We worked with Lisa and her staff on our wedding in October. Lisa provided us with all the linens, all our dinner/flat/glassware, as well as all our florals - including building and decorating a gorgeous birch chuppah. She basically designed all of our wedding decor while working hard to maintain my idea of a dream wedding. I could not have been happier with how it turned out! Lisa was very flexible and enjoyable to work with - she worked hard to make sure we felt comfortable with our choices and that we didn't worry about anything during the planning process. I'm grateful for Lisa and her staff's hard work to make our wedding beautiful! I highly recommend Linens By Lisa!!

I ordered linens for two separate events from LBL and I completely regret it! For the first event they called me two days before to tell me the overlay I chose for my cake table was missing. First of all, I know they have more than just one linen of that style in their inventory and yet they couldn't find any for my event and one was all I needed. Their excuse was that Lisa must've taken it without telling them but they never offered to call her and find out or make a good faith effort to locate the overlay. I suspect that they double booked the overlay and gave it to a higher paying client which shows you that LBL makes no commitments to your contract even if they charge you in full for linens you specifically chose for your event. The worst part is that they didn't offer a refund or an apology. I chose that overlay because I knew it would photograph beautifully with the cake and paper flower wall I made. It was extremely disappointing because the substitute was not as impressive and also stressful because the last thing I needed to worry about were linens. Unfortunately, I had already picked out my wedding linens with them and they messed that up too! The girl who took down my order mixed up the names so the linens they gave me were NOT the ones I chose. They did quickly swap the linens for me but it was again stressful, annoying, time-consuming, and unprofessional. I went to 2 other vendors before settling for LBL (only because they were down the street from me) and I completely regret it. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Where to begin. We contracted with LBL Event Rentals (Linens By Lisa) for my daughter's wedding reception several months in advance. All went well. My daughter picked out her colors of purple napkins/sashes and light blue napkins/sashes. All napkins and sashes were to be satin and this was written in our contract. Two days before the wedding I contacted LBL to get a time line when they would have the tables decorated. My daughter wanted to be able to decorate the tables. The woman checked and said, "I'll call you back later in the day when I get a time frame." I never received a return phone call, so I called LBL later in the day. The woman abruptly said I needed to call the wedding coordinator at the reception. Why didn't she say this when I first called her? The last thing someone who is planning a wedding needs are phone call runarounds, especially two days before the event. The afternoon before the wedding, we went to the reception venue to see if the tables were decorated. They were. However, the first thing we noticed were ugly stains on several chair covers. The reception coordinator agreed and assured us these would be changed out. The next thing we noticed was the sash material. The light blue sashes were made of organza and the purple sashes were satin. It made everything looked mismatched. The purple satin was bright, but the blue was dull and unnoticeable. The reception coordinator said, "They probably didn't have any light blue satin." A linen company that doesn't have light blues sashes? Hmmm? They did when my daughter first picked out the linen months in advance. If they didn't have the sashes then why didn't they inform us? Instead, they try to substitute another fabric which gave the chairs an ugly hodgepodge look. LBL did come out later. They made all the sashes organza which wasn't even considered when my daughter picked out her linen. It wasn't what she wanted, but at least the chair sash fabrics matched. I'm willing to show anyone a copy of the contract which states all sashes napkins will be satin. I strongly suggest to everyone to avoid LBL Event Rentals. They are terrible. Dirty chair covers and they fail to honor a contract.

This vendor did not have my linens ready on time , even after a time was agreed upon for my picking the linens up. They did not even start putting them together until I called and said I was on my way. They were finally delivered 3 1/2 hours late. I was also shorted the number I had reserved by 14. I was in fear the linens might be stained, as I was told by others who had used Linens by Lisa, that this had happened. The owner of the company, Lisa, never called me personally to help with the problems or to apologize. I did get an e-mail that SHE was upset that I got upset with her office help. In short I will NOT use her again and I tell others not to as well.

I was so pleased with the way the reception hall looked when my groom and I made our entrance (the first time I saw it!!) The linens and chargers were so perfect and better than I had imagined. I really appreciated how helpful the company was with some of the last minute changes I made regarding table set up. They made it happen!

Lisa and her helpers were instrumental in making my wedding an event to remember!! Their beautiful linens really turned the reception venue into an elegant ballroom for the night!! Can not say enough nice things about these people and all they do!!!

This place has a good selection of linens, and at a good price. The sheer table overlays and the silk-like chair covers really transformed the reception room. The person I worked with was nice and made sure I was happy with the order. There really was no negative experience in working with this company.

Linens by Lisa was amazing to work with and their selections were amazing and they had the best prices that I found! Everything was so beautiful, I couldn't have imagined a more stunning event.

LBL had a beautiful selection of linens for our wedding. They were incredibly flexible -- we picked one look six months out and then changed our minds, twice! They were very gracious and accommodating. My one criticism is that we didn't receive much guidance. It would have been nice to have someone lend their opinion, since I had never organized a wedding before. Some of my questions couldn't be answered by the young woman working there when we visited. A more seasoned staff would have given me a bit more comfort, though Lisa's staff was sweet. And perhaps it's their policy not to try to share their personal preferences or tastes, which isn't all that bad!

Everything was absolutely beautiful! Great selection, pricing, professional and complete follow through. Quality and service outstanding!!

Linen choices can be difficult because you want to make sure that each piece is going to fit the theme of your event without overwhelming the space. Linens by Lisa provided the linens and candelabras for my April 30th wedding. I visited several linen companies and none of them had the endless selection that Linens by Lisa had. They also had beautiful selection of candelabras that we ended up using for the wedding. When we arrived at the venue at 12pm for the 6pm wedding all the chair sashes were tied and table linens set. I was very happy with the quality of all the linens and the service of the set up. I would recommend this company!

We were SO HAPPY with Linens By Lisa!! They were AMAZING all the way around the board. We have used them numerous times for our Wedding, as well as many charity events we host. They always do what they say they will do, which you know it is hard to find help that you can count on. Their prices are VERY reasonable, and you can get a live person on the phone whenever needed. I will be using them for EVERY event that me, my friends, co-workers, or my family will be planning. Thank you Lisa for everything.. A+ all the way across the board!

Lisa helped me choose a gorgeous linen scheme for my black and ivory wedding. When my guest count was higher than I expected, she actually made extra overlays to accomodate us at the last minute! It was absolutely gorgeous! We added a beautiful beaded ivory linen to my cake table that kind of sparkled in the lights...so pretty! Lisa and her staff were all so nice and sweet and great to deal with! The room looked perfect!

I first had contact with some of her workers. One gave me an attitude and I was about to walk away from this vendor, but I was tired of looking for vendors. I am really glad I didn't. When I actually met Lisa, she made it so worth it. She added a few items for a discount and did not charge me for the ribbon used to tie the napkins. She also told me that if I needed to add any items that she would add them for no cost! Something every bride wants to hear. Lisa also runs an antique store in old Sugar Land. I was looking around and was going to buy a pound of flavored coffee beans for the day after brunch. She gave me the coffee beans for free, as a wedding present to me. Her staff was on time and did a great job setting everything up! Everything was beautiful!
