Kat was my wedding consultant and she was AMAZING! I was kind of nervous going in, especially with family dynamics and such. But she made me feel so known and loved. She also understood the style I was going for and the dress I ended up choosing was the first one I put on! And the place was so beautiful. Kat gave us champagne to celebrate and two 25$ gift cards to a restaurant down the street! Overall great experience!

Liliana Bridal House was fantastic! They were my first stop dress shopping and set the bar high! They are all so kind and empowering. Also being able to have my dress altered there was so convenient and reassuring. They were so accommodating with pickup and I am so glad I was able to find “THE” dress there! Liliana Bridal House definitely needs to be a stop on your wedding gown hunt!

I went here for my first wedding dress shopping. Cealia and Kat were amazing to work with. I didn’t feel pressured and they made sure to make me feel comfortable. They made me feel so beautiful and the more dresses we tried on the more they got my personal style. I plan to go back to try on some more styles!

Leaving this review not to tear anyone down, but in the hopes that they take this as constructive feedback! I did not have a good experience at Liliana Bridal House & ended up crying by the end of my appointment. My stylist didn’t ask any questions about myself, fiancé, or the wedding & provided zero guidance during the appointment. I felt completely left to figure it out on my own & my family & I were uncomfortable the entire time as the stylist wasn’t saying anything, & came across as somewhat rude during my interactions with her. Brides should be made to feel beautiful & special during these appointments & I left feeling lost & defeated. I hope that the stylists at Liliana Bridal House moving forward will take the time to get to know their brides, provide more guidance & support, & overall just be more enthusiastic throughout the process. I had wonderful experiences at other bridal shops that were such a stark contrast to my experience here. I do wish Lilliana Bridal House nothing but the best & hope my experience is taken into account when looking to improve customer service

If I could, I would give Liliana's 10 stars 🌟 Love this shop and would recommend it for anyone looking to wedding dress shop, it has a great variety and selection of dresses 😍 also their shop is the CUTEST... they have a sky light for beautiful natural lighting to help you visualize the dress fully and their podiums are not too tall, so that you won't feel like you will fall off, which is a Big Plus! Fawn my consultant was AMAZING from start to finish, she was so accommodating and prepared, she found many of the dresses I had seen online to try on, then she found some like it in store, ultimately leading me to find THE dress! She was so helpful and friendly, anyone would be lucky to work with a stylist like her! She reassured me and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. So happy with my dress, can't wait until it arrives!!! Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress within our budget 😘 Also if you are a somewhat anxious bride who has lots of questions, Fawn & Kat give you so much peace of mind, so thankful ❤️

I cannot say I had the most pleasant experience here. My stylist seemed very uninterested in helping me find a dress. I felt like she was frustrated that I wanted to try different styles and did not want to conform to the dresses she pulled. She pulled a dress I LOVED and did not tell me it was $900 over my budget. I did not feel very welcomed and the vibes were off.

I can not recommend this place enough! They have such a nice variety of dresses and give you a great experience. My consultant Fawn picked out dresses for me to try based on what I described I wanted and the pictures I showed her, and she killed it. As someone who is very indecisive and struggles with body image, I doubted myself after I had purchased the dress after I looked at the pictures of myself in my dress. I called and asked to come back to try it again and this time I had Kat. She listened to my concerns and helped me come up with solutions to alter it to what I wanted and never once made me feel pressured. She listened to me and made me feel beautiful! Thank you Liliana for the best experience!!

Kat went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable! She picked out styles I was interested in and I found the perfect one. Can’t wait to go back for alternations

Liliana Bridal House was an absolute dream. I worked with Cat who listened to my experiences at other bridal salons (some great, some not so great) and asked for pictures and words to describe how I wanted to LOOK and FEEL on my wedding day. The first dress she selected was THE ONE :) Excellent communication about when my dress arrived, easy-to-schedule fittings, and tailoring. Highly, highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Liliana. It’s a really cute shop and they have an awesome selection of dresses to try on. I found the perfect dress here and they were able to do alterations in house so I was confident that everything would be ready in time for the big day. I was able to get my dress cleaned and preserved here after the wedding too!

I highly suggest all brides check out Liliana’s! They made the dress shopping experience stress free and fun! Kat pulled the exact dress I was dreaming of and made my appointment so special. I was able to schedule another appointment to select my veil and had the most magical experience putting it together with my dream dress. And Liliana made the alterations process a breeze! I’ll be taking my dress back soon to have it cleaned and preserved. I loved working with them and wish I could have my wedding all over again, so I could shop there again!

I went to Lilliana's twice while shopping for my wedding dress. I believe the first time I was able to look around and pick out which dresses I wanted to try on (which I would expect) and the consultant was friendly and knowledgeable. At my second appointment, a different bridal consultant helped me. She was not the least bit pleasant. When I asked to walk around the store - by myself - to view the dresses the bridal consultant sighed and said "we're really not supposed to let you but fine." Choosing the right wedding dress is a huge decision -- not to mention a significant financial investment. It is absurd to not allow brides to walk around the store to view the dresses. I ended up saying yes to the dress at a different Cleveland bridal salon and was treated like a queen!! I am so happy I looked further.

Liliana Bridal has an incredible selection of wedding dresses for every bride. I had so much fun trying on dresses and talking with the employees. They really make you feel beautiful in your skin and don’t try to upsell you. I found my perfect dress there and could not have been happier!!

I LOVED my wedding gown from Liliana Bridal House - I felt like a princess!!! The bridal shop is absolutely gorgeous. When I found THE dress, our consultant took us into another area of the shop so that we could see the dress in different lighting. I've recommended other brides to get their dresses from Liliana as well! Super convenient because Liliana Bridal House is a one stop shop - they offer alterations and preservation as well. The only issue I had was that my bustle didn't seem quite right at my reception and I'm not sure my mom was given quite enough direction on how to do it correctly, other than that - couldn't recommend Liliana Bridal House more!!

They have gorgeous dresses here and the consultants are relaxed and kind. It's a no pressure environment and they really listened to what I wanted. The boutique is also beautiful! I found my dress here and I couldn't be happier about it! Go to Liliana for a great experience!

I tried this place when looking for wedding dresses before my wedding earlier this year/late last year. I knew the designer I liked and the style I wanted. I was sure of my size range of what would fit onto my body. Sizes 14-18 depending on the dress. My best friend and myself are rather alternative looking. I don't know if this was part of the reason why we were treated like we were invisible when we first entered and stood within view but far enough away to not impead on the space of clients checking out. We weren't greated. The group of preppier women walked in a few minutes after us and formed a cluster same as us but a few feet away. They were greated, asked for bride's name, expressed that they will be helped soon, and so on. Seeing the split reactions between us entering and them started the whole session off sour. Finally, started trying on dresses after expressing the style, size and details I wanted. I found a dress that was PERFECT and in my budget. I expressed this to the person helping me pick out dresses to try on. She walked away and after a long while told me that her manager wasn't there and didn't know if it was in stock. Said she would relay the message that I was interested in and the size that would probably fit best and to see if it was readily available. I never received a call or anything. I moved onto somewhere more welcoming and took the time to speak to clients like people rather than just paying buyers.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here! Macy was so sweet and super knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and I didn’t feel rushed into my decision. I went to a different store after this and it was clear they didn’t really understand my style. I came back to Liliana’s the next day to try a few more on but I put back on a dress Macy pulled from the day before and couldn’t stop smiling. She was so patient with me making sure I found the right one. The dress is just perfect.

While I didn’t purchase my final gown from Liliana, I have nothing but the absolute best things to say about my experience there. I was able to quickly book an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and kind environment I found once I arrived! I went alone, and the incredible woman who helped me was patient and understanding as we worked together to find my dream style. In another lifetime, one where I have $1,200+ to spend on a dress, Liliana Bridal House will be my very first stop.

I booked an appointment here on a whim, not expecting to find my dress. I went in with the idea that I would buy a try-on dress off the rack to stay under $1,000. I found one that could have worked, but I didn't truly love it. The woman helping me picked up on the fact that I didn't love it, so she tried to steer me away from making a decision that day. Which is very opposite of an experience from pushy sales people at other salons. I decided to take her advice and wait a day or two and was on my way out of the store. I ended up walking past one that I liked and asked her if I could try it on. She warned that it was outside of my budget, but helped me get it on anyway. I fell in love with it and purchased it on the spot. I am thankful that she didn't push me in the direction of the first dress, that I was clearly going to settle for. I now have my dream dress!

I’ve read a lot of different reviews from here and a lot of them made me so sad. My consultant was Paula and she was so sweet and helpful! My sister, mother, and friend came with me, and although they didn’t pick through any dresses, we still got to try so many before I found my dress. Paula and I picked a few at the beginning and then we talked about what I liked or didn’t like and Paula would bring in other dresses. She was great at listening to me (and my guest) and finding dresses that had the “wow” factor I was looking for! I had such a great experience and my guest did, too! A lot of reviews I see people are upset bc the guest didn’t look through the dresses. I’m not sure if pre Covid you were allow to have everyone pick dresses. I guess if you really wanted guest to do that maybe ask the consultant or consider this might not want to the shop you go to. As far as sizing I’m a street size 4 and some of the dress were too small for me

This was my second shop and it was amazing from start to finish. Grace was amazing and just from me pulling some dresses and giving my feedback she was able to pull others that fit my checklist. I said yes to the perfect dress and they even gave us a glass of champagne to celebrate! All the dresses I tried on were gorgeous and reasonably priced.

I went to Liliana’s because they carried Justin Alexander. They were my second bridal shop. The consultant was very flat and you could tell it was just a job for her. She pulled me, my mother in law and mom in a room and asked me a few questions. She stated she would pull 4 dresses based off of what I told her I liked. Which I explained A lines have looked the best so far, but this is only my second store. I told her I still wanted to try fit and flares, sheath, sleeves, dresses, colored underlays. She literally brought me almost 4 of the exact same dress. So I picked my favorite from there. Then she just kept bringing dresses that were almost the exact same. White, strapless, ball gowns with different embellishments. No color, no sleeves, no different styles. The consultant you could tell was only saying things that she that you wanted to hear. You would say something you liked and she would repeat the same thing back to you. It was uncomfortable. I am a street size 6-8. I’m heavy chested and had to go up in dress size. So some wouldn’t fit all the way and didn’t mind clips. But most of them would’ve zipped, but she just put the clips therefore I could never see the back of the dress I was trying on. I was very disappointed and defeated after this experience. I really wished I could pick the dresses. I would’ve been able to try on the dresses I wanted, and possibly would’ve bought from there. Who knows. Overall this boutique is just a more expensive David’s Bridal. There were at least 3-4 brides there. You can see each other, and it made it way less special of a moment.

To be honest, I was not looking forward to trying to find my wedding dress. I went to other places and they were not exactly helping with the task of finding a dress which I already wasn’t looking forward to. I lived in Lakewood and had seen Lillian’s multiple times driving by so I decided to make an appointment and give it a shot(even though I was very discouraged at this point from other places I had been to). Let me tell you, they were absolutely amazing!! They made my experience such a pleasant and fun time! There was no pressure and they allowed me to take my time and actually spend time in the dresses. They had so many options for dresses! I found my dream dress there and it was nice they did alterations there as well!! I would recommend Liliana’s to anyone looking for a laid back experience for dress shopping!!

I had my alterations done at Liliana Bridal House. I could not recommend Liliana enough. She was so incredibly sweet and professional. I had lost quite a bit of weight and after she altered the dress, you couldn’t even tell. She also added on appliqués that I had purchased from Etsy and you couldn’t even tell they weren’t originally part of the dress. If you want your dress to fit properly, I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I went to Liliana Bridal House for my first time dress shopping (2nd store of the day) and had an absolutely awful experience. I was recommended to go there by my maid of honor and her sister, who both found their dresses at Lilianas. My consultant looked like she wasn't old enough to drive herself to the appointment and was extremely rude/disinterested the entire time. She did not smile once. She frequently made comments that expressed her annoyance and even commented about how "your hips didn't fit in the last one, do you really think they are gonna fit in this?" I wanted to cry and started feeling awful about myself and my body. I was talking with my group of bridesmaids and my mother and she just disappeared. Eventually, we just walked out since she never returned to end the appointment. I am only a street size 10-12 so I can fit in some traditional samples and not in others, but I can't imagine being a plus size bride attending this bridal store. Both my maid of honor and her sister are much smaller sizes (probably street size 2-6) and the store seems to cater to those who are much smaller. They also bought their dresses from the owner and her daughter. I was recently told by another dress shop that they have had multiple brides come in upset with their previous experience dress shopping at Liliana recently. I do NOT recommend this bridal store at all. It seems they are hiring consultants that do not love what they do, and they are not going to support you in your special day shopping for your dress.

Two weeks before my wedding I realized the dress I had was not going to work for me (side effect of being a Covid bride). I called Lilliana’s and the manager, Jackie, answered the phone. She told me to come right in and she would take care of me. Jackie was literally my fairy godmother, telling me everyone deserves to feel beautiful on their wedding day and finding me the perfect dress. The best thing was she didn’t pressure me to make any decisions that day. She let me contact her the next day with my choice and even called me from home to arrange my first fitting! Liliana was amazing and squeezed in two fittings with me. In the end the dress fit me so perfectly and I have never felt more beautiful. Exactly the feeling they wanted me to have. I can not stress enough how wonderful they all are. Their commitment and dedication to their brides is above and beyond. You will find your dream dress here, trust me!

I had my bridal appointment here in June. I came to Liliana because they carry Justin Alexander. My bridesmaids were not allowed to even look at the dresses. My consultant steered me away from certain aisles because they I would not fit into the dresses (I am mid-size). My consultant would not clip me into any dresses and would barely help me zip or unzip. Even if I found my dream dress, I would not have given this shop my business.

I bought my dress from Liliana's and had great help picking out my dress. Liliana was awesome and quick when it came down to the alterations. Before my final alteration I received a phone call from Liliana's asking to reschedule due to the fact that Liliana had to go out of town. I explained that my wedding was 8 days out from my final appointment and that I could not reschedule. I was told that there was another seamstress in house that could do my final appointment but that usually Liliana does all appointments. Knowing that my dress should be done I wasn't worried. I went to my final appointment and my dress was much tighter than my previous appointment (in the chest, back and arms) but there was still a lot of lose fabric in the armpits. The available seamstress wanted to take the straps in more, which ultimately made my dress feel even more tight. I asked her to take out the pins and only fix the lose fabric that was present. I went and picked my dress up three days before my wedding and the store REFUSED to let me try my dress on. I had stated multiple times that I was concerned because at my last appointment my dress was tight and uncomfortable and I am worried that with more alterations my dress could be even more uncomfortable. The seamstress came out and refused to let me try my dress on. The store made me sign a liability waiver stating that any other alterations that are needed on the dress are not Liliana's problem. I went home and tried my dress on and the arm holes were made so extremely small and my dress was very uncomfortable. Luckily I was able to find a local seamstress that was able to fix my dress. This was added stress days before my wedding that I felt could have been avoided. Therefore, I would not recommend Liliana's for your alterations.

Couldn’t wait to leave! I felt so uncomfortable! The consultant pulled dresses for me that couldn’t have been more than opposite for what I was going for. Her selection was picked after asking me two questions. She constantly left to help other customers when there was another employee working as well! I felt so out of place and like I was an inconvenience! The 1 star is for the venue itself which was pretty! Besides that…don’t waste your time!

This was by far the worst bridal salon I’ve ever been to. The bridal consultant was so dull and made us feel so uncomfortable. These racks you can’t try on or look at because they are sizes 0 & 2. You can’t look at these because they are plus sizes. She didn’t help pick out any dresses. The girls and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Definitely don’t waste your time.

Thanks to Liliana's I was finally able to 'Say Yes to the Dress' Kat is the best consultant that I could've asked for! She helped me choose my dream dress and made the experience one that was truly enjoyable. The selection of gowns and the sample sizes that they have is unbeatable for salons in the area, the best part is that they are located on the Cleveland-Lakewood boarder so it is a must-go for urban brides. You are even able to browse the selection and pull dresses that you want to try on, which is a huge plus! They really are a customer-first based organization starting the minute you walk in the door. Your consultant really takes the time to understand you as a person, and the vision for the wedding, along with listening to any fears or worries that you may have. And finally they are upfront with pricing, and even offer in-house alterations once your gown arrives.
