Lane57 Event Venue

BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! Kim & Pery were amazing hosts. I cannot say enough positive things about this venue. Our pictures came out perfect & we were able to get ready on the premises, stress free the day of. Also, allowing the week of to set up is a serious game changer. It allowed us to relax and make it our own. (Her closet full of decor made this so fun!) Kim was also very flexible about us coming to look around and plan throughout the planning process. She is also hands on and thinks of solutions for absolutely everything. PLEASE book with them, you will not regret it. Jake and I will be back for their lavender nights next year for sure!

My wife and I were married here two weeks ago and we could not have been more disappointed. We thought we found the perfect venue. Initially the owners were awesome to work with up until rehearsal and the day of. Unprofessional doesn't even scratch the surface. She belittled our families from our parents, to the well behaved children in our familes, and our grandparents including my grandfather who married us. The owner was not hired as a wedding coordinator. We rented the space. Not her time. I've never seen a more blatant example of micromanagement. We did not use companies from her list mostly due to finding great service for a lower cost. Multiple complaints were heard from the catering staff, bartenders, DJ and photographer. She would tell these services the opposite of our wishes causing confusion as well as questioning the legitimacy of these companies because they weren't on her list. When we began to dance she was already cleaning up the venue with much more than an hour left in our night making our guests feel rushed to leave. Our bar service was shuttered 45 minutes early due to a patron spilling a drink and attempting to clean it up. She was caught by multiple people (and her own surveillance) opening and dumping alcohol that was privately purchased and did not belong to her. These are just some examples of the plethora of issues had. The hired services, friends and our families were deeply saddened and embarrassed for us.

My daughter was married there over this past weekend. Everything was absolutely fabulous! Kim could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Everything went as planned. Our guests , many of them from the East Coast, said they would love to come to Lane 57 for a destination wedding!

We had a fantastic wedding at Lane 57 and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the venue and their owners. The venue provides the perfect farmhouse wedding feeling with beautiful views and plenty of privacy just like were in your own backyard with a big, beautiful barn! The owners, Kim and Perry, are incredibly kind and accommodating and made our day so special. The coordination with all of the vendors was excellent. They all worked together to complement each other and that was awesome. Everyone from the owner to our wedding planner, the photographer, the DJ, and the catering company kept in touch all the time, they were tracking everything by the minute. I mean, fantastic. We fell in love with the beautiful venue, sense of hominess and how accommodating they were, but most importantly with the owners who are super nice, friendly, welcoming, engaging, always listening, acting in close attention to your needs, and following up in every little detail we could think about. What sealed the deal with us is that when it started pouring rain the owner went out of her way and got completely soaked to move things around so that we could continue with our celebration. They were truly only interested in making our day the best it could be. The bridal suit is awesome, they make it super special the day of the wedding for the ladies to have their time getting ready, have some privacy, and relax for the big event. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an outstanding experience and create beautiful memories of their wedding day that will last them a lifetime.

I was recently in the bridal party for a wedding at this venue. This venue was absolutely beautiful, it was clean, and it was well kept. Despite this, the wedding day was severely tainted by the owner Kim. She micromanaged the whole day and came up to the bridal suite unannounced multiple times. We had the venue until 10 pm, but she started cleaning up at 8:30 while all the guests were still present. This made them feel as if they had to leave and they were being pushed out. She cut people off from the bar at 9:15 when again, we had paid for it until 10 pm. This was not due to any guests being rowdy or out of hand, they were very well behaved. Even other staff agreed. Don't get me wrong, helping clean up was very kind of her, but we had paid for 10pm, so she could've waited until 10pm. Once again, this was a beautiful venue, it photographed extremely well, and it was very useful with the bridal and groom suites. No where in the description, though, did it say that Kim would be present all day and in every decision. We felt as if people needed to be aware.

I want to start this off by saying the venue was absolutely beautiful and taken care of with care and love. That being said my wedding day was heavily dampened by the venue owner. She was not hired as a coordinator. While I completely understand and respect that this is her property. We purchased a large insurance policy to protect ourselves and the property of anything were to be damaged. As the bride I was unable to relax and enjoy my day with fear of breaking a new rule that was thrown our way and never mentioned a single time prior to the wedding. My guests were constantly being told what they can and cannot do. Every vendor that was hired would ask myself or my husband a question and the owner would come out of no where and tell them something completely different. Which caused a lot of confusion. The owner constantly put herself into every detail of the wedding. We rented the venue till 10 pm. She shut everything down at 9:15 and began opening cans of alcohol and pouring them out. Beverages she did not purchase. I have been told by many guests that were not drinking that everyone was truly on their best behavior and not rowdy. The owner began taking chairs and staking them at 8:30 pm. I truly felt unwanted at this venue and simply rushed to leave. The co owner was fabulous and helped without arguing, he was very helpful. Sadly my wedding day was not as I hoped it would be but I married my best friend and that is was truly matters at the end of the day. I also want to say that many of my guests and my husband were first responders and truly deserved far more respect than they were given.

We loved this venue! My daughter had the perfect wedding! Kim was great to work with and she was so helpful throughout the whole process. The carriage house was amazing for the girls to change in and then it was a great honeymoon suite for the couple right after the wedding. I can't recommend enough!

This evening marked the first time our mobile bartending team worked a wedding at Lane57. 5 stars does not give this venue justice. The rustic venue is picturesque and charming. The owners are incredibly easy to work with and truly care about helping the couple have a memorable experience. I will definitely recommend this venue to all potential clients and friends.
