They did a wonderful job. The food was delicious, they were efficient and they did great work overall. Would recommend them and Como Zoo in St. Paul to anyone getting married. For starters, they are way cheaper than anyone else. But mostly, they just did really good work and the food (especially the Pork) was delicious.

We got married at Como Conservatory and Lancer was their in-house caterer. We worked very closely with Robin to plan not only our food, but truly our whole reception (including linens, decor, etc). Robin was very responsive and was great to have as a contact. We needed a vegan option for our dinners, and they worked with us to modify one of their meals to fit our needs. Family members with allergies were well cared for and able to eat with us without issue. We had a wide selection of meals to choose from. Additionally, the service during our event was great and we had no issues.

Lancer Catering was the only option at our venue. The food was well plated, served efficiently, and overall pretty tasty. There were lots of options for family/friends who had food allergies or specific diets that were handled with ease and our coordinator (Robin) made the whole process simple and enjoyable. I would recommend reading through the contract carefully though as we were caught off guard when there was a 10-20% increase per plate due to inflation unfortunately. We did talk with our coordinator who assured us this was largely unavoidable, but it did end up significantly impacting our wedding budget.

We got married at Como Zoo in the Covered Porch and Lancer is the exclusive caterer for that venue. The food was delicious - highly recommend the Mac N Cheese station for a late night snack. Our guests got great service from the bar staff and waiters and enjoyed everything they ate. Robin is the point of contact and she was FANTASTIC. She went above and beyond to make our reception truly amazing. We had special linens, an extra bar, 2 signature drinks, and larger portions of salmon and she made it all happen! I honestly don't know if there is anything Robin can't do. She and Lancer made everything run so smoothly, I can't say thank you enough!

We recently got married at Como zoo and conservatory. Lancer catering took care of so much! They made the whole process simple and stress free. We were complimented all night on the venue and how delicious the food was. It was easy to trust them, and they gave us a beautiful night. Would recommend to anyone!

We got married at the Science Museum of Minnesota and Lancer is their in-house caterer and only option. Kaitlin Keller was our contact throughout the wedding planning process and she was wonderfully helpful and patient with my endless questions. On our wedding day, the service was excellent and the lead server (I didn't catch her name) ensured that everything went according to plan. The food itself was delicious and our entrees and sides were just as we had requested.

Dealing with lancer at first we thought it would go much smoother than originally planned with mintahoe. Cheron bent over backwards to help us and kept in contact for the most part, quickly and seamlessly. She got us in on a tasting right away to try food (that was amazing!), And for the most part, straight forward billing and quotes. As we inched closer to our wedding day, though the little details started to drive me batty. A cupcake table became a frustrating focus for a week..which I honestly didn't give two flying @#$#s about and we kept being told "it's our day" but felt like we were always being pushed in a direction that would be more convenient for the company. Quickly our wedding day came, we set up most our linens the morning of, and went about our day. When it came time to sit down to eat, our whole head table were missing water...silverware...we had steak medallions and Tuscan (sun dried tomato sauce) chicken with these carrots we could have sworn were sweet potatoes. Steaks were great, the chicken, though dry, however, was wrong. It was a butter herb style sauce and just chopped up carrots that looked like they were frozen out of a bag, nothing like the long carrots we tried at our tasting. (This wasn't brought to my attention until after our wedding, or it would've definitely been brought up to the catering manager). None of our guests thought the food tasted bad, that was never an issue. It was brought up that people were not serves what they RSVP'd with. When brought up to our coordinator we were told, nope it was right, must not have out enough sun-dried tomatoes in the sauce (there were NONE and the sauce was clearly a butter herb sauce, as it was slightly yellow with green chunks of whatever) and we needed pictures for proof. Our photographer didn't have photos, none of my guests felt the need to take photos of the food (most of them were so hungry they barely took a breath while eating)...so it was our word against theirs. We went back and forth for well over a week...and were left hanging. For the amount of money we spent, we were quite pissed at the response we received. We are honest people and wouldn't cheat a company, but when clearly, something wasn't right, we will call you out on it. Long story longer..I'd avoid using the company (and for that matter places that require you to use a inclusive list...it leads to carelessness, because they know they will get paid either way and know they will continue to receive business and kickbacks.. (Mintahoe is the worst for that btw!! Avoid them like the plague!!). We were stuck with a few inclusive companies to choose from and none of them were really standing out to us. If you have the choice, don't!

Our first coordinator never even contacted us. However, after months of not hearing from them, we finally were assigned a new coordinator. Cheron was quick to address all the things that should have already been done up to that point. She was pleasant to work with and kept us organized for the big day. Unfortunately, there were also a few hiccups, such as the chef not being able to accommodate our guests who were Celiac and not telling us until the week before. Thankfully, the food was delicious, especially the late-night pizza. That was a huge hit! The staff was professional and seamless in their execution on the day of. Overall, while there was some organizational issues from the beginning, they did a great job on our wedding day and provided us with exactly what they promised in more ways than we had hoped.

Lancer was the the exclusive caterer to my wedding venue so didn't have much of a choice but to go with them. They raised drink prices (by $50/keg) after we booked the venue so they had us hostage. When a guest switches their meal they will bill you for two meals. They give themselves an automatic 18% tip They messed up our bill and charged us an additional $900 two months after our wedding date. On top of that the wedding coordinator did the bare minimum and acted inconvenienced with every request.

Lancer catering did a great job with my wedding. I worked with Cheron at Edinburgh Golf Course, and she was amazing to work with . She is super organized and knowledgable, and she helped with the planning process throughout my engagement. The food turned out amazing and I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend!

The service and food was absolutely amazing! The pricing was very reasonable too! Very professional staff, quick response time, and they really did provide a personal touch to the whole process.

Lancer Catering was wonderful! We worked with Kaitlin Keller and she was so organized, professional, and had wonderful ideas for food, linens, and venue decor! The food was amazing! We had 3 different entrees and honestly it was so hard to pick which one we wanted to eat since they were all so good! Service was outstanding! The serving staff, bar tenders, and chef all did a perfect job.

They were absolutely amazing. We had the best possible experience working with Lancer from beginning to end. Communication was outstanding, the professionals we worked with were knowledgeable, courteous, and consistently went above and beyond. Our food ended up being one of the biggest highlights of the wedding, we had so many compliments from guests who and we were so happy with how it all turned out. We asked for an entree substitution and they accommodated and it was delicious! Lancer's professionalism and excellent communication made this part of the wedding planning process so much less stressful and we are so grateful for their wonderful work.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location if you're looking for a helpful, detail-oriented venue. The customer service aspect is lacking in every respect. Working with Cheron was not a pleasant experience - we were never given real help or suggestions, only answers to questions in the form of what we 'can't do'. We also had SEVERAL issues with wait staff the night of the event, resulting in embarrassment & near loss of what we paid for. It is incredibly frustrating that the sales/general staff can be so unhelpful simply because they have a beautiful venue. After booking the space, we heard several complaints about this from others. A few key things stood out as huge disappointments, as well as outrageous considering the amount of money we spent there: 1) The Bar: We provided beer and wine for our guests at no charge. However, AT THE END OF THE NIGHT our 'point person' (the groom's mother) was approached by a member of the wait staff and told that we ran out of wine very early in the evening. No one came to our point person to ask if more wine could be put on the tab or even let us know that this had happened, so our guests, who had been informed that beer and wine would be free of charge, were then asked to pay for their wine. Needless to say, we were not happy and embarrassed. 2) The Food: While the food was excellent, we were deeply disappointed that the vegetable we had chosen was switched without our knowledge. For the amount of money we paid, it seems like a common courtesy to let us know about this, or ask. What's the point of us choosing our food if the chefs/venue are just going to decide what they feel like cooking. 3) The Cupcakes: Lancer Catering required us to use Buttercream Cakes for our cupcakes or would charge us $2 per person NOT to use them. I would definitely recommend Buttercream for the quality of their cupcakes. HOWEVER, this review is on the venue staff. At the end of the night, we asked if all of the cupcakes had been restocked/used, as we noticed that some flavors were gone. We were told that they'd been restocked and none were left except what were still on the stands. Upon asking for the boxes so that we could take the rest of the cupcakes home, we were brought three FULL BOXES of our cupcakes that were never placed on the stands. We can only assume from this that the wait staff was planning on taking these home with them. 4) Party Favors: We provided each guest with a small box of chocolate at their tables. At the end of the night, we were informed by MULTIPLE GUESTS that as the wait staff was clearing tables, they were REMOVING these FULL boxes from the tables. So, not only were we limited in what we were allowed to give our guests, the gifts we did give them were taken by the venue's staff. 5) The Venue: Edinburgh has two event spaces, but only one room in which to keep belongings or get ready for the wedding party. We were not informed or even offered the option of this room, but when I inquired was simply told they had nothing to offer. When told by an outside source that Edinburgh has locker rooms, we asked if we might use the locker rooms to change before photos and were greeted with what we'd come to expect: yes, we can use the rooms to change but we can't leave anything in the rooms during photos. No suggestions or offers of "please feel free to use the locker rooms to change, and you can use my office or [insert space] for anything you might need to store."

Lancer was professional and everything was done well aside from the uplighting for the reception being wrong day of. Overall, they were helpful and accommodating.

Patty at Lancer was delightful to work with and gave great personalized Customer Service. The expansive menu choices turned into wonderful dining experiences for our guests and wedding party. From the quality of the food to the beauty and tastiness of the Buttercream cake, our experience was top shelf!

The food was beyond wonderful. They were able to accommodate my guests with food allergies. The staff were wonderful to work with, especially Kaitlin who really went above and beyond to make our day special. I have nothing but glowingly positive things to say.

Lancer Catering did a great job at our wedding. We received many compliments on the quality of food that we provided at our wedding, and the serving staff was very kind, helpful and prompt. Lancer catering did a phenomenal job at catering our wedding in June 2018 at Woodland Park Zoo from the initial planning meeting to the final event. I’ll admit, I am not the easiest person to work with and it was truly a pleasure to work with Lancer Catering. From the start, they were able to answer my questions, provide their own recommendations, and further provide detailed timelines and information that helped the big day go a lot smoother than anticipated. Their food was absolutely delicious, both on the tasting and the actual event. I received so many compliments from my guests that my wedding was one of the best weddings they have been to and I couldn’t have pulled it off without Lancer Catering. I highly recommend Lancer Catering at Woodland Park Zoo for any event, including a wedding as you will not be disappointed! I cannot say enough positive things about Lancer Catering.

Lancer was the caterer at my wedding at the Minnesota Zoo. From the beginning to the end we were extremely happy with them! We were blown away by the food at our initial tasting - I couldn't stop eating the cavatappi and the pork medallions - and our Event Manager Lindsay was wonderful, working with us to incorporate every little change until the final day. And to add even more excitement, our wedding took place during the worst April blizzard in Minneapolis history - but that didn't stop Lindsay and her team from showing up and doing an absolutely wonderful job. We're so grateful to Lancer for going above and beyond in every way. Thank you!

Cheron Rubensten was awesome she was very personable, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. As I braid I had so many questions she never hesitated to answer my questions; she ensured I was comfortable. The decorations were amazing and the food was delicious. My quest gave us so many compliments; they were so pleased with the food and venue. I had the wedding of my dreams and I couldn't have done it without the guidance and support from Cheron. She is truly a blessing.

I was a guest at a recent wedding reception catered by Lancer and there were more downs than ups to my experience. The first impression is that the caterer had not planned well for the number of guests as the appetizers ran out and were not replenished before everyone had a chance to have even a few chips and salsa. The table decorations, however, were very nice. The server came around to our table early, marking down the how many of the different entrees were needed. Things went down hill from there. One person at our table never got a salad. The amount of salad appeared to vary by plate. The salad plates were not cleared from our table before the entrees came out (1/2 hour after the salads were served) and the server simply plunked the entree down on top of the salad plate (not very professional). Two people at our table got their entrees 5 minutes after the majority of us had gotten our entrees and the last person got their entree 7 minutes after that ... in spite of our server checking how many were needed earlier. It would have been nice to have a steak knife for my entree instead of a serrated table knife. We asked about a bread basket 1/2 though our entrees and were told there wasn't any more bread. When we told them that we hadn't gotten any bread at all a bread basket suddenly appeared. Unfortunately, it appeared to be day-old baguettes sliced at an angle. We didn't get any wedding cake until we mentioned it twice to serving staff. It was finally served to us nearly 2 hours after everyone sat down for the meal and one person at our table almost didn't get a piece of cake. All of this was especially aggravating as our table was toward the back of the room and we could see the front of the room getting very good/attentive service.

We had our wedding on November 4,2017 at Edinburgh Country Club and it was the most fabulous experience. We chose the Italian buffet and we kept hearing how amazing the food was from everyone. I’ve never heard that many compliments before. I would highly recommend using Lancer at any venue.

The reception site we chose only had one option for caterers, Lancer. When we met with the original coordinator and had gone over our vision, we were thrilled and felt like she understood us and was willing to make our day great, and we felt like we were in good hands. However, six months or so before our wedding our coordinator got changed out. After a few exchanges, it was clear this coordinator didn’t have the same view. Everything came together in the end, and the food was really good, but there were just a lot more headaches than I was expecting. It felt like we were being nickel and dimmed over little things, when the big picture was that we were still going to be spending thousands. Like I said, the food was good, just the frustration along the way left us really wishing we had another option.

Cheron was an absolute breeze to work with for planning our wedding. She thought of everything that we did not think about. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing. The night was spectacular and the service staff very pleasurable and nice. I would rec this venue many times over for a wedding. Thank you for everything Cheron.

Cheron Rubenstein from Lancer catering was our first point of contact when we decided to seek out Edinburgh as a potential wedding and reception site. From that first point on, we were on an amazing journey. They could not have been more friendly, accommodating to Tammy's vegan plate request, attention to every detail, some we hadn't even thought of, and the event itself was smashing. The attendant, bartender, servers, were all so nice and gracious. Seriously, contact this place if you want a A-1 event at a really cost effective price. Oh and the food for the buffet was literally some of the best food we've eaten out. Delicious. You're crazy not to consider Lancer and Edinburgh. Thanks.

Cheron with Lancer catering was the most amazing person to work with. Having never planned a wedding before and trying to understand all that I needed, she was so helpful and accommodating. She always responded very promptly to any emails/calls with questions, concerns, etc. This food was literally "melt in your mouth" AMAZING! Our guests are still talking about it and it was a definite hit at our wedding. I am so glad I worked with Lancer. It was certainly worth every penny! Thank you, Cheron!!

We had our wedding at Como Park Zoo and Conservatory, and we worked with Kelly. She was absolutely amazing. She was really thorough and helpful. She even set up our guestbook table for me so that I didn't have to find someone to leave the wedding early to do it. She made things so stress-free, and I just can't recommend her enough! We also thought the food was really good. We had appetizers during a cocktail hour that were a big hit, and then we served beef and chicken. I got compliments from lots of guests on the food. Lancer partners with Buttercream for the wedding cake, and we ordered a bunch of different flavors of cupcakes from them. They were delicious, as well!

Everything was absolutely delicious. Working with Gina was an absolute joy, she made it painless to get everything situated. She was very kind, understanding and friendly, and did an amazing job. Since everything on the wedding day was ahead of schedule she checked with me to see if I wanted to move the dinner sooner, and dinner was ready in no time and tasted absolutely delightful! I could not have went with a better choice for catering. She even helped me get to my table with my dinner plate when I kept getting stopped by my guests, she made sure I could enjoy dinner and get what I payed for(; thanks Gina!

We had our wedding at the Science Museum of Minnesota, and Lancer is their exclusive caterer. The food was excellent and Caitlyn was really easy to work with. She was very responsive to emails and answered all of our questions very quickly. We really appreciated this because we are an out-of-town couple. We had our tasting and everything turned out really well and we were able to meet the chef. They were able to accommodate a few different types of food allergies (including gluten, dairy, and nut), which was really great. On the day of our wedding, the food service was quick and the food was warm. We got a lot of compliments from our guests for the food on all 3 dishes we chose (chicken, pork, and vegetarian). The one thing we didn't like is that there is a 19% surcharge on all food and drinks, which is not a gratuity or taxes. We wish Lancer would forgo that surcharge and just work that price into the dishes themselves (i.e. instead of being $25 + 19%, just make the dish $26.09).

Our wedding was held at the Science Museum of Minnesota in St. Paul, MN. The venue works with Lancer Catering and Buttercream Bakery. The food was AMAZING! We received many compliments on the food, especially the Naan bread and the Mac N Cheese dish. My husband and I have different backgrounds (I am Malaysian-Indian and he is American). We wanted a menu that reflected our background. Lancer has an incredibly diverse array of food options from many parts of the world. Kaitlin at Lancer was wonderful and worked with us every step of the way. We ended up with a custom menu served as part of a buffet. Lancer was very accommodating with last minute additions and changes. I was honestly terrified about planning an event this big from a distance (I live in Boston). Kaitlin made it a breeze, I had no stress at all! Our correspondence through e-mails and phone calls worked out great! We received videos, pictures and timely updates along the process. The wedding day catering staff did a great job as well. They took care of everything and we just concentrated on having a blast. I would highly recommend working with Kaitlin Caron and Lancer for your catering needs.

We got married at Keller Golf Course in Maplewood and were SO HAPPY with how everything turned out! Lyndsey, the manager on site was more than accommodating. She checked in with us regularly before the big day to ensure we were ready and had everything we needed from Keller/Lancer. The food and service was outstanding! The guests raved about the food and quick service. Not only was the food amazing, but so was the venue! Keller is the most beautiful golf course in the twin cities. It was the only wedding venue we looked at because it was love at first sight! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I highly recommend both Lancer and Keller.

OMG, the food was so amazing!!! We were really happy after our trial food run with how everything tasted but was a little bit concerned that scaling up from the tasting to the main event things might not taste as good. We were wrong. Everything was awesome. We got married at Keller golf course and Lyndsey was so helpful thru the whole process! She had great suggestions, made us feel at ease about the whole day and was very prompt with answers as well. Would definitely recommend the venue, coordinator and catering company for anyone getting married!

We had to use Lancer Catering because our venue only used them which was all well and good since their prices were reasonable and we LOVED the venue so much. There were no real issues leading up to our wedding day but the day of and after, Lancer Catering was the worst! Even if its your dream wedding location, RUN from Lancer Catering. Our event went horribly and it was 100% Lancer Catering's fault. Our main contact whom we'd been planning with for months left our wedding without telling us and after he left our event fell apart. Food was taken before people were done eating. the catering staff was extremely rude to our guests, the catering staff was overheard saying inappropriate things about shutting the event down, the catering staff was seen drinking wine we provided in their back room while the event was still going on, the power to the DJ got shut off at 10pm and we paid for the space until midnight, the catering staff did nothing to help get the power back on until one of our guests offered them money, the catering staff cussed at and called security on our DJ while he was trying to get the power back on, security came storming in with a DOG, the catering staff closed the bar at 10pm and blamed it on everyone being "wasted" when no one was and they could have cut anyone off that was not acting appropriately. Since our contact who should have been handling these issues left the event, the groom spent his evening trying to handle all of these situations instead of being with me, his bride and all of his guests. Basically it seems like once you give Lancer Catering your money they stop caring. My husband and I have been trying for 3 months to rectify our issues and they are non responsive and unprofessional. We will go up to a month at a time (or more) with no response to multiple emails. We will have planned phone calls and they will not call. Their mission claims they "conduct their business with the highest level of integrity" and "strive for excellence in every area of our business" but I have yet to experience any of that from the staff on the day of the event to the management we have been dealing with since. I will definitely never use Lancer Catering or any facilities they cater again and recommend anyone reading this save themselves the disappointment and find a location that does not use Lancer Catering.

We got married at Keller Golf Course in Maplewood and had Lancer Catering. The food was outstanding and our guest are still saying 3 months later how much they enjoyed the food and wine selection at our wedding! We worked with Lyndsey, who was beyond amazing! She was always there with every question we had, and let me tell you there was a lot. She was quick to respond and she was the reason we picked Keller for our wedding! Can't say enough things about Lyndsey and Keller but I would do my wedding all over again because of her and the venue!!!!

We had Lancer Catering at The Keller Golf Course in Maplewood and the food was absolutely wonderful! All of our guests said they enjoyed the appetizers and meals. And the pizza at the end of the night was a perfect way to keep people energized for dancing! They also were able to get the food out to our guests in a timely manner so no one had to wait too long. Thank you Lancer for being amazing!

We had our wedding and reception at Edinburgh USA gold course catered by Lancer Catering and I can't even describe how fantastic they were the food was amazing, and all of our guest commented on how fantastic and good the food was , the service and flexibility from the staff was fantastic, i really also enjoyed that they were around asking if everything was ok if we needed anything the catering staff was so helpful on the big day! i have absolutely no complaints at all from the catering service!

I had my wedding at Keller Golf Course in Maplewood, MN with Lancer Catering. Everything was outstanding. Lyndsey, the wedding coordinator responsible for the site, went above and beyond, making sure that not only was Keller/Lancer prepared for the day, but that I was as well! She thought of everything and was really essential in having my day go off without a hitch. Things were very well priced as well (and I looked at over 20 venues!) and all of my guests, my father and husband included said the food was delicious (I agree, of course!). Keller was absolutely the correct choice for my event- excellent location, beautiful surrounding grounds for photos opportunities, and the perfect amount of space for guests to explore and have fun! Were were so pleased with Lancer Catering. The staff was very easy to work with, quick to respond and very attentive at our reception to our guests. The food was very delicious and we are still getting compliments on our food weeks after the wedding! We had also left items behind at the reception, and the staff was great at working with us to make sure we got our items back and were to go to receive them. We could not have asked for better service and definitely recommend to others for their wedding!

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing our wedding here was!! Lyndsey (Keller Golf Course) made planning easy as can be, our food was A HIT, and the place was beautiful!!!! I would recommend to everyone!

After the initial meeting I had with Lyndsey Lyon at Keller Golf Course, I knew I had found the perfect venue for our wedding reception. Lyndsey is so bubbly and just the best to work with. The food and service was also great and several of our guests complimented on it. The only thing I was disappointed about is how quickly the staff moved appetizers and dessert. I would rather have them be left out so it didn't go to waste. I didn't even get to truly enjoy the dessert because of that reason after I was done speaking to our guests. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

The food is delicious and has wonderful flavor! Very impressive wedding food! We got SO many compliments from our guests saying how delicious the food was. One guest even said that he loved his dinner so much he would eat it everyday if he could! Portion size was a little smaller than I was expecting, but nevertheless the food was to die for.

We booked with Lancer for our wedding at Plymouth Creek Center. We had 4 options for catering and found that Lancer was our best option based on food selection and price point. Lisa was great to work with, extremely helpful and happy to meet the needs of our guests (including making 1 vegan dish for my MOH). You definitely have to abide by the rules set in place with Lancer as described in their menu and their contract, but they are happy to make things special and specific to each couple and their priorities. The food was great and the service we had at the wedding was spot on. Thanks Lancer!

Our food was fantastic at our reception! We had so many guests who also agreed. Tony and I loved the food Lancer Catering had prepared for us at our food tasting prior to our wedding, but on the day of it was even better! We are so happy with the outcome of everything and we thank all of the staff at Lancer Catering!!

I was very impressed with the food quality that Lancer offered to my husband and me on our wedding day! We received so many compliments from our guests on how delicious the food was and how full they were once they were done eating! It made me extremely happy knowing all of my guests were satisfied with the food options that we chose and the best part about it was that we didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get delicious food! Everything was reasonably priced and since we opted for the buffet option, our guest were able to have seconds if they chose to! I would recommend Lancer Catering to friends and family because I was that impressed with their service and food quality! P.S. Try the pot roast and mashed potatoes! So good.

I wish I could give Lancer half a star instead of a full one. The only reason we were with Lancer is because it was the exclusive vendor for the venue we had chosen. I first contacted Lancer in July of 2015. At that time the lady I called accidentally gave my preferred wedding date to another couple. Then there was absolutely no communication for months (literally I never heard from anyone at Lancer again until about February of 2016). When I finally got hold of someone I was told I was far behind in all of the scheduling and needed to do a tasting. I set that up and it went well. While at the tasting I asked for an estimated cost for the number of guests I expected. I was told that I would be sent one later. When I finally received it there was a 20% surcharge added to it. 20% !! On an already expensive bill 20% is unreasonable, especially considering we were never told about it (there was one tiny clause in the contract saying that in lieu of taxes a surcharge may be applied - but it did not say how much the charge would be). When we discussed the surcharge with Lancer we were met with resistance and quite frankly with some rudeness (until Lancer realized that we had had literally no communication with them at all). The wedding went well, but during the reception catering staff cleared away champagne bottles that were still half full, water glasses were cleared away right after dinner, and we were not reimbursed for wine that we had paid for but ended up not drinking. Additionally, the food was not as good at the wedding as it was at the tasting (which is understandable when it has to be made in larger quantities). I understand that part of my bad experience was due to an unprofessional employee (who was fired in the middle of my service), but if I could have chosen a different caterer I would. In the end the wedding was great, but things leading up to the wedding were awful, and there were some things that happened at the wedding that really ruined my mood (for instance the caterer got into an argument with my photographer - about what I don't know). I will avoid working with Lancer in the future.

Food was absolutely fantastic! Our coordinator Lisa made sure we had enough meals and that they met our satisfaction. We have received many compliments from our guests. Thank you for making our day so great!

Hired Lance Catering for our wedding at the Keller Golf Course. Food was outstanding, service was amazing and venue was perfect. Received tons of comments and the day could not have been any better. Lyndsey Lyon was a joy to work with, very upfront and honest. She was the reason for our decision to move forward with Lancer.

We had a great experience with Lancer Catering at Edinburgh USA for our daughter's wedding reception. Cheron was very responsive and easy to work with. We received numerous comments from family and friends indicating that they thought the food was delicious!

Lancer was great. Although the food was pricey, it was worth it. The variety we could choose from was huge, and everything was absolutely delicious. Jackie was our contact and she was very sweet and knowledgeable.

Lancer did a great job providing drinks and snacks to guests during our wedding ceremony in the Sunken Garden. The food was great, the staff was well organized and professional. I worked with Mindy to coordinate everything in advance, and she was great - very helpful. I would recommend Lancer to anyone!
