My wife and I celebrated our amazing wedding weekend a little over a month ago and we owe Alison a HUGE thank you for turning our dream wedding into a reality. We initially chose Alison as our wedding planner because she immediately understood us as a couple and our vision for our wedding. We came into the process knowing very little, besides that we knew we wanted a destination wedding that our guests would actually be excited to attend. We came in pretty unfamiliar going into wedding planning, but Alison took time (lots of it) to educate us on the entire process, including working with our goals and expectations as well as what we wanted for our guests. Alison helped us find our perfect wedding location, which is now our favorite place in the world - Mayakoba, Mexico! Alison was thorough, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about every step of the planning process. She always made time to speak with us and never rushed us off any calls. She coordinated with vendors in the US and in Mexico, while working with an incredibly difficult event planner at our resort/venue. Alison was able to advise us on things regarding customs, international shipping, insurance, ect. Alison was always very easy to talk to and always reassured us when we became frustrated or overwhelmed at times with all of the details. She also went above and beyond during 2 site visits and throughout our entire wedding weekend. Also, Alison was great with answering all of our parents' questions during the weekend, so we didn't have to (thank you again for that!) Overall, our experience with Alison was really great. She is a very talented and compassionate person and wedding planner and EXTREMELY patient - she was working with 2 brides at the same time and was always very positive and supportive, which is not always the easiest thing to do :) Alison, thank you again for helping us create such an unforgettable wedding weekend celebration!! We hired Alison for full service wedding planning for our May 2025 wedding. Her experience, reliability, thoughtfulness, and diligence made the process as easy as it could have been, and resulted in the best day ever for both of us. Both my husband and I are type B people with busy work lives, and hiring Alison was the best choice we possibly could have made for the entire wedding process. She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful with her recommendations, and she listened to all of our opinions, budget, and wish list items in order to curate the most amazing list of vendor options for our day. We couldn't be more happy with the teams that she sourced – from florals, to videography, to her overall vision of what the details would look like, Alison thought of it all (and more) and made it all happen.
Alison's knack for quick problem-solving and coordination resulted in a wedding day that was literally perfect. She thought of every detail, organized all of the chaos, and came prepared with the most incredible team day of. She puts so much heart and effort into her events, and it was so evident by the way that our guests raved about every single thing throughout the wedding.
One skill in particular that she has is to create the perfect vision for the day, and execute it flawlessly. From our discussions and my scattered Pinterest boards, Alison created an event that was more than I ever could have dreamed of. Every single detail was beautiful, thoughtful, and executed well. From the comprehensiveness and detail in her design deck and her ability to fully bring it to life, to vendors or elements that we were unsure about (if we were going to have a videographer, which florist to choose, what escort cards should even look like, etc.) she provided options that exceeded my expectations while still being conscious of budget.
Despite a few hiccups during the day that were totally out of her control, Alison and her team truly went above and beyond to manage everything and ensure that any issue was solved. Our linens arrived wrinkled, and Alison and her team spent the morning ironing them and making sure everything looked beautiful. I left my lip gloss ~somewhere~ in my hotel room in my luggage and wanted it for pictures, and her assistant found it and brought it to me instantly. These were just some of the small details that could have easily been not so ideal due to outside factors, but Alison stayed on top of them and was able to solve everything.
Alison saved our sanity and provided such a steady voice of reason throughout something that is usually incredibly stressful for most people. We were able to enjoy every single second of our wedding with no stress and just be fully in the moment, which is something that I didn't think was possible. We love you Alison, thank you so much for everything!!!
Alison was personable, professional and kind from the first message she sent me. We ultimately decided we couldn’t move forward with a destination wedding and so we’re not able to have Alison as our planner which was one of the hardest parts of deciding not to go to Hawaii. She was thorough and helped us so much to understand the costs of everything involved in a wedding in Hawaii. Her work speaks for itself and her time with us was greatly appreciated!
My husband and I spent almost two years working with Alison since we had a longer engagement and we would absolutely recommend her. We wanted a wedding that represented both of our cultures, Mexican & Haitian, with personal touches and she helped us achieve that with ideas and wonderful vendor recommendations. Even when there were a couple of things that didn’t go according to plan during the wedding weekend, Alison was on top of it and I was barely aware of anything going wrong. Alison was me and my husbands partial planner for our October 2022 wedding in NYC. We started working at a very early timeframe which gave us the opportunity to plan slowly. Alison's knowledge and expertise in the industry is incredible and she is focused on what you need to make sure you have the wedding you dreamed about. The Lifestyle Maven team made sure that our wedding day was flawless and truly swept us off our feet. Our sole focus was on enjoying the moment.
My husband and I worked with Alison for our May 2022 wedding, and we needed help a) filling some key vendor blanks, and b) coordinating our multi-day, 300 guest celebration. We spoke with a few vendors, and we felt like Alison best understood our needs and our tastes. We were aiming for an outside the box wedding, and Alison and her team made it all happen. Alison helped us find amazing vendors that perfectly suited our needs, like our videographers and our floral team, and worked beautifully with the vendors we already had on board. All in all, our wedding celebration spanned three days and involved over 50 vendors. Alison and her team did everything they could to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch, from setting up everything in our plan B indoor space when rain was forecasted the day of our planned outdoor wedding, to bringing drinks to our room to help calm my nerves. If you need a planner for a large event, or need a planner to help you pull off your unique vision, Alison's your person.
We worked with Alison for our 2022 wedding at Sandspoint Preserve in Long Island. Our original wedding was postponed from October 2021 which meant that ultimately, we had the pleasure of working with Alison for over 1.5 years. The entire time, we were remote from our wedding location (first from London, and then SF) and Alison flawlessly handled all the location-based logistics for us, including site visits, which made it possible for us to organize our wedding with only two in-person visits. Alison is super organized, conscientious and more than anything, just a total pleasure to work with. She genuinely cared about us as both people and clients and that came through in all her interactions. We also were just so incredibly thrilled by the final result - she has impeccable taste and recommended to us a world class roster of vendors, from our florist to the DJ to photographer which resulted in an amazing dream wedding which many of our guests swore was one of the most beautiful they had ever attended. While some couples enjoy wedding planning, it certainly was not our favourite process but Alison made it as seamless and easy as possible and ultimately, gave us the wedding of our dreams. If you're looking for a wedding planner who's fun to work with, well organized, and most importantly (for us) has incredible design sensibility, Alison is the planner for you!
We worked with Alison in 2018 as our planner for a 3-day wedding at a luxury resort in upstate New York. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly patient with me, our crazy families, and the many traditions we wanted to incorporate from both of our cultures (India and Australia). Perhaps most importantly, she was the diplomatic, professional, and always positive liaison I needed between myself and all the other vendors.
She also helped me with two particularly tough vendors -- as most brides know, every wedding has its characters. In our case, right off the bat, the venue was, let's say 'smug', and not particularly kind to me, a POC bride who didn't fit their "usual" stereotype of a client. They spoke to me as if I should be appreciative of the opportunity to have my wedding there -- and this was pre-pandemic. Alison calmed me down, dealt with all of their nonsense, and let me enjoy my wedding weekend without feeling frustrated. On the day before the wedding festivities started, our bus company transporting overseas guests without cars and our venue got into a Certificate of Insurance related argument that she smoothly solved without needing me to step in.
I also had an issue, much later after the wedding, with my photographer in terms of getting one of our contracted deliverables (he went incommunicado, a truly worst nightmare situation). She immediately sprang into action to help and to get him to finally respond to me after years(!) of me trying by myself.
I will forever appreciate how she did these things -- especially in light of the fact that these were the first two vendors I hired before hiring her! Another reason to trust Alison and her team's expertise and ability to help you choose the best vendors :)
We bought Alison's full-service planning package and were quite pleased. For each major decision (venue, photography, floral, catering, rentals, etc.), she offered a menu of options at different price points. In each category where we cared, we found an option we really loved. And where we didn't care, Alison had a strong enough read on our taste to guide us to a sensible choice. On a few occasions, we were tempted to cut corners, and when Alison pushed back (e.g. encouraging us to get an arch for the ceremony) we wound up extremely pleased with the results.
On the day of, Alison made sure things went really, really smoothly. The whole "feel like a guest at your own wedding thing" is a bit of a cliche, but it really was true for us.
I'd like to call out in particular that Alison absolutely nailed it with the venue. We had really idiosyncratic preferences, and she found a place that checked off all our boxes and was available at a discount because it was still under construction. It turned out far nicer than the architect's renderings when we'd figured it'd be the opposite, and it drew praise from a lot of guests. It was just incredibly photogenic.
The catering, recommended by Alison, was likewise universally praised -- the bao bun station during cocktail hour served bao as good as any you'll find in Chinatown. The caterer's desserts were also so varied and delicious that guests thought we'd intentionally skipped having a wedding cake. (We actually just forgot, and Alison to her credit correctly interpreted the absurdly decadent desserts we picked from the caterer as an adequate substitute for a cake.)
Alison was our event planner for our wedding last August. She was so helpful with balancing all of the standard wedding logistics, not to mention Covid protocols! My husband and I were planning our wedding from out of state, and Alison able to meet with our vendors in person and pass on the information to us, which was a great help.
We consider ourselves blessed to have Alison as our coordinator for our wedding in Hawaii. We really leaned on her expertise, such as meticulously combing through our vendor contracts to make sure everything was in order, and no items were missed. She also provided a lot of guidance with our timeline and completing a walkthrough of the site. She was able to help fill in any gaps and also gave great perspective of items we didn't think of. She truly goes the extra mile, for example, she was retrieving my husband phone that had his vows on it. She got hit by a rouge wave ( drenched head to toe), but still pushed through to deliver the phone & the rest of the night! She also stayed with me while I was locked out of the hotel gate on the beach. Although she didn't need to, she stayed to the end to make sure everything was taken care of.
Alison is a wonderful coordinator, and the success of our wedding was due to her expertise. If you are looking for someone professional, organized and fun, look no further.
Working with Alison, Marjorie, and the entire Lifestyle Maven team was the best thing to happen during the wedding process. From helping with the overall esthetic to being a soundboard, I never felt like I was overwhelmed with the planning process. Even when we encountered some obstacles (covid, external factors, etc.), Alison came prepared with solutions to ensure our event would be the best it could be - and it was! The day of, everything went beyond swimmingly - exceeded all of our expectations. I could not recommend Alison and her team enough!
It’s been almost a week since our wedding and we are still glowing on how wonderfully splendid the day was! Alison and her assistant Marjorie were INSTRUMENTAL in making this happen. We hired Alison on a custom package and she was a master in researching venues, recommending vendors, conducting site visits, and somehow incorporating our ideas to create an event that far surpassed our expectations (on top of navigating pandemic restrictions to boot).
I had to lobby my now husband to hire a planner since in Germany, where he’s from, planners are the purview of the ultra wealthy. But even he was impressed at how well everything turned out. Our guests raved about the thoughtful touches like Lebkuchen cookies that functioned as wedding favors/escorts, and of course the music and the food. Most importantly, Alison served as the point person for all issues on our wedding, which allowed my husband and I to simply focus on getting married and starting our lives together. Thanks again!
We are looking forward to our wedding and couldn't have gotten this far without Alison's help. Our big day was originally scheduled for Summer 2020 but due to COVID-19 we had to reschedule. Alison helped us secure all of our vendors and venue for the same date in Summer of 2021. We appreciate her close eye to detail and can't wait for our big day!

My husband was hesitant to work with a planner/coordinator (he thought it might not be worth the money), but this was one thing I insisted on. After the wedding, he admitted that this was one of the best decisions I/we made. Everything went so smoothly the entire day, which I attribute to Alison and her team. Alison was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process- she was organized, knowledgeable, and a calming force. There are so many little things that a bride and groom should not have to worry about, which is why I 100% recommend an amazing coordinator like Alison. Alison helped to plan my wedding a few weeks ago. I found Alison 2 months before my wedding and all the stars aligned and I was able to use her for my wedding day. Without her and her team my wedding wouldn't have been as fantastic as it was. Alison jumped right in and communicated with all of my vendors in the month before the wedding and made sure everything was perfect on the day. Alison and team went above and beyond, making sure the venue was setup perfectly, transporting bags for our bridal party to the venue, keeping me and my husband adequately hydrated :), and even bustling my dress!
Alison made sure to meet with me in person, have phone calls leading up to our wedding day, come to the rehearsal and knew more about the wedding than I did!I will miss working with her but hope I can work with her again in the future! Alison and her team are amazing! We live in Florida but had our wedding in NY and the only thing we had checked off our wedding planning list (before hiring Alison) was booking the venue. We had our first video call meeting with Alison and provided her with our vision (which was still a bit undecided) and she designed the wedding of our dreams! We couldn’t decide on certain colors and if we wanted it to be more of a romantic or rustic theme, but she was able to take our input and deliver us a beautiful ceremony and reception design. Every one of our family members and friends couldn’t stop complimenting us on how stunning everything turned out! We hired Alison for our vow renewal this past August in Brooklyn NY. Alison was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She thought of everything , was super organized and all while keeping her cool. She was also honest and kept me from choosing vendors/decor that would break my budget. All of our guests commented on how beautiful and well organized our event was and that is a reflection of Alison and her team. Only negative is that it's all over :(. Hire them , you won't regret it!
Alison planned and coordinated our beautiful wedding at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. She did the most amazing job understanding what we envisioned, executing and enhancing it. The flowers, decor, and accessories were absolutely perfect and the entire event went off without a hitch! Hiring Alison as our month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions while planning our wedding. The execution of our wedding was flawless due to her organization, ability to keep clam under pressure, and attention to detail. We can’t thank her enough for helping orchestrate our special day. From the Starbucks in the morning to carrying all of our personal items from the Foundry to our hotel room in the late hours of the night, I can say not a detail was missed on our wedding day. We recommend Alison highly as a wedding planner (or for any event, really)! We had a general vision of what we wanted for a wedding with very little interest in managing the details. Alison recommended an incredible venue and great vendors that helped to make the event run seamlessly. We were probably frustrating clients to work with and delegated more decisions to Alison than most clients. She has excellent taste and we are grateful for how she made our vague ideas come to life.
We can't recommend Alison highly enough. From our first phone consultation, she was welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable. Since we had two locations - one for ceremony and one for the reception, we were looking for a day-of coordinator to help with logistics to make sure our wedding day was relaxing and fun. We got so much more! For a month leading up to the day, Alison was communicative and available to us. She helped guide us to affordable vendors, encouraged personal touches, and made sure things went smoothly on the actual day. Though there were a few challenges, they were quickly resolved and we never stopped smiling. Alison worked closely with our venue and everything was set up beautifully, exactly to our vision, done so with care and thoughtfulness. This September my daughter and her fiancé were married in New York City at the Central Park Zoo. It was a wonderful, magical day! The wedding of their dreams became a reality largely due to the expertise and talent of Alison.
From the bridal party preparations, to the ceremony, to the marvelous reception at the Zoo, everything was perfection! Alison orchestrated every movement and detail from beginning to end inspiring confidence in all of us, and yet she did it with such finesse that everything felt seamless.
So many of our guests remarked on how happy they were to have been invited to such a unique, beautiful and well-coordinated wedding. One noted that not a detail was missed!

Hiring Alison and her team was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Alison planned and designed our wedding at the Central Park Zoo, which was absolutely beautiful and went flawlessly. Our guests raved about the design, especially all of the little details that Alison had suggested. Even random zoo-goers who were at the zoo during set-up commented on how beautiful the tent looked. The Central Park Zoo is a raw space venue and planning a wedding there involves a lot of moving parts and time, and my husband and I are both lawyers with very little extra time on our hands. Alison understood our vision from the beginning and gave awesome vendor and design suggestions that dramatically cut down the amount of time we needed to spend on planning the wedding. She also coordinated all of the details so that we could just focus on the bigger picture and enjoy our wedding. I actually was able to pull back from the planning process and fully enjoy our wedding day because I was beyond confident that Alison and her team had everything covered. We had our absolute dream wedding and it would not have been possible for us to make it happen without Alison. I will probably want to edit this review a million times as I think of more wonderful things to say about Alison, but for now I will just say that you should ABSOLUTELY hire her, she and her team are INCREDIBLE!! My husband & I stumbled upon Alison on the Knot just a few weeks after our engagement. After our first phone call together to then meeting her in person, I knew we had made the right decision. Alison planned our beautiful & romantic wedding at The Park Savoy. We are full-time nurses with inflexible schedules. Alison was accommodating, patient & kind. She is creative and innovative. Lifestyle Maven Events planned my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding which was held at Central Park Zoo. Alison was on top of every single moment the day and made sure every wedding detail was pure perfection. Thank you Alison!
Alison is awesome! She helped us design the most gorgeous wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. When my florist friend dropped out two months before the wedding she immediately came to the rescue with an awesome floral vendor that helped me realize a vision that exceeded all our expectations. Simply stunning. Same thing for my hair! When I was floundering at the very last minute over stylists, Alison swooped in and sent me straight to the most wonderful salon and they made a miracle of scheduling and styling happen and it all worked out beautifully. She knows the vendors and the business and how to get things done!
Alison pushed me in the right direction when I was reluctant with the little touches that made a big impact -- adding taller centerpieces (where I only wanted shorter), having printed menus, colored napkins, etc -- she has a great sense of what will look good and make for a smashing party and really led me towards amazing decisions all around.
Sometimes throughout the planning process I wished she would be responsive beyond weekdays 9-5. And I must say in general I often felt frustrated by the communication style.
But on the big day Alison was a wonderful calming presence. She immediately had a solution to the soot stain on my dress when I arrived at the venue! Her staff was very nice. She played an enormous role in giving me and my husband the most gorgeous wedding, and I felt pretty stress free, relaxed and beautiful. Lifestyle Maven did a wonderful job helping us to plan and execute our wedding. Having the help of an expert wedding planner alleviated a great deal of pressure on the day of the wedding, allowing us to enjoy ourselves. We highly recommend them!
I convinced my husband we needed a wedding planner due to our unpredictable and busy work schedules. I ultimately chose Alison after reading through NYC based planners on theknot.com and I liked the aesthetics after reviewing her website and I also liked that she had experience with a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony which I wanted to incorporate into my own reception.
Overall, she helped us plan the wedding reception we envisioned and made the planning much more manageable given our work hours. We kept telling her we would be low-key but the more ideas she gave us, the more preferences we had!
Alison and her team helped create a wonderful reception that several guests mentioned feeling like they were transported to another country and era and they forgot they were in NYC. While we had our own choice for band,DJ and photographer, Alison was responsible for the other vendors which were amazing (hair/makeup, caterer, cake!!, flowers, furniture). All of them were easy to work with and personable. Alison did a great job in setting up the appts with the vendors after finding out everyones' availability. If there was a suggestion or vendor that didn't fit my taste, you didn't feel uncomfortable saying no or letting Alison and her team know that wasn't what you wanted. (seems like a petty thing, but it IS important to know you don't feel pressured to do something you don't want).
More importantly, she handled the frustrations we had well. It is very hard for us to answer calls and email is sometimes not enough to figure out the finer details esp when time gets closer to the actual event date, so I always felt a day behind in making decisions and that lead to a series of frustrations. She handled them well and reminded me or offered solutions to try and take care of the issues if I didn't have time.
We had a couple of scheduling glitches on day of (ie. hired car broke down en route to pick us up), but she handled it and we only knew after it was rectified. In fact, we had a hotel issue at our block rate hotel, which I was set to ignore after checking out, but she actually notified the management about it after our wedding and the hotel contacted me after to get more information. I wasn't expecting this at all but it definitely helped me give feedback to the hotel for their improvement.
Overall, I would recommend Alison and her team to help create the wedding you want. We have great memories of our wedding day !!! Thank you to Alison and her team.
“You had the most amazing wedding”! I’ve heard it practically every day since last June when I got married and it wouldn’t have been possible without Alison. Although I did most of the planning myself, a wedding is truly a sum of its parts and all the parts were assembled by Alison. She recommended the majority of my vendors, who were all extraordinary. She also helped me decipher contracts and made suggestions to help me improve them or include things I didn’t think of. Her experience and connections were definitely integral and invaluable in making my perfect day come to life. It was also nice on the day of to not have to worry about much.
Alison was a LIFE SAVOR. I thought I had a handle on my wedding and truth be told- I did not. Alison recommended things that I didn't even know I wanted & needed. Looking back on my perfect two day Indian fusion wedding, all of the things that I loved were things Alison provided for us. My husband and I are very picky people, and Alison is a very tasteful and thoughtful planner. She was super patient, always gave multiple options, and really delivered. She has the best relationships with other vendors at very good prices, and will make your wedding everything you want and MORE!!
From the minute I got engaged I knew I wanted to hire a wedding planner to help Michael and I with our decor and the organization of the actual day of wedding. Alison and lifestyle Maven Events was the perfect place to look. Alison did such an amazing job recommending my florist, and other items i can’t thank her enough. Our day was so amazing it went off without a hitch . Justina was also amazing on the day of. She was very professional and made sure all the vendors set up and ran smoothly. They assured me I had nothing to worry about and that was 100% true.

Alison was a delight to work with. I'm a bit neurotic and didn't have a clear cut picture of what I wanted for the wedding. Alison assured us, she listened to what we had to say, and she was patient and kind. We hired her during the busiest season of the year (October) and she was available and attentive. Leading up to the wedding we had a lot of help from my bridesmaids as far as establishing a solid decorative direction which was pretty last minute and Alison and her team didn't blink twice in rolling with it. They set up our venue space (a working distillery) day of perfectly. The venue had to flip from ceremony to reception quickly and while guests were in the space and she and her team made this transition seamlessly. Trust me, you need someone to help remember all the little things and to run the show without you noticing! This is the best part of having a planner. She brought us food, made sure we ate, made sure we avoided get stuck talking to people we didn't want to for too long (this is key), and orchestrated the whole affair beautifully. We even got some time to take a moment together and look out into our wedding and it was really magical. Thanks so much for making every detail perfect and for working with our somewhat unorthodox wedding. I can't recommend Alison and her team more!
Day of Coordination
Alison and her team was great. From the pre-date meetings to the day of the wedding she was constantly asking me how she could help and had great ideas in problem solving some last minute changes. The whole thing came together better then we could have imagined! Highly recommend!
We are SO thankful to have found Alison for our month-of and day-of wedding coordination. I wasn't always sure that I was going to hire a month/day-of coordinator but I am SO thankful we did, and even more thankful we found Alison and her team. Alison was extremely valuable throughout the end of the planning process (we hired her for month-of and day-of coordination). Leading up to our wedding Alison made sure I wasn't overlooking anything (which I was!), had wonderful recommendations for last minute vendors, served as a sounding board for various ideas, answered all of my random last minute questions, and much more. Alison took the time to meet with me prior to the wedding, run our rehearsal dinner, and was also there for a long period of time on our wedding day. So many little issues came up the day of our wedding and Alison and her team handled them all seamlessly. They made sure my husband and I weren't worried about anything. I have nothing but fond memories of our day and it's largely because we hired Alison and her team. In addition, Alison is very kind and genuine. From the first time I met her It felt like she was a good friend. One example of how Alison goes above and beyond is that I had gotten mud on my feet while taking pictures (our wedding was at a botanical garden) and Alison offered for me to wipe them on her dress. That's the type of person Alison is-she'd do anything for her clients. Thank you, Alison and team for helping us out so much and making our day so special!
Words cannot express how grateful both my new hubby and I were with Alison's eye for detail, patience and professionalism. She blew my expectations for what a Month-of-Coordinator/Design Planner is charged to plan and execute, all while, keeping us sane and in check.
From the very beginning, I expressed my concerns relating to the quick turnaround from the wedding event before mine (an 11AM-5PM wedding) to me walking down the aisle at 6:30PM. Somehow, she was able to orchestrate all the moving parts with my vendors to make sure we stuck to our timeline without feeling rushed!
More importantly, Alison was able to keep me in check ( I am a big procrastinator), whenever I had to make decisions relating to wedding invitations, rentals, or even design elements!
Alison, you were a huge help and you truly allowed me to hand over the reins of my wedding day to you without a hitch!
These ladies are worth much more than five stars. Hiring them was the best decision we could have made for our raw space wedding. Alison, Alanna, and the rest of team gave me something truly priceless - the ability to actually enjoy my wedding. Alison was away during our actually wedding, but she helped plan and communicate everything - down to the minute across an array of vendors. Alanna was the lead on our day of and she NAILED it. She is calm, organized, and really knows her stuff. She helped managed problems as they came up - including a torrential downpour and uninvited guests, packed everything up for us at the end of the night, fixed my hair, packed us cake, SHE IS AMAZING I could go one forever. Annalise (hope I'm spelling correctly) was also there assisting and she is equally amazing. Anything you asked her for she just whipped out (most times, right out of her pocket). She kept us on time with everything and such a gem of a person. Hire these ladies - it will literally be the best (and reasonable) money spent on your wedding - even though their services are truly priceless.
Alison is truly amazing at her job! I work in theater so I'm used to "putting on a show", but as I got closer to the end of planning I realized I didn't have a stage manger to handle the actual day of production!
She kicked butt at it, she handles all situations with grace and solved problems that I didn't forsee! Her assistant even completely reworked floral pieces that came out terrible for my groomswomen, without worrying me and got them ready in time for photos!
She has superior organizational skills and great resources. We needed help loading in and out the space (very DIY wedding) and she organized it all, found the people, ran the call and made sure we got everything ready in time and out without being charged extra for staying to late past the event!
She met up with before the event and really made me feel assured that everything would turn out great, and she really did a phenomenal job at it!
