I had the privilege of working with Lia as our wedding planner 3 months into the planning process and our exceptional day of coordinator Kima. I couldn't be happier with the incredible job they did in making our special day absolutely perfect. Lia was not just a planner but also a confidant and a creative visionary. They took the time to understand our vision, preferences, and priorities, and then turned them into a beautifully executed reality. Their meticulous attention to detail and commitment to making our wedding day a reflection of us as a couple was truly remarkable. Throughout the entire planning process, Lia was organized, responsive, and a great problem solver. They expertly coordinated with vendors, ensuring that everything ran smoothly, and that no detail was overlooked. On the wedding day itself, our coordinator Kima was awesome! She was the perfect blend of always being there when I need her, and making things run smoothly in the shadows. I never had a stressful moment and she was so fantastic. She was also a blast herself and kept the vibes afloat. I cannot express how grateful we are for Lia and Kima's hard work, dedication, and creativity. Please hire them for your next event!!

Lia is fabulous to work with! Over the 9 months leading up to our wedding, Lia helped us through some of the biggest decisions around design, flow of the day, etc., that made our wedding the dream come true that it was. Her design board made it easy for us to narrow down what we loved, and she was so collaborative - guiding us to create our own vision and then bringing it to life through her creative expertise. But the real show-stopper was the actual day-of coordination. Lia was an absolute life-saver, and I am 100% certain that our day wouldn't have been as perfect without her there at the helm making sure that every moment went as planned (and putting out a fire or two that my husband and I never even knew about). She made it possible for us to focus simply on having the best day of our lives, and we are so grateful.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lia and her team. Lia was the first vendor we hired about a year and a half before our wedding, for month of coordination. I knew from our initial phone call that we needed her on our team. Right away, she was a partner in the planning process. I had a few questions early on about when to book certain things, reasonable price ranges, etc. She always answered promptly and in all her answers it was clear how much knowledge she has for wedding planning. The weeks leading up to the wedding, we created a timeline together, she coordinated the timeline and details with all of our vendors, and had an organized spreadsheet so I knew who she had communicated with. About a month before our wedding, Lia and one of her teammates, Ieva, came to our final walkthrough. They were so prepared, and gave their recommendations when my husband and I couldn’t make up our minds. Ieva was the lead coordinator for our wedding, assisted by Emily. They were both amazing. Ieva ran our rehearsal the night before, and everyone knew where to be and what to do. She instantly connected with everyone, and by the end of the day felt like a friend to us. I am a very type A, detail oriented person, and often throughout the wedding day I would think of something that needs to be done (i.e. give the rings to the best man, or ask someone to clean something up at the end of the night). Every time, Ieva was 10 steps ahead of me and had already done it (and I’m sure 20 other things that I hadn’t even thought of). The day was absolutely perfect and everything ran soo smoothly- in large part due to her attention to detail and leadership. Emily was also amazing- setting up all of our escort cards beautifully, making sure the guys were ready on time, signing for flowers, and so much more! I cannot recommend this team more!! Best decision I made in wedding planning.

I’d give Lia 10 stars if it was an option. She’s amazing at what she does and takes the stress out of wedding planning. My wife and I tend to struggle with decision making, so having Lia was a true blessing! She guided us from start to finish and provided extremely helpful and honest advice/feedback, which I appreciated given neither my wife or I had ever done this before. She did all the heavily lifting, the only thing we had to do on our wedding day was celebrate the occasion with our family and friends. Lia is the best wedding planner in New England, hands down. Saying we wouldn't have been able to get through our wedding without Lia is an understatement. Not only is Lia incredibly easy to work with, she is also kind, poised under pressure and absolutely knows the wedding industry like the back of her hand. We had multiple hiccups on our wedding day - none of which Lia created, but all of which Lia resolved. She made everything go off without a hitch, which was no easy feat. We were SO happy that we hired Lia!! We had a very DIY venue and also lived out of state, so we hired her for month-of coordination, rental coordination, and design. We absolutely could not have done this without her! She managed rentals of everything from glassware to chairs and tents, seamlessly worked with all of our many vendors, and created a beautiful and stress-free wedding. She was very accessible and completely brought our vision to life. The DIY nature of the venue probably made this more work than a typical wedding, but she handled it all smoothly and without a complaint. We would hire her again in a heartbeat! Thank you Lia!!

As young working professionals who are not local to the Northeast, we relied on Lia to support us during this very special time in our lives and we could not have done it without her! I had a vision for our wedding: a fresh color palette of dusty blue & sage green, that felt cozy in the quaint New England town where we said “I do”. Lia added beautiful draping & lounge furniture to our cocktail hour where guests relaxed and enjoyed sipping our signature drinks. She worked with the best vendors to collaborate on a custom 3-piece seating chart, custom linens, and a meticulously planned floral design. Throughout the planning process, I had scheduled calls with Lia regularly and after each meeting, I felt even more confident and excited about every detail! Even in areas where I felt unsure, like my first makeup trial that didn’t feel quite like “me”, Lia assured me that the right fit for me was out there and I could not have been happier with all her recommendations! Her experience in large scale events like ours was obvious and putting our trust in Lia kept us at ease during the entire planning process and our wedding day! She is the best of the best.

We can’t thank Lia enough for all of her help leading up to and on our wedding day! Everyone needs a Lia in their (wedding planning) lives. I wish I could give her and her team 10 stars. From start to finish Lia made the entire wedding planning process seamless and most importantly, FUN. She has impeccable taste, is detail oriented, and knew the exact aesthetic I wanted at our wedding just from a few saved pictures on Pinterest. On my wedding day, Kima was there and we were blown away by how efficient and helpful she was. I genuinely cannot imagine planning a wedding without Lia and Kima by your side. I wanted to give a heart warming thank you to Lia and her team! From the start of the planning process to their execution on our wedding day, Lia went above and beyond to ensure our tented, Seacoast wedding was exactly what we envisioned! Lia listened to what was important to us and incorporated personal details that did not go unnoticed: my husband’s love for golf, my love for guest hospitality, and design elements like frosted glass signage and heirloom matte china that looked and felt like it was graced by the salt of the sea. On our wedding day, Lia had a team that ensured we were taken care of while we were getting ready and taking photos. From pinning on the boutonnieres, sewing on popped buttons, and running our timeline with the photographer. I was really “wowed” at Lia’s commitment to my needs when a family heirloom earring was lost during photos and her team went out and bought a metal detector to help find it! Her service is unmatched and I can’t thank her enough! Highly recommended!!!

We found Lia early in our planning process, in January 2021 for our June 2022 wedding. I knew I couldn't handle planning all the details / juggling all the emails / sifting through a million vendors while finishing my PhD program, so we chose Lia's full-service option. Every time we met with her, our wedding became realer and more exciting - seeing her 10+ page vision board brought it to life and helped guide our decisions. Our budget was a bit tight, and Lia consistently found vendor options who would were true to our vision and still within our reach. (Seriously...the florist she found, Grace Flora Studio, was breathtaking, wild, and lush, and I hadn't been able to find her through my cursory googles.) We never felt like we were being steered into a certain version of what a wedding should be; instead, Lia listened and really HEARD us when we talked about the kind of union we wanted, from gender-neutral language and crews to a jam band for the cocktail hour. I've been telling all my friends in the Northeast that they NEED a wedding planner like Lia to keep from drowning in emails, suffering from decision fatigue, and getting overwhelmed. Lia even custom-built our champagne walls which worked as the focal point of our reception. I always felt confident and supported with Lia on our side, and when the week of the wedding came, things were a breeze and we could just spend time with our family and friends. Lia, we can’t thank you enough for your steady presence, joy, and expertise throughout the process. You're basically the human version of a bottle of champagne. :)

Lia was amazing to work with for our wedding. She handled all of the details from start to finish, making wedding planning essentially stress-free for me. She really encapsulated our vision. I found her to be most helpful with keeping a timeline in the planning--she told me when something was happening and always gave me great options for decisions. She was also wonderful with keeping our budget and even negotiated with vendors to keep prices down. Lia also has a wonderful personality and just a really fun and delightful person. When my wife was looking for wedding planners, she said “I just want to find someone that I enjoy talking to, understands my vision, and doesn’t try to push things on me” – and that was Lia Bee. It was a pleasure working with Lia in the months leading up to our wedding. She was organized and on top of everything. She had a perfect timeline/roadmap of things we needed to accomplish and helped us stay on track. We talked budgets and vendor price ranges and she delivered. She never pushed any vendor on us and made sure to stay within our comfort zone in terms of finances (I’ve read that some planners have preferred vendors that they make you use – yikes). People always talk about how stressed they are leading up to their wedding…I’m thankful I never had to experience that. **Quick side story from our wedding that I’ll never forget – We took pictures outside in the Boston Garden and my wife’s wedding dress got filthy. Lia had a Day of Wedding assistant with her who spent 30 minutes on her hands and knees scrubbing my wife’s wedding dress before she walked down the aisle. And that’s the level of care you can expect when you hire Lia !! Organization (Google Drive), Budget Planning, Vendor Screening, Vision Boards – she does it all. Text, email, phone calls, Zooms, and FaceTime – she was always available. We are truly thankful for Lia and all that she did to turn our initial wedding thoughts and ideas into reality. It was the best day of our lives.

If you are getting married in or around Boston, we cannot recommend Lia highly enough. She was organized, kept us on track through the planning process, and was in command throughout the wedding day. She started the process with a beautiful vision board based on our conversaions and then brought them to life working with other vendors. I cannot imagine navigating putting together a wedding without her.

I simply could not have gotten though the day with out Lia. My wedding was off site with a guest list of 250+ people. Lia handeled EVERYTHING! From busses, to vendors, to guest etc... Most importantly she gave me piece of mind and allowed me to be a guest at my own wedding. I truly did not have to stress about one thing on my big day. She was a bud part of our EPIC wedding.

I had Kima from Lia Bee Weddings for day-of coordination for my wedding and it was easily the best decision we made for our wedding! Kima has exceptional attention to detail. She took care of setup, timelines, vendor intake at the wedding, and making sure that the event ran smoothly. She was AMAZING. My husband and I, and several family members, were all so impressed by her. Early on Kima asked me how I wanted to feel on my wedding day and I said “relaxed.” She made that happen for my husband and I with all of her behind the scenes work and that’s something that I will never forget. Having a day-of coordinator is so important for a wedding. I highly recommend having Kima and Lia Bee Weddings if you’re looking for day of-coordination!

Hiring Lia was one of the best decisions we made throughout wedding planning. Lia was so easy to talk with and always quickly answered my million emails and texts. She was so informative and able to quickly solve any issues before they were noticed by myself or my husband. Lia Bee Weddings is the best! After having to postpone twice, I was over wedding planning and decided to hire a day of coordinator, and I am so happy that I did! Lia was so kind and helpful and set us up with Kima as our day-of coordinator. Kima was amazing! We met a couple of times before the wedding for a venue walk through and to review all of the details. Kima created a timeline for us, and really made sure that we stayed on track during the day. She was in contact with all of our vendors to make sure everyone knew where to be and when. Everything was perfect and ran so smoothly thanks to Kima. We truly did not need to worry about anything. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, it is SO worth it! Both Lia and Kima are so nice, easy to work with, and on top of it. Highly, highly recommend this amazing team!

Lia and her team made our wedding dreams come true!! We had our wedding at a private space, which had never hosted a wedding before! She and her staff handled the logistics (and some unforeseen issues day of) with ease. I can truly say without Lia there, our wedding would have been chaos. Not only is she professional and organized..she is kind, funny, and has a calming demeanor...which is just the type of presence every bride needs on her wedding day. Hiring Lia and her team was hands down the best decision we made along our wedding planning process. Lia provided us with day-of coordination services that started a few months out with a site visit and virtual check-ins, a day before walkthrough, and day-after pick-up services. It was clear from the start that Lia's intention was to make our plans come to life while allowing myself (the bride) and my family having to enjoy the day without worrying about any of the details! We had a 200 person wedding at our home with many "DIY" elements, so it was certainly a feat. Lia made it all happen seamlessly, with a smile on her face. Her composure and can-do attitude were a breath of fresh air along the whole process. She was kind, flexible, encouraging, and happy to work with all of our vendors. She handled all of the details big and small, many of them we didn't even think about! Our wedding date on 8/21/21 was sandwiched between a tropical storm and a hurricane that forced us to dismantle our tent and all of the decorations before 8AM the next day. Lia pulled together a team at the last minute to help us make this happen! I was able to soak up every second of our wedding day and it is thanks to the work of Lia and her team. She is absolutely amazing. Simply put, if you are looking for a coordinator and Lia is available, book her! It is the best decision you will make. Thank you Lia, you are a rockstar!!

We hired Lia to be our day of coordinator and she made the wedding go off without a hitch! She first met with us a bit more than a month out, and she outlined everything that we needed to organize before the day, and she created a timeline for the day. I really liked her a-la-carte options: we knew if we ended up needing a bit of wedding planning from her, we could get some. In the weeks leading up to the wedding Lia made sure all the vendors were on the same page, and when a vendor dropped out at the last minute, she was able to suggest a replacement. Day of, Lia was a joy to work with. She was fun, and organized and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything. It started raining in the middle of my wedding and Lia worked with the venue to move all the tables indoors and recreate the seating chart in the new space, it worked beautifully and I didn't have to worry about it. I would highly reccomend Lia as a day of coordinator!

Lia was a dream come true. Although I was having a very intimate wedding of only 15 people and have been an event manager in my past life, I knew from experience that on the day of our wedding, I didn't want to take on the stress of being a point of contact on the day that we were walking down the aisle. Since we held our wedding at a vacation rental, even for a small wedding, there were a lot of moving parts, and there is no way we would have pulled such a gorgeous day off without Lia. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, and we could not be happier. Lia goes above and beyond to connect with vendors ahead of time, schedules time to go over the flow of the event, and additionally, has such an amazing eye for aesthetics - I had no doubt that she would make everything look beautiful, as she's got very high standards and truly knows how to make a wedding venue look perfect. Lia's calm nature and go-getter attitude was very comforting, knowing that I had nothing to worry about on the big day. We had such a beautiful time, all of my vendors loved her, and I will recommend hiring Lia Bee Wedding to anyone who wants to be treated like they are her only client, even though she has many! Lia provided a fantastic service for our wedding day and in the run up to it. She was very responsive to all of our communication and was even able to help wrangle unruly venue management. Her organization was excellent, she was always on top of the tasks as well as the specific details that needed extra attention. On the day she kept everything moving and it all went extremely smoothly. We would absolutely recommend Lia to anyone and everyone!

The only good thing that came of COVID-19 was having Lia assist Joe and I facilitate the most beautiful backyard wedding! Our big wedding plans for May 9th were put on halt when life changed as we knew it due to the pandemic. When all of our plans were cancelled, we decided to carry on with getting married this year and having a micro-wedding with the people closest to us in none other than my parents backyard. When we finally settled on this smaller scaled plan versus our originally planned 150 guest list at a full-scale venue, I decided to ”treat” myself to Lia and have an extra set of eyes, ears, design and all around wedding mastery to make it magical. Lia helped us bring our “old wedding plan” to fruition in my parents' backyard. I cannot express how helpful it was to have Lia’s help the weeks before and day of. From picking up and delivering sandwiches to my husband and his groomsmen as they were getting ready (and helping to keep the hotel room clean) to creating the most beautiful tablescape and so much more! Might I add Lia was in her third trimester and it was a hot, humid August day (not to mention wearing a mask!). None of that stopped her from making my backyard wedding dreams come true! Lia was an amazing communicator, facilitator and general just awsome personand full of energy and love! She was full of great ideas when trying to have a wedding during these trying times. She eased stress and brought all of our ideas to life. If anyone is thinking about a micro wedding or big wedding, Lia is your girl, you will not be disappointed!

The best decision we made planning our wedding was hiring Lia Bancroft. As we reflect back on the day, we can’t imagine what we would have done without her. Her guidance, advice and help planning our big day made the whole process smoother and more enjoyable. From all the little details to the larger decisions, she was a constant resource and sounding board. Lia helped with timelines, decor and came up with unique ideas to make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be. When the weekend actually arrived, Lia went above and beyond! She dealt with all of our vendors to make sure they were timely and efficient and that everyone was where they were meant to be, at whatever time they were supposed to be, doing what they were supposed to be doing! We were able to fully enjoy our day because Lia did everything to ensure that from start to finish things went smoothly! She even attended to the small details like picking up coffees and food and dropping off gifts, getting each group on the trolley on time, making sure guests knew where and what time transportation was, helping vendors get where they needed to be and speaking with our priest when we were a little confused on some ceremony details but wouldn’t be able to talk to him ourselves before the ceremony began. There are a million things to do and think about when you’re planning a wedding. Lia allowed us to enjoy the process and the weekend of our wedding allowed us to think solely about getting married and enjoying ourselves which is the best gift we could have gotten. We greatly appreciate Lia’s hard work, calm demeanor, attentiveness and knowledge. It helped make our wedding absolutely memorable and thoroughly enjoyable! We love you Lia!! Thank you again!

Lia came highly recommended by a colleague who experienced Lia's thoroughness and professionalism first-hand during the planning of her sister's wedding. As soon as I reached out to Lia, she was energetic, responsive and always available to ask questions. She was also fairly priced for the services she offered. Lia was accommodating during the planning process, even driving to our home for our first in-person meeting. She was well-prepared and organized, which helped us focus our thoughts. She also provided some great recommendations and never made us feel like our visions were too big or impossible! Back when I started planning my wedding, I was feeling very overwhelmed. I happened to be telling a friend about my wedding stress, and fortunately, she pointed me in the direction of Lia. Can I just say, Lia has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end! She is always quick to respond, friendly, professional, understands and respects your wedding vision, and gives the best advice! Lia thought of things that I would have never thought to do myself! For example, I would have forgot to order breakfast and lunch catering for our wedding party while we were all getting ready on the day of the wedding. We would have been hungry/scrambling to order food the day of! Lia literally took all of my wedding stress away. It was so great to have her as a wedding consultant and day-of-wedding coordinator. Whenever anyone asked, "are you stressed?" I responded "No, I have Lia". In the beginning, we shared a pinterest board and she made my pinterest dream wedding a complete reality (and at an affordable cost!). When I first walked into my venue and saw it for the first time, I was in shock. All of my pinterest dreams came true and Lia made sure of that. She literally found someone to create the exact invitation I had pinned online! She also shopped for all of the decor and delivered it right to the venue for me and made sure it was packed up at the end of the night. She also handed out my tips to vendors and ensured our gifts got back to our hotel room safely. I trusted her so much that I let her pick out our personalized napkins, matches, bathroom baskets, and make our welcome bags (another huge stress relief for me). She was also an angel on the day of the wedding. My maid of honor jokes that Lia made her job "a piece of wedding cake." During the last week of wedding planning, all of your vendors want to talk to you and make a timeline..super stressful, right? Not when you have Lia, who coordinates professionally with all your vendors and sends you the finished timeline to follow and also another one to send to your bridal party. All you have to do is show up! Seriously, if you are considering hiring Lia, just do it! You won't regret it and you will have the dream wedding you deserve :)

Best hire of the wedding!! We had a very DIY wedding, and were planning to rely on our generous family and friends to manage setup and the like. Thank god we realized that we needed help in time to bring in Lia and her team. Lia got up to speed on our wedding plans extremely quickly and became our primary point of contact, liaising with our vendors, managing timelines, helping to ensure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and (almost magically) bringing to life the vision we had for our wedding without either of us having to be involved in the preparations on our wedding day. She led our rehearsal and went above and beyond by staying on site during the evening before the wedding to help us move tables from one part of the venue to another in the bed of a pickup truck. It was an immense stress-reliever to have someone so detailed and calm on site during the final countdown. When new obstacles popped up, we didn’t have to worry because we knew she would come up with a solution. And when the weather (in direct contradiction to the forecast) took a turn for the worse an hour before our outdoor, uncovered ceremony, she was ready—spreading the news to all our guests that we were adjusting the ceremony start time, helping move folks under cover, and making it all look like part of the plan. A wedding has a million moving parts and opportunities for things to go wrong. We’re incredibly grateful that Lia was there to manage them all. We couldn’t have done it without her.
