We had a private residence wedding in NH in 2024, and chose to use Lakes Region Tent & Event as both our tent and rentals vendor. In every way they were phenomenal to work with, and exceeded our expectations! Their rental catalog is quite large and the quality of their products are also excellent & beautiful. Their customer service team in the office, as well as the operations team, and the team who came to deliver and set up the tent were all easy to work with, kind, and went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly how we would like it. They came back immediately to replace a chair which arrived damaged, and were all around just extremely warm and nice to work with. They were also flexible with their take down day, which allowed us to enjoy the tent the day after and host our out of town family. Amazing Tent & Event Rentals for Our Wedding Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) We recently used Lakes Region Tent & Event for our 300-guest wedding, and I can't recommend them enough! From the very first consultation, the team was incredibly professional, attentive, and helpful in guiding us through the selection of tents, tables, chairs, linens, and décor. They offered a wide range of options, ensuring that we could find everything we needed to match our wedding theme. The tent itself was absolutely beautiful – it provided a perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. It was spacious, clean, and set up exactly as we had envisioned. I have incredibly positive things to say about every aspect of working with Lakes Region Tent and Event. Every individual I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The quality of their products was great! They utilize strong communication skills and are efficient with their work. I really appreciated that I was set up with one representative and stayed with that representative throughout my whole event planning time, instead of getting moved from one representative to the other which could have led to miscommunications or “dropped balls.” My only complaint would be that it would have been very helpful to have access to an online platform where you could independently update the number of items needed, rather than emailing back and forth with a representative. Definitely not something that ruined the experience. We were missing one linen, but we were able to make do without it. If we weren’t able to go without it, I know Lakes Region Tent and Event would have fixed the issue. Definitely a great organization to work with!

My family had two events at our barn this month (August 2024). We hired Lakes Region Tent and Event to provide tables, chairs, linens, and on one of the occasions, a tent. They were very reliable for both events. They showed up on time to set up and to remove the tables, chairs, and tent. Their forman, Bill Whalen dutifully called ahead with an ETA prior to arriving each time.

We rented a large sail cloth tent, tables, chairs, and a few dished from Lakes Region Tent & Event for our daughter's wedding. They were 'middle of the road' as far as price goes - we researched MANY tent companies that would service southern NH. I would say they were the perfect choice for our needs because they were PHENOMENAL to work with! Right from the start, they were super responsive - even responding to my MANY emails with questions and edits to our rental list all during the planning stages. When a huge storm came through the day after the tent was set and broke several poles, the crew came back first thing the next day and reset and fixed everything. They even accommodated a late adjustment to the size of our dancefloor. The entire team was friendly, respectful, and so so helpful - sending confirmation texts, emails, and following up after. They even accommodated the days we preferred for set up and pick up. Just amazing!

Just wanted to say how easy Lakes Region Tent made it for us to plan our son's wedding in a somewhat remote mountain location. Like clockwork from our first inquiry to when they set up, picked up and cleaned up. We are from out of town and their easy-to-navigate website, customer service expert Victoria, (in our case) and on-site techs (sorry I forgot your names) were all professional and friendly to work with and delivered 100% on our agreement. The tent was impeccable, fans a huge plus, dance floor rocked it, sound system, benches, arbor all worked perfectly. We had a great time in large part because Lakes Region Tent set the stage for it. You don't always get that, but you do here.

The crew phoned a week in advance and again on the day. They were clear on arrival time so we could be there to meet them. Everyone was super friendly. The tent was clean, white, and beautiful. We loved the sparkly lights all around as evening fell. Set-up crew put tables and dance floor just as we asked. Great experience!

Lakes Region Tent and Event was fantastic to work with! We rented our tent, tables, and chairs among many other items for our wedding and were very pleased with the responsiveness and variety to choose from. They communicated with our venue and made sure the whole process of set up and take down went smoothly. We were also able to make last minute changes a couple of weeks before the wedding. We would recommend Lakes Region Tent and Event to everyone for their event!

We chose not to have a venue and get married at a family property that meant a lot to my husband. Not having a venue and having to "create" one was certainly not without its challenges. Lakes Region Tent and Event helped make everything easier and less stressful. Not only was I able to rent everything from one place with their extensive catalog of items but the staff was responsive, communicative, and friendly. The office staff always responded timely to my emails, made adjustments to the order and floor plan without hesitation or annoyance. Jeff, the Operations Manager, was clear in the delivery/pick up times and in what they needed at the site to make it happen. The on-site delivery crew were also very friendly to my family during set up and were able to make adjustments without difficulty. There was 1 linen missing and they brought it the next day and even were able to drop off a last-minute order of heaters due to weather changes, which ended up being a lifesaver. I highly recommend this company!

I absolutely had the best experience with Lakes region Rentals. From booking to final pick up after event was over. Everyone was super nice everything was on time and just as we ordered it. The farm tables were beautiful. Everyone complimented them. The tent set up and take down was very smooth. I highly recommend them. Defiantly a 5 star rating for this company. I WILL be using them again

Our planner did a majority of the pre-event communications with Lakes Region Tent and Event, but LRTE was helpful in answering the few questions we had for the event. For the actual weekend, they were punctual in setting everything up, and, due to the nature of our venue, they were very helpful in coming back to our venue a number of times to make sure everything was were it was supposed to be. They even helped us to mitigate some issues from a heavy rain storm the day before the event, which was above and beyond what we expected they would do. The tent looked beautiful and our guests said everything looked like a dream. Matt and the rest of the team were so helpful, and we appreciated it so much!

We worked with Lakes Region on our tent rental, as well as our tables, chairs, champagne flutes, and wine glasses. They were absolutely phenomenal from Day 1. Super helpful in getting things thought through and squared away, and very gracious and flexible when we had some last-minute guests drop out. Every single person we worked with, via email and on the ground, was professional but also above-and-beyond kind and helpful and communicative. Super efficient setup and breakdown as well. Arrived on time and kept in touch throughout. Cannot recommend enough!

Everyone I work with were wonderful. The office was very quick to get back to me with the quote and answer any questions I had. The set up crews were polite and fast, and very polite dealing with my two dogs bugging them. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

While this wasn't for a wedding I would use them for any event because of the detailed customer service we received. We had an excellent experience! I didn't know exactly how I wanted 700 chairs arranged, down to the inch. Luckily when Romeo and his team arrived, laid out a few options, and reassured me that it was ok I felt so much better. Never once made me feel like I was indecisive or demanding even after I changed the plan. Their execution was on point! I had some concerns when I saw the chairs stacked up. I had been told these were 'graduation' quality but, once the chairs were lined up they all looked wonderful and you couldn't see any of the imperfections. We are also thankful that they were able to work with us even though it was a large order and kind of short notice. We hope to use them again for other events.

We chose Lakes Region Tent and Event for our wedding in October and they were great! Although we only used them for our catering tent, Anni and Crystal were awesome to work with, super responsive, and very accommodating! The delivery and assembly team was awesome, as well. They showed up on time and were in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend Lakes Region Tent & Event to anyone! it was the best decision! They were fantastic to work with and extremely accommodating. We worked with Anni and she was always available whenever we had questions or needed to make changes/additions to our order. The sailcloth tent looked gorgeous with all the lights and provided the shade we needed on a hot afternoon/evening. We also rented one of their restroom trailers that our guests raved about! Everything was clean and well maintained. Eric was so helpful with explaining how everything worked and made sure we were happy. Easy to work with. Crystal was great with the entire process from the beginning quote, questions in between planning and helping me add things to my order at last minute. The set up and break down team that came to my house was awesome. Great guys and they did a fantastic job setting everything up and breaking it down the next day!! Our overall experience with Lakes Region was good. Reserving the tent and tables online was straight forward. They looked at our layout and made helpful suggestions for table layout and dance floor size. They also provided some random items we needed last minute (glasses, tubs, and a massive cooler). Setup and takedown was fast and easy. They placed the tables and chairs according to layout so we did not need to do it ourselves. We found two small tears in the tent and they sent someone out immediately to repair. Our only complaint was with scheduling a site visit. We were not sure if our field was flat enough for a dance floor and it took several weeks of being bounced around between people before someone actually came out and could inspect the site.

We had a good experience overall with Lakes Region, minus a few mishaps that were pretty disappointing the day before our wedding. Everything leading up to the day was spot on super helpful and organized, and we were so happy with that. The day before the wedding there was a mixup of communication on their end that led to everything being delivered and set up SUPER late which made it so we had to push back our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner which luckily we were able to do. In addition to that some of our dishes and silverware were chipped, dirty, and not matching which was disappointing. Our linens were also mixed up, some ivory and some tan which was subtle enough that it wasn't a huge deal, but for a bride the day before her wedding that was upsetting. Some were also incredibly long which was strange, but we made it work. Other than those issues we were really happy and had super quick responses and contacts the whole way through the planning process up to the day of which was great. It just seems that maybe there was some lack of organization and communication about the delivery and the details of what we had ordered. The tent itself was absolutely beautiful and the set up/delivery team was very kind, helpful, and apologetic for their lateness.

Working with Lakes Region Tent & Event was the best decision we made during our wedding planning switch from a venue to my parent's house. Crystal was assigned to me and her communication was flawless! We moved to Colorado during the wedding planning and communication was key to planning our wedding at my parents lake house in NH. Not only did she send me photos to help me envision what I was paying for, she offered me practical advice. I never felt like she was "selling me" the higher option. The company even offered to have someone come to the house to look at the area and offer advice to make sure the tent worked out! The day the tent company set up the tents and tables went so smooth! We had a 3 pole tent and they even offered to put up solid tent walls on one side that we preferred and the rest were clear. I felt strongly I wanted the tent to feel like a tent and my vision came true! The team arrived on time and they managed to work with the difficult terrain / hills to make it a dream come true! The day before the wedding, we noticed that some of the bistro bulbs went out and that day someone came out to replace them! Loved how friendly and nice everyone at the company was. Lastly the pick up and return of linens/tables etc was just as easy. HIGHLY recommend using them if you are having a back yard wedding or event. Thank you!

It was so wonderful working with Lakes Region Tent & Event! I rented blue water goblets for my wedding a couple of weeks ago and they were absolutely gorgeous on the tables. My order had to change MULTIPLE times due to our wedding plans constantly evolving with covid and they were extremely understanding of the situation. The pickup and dropoff was very easy as well. I highly recommend using them for any rental needs.

The tent setup was fantastic- the team was responsive and open to our ideas but also brought brought own suggestions which actually improved our space so much. The team organizing the rentals were so easy to reach and responded to me in minutes on my wedding weekend when I needed them and throughout the year leading up. As a wedding coordinator, Lakes Region has always been amazing to work with. The most recent interaction was for a couple that found out only 1 week before their wedding that their chairs that were to be used for their outdoor ceremony were not going to work. Within 24 hours, we received an email back that white fan back chairs were available. Professional, detailed, and magnificent! They were a huge part of our front yard wedding and made it magical. Military friendly when we had to adjust dates due to deployment, we highly recommend them! Set-up crew was friendly and hard working!

Lakes Region Tent & Event did a great job on rental for our wedding! We ordered 190 fruitwood chivari chairs, two whiskey barrels and a whiskey barrel bar for our wedding. Everything was in perfect condition and looked beautiful. They even accommodated same day delivery and next day pickup (for an extra fee) since COVID pushed weddings together and our venue could not hold the items all weekend. The only thing I would note - is if you want them to set up the items like chairs, you need to tell them ahead of time. This wasn't well communicated to us and we ended up scrambling last minute to set up the chairs since Lakes Region Tent said it was too late to pay them to do it (was informed of this week of).

Awesome! Every step in n the process was outstanding! Anni, Crystal & Dan were helpful, thoughtful and professional every time I talked to them or emailed with them. Communication was very punctual. They double checked with me to be sure nothing was forgotten. Delivery and pick-up was easy. The team that put up the tent was amazing…they always checked to be sure everything was done as we envisioned.

Lake’s Region truly helped to pull our wedding together to make it exactly what we had pictured. Crystal was extremely responsive and helpful with picking our linens, chairs and sizes of tables. She made the process so simple. They set up promptly and did so according to our sketch we had sent of how we wanted it.

The tent that was put up was sparkling clean; side poles were recently painted white. The team took care to avoid damaging our many nearby trees and shrubs, and remembered to ask about underground items (stayed well away from septic system and remembered its location on return). The crew was very polite and friendly, taking time to show operation of the propane heater.

Lakes Region Tent and Event stepped up in the last minute when our other vender went out of business. They were very responsive and the product was everything we wanted, very high quality. The pickup and drop off process was super easy and we could not be happier with the outcome. When we had to down scale our wedding Crystal, was very accommodating and wonderful to work with.

Lakes Region Tent & Event were great to work with! They helped me with picking out an appropriate tent size for the location I needed. It was a new venue and they went above and beyond and contacted the venue to get the details they needed for setup and breakdown and worked with the owners to get me the best deal and work out the pickup time. I worked mostly with Crystal who was super flexible with me changing my order multiple times by adding lights, sides and a heater to the tent as the weather got colder and darker! I would recommend them for any party needs!

We used Lakes Region Tent & Event for our last minute backyard wedding. Everyone was really nice and extremely responsive! They answered all of our questions and helped guide us to make our vision come true. From changes with our order to last minute add-ons and rearranging of floor plans, they helped with it all. Lakes Region Tent & Event was FANTASTIC. Communication was everything! Eric and his team got back to me quickly, and didn’t bat an eye at my last minute change in requests. COVID may have put a damper on some things, but I never once worried about my rental. The guys that set up everything were efficient and super nice! No hassle at all. Lakes Region Tent & Event was excellent. We rented a tent for our caterer, linens and 2 wine barrel bars. They delivered 2 days early so no stress about delivery and they did a great job setting up. Because we were planning my daughter's wedding during covid 19, we made multiple changes in our plans and they were happy to accommodate our many changes. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Crystal went above and beyond answering all my questions regarding tables, chairs, and linen rentals. Planning a wedding not in your hometown can be stressful, but Crystal helped alleviate that and responded via both email and phone. The delivery crew was on time, efficient, and professional. We had a great experience with Crystal and the entire team at LRTE. They were recommended by our venue in Wolfeboro and we were very happy with all of our rentals. Lakes Region Tent and Event was easy to work with, had the most beautiful and perfect farm tables for my wedding, and had a very professional team that was easy to communicate with throughout the wedding planning and event itself. Delivery and set up was quick and organized, while paying attention to detail, and everyone that I worked with was really polite. They had great, reasonable, prices compared to companies around.
