Jacqueline and her team are the absolute best. Extremely organized, highly professional, and also so kind! I could not have picked a better wedding planner. Jacqueline understood my vision, asked all the right questions, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I didn't have to think about a single detail all weekend which is exactly what I needed/wanted. Highly recommend her and her team for your event.
Jackie went above and beyond as our planner. What started as a normal wedding quickly became a logistical nightmare due to COVID. We changed our dates and all our contracts and Jackie helped us coordinate with all our vendors. She made sure our band and flowers and hotel venue were all good to go with the new date and everything. When it came down to the wedding week and day, she handled everything for us. Including changing our wedding ceremony location on the day of since it began raining ALL DAY! She set up a new location with the hotel without even bothering me, all I had to do was literally show up. Which is exactly what we needed! I ABSOLUTELY recommend Jackie. She is worth it, and YOUR sanity is worth it to trust her and not have to worry about anything except having fun and showing up to your wedding. Thank you again Jackie!!
I do not know where to begin with Jacqueline and Darryl. As the groom, my Involvement did not much exceed the food tasting and tux fitting. To be honest, I was pretty useless. However, as the groom, I absolutely did not have to endure a ‘bridezilla.’ Jacqueline and Darryl were the primary factors for this. Jacqueline was at every dress fitting, and the bridal shower. She helped form the strategic plan, but was on point with the smallest of details. The contacts they had for every imaginable service made planning a breeze. Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started.
For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check! In retrospect I would have paid triple what they charged for the quality of life and piece of mind leading up to the events, and for the smile on the face of my beautiful bride on the day of.

Ok, so I can not say enough how AWESOME! AMAZING! FABULOUS! It is to work with Jacqueline and Darryl. We had a destination wedding with many mini-events within the big event. The wedding was absolutely PERFECT! Every time I asked about a detail Jacqueline had it all taken care of already. I had no worries at all because they handled it all and we truly were able to be in the moment and enjoy the day. It was everything I pictured and more because of them.
If anyone is looking for a wedding coordinator who is attentive, compassionate, amazingly organized, and quick thinking, Jacqueline Vazquez of Lifetime Events by Jacqueline is the one to go to. During the entire planning process, Jacqueline's responsiveness, advice and expertise were second to none. She was extremely easy to work with, listened and truly cared about achieving our vision. She checked in with me throughout the entire process to ensure things were moving (kept me honest on my to dos!) and even just from an emotional support standpoint. She also provided great vendor referrals. Jacqueline and her team were professional and very helpful in keeping everything organized and on track leading up to the wedding day.
We couldn't be happier with everything and we are so grateful for everything Jacqueline and her team did to keep the day running smoothly, enabling us and our entire families to truly be present and enjoy our special day. My mother is a wedding planner, and as you can imagine, kept a critical eye on everything. She too loved and trusted Jacqueline and couldn't say enough good things about her services. While we were planning our wedding we realized that we needed someone to help us out, especially on the day of. Once we met Jacqueline and Darryl we knew we found the perfect people to help make our day run smooth and be a memorable one. She made every vision we had come to life and the day was flawless. They were detail oriented, responsible, on top of our vendors, very responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that our day was as special and as worry free as could be. Jacqueline was simply amazing, super sweet and instantly makes you feel comfortable. Even when things were getting crazy, she was always there with a calming email. Communication with her was great and she answered every question I had. We loved working with Jacqueline and her entire team. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Lifetime Events by Jacqueline was by far one of the best choices we made for our wedding day.
We wanted a day-of coordinator for our wedding and upon meeting Jacqueline and Darryl we instantly felt a great connection. To say that the entire team made our wedding day run flawlessly is an understatement; we wanted to enjoy our special day to the fullest and because of Lifetime by Jacqueline that was made possible. They were responsive, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, professional, responsible and on top of every one of our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. They went above and beyond and planned for things we would have never thought of to ensure if an issue came up, they would have solutions. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing and sweet Jacqueline is and how comfortable she makes you feel. My husband initially felt that there was no need to hire a coordinator and after the exceptional service Jacqueline and her team provided, he now says we definitely could not have done it without them. We were in the midst of wedding planning, invitations, dresses, hotel rooms…you name it. We were getting it done. As we began to think about our ceremony and talking about the details, my sister said “all of this is great, but who is going to queue the musicians when to start playing and the wedding party when to start coming down the aisle?” That simple question led us to consider hiring a day of wedding coordinator. After interviewing 3-4 people, we met Jacqueline. From the 1st sit down meeting we had with her, we were clear that she was the one for us. Of all the money we spent on our wedding, Jacqueline, Darryl, and her team was the best money we spent. Jacqueline did a lot more than day of coordinating. She confirmed with our vendors and because she had worked with all of our vendors before, she was able to handle all of the details and manage our day of timeline. We met with her 5-6 times before the wedding and she made sure that our wishes from the flowers to the food, the church, transportation for our guest, all worked together for a perfect day. She asked us at our 1st meeting what parts of our day were most important to us. We wanted our ceremony to be most memorable. Thanks to Jacqueline and Darryl, our out-of-town guests arrived from the hotel to the church on time, and our ceremony started promptly. Our trumpeter for the ceremony did not show, but sent a substitute who had not rehearsed with us. Jacqueline handled it like the professional she is. The substitute played beautifully and most importantly, neither of us knew of the problem or the substitution until the ceremony was over. The ceremony was beautiful, the church was decorated exactly the way we wanted, Jacqueline made sure that all the details and touches were exactly as we had described to her. She made sure that nothing disrupted our special day and worked behind the scene to make our ceremony flawless. While the day was perfect, the planning and meetings with Jacqueline was just plain fun. Because she had everything in hand, we could relax and enjoy the final month and days of planning and preparation for our wedding. We laughed, joked, and had lots of fun with Jacqueline and Darryl and on our wedding day we were grateful that we had chosen Jacqueline. We had great vendors and Jacqueline was the best of them all
I initially hired another wedding planner who took all my money and ran a month prior to my wedding. Luckily, I found Jackie through references and she was great. She is incredibly organized and very detail oriented. She went above and beyond on the day of my wedding. She dealt with difficult vendors and her staff moved chairs/tables and a lot of other things that weren't even in their contract but they were willing to do anything to make my event a success. I recommend Jackie highly and don't think anyone out there would regret hiring her.
