Chef Pam was very accommodating. I told her what our budget was and she suggested the pasta bar. We chose 3 different pastas. It came with salad and bread. EVERYONE complimented the food. She also provided a gluten free option. Plus, they bussed everything during the evening and at the end of the evening. Pam is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend The Lighthouse for your catering needs.

100% recommend Lighthouse Catering and Chef Pamela delicious cooking. I have attended multiple events that Lighthouse Catering served guest but most recently tried multiple entrees by Chef Pamela. The food and service left me wanting to attend more weddings that she caters just to name a few Cajun chicken pasta, flight of meatballs during cocktail hour, and my favorite shrimp and crawfish étouffée. The dishes are flavorful but not spicy just delicious. The staff were professional and very attentive will be using Lighthouse Catering for any event in the future!

Our special day would not have been perfect without Chef Pamela’s amazing food and our awesome Lighthouse Catering crew including Christy our lead! Everything was set beautifully and well thought out from the passed appetizers to the late night snack and everything in between. With our meal we choose smothered pork chops, mash potatoes, green beans with salad and bread. Beyond delicious- more please! Thank you for everything including all the calls and emails to make me feel at ease, Your services topped off our day to make it one we will always cherish.

Lighthouse Catering was phenomenal for our private event. Chef Pamela and her staff made sure every detail and every request was fulfilled for our event. The fajitas, cilantro rice, beans and all the sides were a huge hit with all of our guests! The green sauce was to die for and our guests were literally going back for seconds, thirds, and fourths, until every last drop was gone! Absolutely the BEST

Very disappointed with the service for my wedding. The entire time leading up to my wedding the communication with Brianne was awful. She took days or even a full week to respond to one email. She gave me misinformation multiple times within the 6 months of planning after I had sent my deposit to secure my date. When my wedding was closer I had confirmed my guest count along with specifying the need for vegan meals and kids meals. I reconfirmed my menu 4 days before my wedding only to be extremely disappointed the day of. Not only did my vegan guests have no food options available, there were also no kids meals. Along with this, two appetizers were completely missing from my cocktail hour. We had also paid for 2 late snacks to be served ( a pretzel bar and street corn bar). As the night went on I found out the pretzels had been served at the cocktail hour and my street corn bar never showed up. All of these things had already been paid for so as you can imagine I was very upset. How can half of my menu that was paid for weeks before and confirmed days prior be completely missing? I had a set menu months before so it's not like there had been any last minute additions. Since I was leaving the country for my honeymoon my sister offered to contact the company in order to get a refund on all of the items missing. Chef Pamela was very unapologetic with her until she sent her screen shots of my invoice which quickly made her change her tune. It took weeks for her to send me the money that she owed me back and has never tried to reach out to me to apologize for ruining my menu. I find that very unprofessional. The only redeeming quality is the my guests did enjoy their dinner. When you have a once in a lifetime event and pay so much you would expect more from a company that has so many great reviews. I would steer clear of this company so that you aren't disappointed in your wedding day catering.

The team at Lighthouse was absolutely fabulous for our wedding! We had cancelled our original caterer only two months prior to the wedding (due to extenuating circumstances) and Pamela and her team joyfully offered their services. The options we could choose from were amazing and they were so flexible in creating the perfect menu for our event. Our guests loved the popcorn (with hot Cheetos!), the pasta and taco stations and of course the late night snack of pretzels. Not only was the food delicious, but it was affordable! Thank you Lighthouse for going above and beyond for our wedding!!! You are the best!

Lighthouse Catering catered the wedding reception for my son & daughter-in-law. Italian was the theme selected. Appetizers were meatballs & whiskey pineapple chicken skewers (I think that’s what they are called). Dinner was as pasta bar of fettuccine chicken Alfredo, Cajun chicken, Tuscan chicken, veggies, salad & garlic bread. Everything was delicious!! All the guests enjoyed the food from start to finish!! About 100 guests were served, all ate plentiful & there were no leftovers. It was delicious!! Pam, the chef, was easy to work with & is a ‘boss’ at her skill!! I will use them again if I ever need a catering service. And, I recommend them to everyone!!

Catering arrived timely and the food was great (chicken tortellini and beef Marsala). Communication and punctuality were great. Guests had plenty to eat and we received many compliments!

I contacted Lighthouse Catering for my daughter’s engagement party. From the first inquiry to the event day, their team was incredibly responsive to my special requests for a particular menu theme and gave me advice on how the food would best be served. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I selected them over a charcuterie table vendor. Our guests raved about the food, and their quick drop off service an hour before the event took a lot of stress off my day-of timeline. I would absolutely call them again!

The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is so easy to work with. I have been to a couple of their events and they are top notch. Get the whipped feta dip, you won’t regret it!!

Everything was simply amazing from start to finish! The staff were very personable and very professional. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. The venue was absolutely stunning and everything flowed perfectly!

Chef Pamela was very professional from the tasting to the reception. Lines of communication were very clear and the food was absolutely delicious. When it came to affordability Chef Pamela really worked with us being that our initial venue canceled on us.

Pamela and Kelly were very helpful in answering my questions throughout the process. The food was delicious and everyone at the event was very complimentary towards their service. The only thing that wasn't totally excellent was communication time with Kelly. Sometimes it was up to a week before hearing back over email. Other than that, they did a fabulous job and it was a relief knowing that they would take care of everything for dinner.

Happy WIFE happy LIFE!!! I was placed in charge of seeking, scheduling and getting us to the tastings with each caterer for our reception dinner. Lighthouse Catering was the first to answer, schedule, and soonest available for a tasting. Everything looked and tasted good! When we decided to go with them, they were very attentive on specifics and followed up with us, up until our day. Any changes the wife made, they did with a smile and didn't seem to be a problem at all (lol). I recommend Pamela and her crew for your catering needs. Me and the wife were so pleased and will be using them with future parties for sure!

Lighthouse catering catered my wedding and it was amazing! The food was excellent and the head chef as well as the servers were just the best! My day wouldn’t have been the same without them!

My wedding/reception was wonderful and then Chef Pamela and her staff made it amazing. The food was 5 star quality at the wedding just as it was during our tasting. I couldn't have chosen a better catering service for the quality and pricing. Hands down me and hubby will be using them again for other events!

My daughters wedding day turned out to be fabulous as Chef Pam and her team made our food dreams come true for our guest. The affordability of Lighthouse Catering and the flavor of the food was the main reason we booked. The day of the wedding was the same as the day of the tasting. What a wonderful experience with this caterer. We contacted Lighthouse Catering late, about 5 weeks out and they said that they already had 2 other weddings the same day, but they took us on and ‘catered’ to our every need. The meals were excellent tasting and served with great care. The team of servers were wonderful and went above and beyond what was expected. Mom, dad, sister and cousins would go and make request of the servers and not once did they disappoint. Our guest were well taken care of and both parties had nothing but high praise. Kelli, the office manager, was always attentive and kept things well organized. Chef Pamela, cooked a great and tasteful meal. We were all very appreciative of her and all of her crew. Again, a great experience.

Pamela and Kelli were awesome to deal with. They were very responsive and happy to answer any questions I had. Also, the food was AMAZING.

The initial process was smooth and the food was delicious however the person who you speak to that does the booking and invoices is very disorganized and takes follow up emails to get a response. I was told 4 times Chef Pam would reach out to discuss what vegan meals would be served for my two guests that have a dietary preference. Never got the call, I asked multiple times to check in and see what else was needed from me and then a month before I was informed I would need to find tables. Being that our wedding was in October finding vendors or rentals that would deliver to us 1.5 hours away from the city was horrible. I reached out to the chef and it was handled immediately which I am grateful for. Then comes our actual wedding reception day…the two servers were AWESOME so helpful quick and efficient. They informed my husband and I that we were ready for service I asked them did the banana pudding have separate plates for service and they informed me they had no plates or silverware and that the chef said it wasn’t needed for the event. I spoke to the chef 2 days prior with my cousin in the car on speaker and confirmed 3 times THEY would be providing the plates and silverware. They called the chef to clarify and she confirmed we did not need them even tho we spoke about it and it was written on a piece of paper as a reminder and the staff had to remind her of the conversation she and I had. The staff had to leave and go meet her somewhere to gather the necessary, I called her to confirm they were nicer quality and not just something from Walmart and she confirmed. They were able to start service at 6:40. It wasn’t the delay that was upsetting it was the general disregard for her staff that infuriated me. Instead of owning the mistake and correcting it she tried to blame her staff for it and that just doesn’t sit well with me. We had a lot of children at our event and needless to say it was a wrench in our night that we did not expect and the only communication I got or reassurance was from the staff not the actual chef. Food is great but communication is not.

Pamela and the team at Lighthouse Catering were absolutely top notch! I’ve worked in the service/hospitality industry my whole life but have never seen this level of care and personal follow up from a Chef and her team. Thank you for the delicious Italian meal, serving us personally during dinner, grabbing us champagne and packing up our left overs. You and your team were so sweet and kind. Thank you!

Chef Pam and her team did an outstanding job with our menu! We could not have been more pleased and full on our big day! The portion sizes were perfect and the taste immaculate. We definitely made the right choice by selecting Lighthouse Catering! Our guests were happy, full, and delighted! Will definitely recommend!

Lighthouse catering made our 30 yr anniversary and renewal of wedding vows - second wedding fabulous, rememberable and amazing. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the lasagna and marinara vodka sauce with penne pasta. Don’t forget the garlic bread!!! Pamela was very helpful with planning and executing the celebration. I will definitely use them for future events.

BEST CATERERS EVER. From incredible communication, to delicious food, to affordable services, Lighthouse & Pamela killed the game. Super talented chef. The menu is extensive and the food was delicious at the tasting and even better at the wedding. Our guests loved it and so did we! We couldn't recommend Lighthouse more and are so thankful they were our chosen vendor to feed our best people!

We had a hard time getting in touch with her. She was not there. Only her staff. They didn’t even put effort to make the plate look elegant for a wedding. She wasn’t the nicest person either to us or our wedding planner. Definitely wouldn’t recommend her to anyone for a wedding or anything else. We paid for food for 150 people and only like 80 showed up and we ran out of food early. The ONLY thing they helped us with was the cake cutting and serving. Definitely was not prepared for a wedding, the knife for the cake was a typical steak knife not the traditional cake slicer. Definitely not worth the money we spent and again wouldn’t recommend them for anything

Lighthouse Catering provided excellent service and the food was tasty. Everyone raved about the charcuterie board and appetizers. They made the process easy and were available for question through out the planning.

I just wanna say that chef Pamela is so sweet and makes delicious food. Our wedding buffet was a hit and the food was as good of quality as the day of our tasting. We received compliments on our food vendor from many of our guests. There were a couple things we had issues with. The wrong appetizers were served. We had asked for a chips and salsa bar with spinach cheese dip and instead our guests were given nacho cheese and spinach cheese dip. Not a big deal, but we were a little disappointed. Our guests were also told they were not allowed to get seconds even though we had ordered extra food and had about 14 guests who didn’t show. We went around and told guests they could as we didn’t want to end up with a lot of leftover food not knowing they had been turned away. I didn’t know about any of this until after the wedding. Im sure if we would’ve communicated better it would’ve been fine and overall our experience was pretty good. Even though we had a few hiccups I would still recommend Lighthouse catering. Their food is delicious and the prices can’t be beat.

If we could give Chef Pam a higher rating we would! Chef Pam and her team are amazing! The food was so delicious. Our guests could not stop raving about the Cajun Chicken Pasta. The booking process was so easy and any questions were answered very quickly!

Loved our taco bar from Lighthouse! Chef Pamala was so easy to work with, from the tasting, ordering, to the big day. Everything went perfectly smooth. Her staff helps clear the tables and cut the cake. 10/10 recommend her catering for your event.

Pamela is an amazing chef who is kind, thoughtful, and works with you to create a fantastic menu. Pamela is patient with menu changes and understanding of issues that occur. She is awesome! She and her crew will take care of you on your day and will make sure you actually get to eat food. It was amazing and very much appreciated. Our food was incredible during the tastings and on the day of. The only critique we had is the communication was a little inconsistent early on. That issue improved though by the time of our wedding day. The Lighthouse Catering staff are all kind and helpful, taking good care of our guests on the day and clearing plates with care. On a different note, they offer cake cutting services too. Pamela and her staff are wonderful!

6/10 Truthfully, the price is what sold us, it cannot be beat. Catering prices are notoriously high in the Houston area and we were quoted outrageous numbers for ~200 people plated dinner. The communication was lacking and really the only communication took place about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. I will say that catering is their side job so that is possibly why. We also made payments via Venmo so be wary of that and keep track of how much you have paid and what you owe. During the tasting, all of the food was delicious and we were impressed. Day of, we had 2 passed horderves, however my husband and I did not receive any of these, but the guests said they were delicious. We were also told that a small house salad would be waiting for our guests when they entered from cocktail hour; however it was served on the same plate with the main course and sides, which is no big deal but our entrees had a sauce which spread over everything. We also ordered a soft pretzel station for our late night snack and it was not placed out, which was a bummer.

Chef Pamela and her team put together a wonderful dinner for our wedding reception. Pamela was helpful and easy to work with throughout the planning process. She was able to put together a creative menu that was affordable and crowd-pleasing while breaking from the mold of usual wedding reception fare. Her staff took great care of our guests on the day of our wedding. We were very pleased with the experience all the way around and would highly recommend Chef Pamela and Lighthouse Catering to anyone planning a wedding in the Houston area.

Choosing Lighthouse Catering, Pamela and her staff for our daughters wedding was a great choice. From the tasting and selection process, to deciding service style and counts we feel like they listened and gave excellent, honest advice. Wedding day was beyond our expectations…Pamela and her staff prepared appetizers and dishes that tasted so wonderful our guests complimented and praised the meal. They serviced, and helped our guest with cake and even our “later night” snack. I must say, my favorite part of the evening was Pamela taking time out of her “crazy” schedule to visit with us, our guest, and even took a dance with the bride!! Pamela truly cares, and she shares her wonderful talent in a extraordinary way.

I feel like we hit the lottery when we found Lighthouse Catering. The food was absolutely amazing, we received so many compliments on it, and their service was superb! They had affordable pricing and worked with us throughout the planning period to make sure we would be happy, giving us great advice and walking us through the process. Truly, every aspect of working with Lighthouse Catering was so wonderful! I never felt like just another client, I felt truly cared for and like they were a part of our extended family. Love these guys!!

I wish I was writing a positive review but I am severely disappointed after our wedding this past Saturday. Over the course of planning, their sales manager had no idea what was going on and even sent me the wrong invoice for $4K more than we were spending. Oversights all around sadly. I had to call the head chef several times for her to get the information straight with the sales manager. We did our tasting and the food was incredible. We were so excited to serve it to our guests. The day of comes and I see no caterer as I’m walking into my own ceremony. My wedding planner can’t get ahold of them and neither can the head chef. Finally they start setting up, DURING COCKTAIL HOUR….they didn’t bring our appetizers that we picked out and instead served pieces of cold chicken that were supposed to be for dinner service. All around so unprofessional. Because they served the dinner chicken during cocktail hour, AND handed out heaping portions to the first ones in the buffet line, they ran out of food. We had planned for 150 to attend and gave them that number while only 110 attended. There should have been NO reason to run out of food during first helpings. No apology from the company or chef. They have good food but are incredibly disorganized. I am so disappointed by their service. It was embarrassing to see some of our guest with any food at our wedding..

Lighthouse Catering is a must-have for your event! The food is amazing, all of our guests raved about how good it was! Chef Pamela Clark is awesome and worked with us to make sure we had everything we wanted. We offered a pasta bar for our event. However, we did have a few individuals with gluten allergies. Chef Pamela went above and beyond to accommodate those needs. Overall, Chef Pamela and staff are amazing and I would highly recommend!

We hired the Lighthouse thru our venue for my daughters wedding. She chose the BBQ package which was brisket, sausage and chicken. Potato salad and beans and the condiments. We had a couple of little hiccups but Chef Pam was awesome about it. I will definitely hire her again.

Highly recommend! Pamela at Lighthouse Catering did a phenomenal job for my daughter’s Quinceanera! We initially were going to hire her to cater our wedding food but we had to cancel due to Covid. One year later we contacted her again for my daughter’s 15 party… & she did not disappoint. She worked with us to make certain everything was perfect for my daughter’s special day. The food & setup were great.

We had my granddaughters Texas A & M graduation party last night and it was amazing. Light House Catering supplied the food and décor for our event. Chef Pamela is an amazing cook. We had the Cajun Chicken. My guest all loved the meal. Chef Pam had the most beautiful table scape for our event. The staff was attentive to our guest. Chef Pam was wonderful to keep with-in our budget. She communicated with us frequently to keep us updated prior to and during our event. We totally recommend Light House Catering and Chef Pam.

So to start with I am the mother of the bride and over the years have dealt with many vendors of various events. Pamela and her crew are the absolute best at what they do. She kept me and my daughter informed and We left the headaches to her. We were able to sit back, relax and enjoy the wedding and it went without a hitch. If you love stress free planning and enjoying your event use this company. They are superior!!

There are so many things I can say about lighthouse catering. I have had their food at several other events and it gets better every time. Every time I have gotten a quote for an event to and on the day of the event everyone one lighthouse catering has made me and my guest feel their love and kindness. Chef Pam had a great menu with a variety of different food. If your looking for a place that will treat you like family and has great taste this is the place to go.

STOP!!! Do not look for any other catering company this is the one to have for any event. Chef Pamela is amazing to work with and the food is on point. Chef Pamela works with your budget and helps to make the menu fabulous without costing an arm and a leg. Lighthouse Catering will cater for a small or big event as the bridal shower and wedding were both catered by them. Best events ever!!!

I do not have enough good things to say about Pamela and her team at lighthouse!!!! She is absolutely incredible. Her prices can not be beat and she is a breath of fresh air in the wedding industry . She is hilarious, personal, and not in the slightest bit pretentious. She is as genuine as they come and her food is great. She loves her work and puts her heart and soul into it. I had a lot of special requests and she was willing to accomodate them no problem and never charged me extra for little things. We had such a fun time doing tastings at her house and we didn't get to each much at our wedding their weren't any leftovers and she offered to make us more food a few weeks later! So sweet! Pamela is not just our caterer- we now call her a friend and you will not be disappointed if you choose her!

We got married in November of this year and we loved lighthouse catering! They communicated so well and the food was delicious. They made the whole journey so much easier and stress free. They had plenty of food for everyone and the staff was so attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Honestly I wish Pamela could cook for me every single day! I am so pleased with Pamela and all of the employees of Lighthouse Catering! The day of the wedding went perfectly! Food was amazing! I couldn’t believe how much food was there and we even had leftovers. Pamela gave great tips on how long we could freeze and store the cake and food for and went above and beyond! She is an amazing woman, first off she’s hilarious and every phone conversation she had me cracking up! Other then that she was easy to reach and she always got back to me either by calling or emailing in a reasonable timeframe, especially with it being around the holidays! She even allowed me to set up multiple tastings prior to the wedding to pick our menu because I couldn’t decide (everything was so good), and she was flexible with last minute changes and requests! If I could give Lighthouse catering a 100 star review I would!

Pamela is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond!! She took the time to package our leftovers and her food was fantastic and prices unbeatable. I highly recommend working with Lighthouse Catering - once you see the price difference from your other options it makes it so much easier. Once you taste the food the deal is sealed!
