I gave a 4 because we had not heard from our assigned photographer or videographer until about a week before the wedding. I would have liked to start communication with the photographer and videographer about a month out from the wedding instead of the week before. · Professionalism: 5 - Both Brian and Rob were extremely professional and helped keep us on schedule as best as possible. Any schedule mishaps were most likely due to my unreasonable timeline expectations. Brian and Rob were both great to work with and handled all of my demanding asks like champs. They captured our day very candidly, as we asked. · Value: 4 - Overall, the price we paid for the services vs the content we received was very positive and would recommend Life Gallery Studio to other couples. Comments: I did feel a bit blindsided by the fact that we did not get to choose our photographer and videographer. In my initial meeting with Scott, I was informed that we would get to choose these individuals. Instead, we filled out a survey to indicate our photography style preference to Life Gallery, and from there, our photographer and videographer were assigned to us based on our responses. I do not consider this as us choosing our photographer and videographer. I recommend being more honest about the photographer and videographer assigning process with future clients.
