to confirm all the final details and get the final quote, they did not get back to me for an entire week leading up to my wedding until my coordinator had to step in. I understand that most vendors are super busy with the wedding boom, hence why I reached out an entire week early to finalize everything so I can get ahead of my payments. I ended up having to find a different vendor to get my linens because we couldn't trust that it would be there on time. My guests stated that there wasn't enough food served [even though I had about 10-15 guests not show up that night so there was extra food]... we had a few take out boxes by the end of the night with half a cake left... Save yourself the headache, and just pay for vendors that legitimately take care of their clients, especially the week leading up to the wedding.

Our wedding specifics: 130 guests, buffet style Appetizers- Southwest Egg Rolls and Loaded Potato Skins Starter- Cesar and House Salads and Bread Buffet Style Dinner- Tuscan Chicken and Beef Marsala Sides- red potatoes, carrots, cilantro lime rice Extra- Smores Station I wanted to decide on a caterer asap for budget purposes, and I expressed that the Lighthouse Catering, and Pamela worked us in for a tasting a couple of days later. Her tasting not only wowed me, but also my husband and topped the other 3 tastings by a long shot. As the bride and groom, we ordered steaks for our entree, and they definitely did not disappoint. They even had extra steaks and offered them to our parents. Their customer service throughout the evening was beyond what we expected, and really impressed many of our guests. The guests are still raving about the food, service and how great the food was. We are still getting compliments from guests on how delicious the appetizers were during oir cocktail hour. Lighthouse supplied our chargers, goblets, and real china for our cake, and they were perfect and went perfectly with our theme. Throughout the night Pamela personally checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We are very happy with our decision to go with Lighthouse Catering, and hearing all of the guest feedback after the wedding really solidified that we made the right choice. Words cannot express how much we appreciate you being a part of our special day, thank you!

because everything was delicious! To top it off, their affordable prices, overall timeliness in preparation and serving, were great! We chose the Meatballs, Stuffed Mushrooms, and Bruschetta for our passed appetizers, the Tuscan Chicken and Cajun Pasta for our main course options, along with pre-plated salads and mixed veggies. Throughout the night, so many of our guests came up to us to compliment the chef! Everyone was very pleased with their meal! We just had one minor hiccup with proportions for those who wanted a "vegetarian" option and asked for more veggies than originally planned for. However, they were very accommodating and made sure our guests were fed. Thank you Lighthouse for serving a delicious meal on our wedding day!

I’m very picky about chicken normally thinking it to be dry but Pam’s wasn’t at all. She was very conscientious of our budget and helped work with that and make suggestions. The baked potato bar was our full meal so they set it up like a buffet and helped serve so efficiently to keep the line moving quickly! I fully expected plastic plates and untensils...they showed up with fancy China and silver. It was beautiful! They constantly had people upstairs and down busing the tables which was so helpful that the guests weren't running up and down the stairs to take care of that. They were full of smiles for ALL of my guests. I loved their choice of condiments in the squeeze bottles to add to the potatoes. They even made smaller plates of half potatoes for the kiddos. They helped straighten up and organize the cake plates for us and any leftover desserts that we had plus packaged up leftovers. They cleaned the kitchen beautifully and left everything better than it was before they came. There was nothing I had to worry about at all. From start to finish Pam was an absolute dream to work with. So friendly and so professional! She was very accommodating and was always available for me when I had questions! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
