I purchased my engagement ring and bands from Larson. I also got some bourbon barrel oak bands for the groomsmen. It was a very complicated order and they had to spend a ton with me on my schedule. I need multiple engraving types and options and they were the only company I found that supported these. They had to ship to the USA and Canada.
As complex as this orders was, the pricing was phenomenal. The engraving was perfect for all the rings and the engagement ring was stunning. MOST IMPORTANT — we all received everything on time. Every ring fit and the box was a nice touch. Highly recommend them. Just bought 2 more bands for me last month!!
Don’t buy from this horrible company!!! They lie and send subpar quality engraved rings as warranty size replacements! If you question why it is taking weeks to get a ring engraved and shipped back to you, they stop answering phone calls and emails and if they do happen to answer their customer service many (hateful b….) basically laughs at you and tells you that your order is not her concern and she has zero obligation to you. I sent them back my husbands wedding ring over two weeks ago, which was engraved beautifully by them back in December, because it had became too big, like fell off his finger kind of too big, and they kept making excuses as to why I wasn’t getting it back in a timely manner…when I finally did today after 3 weeks of having sent it to them, the engraving looks like complete shit and nothing like the original…which they had to look at AND refuse to return! Of course they are not answering phone calls, emails, fb, or google chats🤬
Wife Purchased this ring with bigger size and custom engraving. It was never made, company demanded more money. Larson Jewelers changed the price after the phone call on there website. Claimed it was never that price and we didn't purchase it. but yet they had our money. 1st call in to see when it will be received , requested extra $1,700. Then receive email to ignore the extra charge, the ring will be shipped out. 2nd call in to see when it will be received, request another $200! BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. Larson Jewelers absolutely horrible company!
Bought a pair of these for wedding bands, received two different woods that didn't match. After calling, I was shipped a replacement ring immediately. I was actually sent the opposite of the one requested, but ended up with a matching set that we liked, and in time for our wedding. Awesome shipping speeds, poor QC, fair communication, rings seem to be good quality and are beautiful.
Meh, not the best experience. It seems they had really great reviews up until Covid-19 and then customer service went out the window. I ordered this ring, but had a computer freeze up on me right when I went to check out. I got an email stating that my order was confirmed but it was supposed to prompt me on the next page after checking out with instructions for the engraving that I paid extra for. Because of the computer glitch, I did not get the instructions for engraving and my order went straight to being shipped. I immediately tried contacting them through email to the service center, and called them several times. All with no response and phone just saying it was after hours, even though it wasn't. This went on for several days. I realize the computer glitch was not Larson's fault, but you would think they would realize that I paid $50 extra for the engraving and that the ring they were shipping out to me was not engraved and contact me about it before sending it to me. But, mistakes happen, no big deal. So FINALLY after messaging them through facebook messenger I get a response a couple of days later with instructions on how to return and how to send me handwriting for engraving. 2.5 weeks go by and no updates. By this point I'm on a time crunch for the wedding a few weeks away and stressing that they will take another few weeks. I ask for an update and several days later get a response saying it's in the queue to be engraved and will be on its way to me shortly. She gives me a tracking number, so 7 days go by and this tracking number still shows the ring hasn't left their facility. I contact her again, sent two messages before I get a response back and she states that it is on the way and sends a completely diff tracking number than the one she gave me. Okay, annoying but fine. It getting here in time so that's all I really care out. I get the ring and you can't even see the engraving, it's so small and so faint I wouldn't have even know it was there, let alone make out what it said if I didn't know what it said myself. Total waste of time to ship back, wait, the hassle of bad communication and customer service and waste of $50 for a pointless engraving that isn't even legible or visible. Overall, it's a decent, mediocre ring but not worth the trouble. I understand Covid-19 has business behind and possibly understaffed, but some basic customer service would be nice. Waiting several days for a response and only being able to get a response through facebook is just annoying and bad for business. You definitely get what you pay for. So, buyer beware.
The rings are absolutely beautiful!!
Do not expect this business to adhere to their own policies. I purchased a wedding ring with the expectation that they would honor their lowest price guarantee, having met all of the qualifications to do so. This is NOT the case...
They claim to match and beat the price of any tungsten ring of the same design and/or brand name.
"And/or" legally means one, the other, or both. Great, so I follow their instructions and order my wedding ring and provide a link to a qualifying site that offers the same design ring at a lower price.
Attempt 1: "Sorry, we can not match that price because the other ring is dome shaped, not flat." Fair enough. I find a flat ring with the same inlay on the same site.
Attempt 2: "Sorry, we cannot match that price because the other ring is flat and not beveled." Ok.. still makes sense. They are a business after all... So I happen to find a flat ring with the same inlay that is beveled on that same site... literally exactly the same ring now...
Attempt 3: "Sorry, we cannot match that price because the other ring is not the same brand name." Wait a minute... first it was because the design wasn't the exact same, now it's that the brand name isn't the same!
I remind them of their own policy and copy paste it into our email thread, highlighting the "same design and/or brand name" part. Let's remember... and/or means one, the other, or both. I meet that legally binding verbiage, but again they refused, stating that price matching an "off brand" would void their contract with the manufacturer.
Bottom line is this... if they won't honor their price guarantee, what else will they not honor!? Will I have this same trouble if I need to use their lifetime warranty on ring size changes or damages?
Don't trust this unethical business! They'll be hearing from the BBB soon enough.
I got my husband's wedding band on this website since I live in Ohio. It was a tungsten ring 50% off with my fingerprint engraved on it as well as lettering on the inside! And since tungsten can't be resized, they gave me a brand new ring for free when I needed to order in a different size.
got our wedding rings from this shop and we loved it!
Bought a ring through Amazon.com and stupid me, in all the stress of the wedding I misplaced the package. I thought it got lost in the mail and frantically contacted them...they sent me a replacement which was so nice of them. Then I found the original ring and felt like an idiot. They were very professional and I appreciate that they helped me out.
We ordered our wedding bands from Larson and they are worth every penny we paid. Our tungsten carbide rings are indestructible and shiny all the time. They have great customer service and return/exchange policy. Very happy with the purchase.
I LOVED working with Larson Jewelers (online) to get the perfect wedding band for my husband! I got an amazing tungsten and ceramic carbide ring for a very very good price. I found the same ring at a couple different jewelers and they were almost $400 when I only paid around $180! They were great with engraving anything we wanted on there. Their customer service was AWESOME! They answered all my questions quickly, and when I got the ring and had a couple problems with it, they took it back and fixed them all perfectly and free of charge! They have a great lifetime warranty on their rings and free resizing for life, even for tungsten rings! Also free 2-day shipping is a plus.
I got my husband a gorgeous black tungsten ring. Shipping was fast and they even shipped it to me 1st to see it before engraving. The engraving came out perfect and my husband loved the ring. Online customer service was top notch!
My husband wanted a very simple Tungsten ring for his wedding band. After doing a little research online I came across Larson's. They had a great selection of rings and the prices were great. They even followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was ok. That personal service - even from an online store- was amazing
