My fiancé, now husband and I went to Lauren B to design our custom engagement ring and wedding bands. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Henri and team did everything they could to make it right, and they succeeded. We are so happy we worked with them and our rings are literally perfection. Catherine was such a pleasure to work with and really made our experience so enjoyable. We get compliments every day and can’t stop staring at them. We will definitely be using them in the future for all of our fine jewelry and will recommend our friends and family. Thank you LB!

We have had nothing but issues since purchasing this Lauren B Jewelry. They claim to make quality rings but this was not our experience. Stones were falling out of the ring within the first two weeks.

I am ashamed to admit that I was duped by the glitz and glamor along with Lauren B's social media following... unfortunately their pictures do not capture their poor quality craftsmanship, nor does it capture their incompetent employees or general manager in need of serious training. I wish I would have done more research. There is a trend with all the 1-star reviews... Lauren B Jewelry is just not able to produce quality jewelry that is meant to last. An appraiser referred to Lauren B Jewelry's ring as cheap costume jewelry. You are much better off taking pictures of the ring you like at Lauren B Jewelry, and having it crafted by a local jeweler that actually values quality, oversight, and perfection.

I wish I would have done my research before purchasing a ring from this jeweler. As other reviews mention, we also received a ring with loose stones. At first LB was very nice and told us they would fix it. But after the problem continued, LB became defensive and began to blame us. This is when we had the ring inspected elsewhere which uncovered major production/manufacturing issues.

I spent $22,000 on a custom ring. The prong slipped off after 5 months. We were informed by other jewelers that our setting was not fit to hold our diamond. I mentioned to Niraj and he assured us this was not the case. I shipped back the ring to him to be fixed and received it back a week later with the setting bent and diamond loose?? Emailed him again and he now suggests changing the setting at our cost. After emailing back with my concern for the cost and receiving a fault ring back he has not even responded to us. You would think after spending $22,000 we would be treated properly. Other jewelers have nicely informed us we have been over charged and this is not the first time they have seen this from lauren B.

I had a pleasure in working with Lauren B herself. She was a pleasure to work with throughout my whole process. She was able to respond promptly and satisfy both my wife and I in getting our rings. We love her and the stores quality of work the store visit was very clean prompt and helpful. Lauren was able to help me select both rings for my wife and I with care and time she showed us compassion and also worked with us with great quality rings. i am very pleased with both my store visit and working with Lauren I cannot be more happy with the work that has been put into our rings and the help that she provided.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Lauren B with the help of Gabrielle. He had such a good experience and the ring is stunning! We went back to Lauren B to buy our wedding bands and we were met with nothing but stellar customer service. Gabrielle was responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Absolutely have to mention that Lauren B jewelry is made with exceptional craftsmanship. It was a pleasure working with them for our custom designed rings. Highly recommend.

Don’t go through these guys if you want to be discrete and surprise your partner with an engagement ring. I spent months putting a surprise proposal together and getting a quote from Lauren B was the downfall. They automatically put you onto their spam emails and you will receive these emails at any time. I happened to be next to my partner and once she saw it pop up she knew straight away! So if you want to surprise your partner go anywhere else.

My husband worked with Fabrizio to create the perfect engagement and wedding band for me. He exceeded our expectations. We got engaged September 2017 and married October 2019. We made a special trip to Lauren B at the end of March 2019 to drop my engagement ring off to get resized and cleaned, all complimentary. At the same time they worked on building my wedding band. Once I received both of them in the mail I was completely blown away. We couldn't be happier. I have never had any issues with my engagement ring or wedding band that have diamonds all around, I have received so many compliments from friends, family and complete strangers on my rings. We will continue to recommend Fabrizio to all of our friends when their time comes. This jeweler will not disappoint.

My fiancee and I purchased a ring from Lauren B Jewelry on 4/28/19. After the ring was made and shipped to us, my fiancee was able to wear it for five days before a side stone fell out. Lauren B Jewelry replaced the missing stone at no cost and sent the ring back. Thirty days later, the center stone in the ring was loose. I contacted Lauren B Jewelry again and was told by Eddie (our sales rep) he would fix it this time, but it is "totally normal because she wears the ring everyday" and “I am sure you notice how delicate and thin the ring is and this is why the ring needs extra care”. He also stated, “if you do not have insurance yet, I strongly suggest you do it now because if the stone gets lost, Lauren B will not be responsible”. Before we purchased the ring, at no point were we told our ring could not be worn every day without having issues. Had we known these details, we never would have purchased. What engagement ring is not worn every day and any reputable jeweler should be able to produce a ring that can be worn daily. Lauren B Jewelry repaired the loose center and sent the ring back. After just six hours of wearing the ring, we had our THIRD issue – another side stone fell out. We were both very upset and disappointed. Before sending the ring back again, we decided to have the ring evaluated by two independent and reputable jewelers. They put our ring under a microscope and began photographing all of the craftsmanship issues they found, such as two cracks in the shank and many instances where prongs were not securing the side stones at all. Lauren B Jewelry refused to acknowledge any craftsmanship issues and instead of directly responding to the specific issues pointed out and photographed in our evaluation, they stated they have been in business for over 40 years and our ring passed their quality control. Due to multiple previous failed attempts by Lauren B Jewelry to repair their ring, at this point, we had no other option but to contact our bank and file a dispute. We submitted all the proper documentation to our bank including both evaluations and photographs of the ring showing the multiple craftsmanship issues. The dispute took 3.5 months and throughout the process, Aric (owner's son) would state that my dispute was denied and made multiple attempts to send the unrepaired ring back to us. After verifying with my bank that the dispute was still being investigated (NOT denied). I asked Aric why has he been telling me our dispute was resolved when it is not, and why has he been attempting to send the unrepaired ring back to us, He never responded to my email. One month later, a new Lauren B Jewelry employee tries the same thing... Henri let me know he “has been informed that your credit card company has denied your chargeback", but they will offer a refund with a 20% restocking fee and a non-disclosure agreement. I called my bank again and just like last time, I was told our dispute was still open and being investigated - it was NOT denied. I ignored Henri's email and finally on 1/28/20, I get a notification from my bank that my dispute has been resolved in our favor, and a full refund was issued. Although we were able to receive a full refund thanks to the help of our bank, it was not a pleasant experience. I have never been so blatantly lied to multiple times regarding our dispute, and feel they should be more upfront about the quality of their rings, including their inability to hold up if worn every day.

Me and my fiancé are so happy we decided to go to with Lauren B. for my engagement ring. We were lucky enough to work with Lauren herself and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about every single detail. She made sure I tried everything I wanted and that I had no doubts about my choice. My engagement ring is beautiful and unique, and the customer service provided made me and my fiancé feel comfortable and positive about our decision. I would recommend to my family & friends and would definitely return for our wedding bands.

Extremely impersonal customer service. My fiancé and Mother were working with Lauren B to design my engagement ring. After locating the perfect stone through a jeweler in Birmingham, my stone was shipped to them to work with. It was then decided that Lauren B would not be designing my ring for me due to their rudeness and the low quality of settings offered. They demanded $1000 to return the stone to my fiancé. Extremely rude and low quality. Watch out. jeweler. Ve

The very best rings come from Lauren B. They are amazing to work with and you can work with them over the phone/email to find you perfect ring and setting. Their instagram has so many great pictures and videos, there is no lack of content from them. I couldn't be happier with my ring, it is gorgeous! Kathryn worked with my Fiancé and made it so easy for him.
