Lauren Wilson Magee was the absolute best wedding planner I could have imagined. Over the course of 10 months, we worked together on creating a perfect wedding and fine tuning every possible detail. She was helpful, enthusiastic, professional, creative, supportive, and didn't miss a single thing. Her recommended vendors were all incredible, and together made a streamlined day that was my dream experience and aesthetic come to life. We had continuous planning meetings for the months prior that helped so much on covering all bases and keeping us on track with checklist items. The day-of, she was everywhere we needed her, incredibly supportive, and ran the event like a true MVP. Working with Lauren Wilson Events was the best decision we made regarding our wedding planning process. I could go on forever about how lovely Lauren is as a person, and she truly is the most gifted wedding coordinator! When we first started wedding planning, we met with other coordinators and felt like we were just another meeting on their calendar. Lauren is personable, warm, creative, and adaptative, works with an incredible array of vendors at all different price points, and constantly went above and beyond to execute the wedding our dreams. Lauren will take the time to get to know you as a couple and understand your vision while ensuring the wedding planning process is actionable & timely. Lauren was able to review all of our contracts, maintain communication with our vendors, perform site visits, help with decor & printing, create a detailed budget spreadsheet, and is an all-around fantastic person. I was completely stress-free the day of my wedding, all due to Lauren's meticulous planning and organization - how many brides can say that?! Lauren is amazing. I was initially hesitant to hire a coordinator — as with many brides, I thought “it can’t be that hard, I’ll do it myself.” Thank god my family insisted I find help. From our first communication, I knew Lauren was the right choice — she’s friendly and understanding, but as my uncle described her, she’s also a bulldog. She gets things DONE. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Lauren met with me to review small details and big moments, talk through the flow of events and share her experience, so I could make informed decisions. She took away my stress. It was like having a teammate in the wedding planning — one who actually knew what they were doing, unlike me and my fiancé lol. Lauren made the whole weekend beautiful and seamless and FUN. I couldn’t recommend a better planner. 15/10.
