I am so happy I chose Leigh and Co and we had Emily and Eden to help us. I was apprehensive about getting a day of wedding coordinator but I don't know what I would have done without her. The day went so smoothly and I didn't have to worry about any of the little things (and big things!). There were issues that came up that I was totally unaware of until my family told me the next day (and Emily had taken care of everything). Thank you Emily! We had the best day and so grateful for Leigh and Co. And you can't beat the price.

Overall, my experience with Leigh&Co for day of coordination was good. At the end of the day, everything turned out well and looked beautiful. My only feedback would be that things felt a bit chaotic at times during the wedding, and these were things that should’ve been handled and made smoother by the gals from Leigh&Co. All vendors were scheduled to arrive at the venue by 2 to begin setup, including Leigh&Co to help coordinate. By the time the bridal party arrived at 3:15/3:30 (wedding began at 4) - none of the reception space was fully set up. The ceremony space was also not complete. My sister had to be the one to notice that a toolbox was left at the front of the ceremony space just 2 minutes before the procession began, in addition to getting bouquets prepped/dried off, and helping direct guests how to enter the ceremony space. In my head, these all should’ve been things tackled by the Leigh&Co team. There were also small details that weren’t set up as we had discussed in planning meetings, or timeline things that were rearranged without being discussed with us and differed from the originally planned flow of the day. Of course, sometimes things come up where you have to pivot, but a bit more communication from the team on the day of would’ve been helpful. All in all, none of these things were a huge deal in the end as it did all come together eventually and was beautiful, however, in my opinion attention to all of the details is the difference between good and excellent coordination, and why I’m giving them 4 stars rather than 5.

rt on some ends. Many of your comments are actually due to your other vendors, which we unfortunately have no control over. Your catering captain did show up quite late and the venue manager and your lead planner were a bit stressed about how slowly they were moving for setup. Your wedding planner ended up folding the napkins for them because they were moving so slowly and because we went above and beyond for the issues with other vendors (folding napkins is not in our scope). We could not set table decor until catering set up the tables, and due to their lateness and slow moving staff, this delayed things slightly. Everything did get done in plenty of time and with enough time for the photographer to take pictures of your space and before guest arrival, aside from when a server kicked the seating chart over and all the envelopes fell off and had to be completely reset by us. This did set the timeline back about 10 minutes to clean it up and fix it. But honestly, it is typical for reception space to be finalized with setup during ceremony and cocktails. The toolkit you mentioned was from another vendor as well, which we cleaned up after them as soon as we could. We were busy lining everyone up and getting things to flow behind the scenes and did expect other vendors to clean up after themselves. We did go exactly off the decor sheet that was sent, but a couple items showed up without warning, including a neon sign, so we made best use of that as we could. Hopefully this clears up quite a bit of things we had to deal with on the back end due to other vendor issues. We wish you all the best in married life!

Working with Leigh & CO on our wedding day was wonderful. Initially, we were on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, but we are so glad we did! Our coordinator, Molly, was essential in helping everything run smoothly. She checked in multiple times in the weeks / months leading up to the wedding. Day of, it was so nice having her there directing decor set up, coordinating with vendors, maintaining our timeline, handling tear down at the end of the night, etc. as it allowed us to relax and enjoy our big day. We're so appreciative of her help and would recommend to any engaged couples!!

Our wedding was spectacular thanks to Leigh & Co. We had the pleasure of having Molly Fickes as our day of coordinator. She gave so much more than just a day of coordinator. Molly Fickes took the chaotic mess we had thrown together and made it into the most memorable and romantic wedding. We hired her as a day of coordinator and were blown away with the organization she helped with. She was diligent and made sure we had every teensy aspect planned efficiently. I had a traumatic car crash 2 months prior to the wedding that resulted in a concussion and her organization skills really saved me. Our wedding was slightly chaotic. It had 2 locations in one venue, and this venue was incredibly strict with rules. There was a smaller ceremony and dinner with around 35 people. Then a reception with 75 at a different location. We didn’t have access to the reception until after the ceremony started, we also had most of the decor from the ceremony needing to be moved to the reception. There were strategic issues about bringing in antique furniture, and not being able to have anyone place this ahead of time due to time constraints. Molly worked with the venue, catering staff, and some hired people off laborjack to ensure every aspect was perfect. Molly was able to miraculously make this transition seamless. She was great at telling vendors where to be, ensuring things were occurring at the right times, and that everything was set up and torn down in the right way. The best part is that it didn’t appear chaotic at all. It was all behind the scenes and Molly made it look effortless. I really cannot thank her enough for her huge contribution. If I were to do it again I would honestly just hire her for the entire thing and let her take the wheel because she was fantastic.

We worked with Sophie and her assistant for our wedding this past June and I could not be more satisfied to have them as our coordinators for our wedding day. Sophie and I met over zoom multiple times to talk about what my wedding days thoughts and ideas are and what we wanted for our wedding day. She created a great timeline for our day. Day of she would always come give us a 5-10 minute warning until we had the next thing to do. What I truly appreciated about Sophie was she allowed us to enjoy our day and wasn’t pushy about making sure everything was happening to the minute. My husband, Marc, was so thankful for Sophie for letting us know general times but still letting us live out our wedding moments unhurried to move to the next thing. Sophie was 10000% worth the money to ensure you are stress free the day of your wedding and instead of being the host, you are the guest of honor. Every little detail was taken care of, down to the last glass of champagne in my hand on the dance floor. If you want someone in the background making sure your wedding day is going according to plan and dealing with issues then Leigh & co is a great choice. Sophie was phenomenal!! Thank you guys!

I didn't hire Leigh & Co, and that's why I'm giving them a five-star rating. I'm using a full-service venue, and I had the damnedest time trying to dig into the truth of whether I needed an additional coordinator. Some people at the venue said I absolutely didn't, some said I might want one and that was OK. Most of the vendors said I absolutely did, and that seems to be the common cry on social media. But Brianne at Leigh & Co was very honest and said I don't need an additional coordinator. That kind of honesty in the face of losing a day of business was so refreshing. She said if I felt the venue wasn't giving me the support I need, I can always get back in touch and talk about hiring my own coordinator, and if it comes to that, I'm calling Leigh & Co.

Working with Leigh & Co made our wedding planning process so much easier! As our day of coordinator, Elizabeth made the day go by seamlessly! From our first prep/timeline calls, Elizabeth put us at ease and helped me (an indecisive bride) make the right timeline decisions. I had reached out to several day of coordinator companies throughout Colorado and never found the right fit and reasonable price! Then, I stumbled upon Leigh & Co events and I am SO glad I did!!! I work in the hospitality industry, as a back story, so whoever we worked with had to deal with how particular I am with events in general. We worked with Janielle for our wedding day and used her for the wedding day management package. We absolutely loved working with her! With this package we had 3 meetings with her that were incredibly helpful. She sent us questionnaires to gather information from us that we found incredibly helpful for our own planning! She also built our timeline for us and we were able to edit a google doc with feedback and notes as we got closer. Having her build our timeline based on our needs was huge for us (I’m a very type A bride). Janielle was very communicative and kind and easy to work with. We had Janielle as our day of management planner! All I have to say is, man she was amazing!! She listened to the vision of me and my now husband, and helped bring it to life! Her and her assistant were also so sweet! On the day of, there was a lot of communication/checking in to see if me and my mr. needed anything! Booking Leigh & Co for our day of coordinator was the best decision we made! Our venue had a coordinator and I didn't think we would need an additional day of coordinator until a bit later in the planning process and I am SO glad we hired Leigh & Co. We worked with Molly and she was truly the best. She helped us put together a timeline, distribute to our vendors to make sure they were on the same page, and helped me make sure we had every detail covered. The day of the wedding went so smoothly, from us arriving, to set up of décor, communication with vendors and sending us off. If anything went wrong on the day of the wedding, we had no idea. It was such a peace of mind to know that Molly had every detail covered and we didn't need to worry about literally anything. As an added bonus, Molly took some of my favorite behind the scene photos of my dad and I about to walk down the aisle and our last dance. Hiring Leigh & Co as our day of coordinator was truly some of the best money we spent.

Leigh & Co. was an excellent and relatively affordable option! Going into wedding planning, I didn't fully understand the value of day-of coordination, but it turned out to be a lifesaver. Sophie was the day-of coordinator for our wedding, and she was so on top of giving us advice, creating our timeline, and coordinating with vendors in the months beforehand. Then on the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly, and even had our cars fully packed up before the last song finished (I didn't even notice, so it was such a nice surprise!) Marina and Leigh & Co. Events are simply amazing!! Our venue required a day-of planner, and while at first we weren't sure we needed one, we couldn't have imagine our day without the care and effort from Marina! Marina checked in the months leading up to our big day, helped us make final decisions, and made our day go so smoothly. If you are debating getting a wedding planner and think you don’t need one for the day of your wedding, think again. Sophie was our planner and she was amazing. She met with us multiple times to make sure our wedding day was what we wanted, but also took the bulk of the work to set up our timeline and run the day. When we had small changes we wanted to make, Sophie was flexible and easy, because she knew it was our day and she wanted us to feel that. She did a great job taking care of business on the actual day so we could just enjoy the day and each other. Worth every penny and then some. Thank you, Sophie and Leigh & Co!

I had such a wonderful experience with Leigh and Co for my wedding! My venue required a day of coordinator and I am so happy I went with Leigh and Co! Molly was helpful throughout the day, ensuring that I was at the right place at the right time so I was not seen by my fiancé! She and Marina helped tremendously with set up and tear down as well as made sure the events of the day went as smoothly as possible! I found the checklist and the check ins extremely helpful in the planning process. So happy we chose them for our wedding!!

So detail oriented, kind, worked on her toes when we got delayed by a large storm, and stayed late to make sure all loose ends were tied up. We were so lucky to have her!

We found Leigh & Co. through instagram and could not be more happy with our wedding day experience. The owner Brianne was so helpful and always incredibly quick to respond. She also introduced us to her floral business, Calla Lane Florals, which we were also very impressed with. Molly was our day of coordinator/planner and she absolutely killed it. She was responsive, informative, and on top of everything the day of. She routinely checked in with us and kept things running so smoothly. She had plenty of resources available to help keep the planning process moving and did a great job creating our timeline, setting up our decor, and was all around wonderful to work with. My day of wedding planner and her assistant were fantastic. They really thought of everything and helped put everything together the day of. I checked in with my wedding planner during the weeks leading up to the big day and she helped keep me on track which was great! I really could not have done it without them. On the day of my wedding I really did not have to do anything which was amazing!

We are from Atlanta, GA and dreamed of having a winter wonderland wedding. We were searching for a wedding planner to help make it happen for us and came across Leigh & Co. We were assigned Janie as our wedding planner and she was AMAZING. She went above and beyond with everything we asked for. We booked Leigh & Co Events as our Day-Of wedding planner and based on Brianna meeting me and hearing what I was looking for, we were assigned to Marina Damon. Marina was organized, friendly and great at communicating. She did a great job of setting appropriate expectations for me. We did a few planning calls, she attended our venue walk through, our rehearsal and rocked our wedding day. On the wedding day, she also had an assistant planner with her. Marina did a great job of keeping our day on schedule. I never had to worry about anything which is sort of the whole point! I knew with Marina there, everything would be great. Highly recommend Marina and the Leigh & Co Events team to make your wedding day run just the way you want it to!

Elizabeth was the best day-of coordinator I could have hoped for. My fiancé and I signed with Leigh & Co after a previous planner fell through, and despite being thrown in last minute, Elizabeth took care of every lingering gap, communicated with our vendors, and got everything where it needed to be on time. Investing in a day of coordinator was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. We worked with Lexi Quirk and she was incredible - Lexi is professional, positive, and has a can-do attitude. In terms of wedding day prep, she prompted us with many questions we didn't even think about before, which helped us be much more prepared. As for day of, she was a life saver - from setting up decor, to managing clean up at the end, to making sure everything was exactly in place at the right time... she was invaluable. Honestly, we didn't think we needed a day-of coordinator for our wedding, but as we started to dial in the details we realized how important that role is. We reached out to Leigh & Co Events pretty last minute in our planning process, and they graciously brought us on board and introduced us to Hailey. Hailey was a KEY role in making our wedding the success that it was! She is such a kind soul and was so easy to work with all the way from our initial meeting to the end of our wedding evening. Her calm, yet focused energy gave us so much peace of mind before and during our wedding day. She adjusted a few elements that the venue had done so seamlessly! We worked with Lexi as our lead wedding planner. Going into our initial phone call with Brianne, we already had the venue, photography, and a rough idea of decor figured out. Based on this convo, Brianne recommended the partial planning package for us and this is precisely what we needed. My partner and I were responsible for selecting and booking all our vendors. Once we gave their contact info to Lexi, she promptly introduced herself to our vendors and was in charge of preparing and communicating the day-of timeline to everyone. The sheer number of moving parts was overwhelming for us, but Lexi expertly juggled all of them and never made us feel like we asked too many questions or made too many changes. Since I decided to do decor and florals, Lexi shared a Google drive folder with me where I provided mock-up photos and some instructions in a few Google slides. She also had me fill out a decor questionnaire that asked how closely I wanted them to follow my decor instructions and I selected the ‘I trust your judgment if the instructions are unclear’ option. Lexi and her assistant did a great job bringing my vision to life. We truly felt like we could relax and enjoy our wedding day, knowing that Lexi was in charge!

We used Leigh and Co for our wedding this month and hands down the best decision we made. From start to finish their team was there to help us. We used their Wedding Management Services and had a great onboarding call right from the start with Lexi. Lexi then helped all the questions we had and provided recommendations to us! Starting a month out we had a great in person meeting and started talking through timeline. SOOO many things that we didn't think of were discussed and organized. Our day was flawless and that was all the Lexi and team. She was at the rehearsal helping the day of and was the last person out on the wedding day helping with our personal belongings! Molly was an absolute godsend for our wedding. A day-of-coordinator was at the top of our “must have” vendors, and I have to say Molly absolutely knocked it out of the park. From set up to teardown, Molly was doing things that made our lives so much easier. She helped us with everything from small (where should folks stand in the ceremony) to large (who is going to make sure all the other vendors get in and get set up). Absolutely invaluable service. I would recommend Molly to my closest friends and family, as she really made our big day easy - you can’t put a price on that!

Lexi made my wedding day perfect in every way and for that I'm forever grateful!! She was so helpful and gave us much needed direction without being too controlling or pushy. Throughout the entire day I felt so confident knowing that she was handling all of the behind the scenes details, and that allowed both my husband and I to relax and enjoy it all. Brianne Leigh Weddings was fabulous for my New Years Eve wedding. We ended up being reassigned Lexi closer to the wedding. From the moment she took over, she jumped right in with both feet. She was always responsive. Always supportive of my crazy ideas. And she worked her freakin BUTT off the night of my wedding. Her and my assistant executed everything perfectly. I dont know if anything went wrong. As far as I was concerned everything happened the way it was supposed to. And thats what a planner is supposed to do, right? Thank you Lexi and Molly. Brianne and her team were wonderful. We went with a weekend of coordination package as we wanted to be pretty hands on until the week of the event. They were super responsive to any questions and had leading up to our weekend and just blew us away once they took over. I felt so much relief handing over the responsibility to them after the rehearsal and was amazed at how much they ran in the background so I could have a stress free day. Our guests loved them, they executed my wedding vision perfectly and kept everyone on the timeline while constantly checking in and making sure our needs were met. From the moment my fiance and I got engaged, we promised each other that wedding planning would not be stressful and that we wanted our day to be fun and surrounded by love. Brianne Leigh Weddings was an integral part in what made our wedding day SO stress free. We got married at a more DIY mountain venue in Crested Butte. I knew that we were going to need some help with making our vision come to life as well as set up and tear down. I really did not want to have my family do all of the set up because I wanted them to enjoy the day. This is where Brianne Leigh Weddings came in. When I first reached out, they were super prompt and transparent about their pricing and their services. This promptness and transparency continued throughout our entire time working with them! I met with Brianne once a month for a year up to the week of the wedding to plan. These meetings were invaluable because she asked questions that I would not have even considered. It really helped narrow down the small details. She also sent out surveys that were very detailed, but were exactly the right questions to ask because our vision came to life exactly how we wanted it to! Amber was our day-of coordinator and she was amazing! Everything looked perfect and I trusted her expertise on certain table placements and she really did a great job! She was communicative and professional. I would NOT hesitate to hire this team again. They made our day come to life and honestly our wedding could not have been a better, more stress-free day!

From the very beginning, working with Brianne and her team, especially one of her lead planners, Jaden, gave us peace of mind. Brianne and Jaden were extremely organized, transparent, and answered all of my questions promptly, thoughtfully, and honestly. They embraced the pictures and insight I sent to them with grace and were open-minded to last-minute changes or ideas I had, too. On the day of our wedding, Jaden and Brianne kept our timeline on track, welcomed our guests, and decorated our venue space far above what our vision was initially. We had a few hiccups regarding certain decor that wasn't displayed properly or at all and with the bar not following our wishes, which was due to our venue's staff miscommunicating with one another, but Brianne and Jaden helped our day become as beautiful as possible regardless of those oversights and did all they could to over ride the forgetfulness of our other vendors. Jaden stayed and helped our family clean the reception space as well and went above and beyond for us. They have a true passion for what they do and we are so grateful to them! We’ve recommended their expertise to several friends and will use them again and again for future events.
