We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue than Leonard Palazzo for our wedding! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning architecture and elegant decor. The ambiance was perfect for our special day.
Didi was exceptional—professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. She made the planning process seamless and helped bring our vision to life.
Inside, the reception area was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Our guests were amazed by how beautiful Leonard Palazzo is. The food was delicious, and many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the meal.
A special shoutout goes to our bride attendant, Carolina. She was absolutely amazing! Carolina was attentive, organized, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her support made the day stress-free

We had the absolute most perfect wedding day and it's all thanks to Leonard's Palazzo! The place is absolutely gorgeous, the food was amazing, and it was one of the cheapest prices per plate of all the venues we toured during the planning process. We were engaged for two years and booked Leonard’s right away so we actually booked with one Banquet Manager who left Leonard’s and then we were assigned a new Banquet Manager, Didi. Didi was so incredible. She answered all of my tedious questions always answered her emails in a timely manner, and was so helpful throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, the Leonard’s Staff practically waited on me and my husband hand and foot. We received white glove service, champagne toasts, and soooo much more. My Bridal Attendant, Alisson, was like a gift from heaven! She held my dress and bouquet the entire time we took photos, brought us food and drinks from our cocktail hour to enjoy alone and uninterrupted in the bridal suite, and even draped a table cloth over my lap so I wouldn’t get food on my dress. She was absolutely amazing. I was a DIY bride so all of my centerpieces were made by me. I dropped off all of my décor at Leonard’s the week before the wedding and my vision was executed perfectly, even more beautifully than I had pictured in my head. Every bit of food we ate was absolutely delicious, I wish I was hungrier so I could have eaten more of it! All of our guests are still talking about how great the food was. Overall everything was perfect, our experience at Leonard’s Palazzo could not possibly have been any better! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend considering them for your next event!

There are significant emotional events in one’s life and the wedding of one’s daughter ranks very high on that list. As the father of the bride, I had promised myself to adopt a “closed mouth – open wallet” approach to the whole event and it was indeed a wise decision. My daughter selected the venue location (Leonard’s Palazzo) based on her diligent research (she is very good at that) and I have to say that she nailed it.
Leonard’s Palazzo is indisputably the premier venue on Long Island for whatever the occasion … and for good reason. There are so many outstanding elements to the skilled services that they provide (consistent with all of their five-star reviews) that it is a daunting task to expound on them all, for fear of overlooking some of them because they are all outstanding.
Let me begin with the people who work at Leonard’s. Beginning with Eric Redlich, the General Manager, right on through to all of the staff working the event, you always get a sense that you are dealing with a TEAM … and a proud team at that. They are all without exception, professional, helpful, courteous and always attentive to your needs with a very clear objective of making you happy and content. Their approach reminds me of the sales maxim on how to satisfy a customer … “It is like making love to a gorilla – you don’t stop when you’re satisfied, you stop when the gorilla is satisfied”.
Very quickly in the process of discovery when you are trying to determine whether or not this is the right place for your event, you realize that you are dealing with a well-oiled machine … nothing phases them, no request is spurned or dismissed … “tell us what you would like to see done and we will make it happen” … and they DO make it happen! During the event itself, you notice that they have not only addressed all of your needs and requests but have also anticipated things that you hadn’t considered but that now, in-the-moment, you see how helpful and accommodating these little touches are to the smooth flowing of your event.
The service is truly benchmark for this industry … the staff are all smartly dressed, efficient, courteous and in sufficient numbers so as to ebb and flow with the demands of the event enabling transitions from one phase to the next to flow seamlessly and effortlessly. This, of course, is invisible to you … you just reap the benefits of their planning and execution. This is not “rocket science” but it takes a good team and skillful managers to pull it off … and they do!
The food … fresh, plentiful, well prepared, artfully displayed and delicious. Most importantly, they have cracked the code to ensure that the preparation of the food works to the actual event timeline versus the programmed schedule of events … you are running 30 minutes behind schedule? Not to worry … your steak, or chicken or fish won’t be dry and overcooked … guaranteed. We had 230 guests at our function - not a single complaint … only praise for the kitchen staff.
The facility … I cannot add to the thousands of words that the pictures of the facility convey but I would unreservedly urge you do visit the place … you will likely observe that even so, the pictures do not do the place justice. Have them give you a tour … see the lighting, the décor, the marble floors … it will knock the socks off of your guests … it did to all of ours. It has been a week now since my daughter’s wedding and we are still receiving words of thanks and wonderful stories of gratitude and enjoyment about the event.
You need to check this place out … the hype is true … it isn’t puffery.

Where to begin? From start to finish, Leonard's was an absolutely wonderful venue to host my daughters baptism. Didi was our Banquet Manager who helped us plan our event, and Michael was the maitre d who helped us the day of our event. We had our party in the Continental Room with around 100 guests and a dance floor. I think you could technically fit more guests in there and still have a dance floor but personally I thought our guest count was just right for the room. Didi was incredibly responsive and helpful with every detail leading up to the event. We had alot of personalized touches that we wanted to incorporate (i.e. dessert table, balloon arch, homemade desserts on our own cake plates and platters). I was able to bring all of these items the day before and the staff got everything set up the day of without me. I was never informed of any hiccups - they took care of everything - I later learned we had too many desserts to fit on the table so they brought in extra tables and adjusted the room accordingly. I'm sure there were other things that popped up that we never knew about because everything ran so smoothly the day of which helped us really get to enjoy our event! Our event was in the fall which is hit or miss weather wise but we were able to tentatively reserve the outdoor area for cocktail hour and were able to make the decision the day before based on the weather forecast! Planning outdoor events is always stressful because of weather so i very much appreciated the flexibility to make that last minute change if we needed to. All of these details were made possible with Didi's assistance - she really tried to honor all of my requests and problem solved to make it all happen! The outdoor space was gorgeous! If weather permits, highly recommend utilizing it! The food and drinks were all delicious and the portions were great. We met Michael the day of our event and he was such a pleasure to work with! I never had to look for him - he seemed to ALWAYS be around helping out with the party, tending to guests, bringing my husband and I drinks, checking in with me every step of the party and moving things along - he seemed to be everywhere at once!!!! He also helped my family and I pack up our leftover desserts, platters, favors, etc at the end and loaded our cars for us. He always had a smile on his face, had a good attitude, and above all was so good at his job! Terrence was our server and he was an absolute delight!!! I would also like to add that there were at least 4 other parties going on at the same time as ours, but other than seeing guests from other parties in the lobby and shared bathrooms, we couldn't tell at all. Our service wasnt disrupted and we couldnt hear their music/party noise from our room. I can't say enough good things about the staff and service! We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend it!

10/10 the best venue! Tuhin was my manager and he is the best! He’s family by now, so easy to work with. He made all my dreams come true for my wedding. Jose and Ashley were assigned to me for the night and I can’t thank them enough! They were both wonderful to work with and made the wedding flow effortlessly. They went above and beyond and took care of myself, the groom and our bridal party. Whatever anyone of us wanted they made sure we got it. The food was 20/10! The cocktail hour was a hit, so much amazing food and the dinner was perfect. Ever single guest out of my 275 wedding had not 1 complaint. I would recommend Leonard’s over and over again. They are the best in service and food and the chandeliers in the Grand Ballroom made the venue look so elegant.

Leonard’s Palazzo was an exceptional location to find! As someone who was pricing out every aspect of throwing a wedding to see if I could save money and do it myself for over 100 people, it was a godsend! After quickly realizing that food alone would be half the cost, my family and I shifted gears. My father found LP and introduced me to Tuhin, one of the banquet managers. He was friendly, warm, and professional from the beginning. He took us on a tour of this grand place, with these glistening chandeliers on the main hall and staircase, the vast and opulent event hall, and the high ceilings that gave off a majestic air. We were both intimidated and mesmerized! Even so, Tuhin listened to what we wanted and gave us a few options. He detailed what was offered and how LP would make our special day seamless. On the day of, as I’m sure anyone getting married will experience or has, not everything went according to schedule on our end, but they were all still there for us! All our vendors were set, the food was delicious, the hall beautiful, and our bridal attendant, Alisson, and the Maitre D’s, Diana and Eleina, were so helpful and attentive. They made sure we ate when we arrived, we had time to take the photos we wanted, and that the flow of our event ran smoothly. We even saw Tuhin, who greeted us and ensured we were situated with the right group. Luckily, our event was the only one happening that evening, so it all felt very intimate and magical! All we wished was that our family and friends would have a blast, and Leonard’s Palazzo helped that wish come true!

There are not enough amazing things I can say about our venue!! We worked with Eric, Gabrielle, and Adriana who made sure that everything for our day was set. Our Maitre'D, Peter and my bridal attendants, Rina & Jaileen went above and beyond to make sure our day was flawless and that our needs were being met. We could not have asked for a more perfect day.

Leonard's is exceptionally beautiful. All the interiors and exteriors were classic and well-maintained. Francesa, our sales manager and Tuhin were very accommodating during the entire process of our wedding. Special mention to our Maitre d and bridal attendant as they assist us very well and made sure that our event were as gracious and smooth. We made the right decision to book Leonard's.

One of the best decisions we have ever made as a couple is choosing Leonard’s Palazzo as our Wedding Venue. I don’t even know where to begin! It was the most BEAUTIFUL venue, made my DREAM wedding become a reality thanks to the venue and staff. We worked specifically with Jeffery Edmonds - and he was an absolute pleasure from the very beginning. We never felt pressured into anything and it was whatever we wanted tor our day! The entire staff is amazing - they really care about their clients. The day of was smooth as butter and was the best day of our lives!
All of the guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was the delicious food - definitely the best wedding food anyone has ever had. Everything was PERFECT. I have no zero complaints and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Leonards!

We got married at Leonards last month and it was everything we expected and more. We had the pleasure of having Joe C. plan and manage our event. He was an excellent point of contact to keep us calm and guide us through our big day; he went above and beyond for us. The entire staff was phenomenal from cocktail hour to Viennese hour. Big thanks to our Maitre D, Jose, and Diana, our bridal attendant who absolutely exceeded all expectations and treated us like royalty. Every person we encountered at Leonards is a professional and they certainly make you feel like a member of their family. I must also mention the renovations they have completed in the past couple of years, the place is gorgeous and top notch. I would absolutely recommend this lovely venue.

We started with Ryan back in 2018 when we booked Leonards for our original wedding date 3/28/20. Due to the pandemic we were forced to postpone our wedding three times. It finally happened this past Saturday. I couldn’t wait any longer to write my review. Ryan worked with us every step of the way with the planning and everything was smooth, it was sad to see him leave but we transitioned over to Eric Redlich who was just as amazing as Ryan. He worked with us on the postponement of 4/24. If he wasn’t available on the phone we would answer all our questions promptly via email. Let’s fast forward to the wedding. Diana our bridal attendant was amazing. She’s all about service, accommodating and patient, she is by your side the whole time. My whole bridal party and family were impressed by the level of service we got from her. Our maitre D Tuhin was just as amazing. He kept everything on track and reeled us in for ceremony to reception, you dont need a wedding planner if you do your wedding at Leonards. The serving staff was awesome, the food was spectacular and so was the ambiance. The elegance of this hall is immaculate. They thrive in customer service and they left an amazing impression on us and all of our guest. The guest have called and texted to tell me about the food and how delicious everything was. I want to thank all of Leonards staff for making the the most important day of our lives after being postponed for so long, perfection. You won’t be disappointed in this venue.

Going with Leonard's was the best decision I've ever made. No one could've predicted that a global pandemic would force me to postpone my wedding. Leonard's was with me every step of the way. They were responsive, supportive and understanding. Considering the unique circumstances caused by the pandemic, they also made accommodations to ensure I was getting the best value for my money.
On the day of the wedding i was welcomed by my bridal attendent and coordinator and escorted to my suite to get dressed. We ran into a few issues but Francisco was quick thinking and tried to alleviate any stress for me. I can't thank him enough.
Honestly, i would've much rather preferred to be a guest at my wedding because the feedback from people in attendace seemed great but i felt like i missed the entire experience. We were brought food from cocktail hour to our suite but some things i really wanted to try was not bought to us. We heard nothing but amazing reviews from all of our guests on how much they loved the food from the cocktail hour and dinner. I noted a lot of areas i would've loved to take photos at the venue but was told I would'nt be able to due to a conflicting event being held, my bridal attendant did check to at least see if it would be possible but unfortunately i could not. These were very miniscule things that stuck with me when the even concluded.
Dinner was great i enjoyed our food. We also had a signatire drink and the bartenders did a fanstic job with making it for our guest. We booked with the house vendors Unique Entertainment for our DJ and Max Photo for our Photography and videographer. The vendors did a wonderful job.
It's been a few days and people are still telling me how amazing my wedding looked. People who were not even in attendance wrote to me to tell me that everything looked beautiful, and i quote "One of the most beautiful weddings they've ever seen". Trust me when i tell you i have no special relationship with these people that would cause them to lie lol.

Everything from start to finish was impeccable. We planned our wedding twice with Leonard’s palazzo . Everything was as stress free as possible! The food was amazing especially cocktail hour… and there’s so many options and they are all good. They even have vegan options if you ask/need. All of the staff We encountered before, during , and after the event were beyond hard working, accommodating, respectful, and nice. They were beyond reasonable and made it very easy to change dates and did right by us even with our original contract. Everytime we had to make a payment is was easy, quick, and organized. They very easy to get in touch with all of the time and have the answers to all questions immediately. There response via phone and email was always prompt if not immediate. The cake included was delicious and beautiful. At the end of the evening they held our stuff and packed it all up for us over night so we didn’t have to travel with anything to the hotel or worry about anything which was so great. The drop off the week of was very organized , quick, & easy as well! If I had to this all over again I would in a heartbeat!!

We had a great time at our wedding. Shout out to Rina for going above and beyond and maitre d’ Peter for making everything go smoothly. All our guests raved about the filet mignon, some said the steaks were so good that it was almost like eating kobe beef. We are also grateful for every single staff member who made our wedding possible. The wedding went smoothly thanks to everyone on the team, I wish I could thank each and every single one of your team personally. We will definitely keep Leonard's Palazzo in mind for our next affair.

After 2 years of hosting my wedding at Leonard's Palazzo with Ryan Matland, I still regret this to this very day. I thought it may go away as time passes, but it has been 2 years and it is still aching my heart.
*Ryan will do anything to get that first deposit from you. Once that deposit is in, you are pretty much at his mercy.
*Ryan mentioned that there won't be two wedding at the same time. This wasn't true, there was another wedding on my first look, and another one soon after mine. Your guests are going to get confused with all the weddings happening at the same time for multiple floor. This place is the revolving door of wedding. They maximize profit by minimizing the times in between weddings. As someone getting married, you really don't want the cognitive burden that your guests are experiencing multiple wedding including an indian wedding where they had loud drums and loud music.
* Anything you go over with Ryan will be lost forever. The maitre d didn't have a clue on our day. This was the reason I asked to have the maitre d present when we went over the wedding details with Ryan, but he refused. Well, now I learned, and for your own benefit, ask the maitre d to be present when you go over the wedding details if you want a seamless wedding
* This is your big day and one you shouldn't have to think about all these things, and two you shouldn't have to remember all these problems "after" getting married. Do yourself a favor spend a little bit more and go elsewhere

Our wedding was the best day of our lives at Leonard’s Palazzo! Ryan Matland was there for us every step of the way leading up to our wedding. Ryan was so warm and friendly and excellent at answering our extensive list of questions throughout the year leading up to our wedding. We are so grateful to have had Ryan there by our side leading up to our wedding and he was there on our wedding day as well to ensure that everything went smoothly. The day was magical and we could not have asked for anything better. Ryan is truly excellent and cares so much about making the wedding day exceptional. Our food was fabulous and we received so many compliments from guests that it was amazing! We truly are so grateful for this spectacular day and the wonderful service that Ryan and Leonard’s Palazzo provided. This venue has OUR HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION and our wedding was truly a magical day!!!:)

Ryan was amazing and answered every question I had. He was there the night of the wedding to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were happy. Francisco was in charge of making sure everything went right and he was attentive and helpful. He was always calm and even kicked out a party crasher that only I knew about. My bridal attendants Harmony and Astrid were so chill and fun. I forgot to take staircase pictures and they had to undo my bustle just for that then redo it and they told me to stop apologizing. Very fun team of girls who always made sure I was good. The servers were great and everything ran super smooth. Everyone RAVED about the food! Our after party there was also fantastic and throughout the night Amanda (bartender) kept the signature drinks coming. A seriously amazing venue. We were in the top floor and had an absolute blast! You can’t ask for a better group then the Leonard’s team.

I just wanted to thank Eric and the staff Leonard’s from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding reception everything I had dreamed of. Eric could not have made this day anymore perfect for me. He is such a caring and talented General Manager who goes above and beyond for his clients. The early arrival service was wonderful. My family and I truly appreciated this opportunity to relax and refresh after the ceremony. The service was exceptional and the grounds looked amazing. I loved all of the new front renovations and upgrades. My maitre d Jose and bridal attendant Kohav were outstanding. They were very professional and truly went of out their way to make everything seamless and eliminate any stress. Jose and Kohav communicated with my vendors, made sure we were fed during cocktail hour and the reception and made sure the night stayed on schedule and went above and beyond to ensure that my family and bridal party were taken care of. My family could not stop talking about how wonderful and hardworking they were. Jose and Kohav truly made this night extraordinary. As always, the food and displays were exceptional! I received so many complements about the food. It was by far the best that I have ever had at a wedding. I will be recommending Leonard’s Palazzo to all of my family and friends.

Our wedding was 7/20/19. I was honestly kind of disappointed with Leonard's in the end. Me and my husband's BIGGEST priority was being at our cocktail hour. We were told ahead of time that the smartest thing to do is to take about 20 minutes and eat alone in the bridal suite, so that we can actually eat. That's fine. Except our bridal party was allowed to go down to cocktail hour 10 minutes early. Our bridal attendant said she would bring us up food. We were sitting there waiting for food for about 15 minutes into cocktail hour, while everyone else was down there enjoying themselves. They brought us a ton of food, but only from about 1 or 2 stations. There were SO many things I wanted to try. They didn't even bother to wrap up the extra food we had. It just disappeared. Then, we were told that we had to leave cocktail hour 15 minutes early. We left, as told, and sat in our bridal suite twiddling our thumbs, wishing we were just able to stay down there. In all, we were at our cocktail hour for about 15 minutes. I was, and still am, so disappointed. We did NOT need to leave. And our food should have been in our suite at 6PM sharp when cocktail hour started, so that we could eat and get down there.
The other huge thing I cared about was the bar service. I was told from several people that it was NOT good. We had a tonnnnn of drinkers, and a ton of people. There were only 3 bartenders for all of these people, and they worked slow. And I was told that the waiters kept taking full drinks off of our guests' tables, assuming they were done with their drink. AND THE BAR RAN OUT OF BEER!!!!! I'm honestly EMBARRASSED about this, still.
Our bridal attendant had no personality, but was nice. I barely saw our maitre d the entire night. The only time she was around was when we were taking pictures. That's it. I've been told by so many people that the bridal attendant and maitre d are supposed to be near you at all times. I could barely find them when I needed them. I regret tipping what we did (which was suggested by the venue).
We were only given one slice of our cake (we had 4 different layers). I would have really liked to try the other tiers. I was kind of surprised by that.
Also, at our food tasting, we had these AMAZING scalloped potatoes with each meal that we were SO excited to eat that night. Dinner comes.....and it's mashed potatoes. Not even close to what we were expecting. Also, the chicken meal looked completely different from what we had tasted. Again, so disappointed. We were also never told that the steak was going to be cooked medium no matter what you wanted, until we saw a picture of the menu after the wedding. My husband and I are medium rare ONLY fans.
It's hard to tell from this review, but my husband and I had a blast at our wedding. So much fun. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and I was told cocktail hour was amazing. However, I am very upset with how things were handled. I am disappointed that I didn't get to experience the little things the way I wanted (and believed that I was supposed to). Huge shout out to Unique Entertainment and Patken Photographers for helping us to forget the disappointments of Leonard's. Our night was unforgettable only because of them.
Also, we have to compliment our banquet manager, Jeff. He helped us from day 1 to the very end. He spent so much time with us and answered my emails SO quickly, even when he was off. He was very accommodating and engaging.

By far our favorite wedding vendor! As soon as my husband and I stepped into the lobby, we knew immediately that we wanted to have our wedding at Leonard's. From the moment we signed our contract to the very end our reception, the staff were amazing and always accommodating. The beauty of their venue speaks for it's self. Our wedding was over 6 months ago and our guests are still raving about the beauty of Leonard's and how delicious the food was. My husband and I will definitely host another event at Leonard's in the future!

A Long Island Classic
Leonard’s Palazzo has been around for a while. If your family is from Long Island or Queens, chances are someone you know has been married there or thrown a party at this location. Having just had our wedding reception at Leonard’s Palazzo in the beginning of June, we know why they have been around forever... because Leonard’s Palazzo is AMAZING!
We had our reception in the Leonardo DaVinci room which is a fantastic space! With flowers and candlelight, the room comes alive and it creates a magical ambiance befitting your special day! The room is set up with an outside balcony which allows your guests to take a breather without venturing out too far from the party. The bar area is really cool and the main room is just perfect. One thing we loved about the DaVinci Room dance area is that you can bring in some natural light if you’d like, but you can also close it off and create more of a night party feel during the day if you prefer. The top floor where the DaVinci Room resides exudes class from the elegant circular staircase and chandelier to the long couches and gallery of hand-painted art.
Our guests loved the cocktail hour area which was on the lower level in a combined indoor/outdoor space. It was perfect for the late spring weather!
Leonard’s Palazzo is timeless without feeling old... classy without feeling pretentious.
As if we hadn’t complimented Leonard’s enough... now onto the food and service! My newlywed wife and I have not stopped receiving compliments about the food since the day we were married! First, the amount and quality of food provided was amazing! Pulling off quality wedding food is no small feat, but we did not receive one bad or even lukewarm review about the food from our guests... even from our notoriously picky friends... everyone LOVED the food! The biggest compliments came for the filet mignon.
Last but certainly not least, the people we worked with made our day special! Ryan was an absolute pleasure and a gentleman to work with. He took care of us from planning all the way through execution, and didn’t miss one detail. Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking, and Ryan kept us at ease and feeling confident through it all. From the moment we arrived at the venue on our wedding day, Ryan and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our day and didn't have to worry about anything. Francisco was our Maître D and was totally on point. Everyone at Leonard’s went out of their way the whole day to help us pull off an absolutely wonderful wedding.

Leonard’s Palazzo – Great Neck: Rating 10/10!! The place is absolutely beautiful! We worked with Ryan, who was able to help with all of my questions and exceed all of my expectations!! I literally had nothing to worry about! Jose took care of us on the day of the wedding, along with 2 bridal attendants who were there for all of our needs!! We had the Da Vinci Room, which has a giant bar with a large lounge area, and an outside balcony! The room was BEAUTIFUL and all my guests RAVED about it!! I was married on March 1, 2019 and the weather was cloudy with snow showers, but Leonard’s was able to accommodate my 24-person bridal party for all of our amazing pictures! There is plentiful places to take incredible pictures throughout the venue! We arrived 2 hours before the cocktail hour for pictures and we were taken beyond taken care of!! The bridal suites were both stocked with drinks and food to keep my bridal party happy! The food…... OH, MY GOODNESS!! Every Single person at the party RAVED about how delicious the food was!! I am incredibly thankful for Leonard’s for making our wedding day an amazingly beautiful experience!! If you want your guests to enjoy themselves, I would choose Leonard’s for the night of your life!! WOW, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I recently had the pleasure of having my reception at Leonard's. I can't speak enough to how amazing the service was from top to bottom at the event itself and even leading up to it.
Ryan is who helped us plan the event and he couldn't have been more accommodating throughout the entire process. As stressful as it is planning something like this, he walked us through everything and really went out of his way to help out even when it was not necessary. Jose was our Maitre'D for the night and he made sure we did not have to worry about anything during the day. I HIGHLY recommend you ask for him for the day of. Even the staff such as Diana went above and beyond to make sure we always had a drink and food, even packing everything for us at night.
The venue may be on the higher-end but the service is second to none. Our guests could not stop talking about how much of an amazing time they had and that the food is probably the best they have had anywhere. If you choose Leonard's just know you are in very good hands!

My husband and I got married at Leonards on 3/17/19. There are NO WORDS that can truly express how much Ryan came through for us. I was a VERY particular bride, I email Ryan at least weekly of 7 months asking the smallest detailed questions yet he was so patient with me.
Through the whole process, Ryan found a way to make me feel like I was the only wedding happening at Leonards. It took me 7 months to pick a venue all because I combed through all of the venue options over the northeast with a fine tooth bomb. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable, great food and service, Leonards will be your best option!
Ryan worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted, I lived out of town so I would pop into town and demand Ryan have a meeting with me. He always found a way to get me what I needed and on budget. The food was spectacular, the room looked gorgeous and the service was great.
Our maître d Michelle did a great job. I have a few friends getting married and I know one of them already booked with Leonards. Once you book with them you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend you use Ryan as your salesperson, there is something special about him. He was so familiar with my culture and knew what I needed before I even had to ask. Thank you so much Leonards, my wedding out not have been the same without you!

I am from California and my husband from Ireland, we live in Sweden. We wanted to have our wedding at a midpoint for both families and friends and picked New York. I made my research online and Leonard’s Palazzo came across, I instantly fell in love with it and as I looked and read more about it I decided Leonard’s had to be my wedding venue and contacted them. Everything we wanted fell in place after meeting with Jay Ahn. He was so much help to us all the way, caring and aware and attentive to our interest, new ideas and requests, he was kind and well spoken, straight to the point and reassuring to our needs that everything will be taken care and that we would have it all; And sure it was, It was more than what we thought it would be. It was fantastic, surprising, enjoyable, well planned and organized, you don’t know organized the way they do at Leonard’s. We are very grateful to Jay how was checking up on us through the day as it evolved, the entire staff that was involved in our wedding, my Matri’D was mindful, observant and caring at all times, all the ones at the reception catering to us, family and guests. We cannot say enough good things about Leonard’s Palazzo. The care, hard work, organization, and all-around positive energy of everyone who works at Leonard’s went unmatched by any other venue we looked at, and we plan to hold every major family party at their establishment for as long as we live! We owe it to Leonard’s, and to all the couples reading this, the full story of why.
Originally, my now-husband and I were booked with another venue, we’ll call them venue “X”. After a series of AWFUL customer service situations with venue X, we started getting the feeling that something was wrong. We also started hearing rumors that the venue was closing, and I started to panic. Having already put down our deposit and a few first payments, I immediately asked the Senior Banquet Manager there for a meeting with the venue’s owners, to ensure us that nothing was wrong, and we did not have to worry about any potential abrupt closings of any kind. We were given the run-around, told that they were “trying” to set up the meeting but just could not get a hold of the owners. This went on for over a month. Finally, my husband and I had just about had it. We told the venue we were pulling out, and we demanded our money back. We told them we were leaving because we knew they were lying to us about something and we just did not feel comfortable staying. They REFUSED to give us ANY money back, but we decided to leave anyway since we did not want to have to worry and feel anxious for the next 6 months or so that something might be wrong. My husband and I were now back at square one, in the negative.
With only a few months left till our wedding, we began our venue search AGAIN. When we finally stumbled on Leonard’s, we were met with UNPARALLELED service. Right away, I knew this was the venue for us, when the banquet manager there named Ryan, called me on his day off, kids screaming in the background, telling me he had heard about our predicament and wanted to help. It was clear he genuinely cared. This was more than just potential business for him, this was a chance to help out a panicked bride and turn her awful wedding planning story into the most magical one. And he did just that. After giving us a fantastic rate, in their largest room (which, they thankfully had available on our originally chosen wedding date), we booked with Ryan and Leonard’s and never looked back. Every request we had, Ryan and his staff met. The food was EXCELLENT, the day-of staff were excellent, the space was beautiful, clean, and lively. Our room had a giant bar, so no one ever waited more than a minute for a drink. Ryan even stopped by the reception on our wedding day, and our picture with him is one of our favorites because of all the love and care this man put in to making sure our day was special. And it was most certainly a special day.
Oh, and by the way, shortly after we left our first venue, they announced they were closing and are no longer in business.
Guess we made the right choice.

Where do we even begin! My husband and I just celebrated our wedding at Leonard's Palazzo on March 31, 2019. The day was absolutely perfect! Truth be told the person who helped to bring our vision into reality was Jay Ahn.
We first met Jay when we scheduled a tour of Leonard's. From the first time we met he was charismatic and made us feel extremely comfortable. Before choosing Leonard's we visited many venues and there were different things about each location that we loved. We shared some of the things we loved with Jay from the other venues and he ensured that they were a part of our day.
Jay was attentive to all of our needs and answered every e-mail, and there were tons. Jay made us feel as though our wedding was his priority.
Our experience at Leonard's was exceptional! From the hands on approach of Jay to the food and service! The hospitality hour, the cocktail hour and then the reception everything was perfect.
The day flowed with ease because we had such an amazing team! Our 2 maitre D, Joanne and Didi, and the bridal attendants Wendy and Kohav were supper attentive. There was nothing I needed that I didn't get before I could even finish my sentence.
If you are looking to have your fairytale wedding definitely reach out to Jay and book Leonard's Palazzo!

I got married on Saturday March 30,2019 .The Leonard's Family were outstanding! From the from of the house to the back of the house. Armando the director of operations went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Eric and Gabby were amazing every step of the way. The presentation and service were out of this world. I am still getting messages and calls on how amazing the food was and how professional the staff were. Thank you to the chefs for the amazing flavors of all the dishes. Jay the maitre'd , Diana Florez and Kohav our Bridal attendants were so attentive and paid attention to every detail. Everyone that night went above and beyond and I can not thank them enough! It truly was a fairytale wedding!

We couldn’t be happier with the assistance provided by Jay. He is very knowledgeable and a very caring person. We had a special circumstance that would have been bad for us, if it wasn’t for Jay and his understanding. Aside from the wonderful service, Leonard’s is absolutely stunning. The food is amazing and they really do a wonderful job. I would catorgatize this venue as a more luxurious venue in comparison to others on Long Island.
Highly recommend, you won’t be sorry, and also can’t say enough about Jay!

Had my wedding here on 8/18/18 and it was the most beautiful day ever with a lot of thanks to Leonard's. They were amazing throughout the entire process from when we first booked with them until the very end of the night of the wedding. They were always so organized, friendly, professional, and made it fun going there every 4 months to make the payment as they let you view the room and imagine what the day will be like. The day of, the service was phenomenal. The Maitre' D took her role very seriously and was always there when we turned around making sure everything ran smoothy. The food was to die for and EVERYONE at my wedding all said the same thing. Everyone was talking about the food. The room was gorgeous. Got married in the Continental Room and it was so elegant and graceful. Felt like I was in a fairytale. There are plenty of beautiful places on site to take photos. We didn't even have to book a place to take photos because we just did it at Leonard's. Between the food, the service, and the gorgeous facility, I couldn't imagine why anyone would not want to book at Leonard's for their big day.

Our guests loved the food and desserts, the pretty venue with easy driveway entrance, hot drinks in the hallway, just about everything. One thing that has room for some improvement is the ushering staff. Otherwise, great staff. Would definitely recommend!

My husband Jesse and I got married at Leonard’s in January 2019 and we could not have been more happy, impressed, and blown away with how everything was there. We worked with Ryan and he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, willing to answer any silly questions that we had, and made sure to assist us in any way that we needed. Our Maitre d (Jisella) was absolutely amazing and was always there to make sure we were doing okay. My bridal attendant (Diana) was just as amazing knowing exactly what we needed before we even knew we needed it. The food was incredible from the cocktail hour to the sit down reception. Everyone that attended our wedding continues to come to us and say what an incredible night they had and we cannot thank Ryan and the rest of the amazing staff there for helping us create such incredible memories. I wish there was a way to give Leonard’s more than five stars for a review! Anyone who is wishing to have a wedding with incredible staff, amazing food, and an overall awesome atmosphere needs to look to Leonard’s! We had the best time ever!

From start to finish hands down this was the place to be! My Wife Gabriela and I along with Gabriela’s mother met with our planner Jay after looking at different catering halls and doing the normal run around to plan for a ceremony and reception, Jay was very welcoming, outgoing, and friendly, he listened and met all of our wants and needs and didn’t push to do it other ways such as others, it was a true blessing meeting Jay we made each other feel as close as family. The staff at Leonard’s Palazzo was very attentive, the bridal attendants (Wendy and Stephanie) were both jumping back and fourth between the bridal suite and the grooms room keeping both our parties away from the other (as requested) before the ceremony and attending to every need, The Maitre D Didi, was perfect in keeping everything organized and keeping the night running smooth... I would highly recommended and trust Jay and the staff at Leonard’s Palazzo to make your wedding vision and the day you have always been waiting for come true!!! Thank you to all the staff who were part of our day, it was amazing and a true pleasure!!!

We got married at Leonard’s about a month ago and everyone is still talking about how great it was. The place is beautiful and the staff knows how to put together an amazing event. Everyone was excellent and our whole experience was beyond our expectations especially our plannner Jay. From day one he had everything under control and made our whole processes super simple. We didn’t have to stress or worry about anything. Plus he’s very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable, basically like we have known him for years. My husband and I had our wedding at Leonard's Palazzo and it was all we ever dreamed of! From the moment we walked in, the place just blew us away. The place is just stunning. Ryan, our coordinator was the absolute best! Extraordinary! Professional, informative, responsive, experienced and has a great sense of humor, which really took the edge off. He made our dream Wedding come true. Ryan gave us so many choices and options all within our budget we could not pass on Leonard's. The staff was amazing and the maîtres' DiDi was fantastic. My Bridal attendants Wendy and Stephanie were phenomenal! Love, Love, Love the Bridal suite! The outdoor space where we had the ceremony was elegant and just perfect. The food at the reception and dinner was extremely plentiful and so delicious our guests could not stop raving about it. We had a picky eater and the staff accommodated their request. The décor at the reception was just breath taking. Our guests said this was the best wedding they have ever been to and one even said "can we do this again?" The staff even neatly packed up our favors, sign book, etc. and brought it to the cars. If you're looking for a venue for your wedding or any event on the island, look no further. The best decision made! Highly recommended! I cannot wait to have another event at Leonard's Palazzo!

We booked our wedding through Ryan. He was exceptional and catered to all our needs. Our wedding consisted of 441 people so you know that isn't easy to manage. Ryan and the Leonard's team did such an outstanding job. Everyone kept complimenting us on our wedding. We were in the grand ballroom and boy was it grand!
We had jam packed night but Jose the maitre'd and Ryan made sure our night went smooth and kept to the program timing we gave them and thankfully so. We would have been lost without them. My parents said the wait staff was amazing. The bridal attendants were great from my experience first hand. They helped my wife every time she had to go somewhere, anytime we needed drinks, made sure we ate during cocktail hour and really helped us along the night.
From pre wedding photos up to our venetian hour, the staff and Leonards were on point. I highly recommend Leonards and 1000% recommend booking with Ryan because he was honest and met every request we had for our wedding.

Ryan is an amazing wedding manager and I could not be happier with him and Leonard's Palazzo. He is very down to earth and will cater to your every need. Extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. What else could you need? He went above and beyond. He was answering emails even when he was on maternity leave. When you go in to Ryan's office, you do not feel like you are being sold something. He is very laid back.

You'd respond to my email ASAP whenever i reached out. I was nervous and you both guided me every step of the way. Words cannot describe how appreciative I am. Eric went above and beyond in making sure I had a great wedding. He was very attentive to my concerns and assured me that I would have the wedding of my dreams. HE DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!!
The day of my wedding was overwhelming for me. I was upset that the rain would messed up my big day. My Maitre D Natalia and her team were more than prepared. Natalia was at my service the whole time and made sure I ate and stayed hydrated. She made sure I was comfortable and put my other vendors in check(Loved it ).At the end of the day Natalia and her team packed up all my belongings for me.
My guest loved the venue , the ambiance and the food; they could not talking about Leonards. Thank you very much for making my big day successful and less stressful. I wish I can relive it again lol.

My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here last Sunday. This place was so wonderful that I can’t say enough! The service was topnotch! Ryan, our coordinator, was always checking on us to make sure things were good. Didi, Raquel, and especially Jennifer all went above and beyond my expectation. Everything was well coordinated. Didi was a huge help in getting us organized for the wedding rehearsal and making sure our reception program ran smoothly. Jennifer was always there whenever we needed something. The bridal suite was great...drinks and food was brought up for us (although we had no time to eat)... the room was always secured...they even had a security lady who kept the room lock whenever no one was there. And wow, the food was absolutely delicious. Just as we were worried about how we would get everything home, the three wonderful ladies had already packed everything up for us on two carts, wheeled them out and put everything into our cars. We were treated like royalties!

The team at Leonard's was amazing!! The service and value at here is unmatched. It was the first and only venue in the Long Island area from our list that my Fiance and I visited. We were sold from the first visit. Jay was awesome, and made us very comfortable. He was straightforward and answered all our questions. Ryan, the director of catering was like no other. He was very accommodating, responsive, and so easy to deal with. Considering we were planning the wedding from out of town, Ryan and the LP team could not have made the process any easier. The service provided to us, and our guests the day of, was truly of excellence. The food, lighting and ambiance were top notch. Our guests had a great time! I am very grateful to the team for taking such great care of us from setting up a mini cocktail for the wedding party, and boxing food for my husband and I to take home after the celebration because we didn't have an opportunity to eat during the reception. They went above and beyond, surpassing expectations! Kudos and Cheers to the best venue team!
