After designing her daughter’s Sweet 16 party, Michelle realized how much she enjoyed creating memorable experiences and being hands-on with the process. As the owner of Legacy Events, Michelle is deeply involved in every detail. She’s not only an event planner but also one of the lead designers, ensuring each event reflects her passion for creativity and making her clients’ dreams come true. Legacy Events Tampa is the best if you want an organized , compassionate team to make your wedding day and the weeks leading up to it stress free ! We hired Legacy for day of coordination for my daughter's wedding of 164 guest . From the beginning they were very organized with an online shared portal with reminders, so nothing was forgotten, pictures of our decor and vision, and all of our vendor information. They took over full vendor communication to make sure everyone was on the same page and nothing was forgotten. Olivia was the absolute best ! She was very organized and her communication with us was on point . We met weekly to discuss our day of plan, she organized our rehearsal , and was there day of from start to finish with her team . Legacy also did our wedding flowers , which were absolutely beautiful !! They are a one stop shop for all of your planning and coordination . I can't recommend them enough ! The do it all from flowers, to decor, to day of coordination only. They helped to make my daughter's wedding a day she will never forget !

My wedding experience with Michelle and her team was absolutely phenomenal. We worked together for over 6 months and she went above and beyond the call of duty! From monthly then weekly planning meetings, planning/designing my event while I live out of state, to relocating my venue last minute after the hurricanes in 2024. She has a kindness and generosity that glows. Our wedding decor was better than I could have dreamed!! She tried her hardest to honor my budget and timeline throughout the whole experience and left me feeling heard and cared for. The day of the wedding her team and her took care of everything logistics and decor and alleviated all the stress from my husband and I. I could not recommend her more!! We love you Michelle!

Michelle & her team were AMAZING! I had a destination wedding in Clearwater, FL, so it was a little nerve-racking picking vendors and mapping out the spaces. She went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable, provide vendor options, and be there through every turn. I actually had quite a few issues with my venue & with other vendors. She jumped right in and called both the venue/ vendor to find a solution! It truly helped having a wedding professional in these situations!! On the day of, Michelle & Olivia made sure everything went smoothly and as planned! They also did my decor, which was another fantastic experience with them. She had her designer message me for final approvals & edits making it a seamless process! Highly recommend Michelle & her team! She truly cares that you have the best day possible!

Legacy Events was an absolutely amazing company to work with for our wedding! We hired them for day of coordination and decor for our wedding. Legacy also started content creations which are small videos that turn out so amazing and are so much fun to preform!! Olivia was so helpful during the entire wedding planning process! Michelle is an amazing resource who has so many wonderful relationships with other vendors! Our wedding was an absolute dream and we owe it all to Legacy for making the room stunning and the day go smoothly!!

They helped me organize everything, went above and BEYOND, made my floral like the pictures I showed them (even better), and really made me feel comfortable. They took my budget, pictures, and ideas and ran with them! I felt more organized with their help and guidance and felt confident, knowing they had my back every minute of everyday!
