Pearl!

looked at several other venues before coming to Lake Pearl. Our first tour was with Gina, who we liked instantly. Right away, we knew this venue was different because she actually sat down with us and reviewed the prices and options. No other venue we looked at had done that. Midway through our planning, Gina got another job, and Janet became our new point person. I was nervous because we had liked Gina so much, but Janet stepped right in and did not miss a beat. Our guests loved the food, and several people commented on how organized the whole operation was. Everyone you interact with at Lake Pearl from the management team to the bridal attendant are professional and know what they are doing. Lake Pearl is incredible because it has several options to choose from. We wanted a smaller wedding under 100, so we were married in the Treetop Room. Most venues have average options for small weddings, but not Lake Pearl. We were so impressed by the views of the lake and the lovely outdoor newly renovated area. There are also places to get ready all day on property, which is a huge bonus. I should also mention that because I was on property all day getting ready, I saw multiple events happen at the venue. In the morning, they hosted a high school event , a baby shower, and a third event that I can't recall. I could not believe they were able to flip our room so quickly! During our wedding, there was another wedding going at the same time. We only found that out when we went down to the beach to take pictures and saw other people on the other side of the building. We would have never known if we had not gone outside because they do a great job at keeping events separate. Seriously, this venue is so organized, eager to make you happy, and beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Being able to relax and get ready with my bridesmaids was so nice! My day of coordinator came with anything we needed. We were able to eat breakfast and lunch there which was so important! It was a very busy afternoon but the staff were there to help. My bridal attendant helped with my bustle which I honestly wasn’t expecting and they did such a good job I was so impressed! At the end of the night as I was leaving the last guest was leaving and her car wouldn’t start. One of the staff was able to help us jump start her car and she was able to make it home safely. It was so nice of him to do! Lake Pearl staff truly went above and beyond from start to finish. All of our guests loved the food and atmosphere of the night. We had such a special evening and are so thankful! Thank you so much!!
