Lancaster Bartending offers excellent value for their services, are very flexible, and are easy to work with! Lindsay was very communicative and responsive. She listened to our requests and made helpful suggestions while recommending alcohol quantities. We had a Lavender Lemonade (with and without Vodka) pre-batched as our signature drink, and I requested it not be too sweet. It was delicious and perfect. There was rarely a line at the bar because they were extremely efficient. We had to make the last minute call to move cocktail hour to be inside due to rain. They were flexible and moved everything through the rain to inside. I'm so, so grateful to them for that. Thank you for helping to make our wedding wonderful!

fficiently (even though there were a lot!) Our venue was very bare-bones (didn't even have their own trash bags) and was not always the easiest to work with I'm sure, but Lindsay and her staff kept their composure and were professional and eloquent while keeping our guests happy! The alcohol was not marked up and prices were all very transparent from the beginning with no hidden fees. The staff was so sweet and communicative leading up to the wedding and the day-of. As the bride, after ordering the same drink twice, they remembered what I was drinking and every time I started to walk in the direction of the bar they would have one ready for me. Little things like that go a long way and show how great and personable a vendor is to me. They never had to pester me or my husband with questions and kept things running very smoothly all night. You will not regret having them be a part of your special day!

She helped us determine what alcohol we should get, how much based on our guest count, and even delivered of it all to our venue, which was great because the ceremony venue was 30-40 minutes from the reception venue. Furthermore, at the end of our wedding reception, they packed the remaining alcohol, opened and unopened, into a family member's car. The entire process was honestly so easy, and we attribute that to Lancaster Bartending.

There is a slight upcharge if you decide to have a package in which Lancaster Bartending purchases and delivers the alcohol, but this was the best decision! It was one less thing for us to worry about and they did such an excellent job determining how much of what item to purchase.
