y space overlooking the lake and a field of horses. During my cocktail hour, the horses were a hit, almost all of my guests raved about how cool it was to see and pet them during cocktail hour. Not only is the venue amazing but they are extremely accommodating. My husband wanted a mechanical bull during our reception and they welcomed the idea and had no problem with it! No matter what I need or questions I had, they were there.
As for the day of, I couldn’t have done it nor stayed sane without the help of Tara. She was the angel behind the scenes. She alleviated so much stress so I could actually enjoy the day without having a hundred things on my mind. She put up all of the signs I made, and set up my arbor linens and flowers as I did all faux flowers. She was absolutely an unsung hero for the day. Not only that, but she made clean up following the reception a breeze and so much less stressful than I was expecting. I cannot thank Tara, or Lakeview farms, enough for being such a huge piece to the puzzle to make our wedding day the amazing day that it was.

unforgettable day. Despite being the cheapest venue we toured, it had the most to offer and was by far the most beautiful. Other venue tours pointed out good photo ops throughout the tour. The entire property at Lakeview Farms is kept up to such a high standard that it doesn't matter where you're standing or which direction your photographer is standing, the background of every photo is gorgeous. Every angle is a photo op. One of the major and unique benefits of Lakeview is that they have a whole closet full of decorations that anyone can use for no added cost. You can also view other wedding setups to see how other couples incorporated the decor for inspiration and theres so much to choose from. Not only does it save you so much money in decor, but it also eliminates the stress and hassle of trying to fit all your leftover decor into cars to take home and store until you can donate or try to resell for less than what you paid initially. Another unique benefit of Lakeview Farms is the use of internal and external connections that they have. They offer decorating, bartending, and linen services that can be hired through the venue for very affordable prices and they already have experience at the venue and working with their team. Externally, Lakeview provides a list of recommended vendors including food, music, photography, cake/dessert, and more that they have had good experiences with and that are also familiar with the venue. Coordination is made so much easier when your vendors are familiar with the venue and the team. Our day of coordinator, Laurie Ruby, was provided to us by Lakeview Farms for no added cost and she was absolutely fabulous. She communicates well, shes organized and detailed, she met with us 2 weeks prior to the wedding to nail down all the last minute things we needed to go over, and she was so accommodating and patient with all of our crazy requests including our desire to have our two pugs in the wedding, one which was our ring bearer. Our guests continue to rave about how gorgeous our venue was and how perfect everything was. Don't just take my word for it, go see for yourself!

very step of the way. The Saturday open barns were great inspiration for creating our wedding vision, and the borrow rooms were extremely helpful in keeping our wedding vision within our budget! The entire staff at Lakeview were so responsive to any questions or concerns and went out of their way to make sure that our day was special. You get a day-of coordinator to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly & Laurie was absolutely wonderful in making sure that our day went off without a hitch (despite some less than ideal weather). The venue itself is stunning, but I think the gorgeous horses on the property, the climate controlled barn, and obviously the great Lakeview staff set it apart from some of the other similar venues in the area. I can't recommend Lakeview enough!

It also provides a timeline so you can keep things organized and make sure that things aren’t missed. On the day of our event, Laurie was incredible: keeping our day organized and running smoothly . The ceremony space was beautiful, the separate space for cocktail hour and cornhole was the perfect for our guests and we were able to use the available decor at the barn for decorations which saved us a ton of money for the reception. Our day could not have gone better and I can’t thank Laurie, Lacey, Deb and the entire team at Lakeview farms for such an incredible day. I’m so excited to see our photos from such a beautiful space. The horses even made their appearance for the day.

, the staff at Lakeview Farms had been patient and flexible. They explained all the features of the property and answered any questions that I had. I cannot thank Mindy (our day of coordinator) more for everything she did on our wedding day. We got married on the day Hurricane Ian hit the coast so the weather was changing by the minute. Mindy did everything she possibly do to make the day as stress free as possible. She was incredibly responsive and always had ideas to share. We were lucky enough to get a small window of sprinkling for our outdoor ceremony and she assured me that everything would be perfect no matter the wedding! I can’t say enough good things about Lakeview Farms and their team. If you are debating about booking here as your venue, do it! You won’t regret it. The closet of decorating materials is the most awesome idea I've seen and that alone should make you choose this venue. Well, if not the closet, then the people should convince you to get married here. Lacey and Ashley helped our day go by with ease; they did so many behind the scene details on our wedding day that we didn't think of and hugely appreciate. All in all, get married at Lakeview Farms, you wont regret it!

ts into the upkeep of it is very evident with even the smallest details. Not only is the property itself beautiful but the resources available to you are unlike any other venue we had visited. There are 2 rooms with decorations for you to use free of charge, with anything you might need from centerpieces to signs to cake/cupcake stands. It saved us SO much money to be able to almost completely decorate for our entire ceremony and reception using their things. Our day-of coordinator was Laurie and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was so organized and helpful from the start and went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was perfect. Using the plans we came up with together, she had everything set up for us on the wedding day, kept things going according to schedule throughout the day, and there was very minimal cleanup afterwards for family/friends to be stuck with which was a huge positive for us. We had a ton of guests tell us or our families that it was the most beautiful venue they’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for a venue that will not only provide you with a beautiful setting and amazing pictures, but also a stress free day where you can just focus on having fun, this is the place!!

The workers were amazing with communicating with us and helping make us to feel special on our day!!
Our wedding was just filled with so much joy, and Lakeview was a huge part of that!
They provide so many things for you to choose from on your special day, and help you get everything set up in the way you like it!
The owner of the venue and other people who work there clearly love what they do and are great to work with!
I would 100% recommend Lakeview Farms!!!

This was the first venue we visited (before we were even engaged!) and had no intention of booking anything that weekend. Needless to say, we completely fell in love with the place...
and called the next day to book it. We had our wedding here in September and had the BEST day! The wedding coordinators and vendors were awesome, the property looked absolutely beautiful, and the whole day was just perfect. The price is very reasonable considering how much is included with the venue. Every part of our experience with lakeview farms was wonderful and would highly recommend it to anyone!

for everything, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and even a place for pre-ceremony drinks, which was great because you didn’t have to worry about setting up and tearing down the same spaces. The employees are amazing to work with, they are all so supportive and helpful and just want you to have the best day ever! This venue truly goes above and beyond for your special day!

aculate and the horses were beautiful. The coordinator that I had was so professional and took care of every little detail from two weeks out and the rehearsal and of course on my wedding day. I cannot express how wonderful the staff was and how absolutely beautiful everything was. My guest were taken cared of they had a golf cart for my elderly father and they just took care of everything. All I had to do was look beautiful and they took care of everything else. I highly recommend this venue they were wonderful.

y husband and I and our friends and family were very pleased with this venue and everyone that we came in contact with. The owner of the venue was very helpful and nice and the coordinators that are assigned to you 2 weeks prior to the wedding were just fantastic. They went with the flow and were open to doing whatever we needed them to do to help our day run smoothly even when we added things the last minute. They held up their end very well and did all things that we asked them to do and were very polite and a huge help. Everyone was just super friendly there. If you are considering to have your wedding there, I would highly recommend it. You wont be disappointed with the staff or the venue itself and everyone will love it. Huge thank you to Lakeview Farms and the staff for making our day truly special.
