Events Held Dear were super helpful with organizing our vendors and making sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding! We had a few issues with the venue and transport but they were able to address them as soon as needed. If you have the funds available, they are a great addition to assisting you day of your wedding.

Outstanding! We couldn’t be happier with Anna and Events Held Dear. They assisted in the coordination of my daughter’s October wedding. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. We had considerable issues and frustration with our venue, The Club at Corazon from the beginning to the end. Due to circumstances around Covid19, my fiancé and I had to postpone our original wedding, and then cancel the postponed date all together. With the help of Events Held Dear, we pulled off planning a small backyard wedding in FIVE weeks. It was truly better than we could have ever imagined and nothing short of magical. If anything went wrong the day of the wedding, EHD must have handled it smoothly and quietly, because everything seemed to go off without a hitch from my point of view! I cannot recommend Leda Anderson, Anna Jansen, and the rest of the EHD team enough! They were fabulous.

It's hard to put in words how amazing Leda is! She truly cares about your special day just as much (if not more) as you. Even months after our wedding, I am lucky to be able to call her a dear friend of mine. She pours her heart and soul into her work and was with us every step of the way. From consults, to design / ideation, to attending every venue / vendor visit with us, to even making sure our mental health was in check, to running the tightest ship the day of our wedding and working so hard behind the scenes so that my husband and I could focus on what's most important and truly enjoy our special day... she's hands down the best in the biz. She always made sure to follow up with our vendors to keep them on deadline, and I knew I could rely on her for any vendor recommendations. At the end of the day, I always knew she had my back. Honestly, I’m not really sure what our wedding day or the planning process would’ve looked like without Leda and her AMAZING team at EHD. From big picture planning at the very beginning down to every little day of detail (that I would’ve been going crazy over had it not been for Leda), I really cannot put into words how valuable their help was. As someone who works in the industry, I know that so many people forego planners to be budget conscious, and I truly think that it one of the biggest mistakes you can make! Working a planner into my budget wasn’t easy, but it was so, SO worth it in the end. Leda and her team were absolutely amazing. She helped keep everything organized and took a lot of stress off of myself and my now husband. I just loved working with Leda and her team! She is so incredibly kind and thoughtful. As a photographer, having a wedding planner can be a very useful tool or one that can make or break a wedding day flow for me. Where can I even start with Leda and Anna and Events Held Dear. Quite simply, I would not have been able to pull off our wedding without them. We worked alongside Leda (and Anna) for Gina & Jacob's wedding day on 9/21/19, and it was honestly so easy. Leda knew exactly what she was doing, kept the timeline going so well, and was so approachable with questions. Even when we had 12 minutes to accomplish family photos before the ballroom needed flipped, she was firm and kept us on time, all while being super nice about it! We highly, highly recommend Events Held Dear!

Where do I even begin?! Hands down, hiring Events Held Dear was the best decision I made, EVER. Leda is so talented and made our dream wedding come to life. Leda (and her awesome team) made EVERY SINGLE ONE of our wedding dreams come true! I would hire her all over again in a heartbeat! We were planning a wedding from out of state and she took away so much of the stress of coordinating details and even made it FUN. I had some unique and slightly crazy ideas that I wanted incorporated into my big day (i.e. Moroccan lanterns and Arabic scripts!) and she listened to my vision and took off running constantly suggesting creating elements and ideas that she had for our day. She constantly is striving to go above and beyond and is very receptive to feedback. Cannot recommend her enough!!! We LOVE Leda!

Leda and her team are amazing! Her wedding day management services go way beyond that - she ensured everything before the big day went perfectly, too, from finalizing plans with my vendors to corralling our wedding party at the rehearsal. Her advice on all the nitty gritty wedding details was so helpful, and having her expertise made me feel confident that our wedding would be perfect. And it was! Our actual wedding day was so fun and stress free because she was on top of everything, and I never had to think twice about anything because I knew she had it covered. My parents and husband can't stop talking about how great it was to have her help. I cannot recommend Leda enough!!

Leda and Events Held Dear was by far one of the best decisions I made about our wedding in December. She is fun, professional, easy going and manages to keep everything and everyone organized and where they need to be without being "bossy" or abrasive. She literally thinks of everything and had the most detailed day of plan that I had ever seen (and really didn't see much of because she had it HANDLED). She allowed me, my friends, and my family to just fully enjoy the day. I literally didn't have to think, or lift a finger. Even if you don't think you need a coordinator, YOU NEED HER! Trust me, you will NOT regret it.

If I could give Leda and her team 100 stars, I would!! Leda is one of the friendliest and easiest people to work with - hiring her to help with my wedding was honestly the best decision I made for my big day. Not only did she help me with organizing all the details and vendors before my big day, but she was incredible the day of. I literally don't think I could have done it without her. As someone who always wants to check things off and make sure everything is perfect, I never had to even think about any of that because of Leda and Events Held Dear. My wedding was about a month ago, and my mom and I still find little things she did for us that day, that we never even asked her to do. She made sure things ran smoothly, everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be, set up my venues perfectly, even adding amazing details that I never thought of. HANDS DOWN THE BEST WEDDING PLANNER!!! Having Leda and the Events Held Dear team as part of my wedding was the BEST DECISION EVER!!! First and foremost, Leda is truly one of the sweetest, kindest, most personable and talented gals I have ever had the honor to work with!! She took a seemingly overwhelming process and made it not only seamless, but one of the most fun and memorable parts of my entire wedding experience!! This lady has an infectious passion for life as well as all things wedding that makes for a magical process that is truly hard to match. One of my favorite pictures I get to look back on of my wedding day was that of me, Leda, and my father, walking down the quiet back way of the wedding venue before entering the doors that would open to my anticipated guests and soon to be husband. I have my dad on my one arm and Leda on my other, carrying my train and veil and giving me one last moment of encouragement before I stepped out on to the aisle. It is symbolic of what she was for me during my entire wedding process...my right hand woman that never left my side and led to the very end of the most amazing adventure ever!! I just can't say enough about how important having a wedding planner like Leda by your side for your wedding truly is...she was a business partner for one of the most important years of my life, but she will always be one of my most special friends for a lifetime. We promise you NEED Leda and her team to complete your wedding day! To be completely honest, we thought a wedding planner was a “nice to have” but after Leda’s help leading up to / the day of, we aren’t sure how we would have pulled our day off without her!! From my parents to the wedding party, Events Held Dear was voted the MVP of our wedding day (seriously!). From a week before vendor fall through to pouring rain, her and her team handled everything and took stress off our shoulders the week before our day. We had an outdoor wedding and Leda went out of her way to make sure all of the guests were taken care of during the torrential downpour that occurred during our vows. She was absolutely soaked but my guests and wedding party were taken care off and that was most important to me! She took care of the timeline for the day of, all of the setup and tear down, and helped coach me down the aisle (something I never thought I would need need). Out of her wedding scope, but she even captured and shared photos of our wedding day that I will forever cherish. My parents, my now husband, and myself all agreed this was the best money we spent on our wedding day. Leda will not disappoint, I promise you!! Handing off decorations and last minute vendor communication to Leda and her team was truly a huge blessing. It afforded my wife and I the opportunity to be present with writing our vows, taking some last minute dance lessons, and getting together our honeymoon plans in the weeks before our wedding. I can't say enough positive things about Leda and her EHD team! My husband and I were married in Columbus, though neither of us are from the area. I was really stressed about planning a wedding from afar, but Leda quickly put all of my fears to rest. Leda is incredibly buttoned up, pays attention to the important little details, has impeccable taste, and her charming, fun personality are the cherry on top. Our wedding day was perfect, without a single mishap - and we have Leda to thank for that. Events Held Dear is AMAZING! Leda is so talented at what she does and has such a warm, kind and energetic personality that makes every step of the wedding planning process easier and more enjoyable. I really loved that even as a 'DIY' bride, I could give her ideas that I had and know that she could bring them to life - that was such a relief when it came down to the last week before the wedding and I still had a bunch of little projects I was working on. Leda was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of our wedding! She is so talented & kind, and I couldn't have picked a better wedding planner. We will ALWAYS refer her to our friends and family who are planning to get married- she is the best in the industry.

Leda and her team made our wedding day absolutely beautiful! When we arrived at our venue, we were completely blown away. Leda also delivered the flowers we needed photographed to our hotel room which was super helpful. Everything was displayed perfectly and went so smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better planner!

I would choose Events Held Dear every time. No details were missed and EHD was very easy, understanding, and professional to work with. I lived out of state while planning my wedding and I couldn't of done it without the talent and expertise of EHD. So so pleased and happy! Best day ever.

The Ladies of Events Held Dear played a huge role in making our big day have that extra punch of special. We needed banners hung from a very tall ceiling and on other areas of our reception venue. Leda and Sam totally caught what we were going for and they went above and beyond and out of their way to make sure we could make everything happen. They were super flexible and extremely willing to help us even though we were planning from Texas (with our wedding taking place in Ohio). We never actually saw each other the day of but they were in such good communication about the status of everything - it was very comforting! These women will be such a great relief to anyone planning an event and needing lots or little help. They are a pleasure and joy to work with!

When I found out that my friends Leda and Sam started Events Held Dear, I was so excited and emailed them right away about my upcoming wedding! At the time, the idea of styling my wedding decorations was overwhelming because I was not the creative type and didn’t even realize businesses like this existed. It was so helpful to be able to meet with Leda and Sam to see their inventory and talk to them about what Ryan and I liked (and didn’t like). They really brought our vision to life and made sure that every little detail was perfect on our wedding day. If there is something you are envisioning that they don’t have, they will try to find or make something similar for you. These two are just the absolute sweetest people and they truly care about those that they are working with. When they found out my flowers were going to be the wrong color, they went and got me some peach ones to place around the venue - I almost cried it was so nice of them! They really went above and beyond for our big day and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent decorations, have an event styled, or have assistance with wedding planning. Thank you girls so much for making our day so special!

When I started planning my wedding, I didn’t even know where to begin. I think it was truly fate when I stumbled across Events Held Dear. Leda and Sam went above and beyond all of my expectations, and all of my wedding day dreams became a reality because of them. They were right by my side every step of the way. They kept us on track during wedding planning meetings, they searched Pinterest high and low to try to capture what I envisioned (because I’m terrible at making decisions and truly had no idea what I was trying to create!), they styled my engagement shoot with the cutest little teepee that they handmade, they hand-lettered ALL my save-the-dates (I had a 250+ guest list), they cried with me when I put my wedding dress on, they fluffed it when I walked down the aisle with my dad, they made an alcohol run during my reception (I come from a big Irish family, whoops!), and even though the temperature was 20 degrees colder than it was the rest of the week, and even though it POURED the entire day, these girls made sure everything ran flawlessly. They made sure that my wedding day was the happiest day of my life. It may sound cliche, but when I booked these girls I feel like I got so much more than I paid for, because they became more than wedding planners to me. They are kind, genuine, beautiful people. Whether you simply need someone to address your envelopes, you think you need a day-of coordinator, or you need all the help you can get (like me!), look no further. Brides, these girls are as good as it gets, and I know you will fall in love with them just like I did.
