I came here with low expectations after having awful previous experiences at other luxury bridal boutiques, but I was immediately blown away! Right away Alan and his assistant and team were sooo lovely. It was the most amazing, perfect experience. Their gowns are absolutely amazing and blew me away and you can mix and match with no extra costs really! I found my dream dress there and it exceeded all my expectations!

My whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you Adam and Mary- you guys are the best and my dress was the best part of my wedding! I’m sending pics asap!

Lauren Elaine makes the most beautiful and unique gowns and since my wedding I've raved about the dress and my very best friend just visited a trunk show at Lauren Elaine to find her gown! Adam and Marie are so sincere and helpful. I'd recommend the dress and experience to anyone.

I had the best experience finding and designing my wedding dress at Lauren Elaine ! From start to finish, everything was just perfect. My favorite vendor experience aside from my two amazing wedding planners who actually suggested I check them out in the first place. Adam was amazing, he did a great job making me feel comfortable, listening to my preferences, and just making the whole process an unforgettable experience. I came in three times- once for the decision making and then again to update my measurements and then to pick up THE gown! He really knew everything about the gowns and how they were made and offered many options for me to change the things I didn’t like on the sample dress that was my favorite. He also helped me change something about my gown over 2 months later which I was very hesitant about initially and it gave me so much peace of mind. I was just so happy with everything. My gown was even more beautiful than I even remembered and my whole family was in tears when I came back to pick it up last month. I can’t recommend more highly for such a special once in a lifetime experience.

I found Lauren elaine bridal while browsing on Insta. And I’m soooo happy I did!!! A great time start to finish. I just picked up my dress this weekend! I had a long phone convo before booking my time to see the gowns and walking in I was a little worried I would be too picky and not be able to find anything and I really wanted too. I had already been to sooo many places and was really getting a little lost. The whole team of helpers were amazing. So personal and not so pressuring like other places. They pulled my perfect dress on the first try but I also wanted to change the skirt and it was nice to be able to feel like I made it for myself. First times a charm I guess. It’s been a great memory the whole time and I felt really personal. I visited with my mom and two aunts to pick up the dress and surprisingly it fit perfect. I though i had gained due to holiday stuff but I’m soooo happy. Great location, easy parking, wonderful experience. Cannot wait till my wedding day! Fingers crossed it still this year!

Niva and Adam made me feel so special and so comfortable during the whole appointment and process. They helped with everything I needed and listened to all the details I wanted for a dress and I was so happy and grateful to be able to customize my dress from two collection dresses. They are very transparent and that honesty was key and helped me voice my concerns. The store itself is so special. It's on the smaller side but you're the only bride in the whole place since they do only private sessions. I’ve gone to other places and you’re right next to other brides trying on dresses and I hated that. This was totally private and it wasn't awkward when I couldn't zip up all the dresses. Thank you Jessica for getting me my DREAM DRESS! I still can’t believe I bought a online dress sight unseen and it turned out just as perfect as it did in my head. For those who might be helped by this- I bought an Epiphany ONLINE and placed a deposit back in March. Thanks Covid. Ugh. I then flew to La in July to try on in person and change some details to make it custom. It was perfect in person. Let me tell you I was soooo nervous lol. I just received it (shipped to me when it finished) and it’s amazing. It’s a little big but I did gain weight in quarantine and so I’m very happy there was room and it wasn’t too small. I’m just so happy and NOTHING is going to stop me from wearing it next month- not even Covid! THANKKKKK YOU GUYS!!!!

I absolutely adored everything about my dress. I felt like a princess on my big day. Adam was amazing. He was so sweet and there throughout the entire process for anything you needed. I had a few glitches with my dress towards the end. I had swarvoski crystal straps added to my dress and what they don’t tell you until you receive the dress is the way they are put on their dresses. The straps are made to go around your shoulder and under your armpit. This is extremely uncomfortable, especially with crystals scratching against your skin. This made for extra alterations. I then had to have a seamstress remove the straps and put them in a Normal spot. Lauren elaine had to ship me extra crystals because they do not provide enough length for your straps to be moved. This was all two weeks before my wedding. Thankfully my seamstress worked with me and squeezed me in. You would think this would be something they would let you know when you are designing your dress. My next issue was they ask you to send in your measurements. I did not feel comfortable doing my own measurements so I went in to Lauren elaine to be measured to do my final measurements. When I received my dress, it was still way too big, the top did not fit and the straps were falling off. I don’t understand the point of final measurements if they are not going to be used especially when this bridal salon isn’t doing fittings and prices themselves on their dresses being fit to your body and your measurements. I was told I most likely should not need to do any alterations after my dress was completed. I saw my seamstress at least 3-4 times. Although I was upset with these issues at the time, I think my dress was absolutely gorgeous and If I were to go back in time I would choose the same dress because of how beautiful I felt. I wouldn’t let these issues stop me from purchasing again, I just hope Lauren elaine takes these issues into consideration for future brides

I received a request to review my experience with Lauren Elaine to help them win best of weddings for this year. I’m so happy to do so- and I hope my honest review will help other brides to be. My wedding dress experience was fantastic at Lauren Elaine in Los Angeles. I first visited about 1 year before my formal wedding ceremony from Canada and worked with Emily and Adam to customize a Euphoria gown with a 12ft train and added bling around the back and neckline and straps. I was a little uneasy with such a big purchase and going over 9 months without seeing the finished gown and living in a different country, but they were so helpful and always put my mind at ease whenever I reached out or had questions. I received a discount for visiting during a trunk show and I was also able to use my discount for a veil and hair comb- although I didn’t end up wearing the veil because a family member insisted I wear theirs. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return my veil because it was custom made. I was so nervous to receive my gown, but when it finally arrived- I was blown away. It was even more beautiful than the store dress I tried on, and my custom additions were just so perfect. I anticipated some alterations, and I did end up needing the hemline adjusted and the bust taken in about an inch. I worked with a wonderful tailor locally and I picked up my dress about two weeks before my wedding, and I was so at ease. I couldn’t wait to put it back on. I really feel like my dress made my wedding. The dress itself was so comfortable to wear and my train easily removed for my reception. The pictures in it are beautiful and something I will cherish forever. The quality of my dress and the attention to details and service I received was exceptional. I feel like the prices are fair and on par with much more expensive couture bridal dresses. If I was getting married again, I would absolutely be coming back.

Very happy with my experience at Lauren Elaine. We attended their July trunk show and had their Luxe experience. The gift bag was adorable- I received a satin bridal robe for getting ready on my day as well as some other cute things (above and beyond) in addition to our champagne service. My gown will be absolutely unique as I customized something entirely different. My rep has been very attentive since my purchase and even allowed me to change some small details- thank you Adam. For a custom experience, look no further!

Such a blessed experience! We drove up for the Lauren Elaine Trunk Show in Dallas and it was soooooo worth the wait!! Our hosts, Jessica and Alan were so attentive and truly made my mother and I feel so comfortable. My gown is custom made from their new collection and I can’t wait to finally see it! A dream experience for me! They have the most beautiful dresses in LA and I went to all the salons let me tell you!!!! My mermaid princess dress was beyond and I got so many compliments all wedding but even more important the best pictures. From the beginning I loved working with Adam and his team. He should really have his own tv show he’s so wonderful. I had some bridezilla moments and they were all so nice to me and now I’m embarrassed lol. I’ll be sending over all my girls when it’s there turn. Dream come true for my wedding thank you!!!!♥️

I can’t even begin to say how happy I am with my whole experience working with Lauren Elaine. I purchased my dress a little over a year ago and just picked it up this weekend. I was so so nervous when I went in to see it after it being so long since my last appointment and I made changes during the year to things like straps. It’s amazing that they work with you to allow changes because most places set it in stone and it’s hard to decide a year before. Anyway I picked up my dress and it was even prettier than I remembered and fit pretty perfect. I’m having my straps tightened because they were a little big overall it’s perfect. The train is so beautiful and so so long which I love. I also feel like I get two dresses for one because it detaches. My mom was so surprised and excited to see it at my fitting that she cried. A wonderful experience from start to finish and I’m very grateful and can’t wait to put it on again for my wedding next month.

I scheduled a Luxe appointment for the Atlanta trunk show at the Four Seasons. During my search for bridal salons and various designers, I was so grateful that I stumbled upon Lauren Elaine (the trunk show ad popped up on my Instagram feed). I had ‘t Heard of this designer, so I did my research before scheduling my appointment for the trunk show (which was a week and a half away). I really wanted a mermaid style dress and Lauren Elaine had so many beautiful ones, but Epiphany stole my heart as soon as I saw it! Whenever I’ve imagined my wedding dress in my mind, it was literally Epiphany. After I scheduled my appointment for the trunk show, I received a call from Adam to explain what would take place during my appointment and for him to answer any questions I had. He got me so excited on the phone, and he did not leave out any details! I brought my mother and 3 aunts to the appointment with me, Adam was so sweet and genuine, we loved him! He knew that my heart was already pretty much set on Epiphany, but he had me try on other dresses for me to get an idea of the different styles and types of customizations I can make. Again, he was very informative when describing the different cuts and materials of the dresses I tried on. Last but certainly not least, we got to Epiphany! As expected, I was in love with it, the tears flowed and everything. We were all very pleased and unanimously decided that THIS was the dress. I made my minor customizations, and Adam discussed the trunk show incentives with me. My dress turned out to be much cheaper than I had budgeted for! Made me love the dress even more. I received my Luxe bag, and was excited to find a blinged out silk robe with “Bride” on the back inside of it! I’m so grateful for the experience and the outstanding service we received from Adam. The incentives, complimentary rush service (since I attended the trunk show) and free shipping were the cherries on top! I had only been browsing for my wedding dress for 2 weeks and hadn’t tried on any when I found Lauren Elaine, but when I registered for the trunk show I just knew that this would be my one stop shop! My experience I had at Lauren Elaine was beyond amazing. The staff there is so helpful and personal and went beyond to help me find my dream wedding dress and order it exactly how I envisioned. The gowns are beyond gorgeous and so so unique especially if you want a fitted dress (it seems like that’s what they are really known for!) I am a bride from Toronto, Canada and I made a trip out to the Lauren Elaine style house in Los Angeles specifically for my wedding dress, knowing that I would come back having purchased one of their gorgeous gowns. Normally, I couldn't be convinced to take a trip out of the country for a wedding gown, but after doing all of my research (and I did A LOT of research), I couldn't find more beautiful, full-bodied and dramatic mermaid dresses like the ones I found at Lauren Elaine, especially for such a reasonable price. One of the other huge selling points that sold me on Lauren Elaine was that all of their dresses are custom-made to your measurements without an additional cost. This was SO important to me considering I am more full-figured and other bridal salons I went to wanted to charge me thousands of dollars in additional alterations just to enlarge the cup size of the dress, which was pretty discouraging. I reached out to Lauren Elaine and booked a luxe bridal appointment in September 2017 and was joined by my mom, who came along with me on the trip. We couldn't have been in better hands with Adam. My mom and I were seriously blown away by how hospitable, professional and knowledgeable he was about all the gowns. I came into the salon knowing that I wanted to purchase the Epiphany gown but Adam convinced me to try it on last and walked me through some other dresses that had aspects of what I wanted in my wedding dress. He actually surprised me with some of the other dresses he chose for me and actually had me almost second guessing my decision. In the end, I ended up choosing the Epiphany gown with the detachable train and matching veil but I really appreciated the journey he took me on to come to the realization of which dress was really my dress. It reassured me that I chose the right one and wouldn't doubt my final decision. Then, to my surprise, when it came to paying for the dress, I had so many added discounts and incentives to purchase the dress that I actually spent a lot less than I was expecting to (bonus!). A month before my dress was produced, I was able to send in revised measurements to my gown, which came in very handy as I managed to lose 35 pounds before my wedding day. My dress was shipped out to me at my home in Canada free of cost and arrived on-time and in perfect condition just over a month before my wedding. The dress was even more stunning than the gown I tried on in the style house and it was made perfectly for my body. With my newly submitted measurements, I didn't require any alterations. On my wedding day, I received countless compliments on my wedding gown. My guests kept mentioning that it was the most beautiful wedding dress they've ever seen and couldn't believe how light it was and how comfortable I was in it (especially on a hot, humid 35 degrees celsius summer day in June). I loved that I could move around freely in the dress without feeling constricted and that I could remove part of the train for dancing. I happily wore my dress all night and actually didn't want to take it off! I just felt so elegant and glamorous in it and haven't felt more beautiful in my life than on my wedding day. It really did feel like a fairy tale! All and all, I couldn't have been happier choosing Lauren Elaine as the designer of my wedding dress and can't recommend them enough! Thank you Lauren Elaine team for making me feel like a true princess on my wedding day!

I LOVED LOVED LOVED working with Lauren Elaine! They were our last stop on a weekend of bridal shop tours, but our initial appointment exceeded all expectations. The first dress I tried on was the one I ended up going with, but Adam and team had me try on a number of different dresses in the event I wanted to make any alterations using lace, bodices, or other styles from any of the other dresses available. This was one of my most favorite things about Lauren Elaine, I could customize the dress as I wanted. And it was super affordable! After the initial appointment, I returned to the shop one more time to pick up my dress. It fit perfectly! The only alterations needed were to hem and bustle the dress. I was so impressed! There are not enough wonderful things I can say about Lauren Elaine! Adam and the entire team are so helpful and accommodating; I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Please visit Lauren Elaine; it will be worth it!

On my very first visit to try on wedding dresses I went to the Lauren Elaine Flagship store for a trunk show. The atmosphere at the Lauren Elaine Salon is so amazing. The store itself is so beautiful and chic and stylish! The selection of gowns is great, but not overwhelming. The dresses are very high quality, beautiful material. I was lucky enough to have Adam and Amsley as my bridal consultants. They made everything so easy even though I hadn't ever tried on a wedding dress before. I ended up choosing the very first dress I ever tried on it. It was just meant to be. I can't wait to pick it up next year!

From my 'yes' ... to the actual dress - my custom Arabelle gown was purrrrrrfect - thank you oh so much! I felt like a spanish queen on my wedding day in Mexico and I couldn't imagine a more perfect dress. Thanks so much you guys!!!!

I seldom feel as compelled to write a review as I am with purchasing my wedding gown from Lauren Elaine Bridal. I'm almost getting emotional just writing this as my gown shopping journey has not been a very pleasant one up until finding this store on Instagram. My mother was able to share in this experience and having her able come with me to find the perfect gown was both a blessing and a dream as I don't get to see her very often. The staff at Lauren Elaine were able to open up for us at the last minute when her flight was cancelled and rescheduled the next day- I was the only bride there and they made me feel like I was the only bride in existence. This place gets it right. I can't explain the feeling of having gown after gown shoved at you at other salons and not being able to find anything and starting to even change the way I was thinking about what I wanted in order to settle for a gown that was not right for me. If you are heavier in the chest like me, you can appreciate a place that allows you to customize the gown to accommodate everything I was looking for with still allowing for a fit that works with my curves. The staff really listened to my needs all while being respectful of my budget (not a small budget but also don't appreciate when places pull gowns several thousand $ more than what I say). When the moment came to say YES they even made sure to take pictures of everything including the perfect champagne toast boomerang for sharing. After all of the things you have to book/buy/rent for a wedding it is really refreshing when a place like this can stop and make you remember why you're doing all of this to begin with and while I do not consider myself an emotional person- yes, I did cry...and it couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you and I can't wait to see my gown next year!!!

I hope Lauren Elaine Bridal wins Best of Knot weddings again this year! Both my daughter and daughter-in-law have purchased Lauren Elaine gowns and their experience has been exceptional each time. I can speak firsthand of the attention, care, and integrity of the Lauren Elaine Bridal company and their team of dedicated stylists and sales reps. My daughter was married 2 years ago, and my daughter in law was married this September 2018. When my daughter was married, she had previously purchased a gown from another salon and the gown she received 9 months later was 3 sizes too big, and significantly different from the sample she tried on. After forfeiting a hefty deposit, we came to Lauren Elaine Bridal and they offered a complimentary rush order to accommodate her date and the gown arrived fitting absolutely perfectly. It was a much needed rescue for her wedding. This past year, we recommended Lauren Elaine to my son’s fiancé. She combined two different dress styles, and she did need minor alterations, but nothing compared to what typical salons expect brides to receive. She received her gown on time and it looked absolutely beautiful and well suited to her figure. We have been so impressed with Lauren Elaine Bridal and their staff has acted like wedding planners assisting us throughout the dress process not once, but twice. A true gem in the bridal salon world.

5 stars the whole way!!! My Elysian dress was amazing and my whole experience with Lauren Elaine was so great!!! I literally got gasps when I walked down the aisle in my dress and my pictures look like they came out of a magazine because of my 10 FOOT TRAIN!!! I didn’t even know I wanted a mermaid until I tried on there’s and they all took my breath away. I went in for a tulle ball skirt and fell in love at first sight. There fabrics are so beautiful too!! If you want to feel like a princess the whole time then come see Lauren Elaine and you won’t be disappointed!!!

I recently attended the San Francisco Lauren Elaine trunk show and was absolutely blown away by the experience. I said YES to a custom gown that I created with the help of my host, Adam. He was so attentive, and most importantly patient, with my vision for the perfect gown (which actually ended up being a little bit of three different gowns). I had read wonderful things about this company but was not expecting to receive such personal service. I also want to thank Grace for all of her help with my fitting. I just attended their San Francisco trunk show on the recommendation of a friend who purchased a Lauren Elaine dress and had the best experience and because of both of us I wanted to share. My experience was fantastic and I said yes to a customized dress with train and crystal work. The quality is wonderful and so much better than some of the other high end salons I've been to and their team made my dress shopping so special. I did receive very good prices for it being a trunk show too which my fiancé greatly appreciates. I definitely recommend visiting either during a trunk show or in LA if you're local because my experience was beyond and such a fun change from my other experiences looking for a dress. This place really is worth all the hype they get!! I first heard of Lauren Elaine through one of my cousin’s best friends who got married in a Lauren Elaine Jasmine gown. At her wedding she looked beautiful and her dress was so unique I had to see where got it. To my surprise I actually live in Glendale right down the street from their beautiful Burbank location so I scheduled an appointment and went in. I didn’t intend to by on the spot- but I got an amazing trunk show discount and I had already been to over 15 salons and my experience here was unmatched. I knew I had found my gown. The quality is amazing and I received free made to order measurements so I didn’t need any alterations except for a few adjustments. They said I might need more- but I was so happy with the fit . They don’t do the alterations there, so you do have to find another seamstress which can be an extra step, but I feel like that’s actually more honest because I’ve heard horror stories of other salons purposely ordering the gowns 2 sizes bigger so they make more money off alterations. I ordered my Epiphany with a full custom skirt and it was everything I could have dreamed of for my wedding dress! I would defintely recommend going during a trunk show because I also got a free veil and train! Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Alpine Aravakian ;) ;)

Happy to review you guys after such a fabulous experience and wedding! I got married in August but my guests still won't stop talking about my beautiful gown, and I only wish I could get married again in it! I felt like a princess!!! For future brides reference, I customized a Capella gown in off white and added a full tulle skirt with sparkle detailing to the whole dress. Overall, my whole experience was great. My gown came in on time, and even though I actually lost a ton of weight, I was able to update my measurements so my gown fit basically perfectly. I did have to have alterations but only to my straps and I received extra flowers complimentary to help my seamstress. I had planned on having major alterations because I was loosing weight but I ended up not needing to- which made me so happy! Thank you so so much for everything- my wedding dress was probably my favorite part of my wedding after saying I do (of course)!!

Buyer beware! These dresses are not as “custom” as you may think! I spent over $500 on alterations because they did not take proper measurements at my fittings. Such a stressful process full of unnecessary tears. If I wanted to spend so much on alterations and cram in FOUR fittings with my seamstress the month before our ceremony I would have bought a dress for half the price off the rack. The one thing I can say is that the fabric was nice and thank god I went to the best in the business for alterations (they don’t have anyone they recommend- seriously??) I felt completely misled by the entire process- and their email communication system is a joke. Luckily I still loved my dress in the end thanks to the handiwork of Olivia at A Stitch In Time Bridal. She completely redid the entire top half of my gown.

Amazing service and absolutely beautiful gowns! I want to give my sincerest thanks to the staff of Lauren Elaine bridal salon for working with me to (finally;) have my YES moment! This was an experience unlike any other. Thank you for allowing me to make an appointment AFTER purchasing my dress online. The gown I purchased was already gorgeous, but the custom allowances I was given absolutely made it PERFECT! Very excited to finally receive it and all my best to everyone who helped with this amazing experience!!

Brides to be - you MUST come here! Lauren Elaine dresses are amazing, and my experience at the Lauren Elaine salon was above and beyond in every way!! My bridal consultants were amazing to work with and not pushy or aggressive at all. I've been to almost every salon in LA and Pasadena, and this is by far my fav. At the day of my appointment, they made me feel comfortable and actually listened to what I wanted. I recently placed an order for my wedding gown and Adam the manager was wonderful at helping me customize it to make it just what I wanted. Most other places couldn't do that, or charged a crazy amount more. I brought my whole party and they had a blast and enjoyed the champagne too. Lauren Elaine dresses are beyond gorgeous, and ended up being my favorites over even Berta gowns (which I thought I would end up in) and the experience they provide is so special and personal. I also highly recommend going during one of their trunk shows or events because they offer amazing discounts or added extras like a complimentary veil which I got! It ended up saving me a lot!

This is the first place I came to try on dresses...came in for the Lauren Elaine Lotus gown and ended up saying yes to a Magnolia which was even more beautiful in person. Beautiful boutique, with gorgeous dresses, sweet and helpful staff, and parking in their private lot which was nice.

Having driven into LA to visit 5 stores, this was the last on our list and kept debating on keeping the appointment. I tried on dress after dress at other stores. None felt as if I couldn't wear it on my wedding day, but when I put on the Lauren Elaine dress that ultimately became my wedding dress, I stopped looking. So many things about Lauren Elaine, like smaller sample sizes which gave me a better idea of the actual fit, and the option where you can have the dress you pick crafted to your specific measurements - make this a great bridal store and experience. We're getting married on the beach in Mexico, and I couldn't be happier with my Jasmine. It's not too heavy, and I didn't want a gown with a ton of stuff in it because I was afraid I'd be to hot in the humidity. Jasmine was perfect, and this salon made the experience such a good one.

My wedding gown experience was unique in that I fell in love with Lauren Elaine gowns and actually purchased one before I ever visited the salon. I was so sure it was my gown, but incredibly nervous to commit without ever seeing in person. No Lauren Elaine carried in Tokyo to try on but there is literally nothing like these gowns in my budget. I went ahead anyway and put down a deposit on the "Oriana" mermaid gown. My fiance then surprised me with a trip to LA to visit family, and even though my gown wasn't ready yet they said I could book an appointment to try on the samples and make sure I loved the gown I chose online. I was SO nervous the day of my appointment, but I fell in love in person and was so relieved! I kept thinking the tulle skirt wasn't going to be as full as the pictures, but it was! The only thing I changed was the straps, because I wanted cap sleeves like another new gown style in the salon, and they changed them for me without any cost. I also got to see some of the other styles I liked online, which was great because I originally kept going back and forth between them. I also got my measurements updated since I lost weight, and applied to my gown for free. My gown was ready on time, and shipped to me for free since I couldn't come visit again in LA to pick it up. It's being altered right now, but I can't wait to wear it in December!

Mermaids, Mermaids, MErmaids!! After trying on my fair share of dramatic mermaids WAY over my budget, I finally found the one! The gowns are so unique and so reasonably priced. This designer knows how to shape a butt;) Couldn't be more happy with my final decision- thank you guys!!

All positive, no negative. I consider myself a spiritual person and the energy here was spot on. After my best friend came here to try on wedding dresses for her wedding, I knew I'd be coming back. I did. The first time I went I was hesitant about committing to such an important purchase (mercury was also in retrograde;) I found my dress that day, and they were understanding of my desires to hold off on a purchase until the time was right for me. A few months later, I bit the bullet and purchased the first and only dress I ever tried on. When it' right, its right. And when you know, you know. I'd highly recommend for brides who want an understanding atmosphere for such a special moment in their lives.

I said "yes to the dress" at Lauren Elaine! My consultants were fantastic. When I was scheduled to come in and pick up my dress, it was raining and I was very concerned. They escorted me to my car with an umbrella just to protect the gown!! They have a wonderful selection of beautiful dresses and the the store is gorgeous. Everyone that works there makes you feel so special. Thank you to Lauren Elaine for making me feel beautiful!

The Lauren Elaine team was absolutely fabulous to work with! When I started searching for dresses, I knew I wanted a lace backless or open back dress, and I found Lauren Elaine gowns through Pinterest. The moment I tried on the Aislin gown I was absolutely in love! I couldn't find anything like it in all of San Fran or NYC, and I'm so happy with my experience throughout this process. The staff was incredibly professional and took so much time to work with me throughout the process of ordering and taking my measurements. I loved the experience from start to finish and I couldn't be a happier bride in the gown of my dreams!

I went to 6 salons in search of the perfect dress, and Lauren Elaine was my last stop! My bridal consultant Nicole was amazing from the moment my appointment started. She helped me and made me feel very comfortable. The entire process was a dream and at no point did I feel pressured. I tried on multiple dresses and fell in LOVE with a brand new style just in the salon straight from a photoshoot. I think I was the first bride to try it on besides the model. We had a winner! My gown is being altered now. I actually only needed the straps taken in about a half of an inch, even though I had prepared for a lot more since my measurements changed and it's a very fitted trumpet gown. Nicole and the rest of the team worked with me to make sure my gown was perfect for me and ready in time. Everyone there was beyond sweet and helpful.

Such a great experience- finding this store was was meant to be!! After visiting a handful of salons, one in particular was extremely rude and will remain unnamed;), I arrived at this adorable boutique. I was able to make subtle changes to my gown, the oriana- which made this gorgeous gown just PERFECT. My experience with the staff was also fantastic. They work with you to understand exactly what you want even if you don't exactly know;)

My online experience was a complete disaster. When I was potentially buying a dress, I was called , received great courteous on the phone service. That was a good experience so I decided would buy the Margaret gown . I explained that I was short on time, Lauren Elaine still assured me that I would receive my gown ATLEAST 30 days in case of alterations if I paid the rush fee. Upon the 30 day mark, October 1st I called numerous times, sent numerous email asking about the status of my gown . Did not get and email back until days later saying that they have until OCt 7th to ship it out and never gave me a status whether my dress was even complete or not. By the way, if you do order from Lauren just know you will never be able to reach them via phone and they will take forever to send you an email back. When I expressed how displeased I was with the service, they "graciously" offered a refund knowing I am two weeks out from my wedding date and have to look for another dress. I feel like the refund was offered because they knew they could not deliver a quality product which was very evident in what I received. My dress still needs major alterations and the bridal seamstress told me is was a poorly sewn dress. Brides planning a wedding is already stressful, please don't this to yourselves.

Brides Be Aware!! This company is an absolute fake. The gown I received is nothing like it was pictured. The material used looks cheap. I am two weeks out from my wedding and I now have to look for another dress. When I expressed my concerns I was told that its nothing we can do and "I hope you enjoy your gown." I made it clear that I didn't like what I received. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. #ABridesNightmare

My MOH purchased one of these gorgeous gowns online for her wedding last year and I was OBSESSED. Was overjoyed to discover they are based in LA and took an appointment at they're Style House!! It was sooo fun (the complimentary champagne helped;) and the staff was very helpful (and not too pushy!) The Wysteria that I was most obsessed with was unfortunately sold out (tear) BUT was literally speechless when I tried on my gown. Wedding is Dec this year- I m obsessive compulsive when it comes to getting this stuff done! Wanted to give a much deserved shout out to this experience from an overjoyed bride who can't WAIT to see her gown once complete! Thank you Lauren Elaine!!

Lauren Elaine (and team), you saved my wedding day! I'd originally planned to have a gown custom made by a local designer. Long story short, less than 30 days before my wedding, my dress was a disaster. After a sleepless night of frantically scouring the internet for a replacement, I happened upon your Wisteria gown and ordered it 2.5 weeks before my wedding day. Not only did your team expedite the shipment of my gown, but you even went above and beyond to provide alterations and overnight it to me. My gown was a DREAM. It is fabricated beautifully and the attention to detail is impeccable. The Wisteria gown is beautiful in photos, but it was even more breathtaking in person! My guests literally GASPED when I walked down the aisle. I have never felt more beautiful. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I just wanted to say thank you guys for everything! I felt so gorgeous in my Aurelia gown. Thank you for adding the slight changes to it also. I felt beautiful and my (husband--gasp!) loved it too. I finally decided on my dress and its wisteria by lauren elaine bridal!!! i tried it on and fell in love. My whole family loves it on me:) When I started out I was thinking about a galia lahav but im petite and the sizing was hard for me. The fit on the wisteria is amazing and i knew it was the one. I actually liked all the mermaids but this one just spoke to me, and i amso excited!! i have pics too which im happy to share if you want to see them just message me! thanks for an amazing experience!!!!!!:):):)
