Monte was great. He sends out an organizer that helped me plan the whole event and I shared with other vendors. The band was great and the DJ portion was excellent. He played everything we requested and chose the best songs from the genres chosen.

I've had the pleasure of working with Monte directly on a wedding reception for 100 guests. From the initial meet to date of the event...seamless!!!!! The professionality and ambiance he created!!!! UNMATCHED! Look at the picture The man is spiffy and on point! Monte catered to everything the bride requested, and he was my right-hand man for this event!! It's like we've worked together for years! I felt so at ease having him there! The sound quality, and music selections were intuitive and on point! He kept the crowds going and I can't sing his praises enough!

Monte was a wonderful DJ and emcee. He showed a true interest in the music and mood we wanted for our wedding as well as getting to know us personally. He met with us twice before the ceremony to go over the schedule and flow of the event itself. He has done hundreds of weddings and was able to tell us what works and what doesn't and his recommendations were spot on. The wedding itself could not have gone better. He was on-time, professional, and engaged. His equipment is first-class and we had no technical issues with microphones or audio equipment. I would recommend Monty to anyone I know who is looking for a wonderful DJ.

As father of the bride, I highly recommend Legacy Entertainment. Monte's leadership and communication was excellent throughout the planning process. He was always accessible, and made it clear that decisions on music and timing of events during the reception were exactly what we wanted.
His booklet of music selections made it very easy for my daughter to plan every dance and sequence of events.
The Music by the band was excellent, and his vocals were great as well. The stage set-up was so classy and professional.

The music guide Monte provided was very helpful and I found it not only helpful for planning the music portion, but really the entire reception!
I really don't know how anyone could outdo them! Monte was such a resource from the planning process to the end of the evening.
Monte was easy to work with and I really appreciate him being flexible last minute with changing the set up indoors for cocktail hour to accommodate the heat.
The overall equipment and sound quality was excellent- we received so many compliments from our guests on the music.
The entire appearance was polished and professional.

Monte was one of the most integral parts in making our reception a perfect success. His experience and preparation along side his ability to adapt and read the crowd and situation while staying true to our desires was beyond our expectations. Monte’s performance was outstanding! The live band experience gave our reception the exact classy and entertaining tone that we were looking for. For the DJ part of the reception, he was able to keep both crowds wanting to join the dance floor. When I say both crowds I mean on my side all Latin and on my husband’s side all country and oldies. Monte blended all so well that everyone danced! Thank you Monte for making our special day super special!

Monte and Legacy Entertainment created the perfect environment for our wedding. He was professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable about wedding events and music.
Leading up to the wedding, Monte met with my wife and I to discuss our vision for the wedding. Monte gave us helpful advice and we felt reassured knowing he would guide the evening smoothly. He was also familiar with our wedding venue and made recommendations for how the night / venue should flow.
Legacy Entertainment contributed to the perfect ambiance for our wedding. The musicians were top of the line and we received compliments all night and for months on end, especially from our musically-inclined friends and family. My wife and I love jazz music and we highly recommend Monte's band for any event in the future! I would also note that the pricing was VERY reasonable.
Lastly, we wanted to give our friends the opportunity to dance to their favorite hits at our wedding. Although live versions of songs can do this, it isn't always the same...so having the option of a DJ was perfect. Monte was a great MC for the entire evening, put together a fabulous playlist using our requests, and overall did a superb job throughout our entire wedding planning and execution process.
Monte is the best and his daughter has a beautiful voice. The music is fantastic, they are easy to work with, and are at a great price point. This was an easy five stars to give!

Monte and his band are consummate professionals. He managed every detail for our daughter's wedding reception music and stepped up when asked to provide ceremony music as well. Our guests enjoyed his mix of classic jazz, big band and his DJ service is a seamless solution for any Mother of the Bride. He truly is a one-stop shop to meet all the music tastes of wedding guests. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone looking for a classy addition to their reception.

We found Monte and his band through our venue, and we are so glad they came recommended to us. We had a jazz band during cocktail hour and dinner and then the DJ for the party. My husband looked at me during dinner and was just so happy to have some live music to enjoy and give our guests a treat. Monte was amazing to work with to plan the flow and the timeline of everything. We had a couple unusual requests, and he was happy to help us make them perfect!

Everyone at my wedding raved about how wonderful Monte and his band performed! We decided to split the evening between live music and DJ, both of which monte and his band were able to accommodate. We hired the seven membered jazz band during cocktail hour and dinner. The band very talented and was able to learn new songs for our walkout and first dance. The songs were very romantic and provided the perfect atmosphere. Additionally, Monte was the perfect MC and was able to keep the flow of the wedding as he announced dances, toasts, and cake cutting. When dancing starting, we switched to DJ and every song drew a huge crowd of dancers. My husband and I could not be happier with the band and we highly recommend!

Monte was a god-send for our wedding! Our wedding was pretty non-traditional - including our music choices, and he nailed the execution of it. He is incredibly professional and personable - and the music went off without a hitch. Everyone told us later they had never been to a more fun wedding - and a lot of that had to do with the music!!

Monte was awesome! He pretty much ran the show, and he played great music!!! I sent him a list of songs I thought would be fun to dance to during the dancing part of the reception, and he played every single one of them, so that was great. He also let a whole bunch of us do some Karaoke songs, which was a blast. I would definitely hire him again for another event, should there be a need.
