From the start of wedding planning to the execution of the dj services at the event, Levity did a wonderful job at fitting our needs. Ryan Botts interviewed us and showed us how to plan out the music for the event while also getting to know us on a personal level to match us with he best dj to fit our personalities. We got paired with Joe Morrione who was really good at listening to the vision we had for the night and adapting to changes on the fly when they came. He matched the music well for the current vibes on the dance floor and also had the best choices for a lot of different age groups and backgrounds. Everyone at some point during the night had a great stretch of tunes that made them feel included in the fun. Would highly recommend Levity, Ryan, and Joe to anyone looking for a dj at their wedding or other event.

We were very pleased with Levity Entertainment as our wedding DJ! From an initial booking meeting, to their planning portal, follow-up meeting with our actual DJ, and then day of services, Everything was easy, organized and stress-free. Elliot was our DJ and he did a great job taking our dance recommendations and creating an awesome playlist. He also did a great job about keeping the reception on schedule and was very clear with us and our guests about any announcements.

Levity Events was a great company to work with. Very professional and detail oriented. Our DJ, Joe Morrione, of Levity, was so easy to work with. Our's was a fusion wedding with complex details, and he executed them perfectly, making it super fun for the guests.

Our DJ was Ryan Botts, and he was great! We met with him a week or so before our wedding to iron out any details, but prior to that, we were provided with a website where we added all of the songs we wanted for the whole day. Ryan kept the party going all night long, and the songs he chose (we picked about 25 for the dancing – he selected the rest) were right up our alley! Levity also has a lot of add ons that you can opt into, to really make the day extra fun!

Ryan helped make our night so fun and memorable!! We had the best time and got so many compliments on the music and flow of the night!!

Our DJ Joe was amazing! Communication and planning was wonderful! He guided us through the whole evening. Definitely well worth the money. Highly recommend using Levity!

Ryan, our DJ through Levity, was a joy to work with throughout the entire wedding process. He was clear and responsive throughout our planning process, and was top-notch the entire wedding. He is so skilled at what he does, and made our ceremony and reception so flawless and fun!

The entire levity team really shows their talents and expertise when it comes to music! Our dance floor was full throughout our reception thanks to them. We did spend prep time filling out our “requested songs” on their online portal and were a little bummed knowing that many of those songs weren’t played the night of our wedding.

I can honestly say Ryan made our entire wedding. We knew a good DJ was important to us, as we wanted a fun upbeat wedding and Ryan/Levity went above and beyond. We had the time of our lives and it was 100% all thanks to Ryan keeping the music flowing. He seamlessly played fun hits all night while also throwing in a few Spanish songs for my family. We also had cold sparks and “dancing on a cloud” both of which looked amazing and were a huge hit. Ryan also had staff with him running the Photo Booth and all of them were attentive and fixing anything needed throughout the night. Definitely recommend!

I would give Ian more than 5 stars if it was possible. He did an incredible job at transitioning songs, reading the rooms energy and playing the perfect songs all night. I cannot recommend him and Levity enough, they did an absolutely incredible job. I have never been to a wedding where a DJ got an encore, but Ian was just that good!

Ian was a great DJ. He helped us a lot when planning our music, was flexible with time to meet that worked with our schedules, and had great ideas when we were unsure. He was very professional on the day of our wedding but also fun. We felt very comfortable with him and were so happy to have him as a part of our day. He took charge of coordinating our entrance, dealing with random song requests from our guests, and so much more so we did not have stress.

I cannot say enough good things about Ian from Levity. We had a last minute issue with a previous DJ and hired Ian less than two weeks before our wedding! He pulled it all together for us logistically. I felt comfort as a bride knowing he was there because he was just that put together and knew what was going on. He went above and beyond in every way. Right before our grand entrance I found out the set up of the reception had put a sweet heart table instead of a head table...Ian literally took care of it within 5 minutes. He even made sure the bridal party had water throughout the night. AND THEN! as a DJ, Ian was incredible. Mixing songs, ensuring the party was lively - the dance floor was never empty! I loved every moment of our reception, and a lot of that I have Ian to thank.

We chose Levity Events for our recent November wedding and it was truly one of the best vendor experiences we had! From start to finish our DJ Ryan Botts absolutely rocked it! Our venue was known for having some echoing due to the high ceilings, but there were no issues whatsoever with hearing the music and announcements. Ryan helped each event on our wedding timeline flow seamlessly through the planning process by giving helpful suggestions and making it tailored to us. There was even a portion in the night when we were going to make a birthday announcement to my cousin but the mic had walked off and after a brief pause, Ryan announced it for us to keep things flowing. Very much appreciated!!!! The uplighting was also so beautiful and added that little extra detailing to perfect the atmosphere. My husband and I both agree that we’ll be recommending friends and family to Levity Events for far into the future!

Amazing service! Their online planning portal was easy to use and definitely made choosing all the music needed for various parts of the evening way less stressful. Ian was super fun to work with and understood the vibes we wanted for each part of the wedding. On the day of he kept the party going and everyone enjoyed the music. Every time I mentioned to another vendor that I booked (and thus they would be working with) Levity, they were very happy, and now I see why! Our DJ, Joe M, had a long meeting with us a week before our wedding to iron out a lot of very specific details, and I think that’s what made the difference between just a good experience and a GREAT one. He approaches his work almost like science - he had a lot of thoughts about exactly when in the night he likes to play specific types of songs because of the effect he knows that they have on crowds. And I think he was spot on with all of them! I am so, so glad we went with Levity (and specifically Joe).

We had a long meeting before the wedding to establish the schedule, songs, dancing expectations, what we wanted him to do throughout the day to help make our wedding day the best day ever. When our wedding came around, Joe helped make sure we had everything going the way it needed to happen. The best part was the energy during the reception. The dance floor was busy from start to finish, but he still took his time to give us a private final dance to end the evening. We had a great time with DJ Joe and Levity, so we highly recommend them for your reception.

A piece of advice a pastor once told me about weddings. Make sure you don't skimp on your photographer and DJ. One captures all the memories with pictures, and one keeps the party going, and makes the night memorable. Ryan Botts at Levity Events made our night the MOST memorable, epic night we ever could have imagined!! He communicated with us throughout the planning process making sure we always knew the next steps. I never had to follow up because he was one step ahead of us. We could tell right away he had lots and lots of experience and gave us sound advice on our wedding timeline and song choices. Everything flowed effortlessly and perfectly. We had SO MUCH positive feedback on our entire evening, mostly because of Ryan. He knows how to read a crowd to keep the party going, as well as keep everything on schedule so all you have to do as a newly married couple is enjoy your family, friends and night together. Luke did a fantastic job at my daughter's wedding. He kept the guest dancing all night long. All the guest had so much fun. Luke did everything perfect from getting the speakers for the wedding set up then moving the speakers to the cocktail hour without anyone noticing or having any glitches. Thanks again for everything. Paige KILLED it! The dance floor is always our favorite part of a wedding, so we really wanted to make sure we had a fun dance vibe at ours. I know Paige personally, so I knew she was gonna be fun, but she truly exceeded our expectations. She was super easy to work with during the planning stages, and even met with us in person for our final prep meeting the week of our wedding. She was so organized and professional, got set up early, and was SUPER fun on the mic throughout the day. She made our outdoor ceremony sound great. And then for our indoor reception, she kept everything moving, leading us all from one thing to the next. She totally captured the vibe we wanted for the cocktail hour. During dinner, she made sure that everyone in the space could hear the speeches–and there was not a dry eye in the place! And then, during the speeches, our friend planned a surprise dance that involved not only the whole bridal party, but also most of the guests…! and Paige kept it totally a secret!!! My wife and I had NO idea! Paige totally made it happen. And then, during the dancing portion, she really followed our ideas and made the dance floor totally bumping. We had friends who quite literally NEVER left the dance floor! There was a two-layer conga line, there was the Wobble, there was an alternative section, there was a whole section of the night of just Queer anthems! We asked her to do some transitions between songs to keep the vibes flowing and Paige did a great job with that too. She made the dance floor so fun for our guests and she did a great job of checking in with us and following our lead. ABSOLUTELY would recommend Paige and Levity Events!

Ian was amazing to have as our DJ! He was very flexible with our evening. He was super easy to work with and made our night run so smoothly from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to dinner & the reception & even the bouquet toss and garter toss. We recommend him to anybody getting married!

We hired Levity Weddings & Events to DJ our ceremony + reception on March 18th who sent out Ian Lang which of whom did an amazing job from ceremony lineup, to dancing music and all the way down to making sure everything got completed within a timely manner and in the order I requested! He went above and beyond. I will recommend him over and over again.

Luke was our DJ and absolutely killed it. Dance floor was packed all night. He played the best songs!! So thankful that we booked Levity!

Overall, I would say I am happy with our experience. The dance floor was popping and our DJ was on queue with all of the announcements that needed to be made throughout the night. He was fun and upbeat, and I enjoyed getting to know him at our pre-wedding meeting. Even when I had an odd song request, he found exactly what I wanted and played it at the perfect time. He brought some fun ideas that our guests loved! Our guests did keep complaining about the music being too loud (like, so loud they couldn't hold conversations on the other side of the venue) but it didn’t seem to ever get turned down when they asked. However, I was super busy during 99% of the evening, so I wasn’t involved with that or know what was said about the issue. The wrong version of the song was also played when I walked down the aisle, but it isn't a huge deal to me. (I requested/assigned the regular version, but only the instrumental was played.)

Joe did a great job sticking to a tight timeline and dealing with last-minute changes as the night went on. He really kept us on track during dinner, which allowed us to have the maximum possible amount of dancing time! Our guests loved the mix of classics, 2000s hits and current music. Everyone stayed on the dance floor through the last song!

Joe was an incredible DJ from the beginning of the planning process through the night of the wedding. He was great at communicating with us leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was ready to go and we got several compliments throughout the night about how great the music was! 100% would recommend Joe for anyone needing a wedding DJ

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Levity was so helpful throughout the whole planning process and the day of. Ian was our DJ for the night and he killed it with the music!! He announced everything we asked him to and was so great. Our guests stayed on the dance floor until the very end of the night. We have received so many compliments on our music and how much fun everyone had. Ian was very personable and checked in with us several times throughout the night to ensure we were happy with everything so far. We also rented the cold sparklers and 100% worth it. We don't have our photos back yet, but I just know they will be great! We used the cold sparklers during the grand entrance as well, and people loved them! I could not recommend a better DJ. Music was high on our list of importance when we were picking vendors. Levity fit the bill perfectly. They were great at setting up a package that worked for us, and matched us with Joe! Joe was awesome. He was totally willing to support us virtually leading up to the event because we live out of town. He was so great at hearing what we did and did not want on our day. He was so professional and kept our guests on the dance floor. Since then we have attended a number of weddings wishing that Joe was the DJ. We also used their photobooth which was awesome! It was so professional and easy to use. Our guests LOVED it.

Ryan listened and respected every question and decision we made for our wedding. He offered advice while not being pushy, and was a blast to work with. His DJ skills and MC abilities are too notch and any wedding/party/reception would be lucky to book him and Levity!

DJ Paige and the rest of the Levity team did a phenomenal job for our special day. They have a variety stage options at affordable prices. The software system to select specific songs and gene types for the day was also extremely easy. DJ Paige did a great job of communication leading up to the day and did a great job listening to what vibe we wanted to provide to our guests. Night of she brought the party and kept the vibes flowing all night. I had multiple guests comment it was one of the best wedding DJs they had ever experienced. Would highly recommend!

Joe from Levity events was our DJ for our wedding on 11/5/2022. We met with Joe the week of our wedding, he was on time for the meeting and was very concise with getting detailed ironed out for our wedding. Levity did a great job of matching us with Joe based off what music we wanted at our reception. Joe was timely in getting to the venue and worked with our venue to get two sound systems set up. The music was spot on the entire night, from pre-ceremony, to ceremony, after the ceremony, reception, and the dance floor. Announcements, introductions, and everything between was perfect. The dance floor was electric and Joe absolutely nailed it. I may be biased but this was for sure the best dance floor EVER at a wedding we’ve been to. Would recommend Joe and Levity as your DJ if you want a party!!!

They have a very useful database that allows you to pick out songs easily and fill out forms that allows the DJ to communicate effectively with the other vendors. We had Langston DJ our wedding, and he was AMAZING. We met with him a few days before our wedding and I could tell that he was really passionate about what he does, and he was easy to work with. At the event (and because of the different way Levity does some of their events such as table dismissal and anniversary dance) people were engaged all night and on the dancefloor right up until the end of the night.
