as that of a fairy tale - breathtakingly beautiful, fun, seamlessly smooth, and completely stress free. We were living in Las Vegas when we chose this venue - we did a facetime tour, were sold, and signed a contract all without even seeing it in person. That is how beautiful this venue is! Additionally, the owner Deb sold us with her exceptionally warm, loving, and kind personality. On our facetime tour she told me, "I am very protective of my brides", meaning she will make sure that her brides are well taken care of and have the day of their dreams. I'll never forget that statement because she really meant it - I felt like family right from the start and felt so confident that this was the right choice. And it sure was! The venue itself is stunning. The grounds are gorgeous and the upkeep is flawless. It is big enough to where there are tons of places for you to take pictures with lots of different vibes and backgrounds. The barn, where the reception is held, is superb. If you're looking for a beautiful rustic vibe, this is it! Our day-of coordinators were beyond spectacular. Laurie and Ashley made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. Not only are they amazing at their jobs, but they were so darn sweet, kind, and helpful. I felt like Laurie was my built-in mom. From the moment we connected over the phone a few weeks prior to the wedding up until the end of the big night, she was a God-send. Every single person in my bridal party, including all my family members, made multiple comments throughout the day and night about how impressed they were by her and Ashley's helpfulness. If anything went wrong throughout the course of our wedding, I didn't know about it. I truly felt no stress the whole day and I know it was all thanks to Laurie and Ashley. Something that was a BIG help for us was the fact that they have a "borrow closet" in the barn filled to the brim with things you can borrow for your day at no cost. I didn't have to buy anything for my decorations or center pieces because I used everything from their closet! It really is awesome. Lastly, their vendor recommendations really are it!! We used Deb's recommended caterer (Artistic Catering), linens (Lindsay), florals (Indigo Woods) and DJ (Sound Results Entertainment) and could not have been more thrilled with all of them. They all do so many weddings at that venue that they work seamlessly together as if they are one big company. I can't recommend this venue enough. Lakeview, thank you for giving me and my husband the best day of our lives. It was more magical and perfect than we ever could have imagined! 11/10 recommend!

Beautiful without Décor: The owner, Deb, takes pride in the beautiful grounds and it truly shows. Beautiful hanging baskets are placed around the property. The ceremony site is breathtaking with the horses in the background. The flameless candles along the walls of the barn add the perfect ambiance when the sun goes down. Also, DO sunset pics! Open barn: My favorite part of this venue is what they call "Open Barn". Couples that have booked are able to show up during a specified time (I’ll let the venue disclose that information) to see how the couple that day arranged things and decorated. This allows you to see the barn several times to get ideas! This is also a great way to meet the staff and ask questions. I remember getting the "wedding factory" feel when touring other venues. At this venue, you aren’t just a number. They really want you to have a uniquely "you" best day ever. This venue is DIY-friendly… but you certainly don’t have to be DIY at all, see below. Borrowed Room: The borrowed room has the potential to save you A LOT of money! Essentially this venue has a collection of items that you can use for your wedding day for free! I’m talking signs, easels, centerpieces, jars, lanterns, cupcake stands, table numbers, etc. It is also organized with pictures and counts. There is really something for everyone here – all styles. This room is something that you can look through during “Open Barn”. Flexibility: Lakeview’s goal is for you to have your dream wedding the way that you want it. Being able to pick your own vendors is HUGE and plays a big role in your wedding budget. If you book a Saturday wedding, you have access to the property 10AM – 6PM on Friday (to include the rehearsal walk-through). This is HUGE for DIY brides. It was plenty of time to set things up stress-free. You will be assigned to a “Day-of Coordinator” and “Helper” about 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding, which are INCLUDED! I had Tara and Lacey, and they were wonderful. Quick responses to questions, very organized and experienced. Tara and Lacey were great at keeping us on track with our wedding day timeline. They aren’t afraid to take charge when needed! Now that I told you about all of the great stuff, I want to include some things I perceived as drawbacks so you can have my true, honest opinion. But, it’s important to mention that I gave 5 stars because the pros FAR outweighed the cons. You can’t get ready on-site, or access the venue until 1PM on the wedding day. But, when you see the beautiful bridal suite, you will understand that they don’t want to risk ruining furniture with makeup, etc. At one point the barn burned down and was rebuilt, so they don’t allow any flames. Battery operated candles only, which is understandable. If it rains, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all need to be inside the barn. BUT – at least there is a backup plan for rain. Tara S. was our day-of coordinator but she certainly did way more than just day of coordinating! She made sure during our initial meeting we planned everything exactly how we wanted it. She was incredibly responsive and always had ideas to share. We were all able to work together when the weather turned to a torrential downpour and she assured me that everything would be perfect it was just that! I can’t say enough good things about Lakeview Farms and their team. We were so honored to get married at this venue!

Being as though my fiancé and I are both still getting on our feet, Deb and the whole the team helped us in so many different ways and showed us that we could still have a beautiful wedding even on a budget. We never felt like we were less than any other wedding day just because of money. She even has something called "The Borrow Room," which really made planning a breeze. Deb was so professional and really made us feel at home. My specific day of coordinator could not have made me feel more relaxed. Even when their were stressful situations that arose, Laurie made me feel like she had everything under control. She did more than I could have ever asked of her, She's amazing and made my wedding day perfect. I didn't even have to ask her to do anything that day and before wedding day she was always there to help. She went above and beyond. Lindsay was such an amazing person to work with and she really helped us on saving money and making our tables look the best. All around Lakeview is and was the perfect place to tie the knot with my fiancé. I couldn't have asked for a more special experience. I will always hold the Lakeview team in my heart.

Lakeview Farms is absolutely beautiful and our entire family and guests still can’t stop talking about how it was the best wedding they’ve been to and how beautiful the entire venue was! Our Lakeview Wedding Coordinator, Laurie, was more than helpful throughout the month leading up to the wedding and the day of! Laurie went above and beyond making our day stress-free and smooth as can be! She did more than we anticipated and we couldn’t have been more appreciative! Lindsay, who helped out with our linens at Lakeview, as well as the barn set up, was also more than helpful with all our questions and set up needs! On our wedding day there was a chance of rain and drizzle and Laurie did everything possible to hold out from moving inside so we can have our ceremony outside (what we really wanted) despite the hesitant weather. During our vows it started to downpour, but we look over and here comes Laurie and the rest of the staff running with umbrellas to save the day-It’s the small, no hesitation things like this that made us love our entire time at Lakeview even more! n. The very little we did decorate, we used the decorations provided in the closet in the barn. They provide a huge selection of decorations left by other brides after their weddings. This is such a unique and wonderful idea. We were able to utilize welcome signs, garland, easels, mirrors and table seating charts!!! It was a life saver and really allowed my dreams to come to life without having to purchase everything. However the supplies and the beautiful setting ( which all my guests raved about) is just the beginning. The crew that works with you to help make your day exactly what you want , is probably the best in the business. We have never felt so well taken care of. Laurie is phenomenal, and executed every detail with precision. She is a such a sweet , caring , fun person who makes dream come true! Seriously we can not say enough good things.... we loved it sooo much that we want to do it again( same bride and groom lol)....exact same way....our guests have even asked if we could do it again 😍🥰. anding. Our wedding celebration took place on 11/6/21, the last wedding of the season, and the grounds and foliage were a great backdrop! Our day of coordinator, Laurie, helped our day run smoothly. Our friends and family could not stop raving about Lakeview and we cannot imagine a better place to have our celebration!

ng. I was tossed in the putting this thing together a lot on my own with no knowledge of what I’m doing or experience in doing it. Tara made me feel like I’ve done this forever and I’ve got somebody doing everything with me all along the way. I’m so happy with my experience at Lakeview! I never plan on getting married again but, if I had to I would be doing it here again. Anybody thinking of using this facility for their wedding would be a fool to not do so. s so beautiful and not much has to be decorated since the surrounding area is so pretty! The barn is breathtaking and so spacious! All our guests lived at least an hour away, but all said it was worth the drive because the venue and drive to it is was just so beautiful and peaceful. So thankful that a coordinator is included with the price because it took such a burden off of me and my family leading up to the wedding and day of. Shout out to Tara for being such a pleasant, cheerful, and incredibly helpful coordinator! Also, Mrs Deb (the owner) was super sweet and very prompt with communication. She offers a suggested vendor list when signing the contract and it helped us immensely. We used her linen lady, Lindsay who was so insanely amazing to work with! The whole experience was phenomenal! So happy we chose Lakeview for our special day!

best parts is that once you book with them to have your wedding there any Saturday that they have a wedding scheduled leading up to your wedding you can go and check out how other brides have the venue set up first thing in the morning! We got quite a few ideas for our wedding by doing this. When the wedding day finally came we had Meagan as our day of coordinator, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made sure that everything went off without a hitch! Having my wedding at Lakeview made the day better than I could have ever dreamed of!

I can’t thank our day of coordinator Laurie enough for making sure our wedding went off without a hitch. The owner Deb is absolutely amazing and worked very closely with us making sure we knew what direction to go with finding our vendors. Jo helped us take care of our linens and bar service and was there at any point for us to reach out and ask questions. Every time we would start to get nervous about anything involving the wedding we could call Jo and she would answer all of our questions. The venue is so incredibly beautiful from the outdoor ceremony area to the barn, all of our guest couldn’t stop saying what a great place this is. One thing I found so special is that Lakeview didn’t treat us like we were clients, but more like family, they seemed just as excited for our wedding as my wife and me, also they made sure that our guest were taken care of. I could not recommend any place other than Lakeview Farms for one’s wedding!

We were concerned that with hurricanes causing iffy weather conditions up and down the eastern US would force us inside. Joanne and the staff were ready to pivot if needed, fortunately the local weather broke into picture perfect conditions and the ceremony was wonderful. When considering Lakeview Farms, one must consider whether the guests will be enjoy being in a beautifully refurbished barn on a working farm. It can be a tad warm, and an insect or bird may invite themselves to the ceremony. All that aside, my wife and I heartily endorse this venue for your consideration.

The barn does not have air conditioning but don’t let this affect your decision as there is great ventilation and fans for the summer months! AMAZING VENUE!!!!

tantly, no matter how many times I had already asked the same question. They were both fun and easy to work with. I'd categorize Deb and Joanne as relaxed professionals. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their venue and what items/decor work where. Lakeview also had all of the necessary things I was looking for; a bridal suite, a groom's room, indoor restrooms, a water source I could access, and plenty of space. For my dessert, The Dallastown Historical Society provided waffles and ice cream and Lakeview accommodated them in the corn barn. This was a great option because the Historical Society needed their own space for their appliances and they were under cover in case it rained. Lakeview was the perfect fit for my husband and I. We thought it was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for more personable people to work with!

n words! We had 212 guests and there was plenty of space to have fun. Our guests loved this venue as there were horses hanging around the ceremony site and cocktail hour. Nobody wanted to leave! The staff was very laid back and if we wanted something specific they were quick to make it happen. I also loved how we could go and see how other weddings were set and decorated which gave us so many ideas for our own wedding. Lakeview farms made our dream a reality andI am going to miss working with all the staff!

Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the wedding was and we know the venue played a huge part in that. I was able to have the rustic chic wedding I had always dreamed of and I couldn't have been happier! We would highly recommend Lakeview Farms to any and everyone.

. When we booked our wedding day, we ended up reserving Thursday evening, Friday during the day, Saturday for the wedding and then Sunday day for cleanup. Lakeview provided tables and chairs for us to use. By having Thursday and Friday before the wedding, we were able to set up all of our tables, chairs and decorations how we like them. Throughout our whole experience, Deb and her associate, Dawn were very helpful. Both were super sweet to us and our friends and family. Lakeview also provided pew benches for the ceremony. We did not use those, but they were very cute. Lakeview was very lenient with many things. Something my husband and I always wanted to have was fireworks. Due to the restrictions set by the township, it was tough trying to get a permit. But Lakeview stood with us and helped us get the necessary permits for the fireworks. This made our wedding day that much more beautiful. The only down side that we ran across is that it would have been helpful to have a fridge on site that we could have accessed. We did know that this venue did not have a kitchen before we had booked so it was not a surprise to us. We had a family member make our cake and it posed a slight dilemma when we had to bring it over the day of the wedding. Despite that, Lakeview Farms helped us figure out a way to help out. They handled our dilemma well. Over all, we had a wonderful experience with Lakeview Farms and if we had to get married all over again, we would have it there. We could not have asked for a better experience. It was beautiful.

he storm was supposed to clear up.. I didn't want to make the call to move the ceremony into the barn until the last possible minute. Deb did not push me to decide, but instead suggested moving the benches to a less muddy area.. I agreed and found HER helping the groomsmen move benches in the rain! She did everything she could to help make the day run smooth, but allowed us to "have our space". She's such a sweet woman! As a photographer, I have been to many wedding venues and I have seen how some run behind the scenes.. Lakeview is by far the best all around. Deb and her staff are so wonderful and caring. I felt like I was family. Deb also provides a "nosey bride" hour....each Saturday you are given the opportunity to come and visit and see how other brides decorated and get ideas for your day. Best venue ever..you won't be disappointed! !

e has everything you can ask for; including plenty of choices for the ceremony, unique settings for the reception, and all the natural beauty of the great outdoors. The owners keep up the landscape all year round and it's so beautiful there you really need minimal decoration, which I'm sure any bride would be excited about lol. My husband's family is not really the out-doorsy type and honestly I don't believe they were looking forward to having the ceremony outside and reception in a barn, but they were absolutely blown away with how wonderful it turned out!!

beautiful it would be in late summer. We loved that we were welcomed to come Saturday mornings and check out what other brides had set up and show our families. The day of the wedding went so smooth and everything was perfect. It has been almost two months since we were married and we still hear how beautiful everything was.
