Lakes Region Tent & Event

and always had great suggestions to ensure we had the perfect wedding day. Our property is quite rural and difficult for larger vehicles to access, with a narrow driveway and limited parking space, and the staff was great in working with us to accommodate our situation. They met up with us multiple times throughout the year prior to the wedding day to ensure they could fit everything we rented. We rented a large tent, restroom trailer, linens, dishware, lighting, tables and chairs from them and they had an excellent selection of all of the above on their website to ensure for a customized feel for our wedding day. The staff who came to set up the tent, lighting, tables, chairs, etc. was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Two of the staff spent the entire day before the wedding laying out the lights and checking in with us to ensure that everything met our needs. They put together a beautiful lighting string design - in addition to paper globes - that made our venue look so special and beautiful, day into night. The restroom trailer really impressed us and our guests - it is fancy and comfortable inside! They also mentioned that if anything was not perfect, they would be happy to come back in the morning of our wedding to fix / add lights to make sure everything was perfect. This company goes above and beyond to ensure that your special day is everything you could hope for. 10/10 would recommend.

professional they were. Even when I was constantly adding or changing things, they worked with me every step of the way making sure I was 100% happy. And boy was I! The tent and dance floor were stunning, our guests are still talking about it!! The stage they set up for our band was phenomenal and a center piece of the wedding. The prices were amazing and reasonable but the quality and care were priceless. I would highly recommend them for any rental needs!!!

y and pick up where on time and the whole process was very simple and streamlined. I would definitely recommend them highly.

expense was a lot higher than we initially expected. We spent 4k for a sailcloth tent, 12x12 dance floor, 6 round tables, 45 wooden chairs, lights to hang around the tent and a wooden bar front display (the table behind the bar costs extra). We paid for our own buffet tables, linens, and dishes. This does seem like market rate and I would not have hired anyone else since our venue became a fairy tale. They gave us ample time to set up and clean up delivering and picking up days ahead of time. My only complaint was that the delivery personnel did not have a copy of the layout for our tables and dance floor. Victoria actually made the layout on her computer and I approved it but this didn’t get communicated to the delivery staff and while I was getting my hair done, I was fielding calls from my wedding venue about where to set up each section. Overall I would definitely hire them again!

d exceeded our expectations! Their rental catalog is quite large and the quality of their products are also excellent & beautiful. Their customer service team in the office, as well as the operations team, and the team who came to deliver and set up the tent were all easy to work with, kind, and went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly how we would like it. They came back immediately to replace a chair which arrived damaged, and were all around just extremely warm and nice to work with. They were also flexible with their take down day, which allowed us to enjoy the tent the day after and host our out of town family. As a couple planning our own wedding without a planner, Lakes Region made this part of the process easy and smooth. Thank you Lakes Region team!! (Photography by Sydney Kerbyson Photography)

very first consultation, the team was incredibly professional, attentive, and helpful in guiding us through the selection of tents, tables, chairs, linens, and décor. They offered a wide range of options, ensuring that we could find everything we needed to match our wedding theme. The tent itself was absolutely beautiful – it provided a perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. It was spacious, clean, and set up exactly as we had envisioned. The lighting inside the tent was stunning, and it added a magical touch to our evening. The rental team worked seamlessly with our venue’s team and showed up on time for setup and breakdown. They were fast and efficient and super knowledgeable. The quality of the linens, furniture, and accessories exceeded our expectations – everything was pristine and made our outdoor wedding look elegant and stylish. What really impressed us was the attention to detail. From the carefully arranged table and dance floor tent design to thoughtful advice on what would work best for our venue, the team went above and beyond. They also helped us with contingency plans in case of inclement weather, which gave us peace of mind leading up to the big day. We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the setup was. It was all thanks to Lakes Region Tent & Event’s hard work and commitment to excellence. If you're planning an outdoor wedding, I highly recommend them for your tent and event rental needs – they truly made our dream wedding come to life!

m was a breeze. They were easy to reach and helpful. Would rent from them again!

quality of their products was great! They utilize strong communication skills and are efficient with their work. I really appreciated that I was set up with one representative and stayed with that representative throughout my whole event planning time, instead of getting moved from one representative to the other which could have led to miscommunications or “dropped balls.” My only complaint would be that it would have been very helpful to have access to an online platform where you could independently update the number of items needed, rather than emailing back and forth with a representative. Definitely not something that ruined the experience. We were missing one linen, but we were able to make do without it. If we weren’t able to go without it, I know Lakes Region Tent and Event would have fixed the issue. Definitely a great organization to work with!

y go off without a hitch!

ork with and very responsive. Drop off, set up, and pick-up all went very smoothly and was hassle free!

ere very reliable for both events. They showed up on time to set up and to remove the tables, chairs, and tent. Their forman, Bill Whalen dutifully called ahead with an ETA prior to arriving each time.

loor, bathrooms, tables and chairs were PERFECT!! I highly recommend using this amazing company for any event!!

- we researched MANY tent companies that would service southern NH. I would say they were the perfect choice for our needs because they were PHENOMENAL to work with! Right from the start, they were super responsive - even responding to my MANY emails with questions and edits to our rental list all during the planning stages. When a huge storm came through the day after the tent was set and broke several poles, the crew came back first thing the next day and reset and fixed everything. They even accommodated a late adjustment to the size of our dancefloor. The entire team was friendly, respectful, and so so helpful - sending confirmation texts, emails, and following up after. They even accommodated the days we preferred for set up and pick up. Just amazing!

ls during our event! We are looking forward to working with them again in years to come.

t up, picked up and cleaned up. We are from out of town and their easy-to-navigate website, customer service expert Victoria, (in our case) and on-site techs (sorry I forgot your names) were all professional and friendly to work with and delivered 100% on our agreement. The tent was impeccable, fans a huge plus, dance floor rocked it, sound system, benches, arbor all worked perfectly. We had a great time in large part because Lakes Region Tent set the stage for it. You don't always get that, but you do here.

nd beautiful. We loved the sparkly lights all around as evening fell. Set-up crew put tables and dance floor just as we asked. Great experience!

and variety to choose from. They communicated with our venue and made sure the whole process of set up and take down went smoothly. We were also able to make last minute changes a couple of weeks before the wedding. We would recommend Lakes Region Tent and Event to everyone for their event!

nges. Lakes Region Tent and Event helped make everything easier and less stressful. Not only was I able to rent everything from one place with their extensive catalog of items but the staff was responsive, communicative, and friendly. The office staff always responded timely to my emails, made adjustments to the order and floor plan without hesitation or annoyance. Jeff, the Operations Manager, was clear in the delivery/pick up times and in what they needed at the site to make it happen. The on-site delivery crew were also very friendly to my family during set up and were able to make adjustments without difficulty. There was 1 linen missing and they brought it the next day and even were able to drop off a last-minute order of heaters due to weather changes, which ended up being a lifesaver. I highly recommend this company!

questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend Lakes region tent rental for your upcoming wedding or event.

dered it. The farm tables were beautiful. Everyone complimented them. The tent set up and take down was very smooth. I highly recommend them. Defiantly a 5 star rating for this company. I WILL be using them again

l weekend, they were punctual in setting everything up, and, due to the nature of our venue, they were very helpful in coming back to our venue a number of times to make sure everything was were it was supposed to be. They even helped us to mitigate some issues from a heavy rain storm the day before the event, which was above and beyond what we expected they would do. The tent looked beautiful and our guests said everything looked like a dream. Matt and the rest of the team were so helpful, and we appreciated it so much!

! I am a repeat customer and will definitely use them again if I have a need.

ing things thought through and squared away, and very gracious and flexible when we had some last-minute guests drop out. Every single person we worked with, via email and on the ground, was professional but also above-and-beyond kind and helpful and communicative. Super efficient setup and breakdown as well. Arrived on time and kept in touch throughout. Cannot recommend enough!

ite dealing with my two dogs bugging them. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

ted 700 chairs arranged, down to the inch. Luckily when Romeo and his team arrived, laid out a few options, and reassured me that it was ok I felt so much better. Never once made me feel like I was indecisive or demanding even after I changed the plan. Their execution was on point! I had some concerns when I saw the chairs stacked up. I had been told these were 'graduation' quality but, once the chairs were lined up they all looked wonderful and you couldn't see any of the imperfections. We are also thankful that they were able to work with us even though it was a large order and kind of short notice. We hope to use them again for other events.

uper responsive, and very accommodating! The delivery and assembly team was awesome, as well. They showed up on time and were in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend Lakes Region Tent & Event to anyone! it was the best decision! They were fantastic to work with and extremely accommodating. We worked with Anni and she was always available whenever we had questions or needed to make changes/additions to our order. The sailcloth tent looked gorgeous with all the lights and provided the shade we needed on a hot afternoon/evening. We also rented one of their restroom trailers that our guests raved about! Everything was clean and well maintained. Eric was so helpful with explaining how everything worked and made sure we were happy. We highly recommend using Lakes Region Tent and Event for your wedding needs! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special!

need a tent again they’ll be my first choice!

I had along the way. Would definitely use them again!!

p and break down team that came to my house was awesome. Great guys and they did a fantastic job setting everything up and breaking it down the next day!! I would highly recommend Lakes Region Tent & Event to anyone looking for a wedding vendor!!! Great prices and very professional. My wedding was perfect!!!

ntastic and I was never left wondering if I would hear back about questions I had. Quality of the tent, tables & chairs, linens and dance floor were great, we never had a single issue with anything!

t and dance floor size. They also provided some random items we needed last minute (glasses, tubs, and a massive cooler). Setup and takedown was fast and easy. They placed the tables and chairs according to layout so we did not need to do it ourselves. We found two small tears in the tent and they sent someone out immediately to repair. Our only complaint was with scheduling a site visit. We were not sure if our field was flat enough for a dance floor and it took several weeks of being bounced around between people before someone actually came out and could inspect the site.

r helpful and organized, and we were so happy with that. The day before the wedding there was a mixup of communication on their end that led to everything being delivered and set up SUPER late which made it so we had to push back our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner which luckily we were able to do. In addition to that some of our dishes and silverware were chipped, dirty, and not matching which was disappointing. Our linens were also mixed up, some ivory and some tan which was subtle enough that it wasn't a huge deal, but for a bride the day before her wedding that was upsetting. Some were also incredibly long which was strange, but we made it work. Other than those issues we were really happy and had super quick responses and contacts the whole way through the planning process up to the day of which was great. It just seems that maybe there was some lack of organization and communication about the delivery and the details of what we had ordered. The tent itself was absolutely beautiful and the set up/delivery team was very kind, helpful, and apologetic for their lateness.

ication was flawless! We moved to Colorado during the wedding planning and communication was key to planning our wedding at my parents lake house in NH. Not only did she send me photos to help me envision what I was paying for, she offered me practical advice. I never felt like she was "selling me" the higher option. The company even offered to have someone come to the house to look at the area and offer advice to make sure the tent worked out! The day the tent company set up the tents and tables went so smooth! We had a 3 pole tent and they even offered to put up solid tent walls on one side that we preferred and the rest were clear. I felt strongly I wanted the tent to feel like a tent and my vision came true! The team arrived on time and they managed to work with the difficult terrain / hills to make it a dream come true! The day before the wedding, we noticed that some of the bistro bulbs went out and that day someone came out to replace them! Loved how friendly and nice everyone at the company was. Lastly the pick up and return of linens/tables etc was just as easy. HIGHLY recommend using them if you are having a back yard wedding or event. Thank you!

commend them.

er had to change MULTIPLE times due to our wedding plans constantly evolving with covid and they were extremely understanding of the situation. The pickup and dropoff was very easy as well. I highly recommend using them for any rental needs.

incredible!!! Then our delivery and pick up drivers were wonderful to work with!! So helpful, a breath of fresh air, compared to other vendors I had worked with. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much!!!

ion when I was indecisive about what to choose! They helped make our event so beautiful!

the rentals were so easy to reach and responded to me in minutes on my wedding weekend when I needed them and throughout the year leading up. I highly recommend them for any NH couple! Reasonable priced and super friendly and easy to contact.

chairs that were to be used for their outdoor ceremony were not going to work. Within 24 hours, we received an email back that white fan back chairs were available. Lakes Region is always my got-to an recommendation for couples that are looking for a great experience and quality rentals!
