LE Jardin European Style

We were so happy with Jessica's professionalism with prompt responses to any questions, flexibility to respond to any changes to our planned florals, and ability to recreate my vision from inspiration photos. We had a little difficulty with the ranunculus flowers in the boutonnieres not holding up well throughout the entire day, but this paled in comparison to the beauty of the event overall. I'd work with Jessica again any day, or recommend her to any friend getting married or hosting an event.

I would highly recommend Jessica with LeJardin European Style! She did an amazing job with our wedding flowers! I was so surprised to see them the day of the wedding because they looked better than I ever imagined! Jessica has a great personality and is easy to work with! She goes amazing work!

I picked Le Jardin Floral because Jessica (the Owner) was very familiar with my venue. Looking at the quality of floral from previous events, it was obvious that Jessica holds herself to a very high standard, which was totally true. My flowers were exactly what I had asked for and everything was absolutely beautiful! However, from my standpoint, that was sadly overshadowed by my experience with Le Jardin. I had a long engagement and when I met with Jessica upfront, we discussed my vision (about 1.5 yrs. before my wedding). It was my impression that this was to receive an initial quote but never again did Jessica ask to meet with me before the wedding to revisit vision. In fact, when I asked to do something a bit unconventional with floral, she told me the flowers I wanted were out of season - understandable. However, when I asked her to help me brainstorm an alternate solution she said she could not think of anything. Jessica is very black & white. If you're looking for someone to help vision with you, Le Jardin will not be the place. If you know EXACTLY what you're wanting, then she can completely replicate just that. Additionally, I asked my vendors to contribute on dates that would work for them for a final day-of walk through to ensure we were on the same page with set-up. I worked around Jessica's schedule about a month in advance but a few days before the walk through, Jessica called me demanding additional fees for the walk through, noting that her time was not free. This is reasonable enough, but it was a last minute demand that made me feel nickel-and-dimed. Finally, I sent my final payment 2 weeks before the wedding, according to the proposal. After I confirmed payment had been sent, Jessica informed me that my proposal had not included additional fees (like tax) and that an additional $300 would be necessary. This was cost that I had not budgeted for previously and my budget took a hit for it.

Working with Jessica from Le Jardin in Rochester was a breath of fresh air compared to other wedding vendors... her service was amazing! Jessica was always quick to respond and turn around updated proposals, she was also great about checking-in when we got close to the wedding and arriving early the day of to make sure everything was set up! Our flowers were gorgeous and I am so happy I chose to work with Le Jardin - I would highly recommend them!
