The Laurel Events team was amazing. They were so organized and supportive through the whole wedding process. First off, the beautiful flowers they did for the wedding was absolutely gorgeous. The team created exactly what I envisioned. We also used them as our coordinators, and again, they kept the process smooth and easy for the family. As the bride they met all my needs. The timing was great and the communications were awesome. 10/10 recommend.
Laurel events was AMAZING!! They were so tentative to answering questions and making sure the day was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more!
I can’t say enough good things about Bay and Laurel Events! If you are looking for an incredible floral designer, Bay is your girl. She made the floral planning process so easy and stress-free. She is friendly, organized, professional, helpful, and reasonably priced. She truly has a gift for floral designing and strives to make each wedding as beautiful as possible. Sydney’s professionalism is unmatched. She coordinated with all of our vendors for us and gave us very simplistic follow up tasks, which was invaluable with everything we were trying to plan. She never came to us with a problem, only a solution she already found. Everyone on my wedding day said I was a chill bride and that’s because of Sydney and Laurel Events.

Bay was a dream come true! I had some ideas on floral for my wedding on May 6th and she made it happen and then some. She is extremely personable and intricate and detailed in her work. Her work is the most gorgeous flower arrangements I have ever seen!
Bay was an absolute dream to work with...she executed my daughter's vision perfectly. We had no worries at all on the day of the wedding, everything was installed and gorgeous with time to spare. Clean up after the wedding was done and we didn't have to lift a finger. I would definitely trust Laurel Events to bring to life your vision for the big day!! Also, the price was very reasonable!!

Bay was incredibly easy to work with and exceeded my expectations for floral! I told her my vision for all things floral and she went above and beyond on making that vision a reality! The price was extremely reasonable and she even did a little extra with some extra florals that she had, absolutely loved everything she did.
We used Laurel Events for florals and had a great experience. There was no minimum cost, so we were able to pay just for what we needed and still have everything delivered and set up, which made them cheaper than other places we looked into. I don't know much about flowers but didn't have to give too much guidance, everything still came out beautifully, was delivered on time, and without any issues!

I wrote a review for Laurel Events (LE) and Claudia for planning and coordination, so this review is for Bay and the floral design.
My wife and I really wanted something special for the floral design/arrangement of our wedding reception, and Bay at LE really came through. The cost was a little higher than we’d budgeted for, but it was absolutely worth it! There was no issue with any timeline, attention to detail for the arrangements was great, recommendations and options that were communicated were greatly appreciated, and the end result for everything at our wedding reception was simply amazing!
Bay & the LE floral team were the best! They were reasonably priced, great to work with, and provided beautiful bouquets and arrangements. I didn’t give a ton of specifics as to what I wanted and even still Bay created the most perfect floral design. Bay was flexible throughout the process and provide great advice/recommendations. I knew after my initial consult call with Bay that I wanted to work with her team, and it was a great decision! Highly recommend!
Hands down, best experience and most beautiful design executed by Bay!! She was an absolute savior during this process when trying to stay on budget and also have the beautiful design of real florals for our wedding. I can't say enough about how amazing Bay and her team were. Bay designed my bouquet, and incredible flowers for our centerpieces. The whole process was so smooth, I was able to get quotes quickly and make late add-ons to my order. I got so many positive comments about the flowers. Truly a wonderful experience!!
She was an amazing florist to work with. Extremely professional and easily accessible with great options for flowers. I think if you compare her to other florists in the area she MIGHT be slightly more expensive, BUT easily worth the price to give us an amazing day!! Highly recommend!!

Most beautiful flower arrangements I’ve ever seen! We told Bay the color scheme of the wedding and that was it. She showed up the day of the wedding with these incredible flower and I was just speechless. And she was the least expensive quote I got! My daughter had no idea what she wanted her bridal bouquet to look like but Bay created exactly what she wanted! It was beautiful. I wish I could post a picture so you could see these flowers. And to top it all off Bay is a sweet and gentle soul. Just a pleasure to work with. I will recommend Bay to anyone needing flowers for any event.

Bay was seriously the best of the best! She was so easy to work with, communicated well, and always answered my 5 million questions. Laurel Events went above and beyond what I could have asked for! Bay was so great at helping plan our wedding and her eye for floral is amazing! The design board she created for our day, was exactly what I had always envisioned and she brought all of the ideas in my head to life! We had to postpone our original wedding due to Covid, and she was right by our side throughout the whole re-planning process! Bay even helped by adding on last minute florals for a small ceremony on our original wedding day. The month of the wedding, Bay basically took over 100% which was so helpful because I had so many other details for the weekend, that I had to focus on. Then the day of the wedding, Bay and her assistant knocked it out of the park! I never once felt stressed or anxious about the event, and it was all thanks to their coordination! So many of our guests mentioned how much they loved all of the floral, from the table arrangements, to the cake, to the church, to the big installs at the receptions that they put together for us! Bay and her team are seriously so good at what they do, and I am so happy I found them!

The florals turned out beautiful and exactly as I requested. I even added on a few arrangements at the last minute which she was able to accommodate. Bay Lee and the Laurel Events team was our florist for our wedding day. They were absolutely amazing! From paying attention to detail, staying on a timeline, and making my floral dreams come to reality, Bay Lee and her team took everything to the next level! They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and even helped with changes due to COVID. Even during the planning stages, Bay Lee was extremely helpful and eager to share her ideas for how to make our wedding floral vision come true. We could not be more grateful for the amazing floral pieces they created for our wedding. Everything from bouquets, table centerpieces, a flower wall, and pergola flowers pieces were absolutely stunning! Bay Lee was very knowledgeable about the size and quantity of flowers needed for our venue/wedding size. We plan to use Laurel Events for any future event florist needs that we have and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding florist!
My coordinator recommended Bay at Laurel Events and she has been the sweetest person I have spoken to throughout this wedding planning process. Bay will look at your mood board and make awesome suggestions if needed. I told her I was working with a low budget so she came up with ways to help me save money.

Bay was awesome! We had multiple venue changes, guest list changes and everything in between! The flowers were beautiful! The decor was great! Coordination was perfect. Bay's calm demeanor kept us relaxed! It allowed me to just enjoy the day!!!! She was so easy to work with and really understood what we wanted!!

Bay was WONDERFUL! I was a COVID wedding, and we hired her almost a month out due to a complete change in plans. She was so professional and sweet, she really listened to what I wanted - and the final product was amazing. She worked within our budget - and every detail was exactly as I imagined it. She was also super sweet about adding things on that I forgot (bridal bouquet for bridal portraits!), or making last minute changes. Everything with our flowers ended up being absolutely perfect!

Bay was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish!! We unfortunately were a Covid-19 wedding and she did everything to help with the stress and make everything smoother. We originally were having a wedding at a venue which I know she would’ve nailed the florals at but we then had to postpone for about 2 months and had a small intimate backyard wedding on family property. She adjusted and adapted so well and brought my vision to life at our backyard wedding. Her communication was on point from our very first meeting all the way to our wedding day. Everything was absolutely stunning and I received many comments on how beautiful our florals were!
Bay was amazing! I am real big on communication and from the start she blew me out of the water with a personal phone call to talk about my vision. She then sent me an email with her design plan and pictures. I don’t know how she did it but what she came up with was like to a T exactly what I had imagined. Her prices were very reasonable, I was on a bit of a budget but she worked with me by exchanging out expensive greenery with a cheaper option that wouldn’t take away from the pictured design. Everything was the perfect combination of beautiful and simple. Thank you so much Bay!
We hired Laurel Events for florals at our wedding. Bay is amazing! She’s super easy to work with and was in touch with me throughout the entire process. She even hand delivered my bridal bouquet to me on the day of my bridal portraits. I showed Bay photos of what I wanted for my table arrangements and they were exactly what I wanted! She attended meetings with our wedding planners and could not have been easier to work with. We got so many compliments on flowers for our wedding! Highly recommend!

Bay at Laurel Events was outstanding!! She not only did all our decorating and floral, she was also our day of coordinator. As mother-of-the-bride that had the majority of coordinating duties until Bay took over about 3 weeks before, I was absolutely grateful to her for her professionalism, hustle, and compassion. Bay dealt with family issues with ease and with grace. She made sure my daughter got absolutely everything she wanted. THE FLORAL WAS AMAZING!!!!! Her work is absolutely stunning. I could not be more happy with her work! I will be working with her again in the future.

Bay from Laurel Events did a fantastic job! I shared some ideas about what I wanted for my bouquet, but the outcome was more than I could have imagined. Super classy and elegant! I also asked her to fancy up the boxwood photobooth backdrop with some flowers and greenery and that was so above and beyond gorgeous! It really stepped up the look of the photobooth and it was awesome!
Bay did bouquets, boutonnières, and centerpieces for my wedding and she did such a great job!! I had a pretty good idea about what I wanted and she was able to bring it to life so beautifully and had some really great ideas on the design. She also was very accommodating about working within our budget while still giving me my dream floral for our wedding. I would highly recommend Laurel Events!
Bay is an EXPERT in what she does. I (poorly) described "green, bright florals that work for Fall" and she hit the nail on the head for my mom's wedding. Everything was gorgeous. There were a tremendous amount of compliments on everything and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled seemlessly (beyond florals). Shes amazing!

Owner
Bay Wilhite founded Laurel Events in 2019. Bay studied Agriculture Education at Texas State University where she landed an internship and was soon hired on with a wedding venue and florist, Memory Lane Event Center and Wild Bunches Floral. She spent over five years there as a lead designer. She then left the Austin Wedding Industry and returned to her Houston roots as an awarded designer with over 500 weddings under her belt in floral design and over 20 as lead wedding coordinator.
