quality of their products was great! They utilize strong communication skills and are efficient with their work. I really appreciated that I was set up with one representative and stayed with that representative throughout my whole event planning time, instead of getting moved from one representative to the other which could have led to miscommunications or “dropped balls.” My only complaint would be that it would have been very helpful to have access to an online platform where you could independently update the number of items needed, rather than emailing back and forth with a representative. Definitely not something that ruined the experience. We were missing one linen, but we were able to make do without it. If we weren’t able to go without it, I know Lakes Region Tent and Event would have fixed the issue. Definitely a great organization to work with!

- we researched MANY tent companies that would service southern NH. I would say they were the perfect choice for our needs because they were PHENOMENAL to work with! Right from the start, they were super responsive - even responding to my MANY emails with questions and edits to our rental list all during the planning stages. When a huge storm came through the day after the tent was set and broke several poles, the crew came back first thing the next day and reset and fixed everything. They even accommodated a late adjustment to the size of our dancefloor. The entire team was friendly, respectful, and so so helpful - sending confirmation texts, emails, and following up after. They even accommodated the days we preferred for set up and pick up. Just amazing!

We are from out of town and their easy-to-navigate website, customer service expert Victoria, (in our case) and on-site techs (sorry I forgot your names) were all professional and friendly to work with and delivered 100% on our agreement. The tent was impeccable, fans a huge plus, dance floor rocked it, sound system, benches, arbor all worked perfectly. We had a great time in large part because Lakes Region Tent set the stage for it. You don't always get that, but you do here.

Not only was I able to rent everything from one place with their extensive catalog of items but the staff was responsive, communicative, and friendly. The office staff always responded timely to my emails, made adjustments to the order and floor plan without hesitation or annoyance. Jeff, the Operations Manager, was clear in the delivery/pick up times and in what they needed at the site to make it happen. The on-site delivery crew were also very friendly to my family during set up and were able to make adjustments without difficulty. There was 1 linen missing and they brought it the next day and even were able to drop off a last-minute order of heaters due to weather changes, which ended up being a lifesaver. I highly recommend this company!

l weekend, they were punctual in setting everything up, and, due to the nature of our venue, they were very helpful in coming back to our venue a number of times to make sure everything was were it was supposed to be. They even helped us to mitigate some issues from a heavy rain storm the day before the event, which was above and beyond what we expected they would do. The tent looked beautiful and our guests said everything looked like a dream. Matt and the rest of the team were so helpful, and we appreciated it so much!

ted 700 chairs arranged, down to the inch. Luckily when Romeo and his team arrived, laid out a few options, and reassured me that it was ok I felt so much better. Never once made me feel like I was indecisive or demanding even after I changed the plan. Their execution was on point! I had some concerns when I saw the chairs stacked up. I had been told these were 'graduation' quality but, once the chairs were lined up they all looked wonderful and you couldn't see any of the imperfections. We are also thankful that they were able to work with us even though it was a large order and kind of short notice. We hope to use them again for other events.

They placed the tables and chairs according to layout so we did not need to do it ourselves. We found two small tears in the tent and they sent someone out immediately to repair. Our only complaint was with scheduling a site visit. We were not sure if our field was flat enough for a dance floor and it took several weeks of being bounced around between people before someone actually came out and could inspect the site.

The day before the wedding there was a mixup of communication on their end that led to everything being delivered and set up SUPER late which made it so we had to push back our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner which luckily we were able to do. In addition to that some of our dishes and silverware were chipped, dirty, and not matching which was disappointing. Our linens were also mixed up, some ivory and some tan which was subtle enough that it wasn't a huge deal, but for a bride the day before her wedding that was upsetting. Some were also incredibly long which was strange, but we made it work. Other than those issues we were really happy and had super quick responses and contacts the whole way through the planning process up to the day of which was great. It just seems that maybe there was some lack of organization and communication about the delivery and the details of what we had ordered. The tent itself was absolutely beautiful and the set up/delivery team was very kind, helpful, and apologetic for their lateness.

ication was flawless! We moved to Colorado during the wedding planning and communication was key to planning our wedding at my parents lake house in NH. Not only did she send me photos to help me envision what I was paying for, she offered me practical advice. I never felt like she was "selling me" the higher option. The company even offered to have someone come to the house to look at the area and offer advice to make sure the tent worked out! The day the tent company set up the tents and tables went so smooth! We had a 3 pole tent and they even offered to put up solid tent walls on one side that we preferred and the rest were clear. I felt strongly I wanted the tent to feel like a tent and my vision came true! The team arrived on time and they managed to work with the difficult terrain / hills to make it a dream come true! The day before the wedding, we noticed that some of the bistro bulbs went out and that day someone came out to replace them! Loved how friendly and nice everyone at the company was. Lastly the pick up and return of linens/tables etc was just as easy. HIGHLY recommend using them if you are having a back yard wedding or event. Thank you!

They even accommodated same day delivery and next day pickup (for an extra fee) since COVID pushed weddings together and our venue could not hold the items all weekend. The only thing I would note - is if you want them to set up the items like chairs, you need to tell them ahead of time. This wasn't well communicated to us and we ended up scrambling last minute to set up the chairs since Lakes Region Tent said it was too late to pay them to do it (was informed of this week of).
