Lally Events

The best decision we made was choosing Lally as our planner. Wedding planning can be a stressful process, especially when you’re getting married in Napa and live in Michigan. We were lucky enough to have been referred to Lally, and after speaking with her, we knew she was the perfect fit. She made the entire process easy and truly brought our vision to life, even from across the country. Every vendor adores her, and once you meet her you know why. She is truly a pleasure to work with. Our wedding weekend was more than we could have ever hoped for. Every single thing exceeded our expectations — it was a dream! We are so grateful!

The best day of our lives would have never happened without Lally. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, don’t waste any more of your precious time or effort looking for someone else, trust me and go with Lally. If you’re not sure you need a wedding planner, TRUST ME, you do, and you should go with Lally. Throughout the whole planning process up until past midnight after our actual wedding day, Lally was there at any time to help with whatever we needed. No joke, she cares so much that she made sure our maid of honor got to her room after a couple too many drinks, WAY after the event was over and all the guests were gone. She is the definition of caring, reliable, and trustworthy. At any point that my wife and I felt anxious or unsure of something, Lally was there to immediately take care of it and make us feel 1000% more relaxed and excited. We’ve been to many weddings since we got married, have seen how poorly in comparison their wedding planner was in handling an issue and always look at each other and say “Thank God we had Lally for our wedding!” I could go on and on about how highly we recommend Lally to anyone getting married. Your wedding should be the best day of your life. It was for us because of Lally, and it will be for you if you choose her as well.

I have never worked with a better wedding planner. I have worked with many other planners over the years as a wedding photographer and Lally straight up blew me away. She surprises her clients with so many extras the day of because she loves going over and beyond for them. She makes sure vendors are taken well care of and feeds us well! She researches each vendor she recommends specific to the couple she is working with and only recommends the best because she believes each couple's needs need to be met based on their unique day. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. She truly made Sara and Andrew's wedding one of the best weddings I have ever shot. You will seriously be blown away by her!

We hired Lally for our wedding in September of 2018 and don't have enough positive things to say about our experience. From the beginning she listened to our vision, guided us through making decisions and offered tons of creativity on ways to make our wedding special and stay within budget. She was there every step of the way from food tasting to picking linens to choosing color palettes and referring us to her amazing list vendors. I was not the most easy bride on the planet; including switching venues three times...all of which Lally handled with grace and had my back (despite making us start from square one all over again). More than being highly organized and incredibly helpful with the planning, she was the greatest source of moral support. When I was stressing myself out over the smallest details, Lally would give me reassurance and help me in any way she was able. On the day of the wedding I literally had nothing to worry about because I knew Lally had everything handled. Bottom line, she is magical. My wedding was everything and more that I dreamed it would be and I have her to thank for that. Hiring Lally will be the best decision you make for your wedding.

We were so happy we hired Lally as our wedding planner for our wedding in April 2019. She is professional, fun, calming, and has an eye for how to put together a beautiful wedding. She saved the day more times than I can count over the course of our wedding. She found us a last minute guitarist (who was amazing) when ours quit the day before, her assistant ran out for booze twice when we ran out of alcohol, and with the calmest of demeanors kept us well informed of everything we needed to be doing and preparing for throughout the wedding weekend. I would highly recommend her to all brides!

We could not be happier to have found Lally to plan and execute our dream wedding! We worked with her for over a year and every step of the way we were so grateful for her. Lally made planning our wedding smooth, fun, and completely stress-free. From the very beginning, she made our dream venue work, even though their original quote was too high for us. She is an excellent negotiator, extremely organized, and has so many creative ideas that made our vision come to life. What was particularly impressive was that we were Lally’s first wedding in Palm Springs, since she is located in Northern California, and everything still went flawlessly. I always felt like she was on my side when roadblocks came up and she worked quickly to fix issues with outside vendors, budget, etc. She kept us on track the entire planning process, so we only had to do a handful of items each month. I never felt like there was a crunch time right before the wedding - by the time our wedding week arrived absolutely everything was taken care of thanks to her planning timeline. We got massages the morning of our rehearsal dinner, and never thought about a wedding detail from that point forward, thanks to Lally’s planning. I am usually Type-A and have trouble relaxing during big events, but I was truly the happiest and calmest I’ve ever been on my wedding day. My husband was a huge fan of Lally as well. Beyond being excellent at her job, she’s just a pleasure to be around. She’s funny, straight to the point, and super supportive. We could not have chosen a better person for the MOST important role of our wedding!

After our daughter chose Beaulieu Gardens in Napa as her wedding venue, Beaulieu recommended three wedding coordinators to us. Our first call was to Lally. We didn't need to look any further – we felt an immediate connection, and knew she was the one! It turned out that our initial impression was right, we absolutely loved working with her. Lally is a warm, calm, well-organized, detail-oriented person. She was on top of everything from the get-go, helping us find fabulous vendors to work with, reminding us of important dates to have things completed by, and providing overall reassurance throughout the entire planning process! On the wedding weekend, Lally had a big task, as the events were spread out over an expansive venue and the wedding party was large – 11 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen. Lally handled the rehearsal like a pro, which is not easy when you're organizing so many people. On the actual wedding day, she made sure our daughter and her fiancé had their dream wedding by overseeing every detail – properly and promptly. She took every worry out of the day, so we could just enjoy it all. Thank you Lally and team for being part of such a special event for us, it couldn't have been a better day and we couldn't have found a better wedding coordinator!

To intrust someone with your wedding day plans is a big deal. It takes a person who not only has the skills and passion for their job, but also someone who really cares about what you envision for your special day. Not only was Lally Events quick to ask me to explore the options of my childhood dream wedding, she made it better than I could ever imagine. As a bride, wedding planning can be so overwhelming. Lally was able to take our vision and actually produce it, plus more. I specifically remember Lally saying, “Now its going to be a lot at first, but then you can really enjoy being engaged”. I never realized how valuable this time was to just enjoy being with each other. Her thorough planning helped us have that time to just be engaged and excited, not stressed. I look back on my wedding planning experience and we are so grateful for her advice. We thought we knew what we wanted but she took our dream and perfected it. One thing that really helped me was the monthly checklist and check-ins. I also really valued how Lally clearly communicated to our venders. She is clear about her expectations and will hold them to it. Each vender came to me and expressed how much they enjoyed working with Lally. Lally and her team at Lally Events were easily one of the best decisions we made in our wedding process. Lally was extremely professional, organized, creative, and attentive from the early stages of planning, to the night of, and even after the wedding. Lally came highly recommended by a friend who had worked with Lally to plan her wine country wedding. We had a destination wedding at a venue outside Denver, CO and at first we were slightly concerned about hiring a planner that wasn't local to where we were getting married. Lally consistently demonstrated that there was no cause for concern. She jumped in and found local vendors - most of whom just assumed she was based in Colorado just based on how informed and on top of it she was. She even took multiple trips out to Colorado to ensure everything went smoothly. We had frequent calls with Lally in the months leading up to the wedding and she helped us handle everything from the design board, negotiations with vendors, handling the run of show on the day, and even coordinated transportation for all 130 of our wedding guests (so no one had to drive) who were sprinkled across the Denver area in AirBnB's and hotels. She managed all our vendors to perfection and found really unique ways for our personalities and style to come through during the wedding. The best thing about hiring Lally was that the actual day of the wedding was about as stress-free as you could ever hope for. All vendors did exactly as was expected of them and guests had nothing but glowing things to say about our event. We are so pleased we chose to work with Lally and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a planner - no matter where you're getting married.

There are wedding planners -- and then there is Lally Clark. Lally is simply in a league of her own and I couldn't have made it throughout the entire planning process without her by my side. From day one, Lally understood my vision for the day and helped us curate and shape our elegant California style for a destination wedding in Santa Ynez. Her design process is completely A-list and she worked with me to help shape some of my DIY projects that I wanted to contribute while adding in special details that truly made the day sparkle. Since we were long distance, Lally and I had regular phone meetings as she helped perfect the design board. Lally's attention to detail was in every moment of our day from the beautifully arranged tablescapes to the twinkling tents to the adorable bathroom baskets she created. Lally is also incredibly responsive and responsible. She worked individually with all of our vendors, handled communications and also handled any bumps in the road (a surprise rain storm the day before the wedding!) with ease and a smile. Our wedding, which was on a private estate, definitely presented some challenges, but I always felt confident and grateful knowing Lally was on it. She coordinated every vendor with the precision of an air-traffic controller and the grace of a First Lady. She also helped us coordinate deals, understand contracts, and she never pressured us into anything with vendors -- instead, she always explained all our options. In fact, when she didn't feel like she'd gotten a good quote on something, she called other vendors in the area. When you're planning a wedding, you want to know you can trust your planner -- and you can trust Lally! She's not only an incredibly gracious, positive, and well-styled individual, she truly wowed us at every step in the wedding process. Lally has not only become a wonderful friend throughout our planning process, I truly feel indebted to her for her above-and-beyond efforts turning our wedding day into an absolute dream. Simply put, Lally is a wedding fairygodmother and everyone should use her for their dream day.
