WOW!!! Liz is literally the best bridal fairy godmother ever and she made the whole experience a dream for me. From the moment we walked into the salon I felt extremely hopeful and excited to find my dress here. It was my first bridal experience and it surpassed my expectations! I felt so special and beautiful the entire appointment. Liz was like a personal hype girl and my whole family commented on how much they loved her. There were no sales tactics and I was even encouraged to continue looking at other places if I wasn’t sold on a dress yet. This stood out to me because after going to another popular bridal salon in the area I felt that I was being pressured into making a decision and it felt more like trying to buy a car than the dress I would marry my husband in. They took such great care of my and my guests and it was an unforgettable experience for us. They also recommended Sandra G’s for my alterations, and she made my dress fit like a GLOVE. I recommend this salon to every single bride and I am dying for my bridesmaids to get married so I can come back and spend more time at Lillian Ruth! I had an incredible experience at Lillian Ruth! From the moment I walked in all of the girls were kind, attentive, and excited to help me find a dress. You could tell they were so passionate about their work! They had a great selection and wide variety of dresses from simple to extravagant. I went to Lillian Ruth with a friend while shopping for her dress a year ago and absolutely loved the selection, staff, and atmosphere. I went back when it was my turn to dress shop and had the BEST time with Liz. She was so honest and helpful, making sure to note what styles suited me and keep me within my budget. She was so fun and made my dress experience better than I imagined!

I went into Lillian Ruth Bridal in search of a veil and accessories and I was so blissfully surprised at what a wonderful experience it was in the salon. The staff were all so kind and accommodating, and the experience of the shop was tranquil and beautiful. I LOVE their veil selections and they helped me design custom earrings that I'm still receiving compliments on a month our from the wedding!

Lillian Ruth has the prettiest and most unique gowns in Knoxville! Some are fairly pricey, but they had a great selection under $2000. Plus, you can purchase the sample they have in the boutique if your budget is really tight. They were great at helping me make sure I could get my dress in time and recommended several seamstresses to help me get the dress of my dreams.

My mom, bridesmaids and I had the best experience at wedding wonderland. All the employees were helpful and great to work with- they helped match accessories, keep the style accurate from wedding dress to MOB dress! The dresses came in on time, were fitted well and were just gorgeous. Great experience- We bought all our dresses from them and accessories (shoes, jewelry)! I loved my Leann Belter dress, the bridesmaids wore Bill Levkoff in glacier blue! They are the best in the Knoxville, TN area!

I had a wonderful experience at Wedding Wonderland. On my first day of browsing, Lisa and her team were there to make suggestions or be in the background as needed. Once I found the dress, we moved on to accessories and I fell in love with a veil there. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase accessories from Wedding Wonderland. I appreciated the relaxed, boutique feel and was immediately comfortable. I was kept informed of when my dress and veil arrived and an alterations person was recommended. Sandra is WONDERFUL at alterations. I was so appreciative of the recommendation since she has 20 years of wedding dress alteration experience. Wedding Wonderland is great at communicating, offering appropriate alternatives to keep you within budget, and are welcoming and friendly every time. My experience there was all that I hoped it would be and I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding dress to visit them!

I cannot possilby say enough good things about Lisa and her team. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a dress that was competely different than what I had thought I wanted. Even through my indecision, the staff was patient and helpful. Also, I didn't feel pressured at all into buying my dress. Everytime I have gone back after my initial visit, Lisa has remembered my name and my wedding date. I would absolutely recommend Wedding Wonderland to future brides.

At first, just by walking in, you may think their selection is rather small, but they have alot of different, unique styles in all price ranges. The staff was absolutely amazing, flexible, and they never tried to push me into any decision making. I came back the next week to try on a dress I liked, alone, so I could think. Within 10 minutes I knew. They held the dress for me till the next day so I could pay for it (since it was a sample dress). I would definitely recommend this shop to any upcoming bride.

I bought my wedding dress here and was very pleased with my experience. They have a lovely selection of dresses including a large selection of Allure which is what I was looking for. This is a locally owned business so you don't have that big box feel but instead get a more personal experience. The bridal consultants are very nice and you have your own consultant to help you try on and pick out dresses, just like how every bride imagines! My consultant Nancy was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my dress was exactly what I wanted and that it arrived in time! Also, they do sales often, I received 20% off my whole purchase!

I went into wedding wonderland after hearing that they carried a brand I was interested in. I found the most perfect dress. It was beautiful and I loved it so much. It was very classic (silk a-line and an illusion neckline) and that had been hard to find! I ordered in march and got 15% off my entire order- what luck! It was a great place to find a dress.

I bought a Allure dress of the floor. It was a pretty good price. Originally $1000 and I got it for $650. The place is very cute. Alot of dresses that were contenders. The girls there understood my style and were so helpful

I purchased my wedding gown from Wedding Wonderland and Nancy and Lisa were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were patient in helping me find the perfect dress and were extremely professional in everything they did. Even after my payment, they continued to have excellent customer service with me and referred me to an amazing seamtress for alterations. I also purchase my rehearsal dress from them. Highly recommend! Great customer service and great selections!

Lisa is wonderful! She is without a doubt the best at what she does. She knows how to help you narrow down your selections, while helping you try on every gown in the shop if you want to! She can pin a size 16 gown on a size 6 lady, so that you can see exactly how the gown would fit in the correct size. She will even pin your hair up if you want to see the gown with an up-do. I had a wonderful experience there, and the gown selection was great! Lisa even had my gown taken to the seamstress so that all I had to do was show up for the fitting.

The staff at Wedding Wonderland were great! They made the whole process wonderful. We got our bridesmaids dresses there as well and that went very smoothly. My dress and their dresses came on time and they referred us to an amazing seamstress for alterations.

I came to Wedding Wonderland after looking everywhere else in Knoxville. I looked up several of their designers online and came in to try a few things on. Nancy greeted me and let me know where I could find each line. She showed me around let me know where she was if I needed anything but also let me walk around with my sister and look at dresses by ourselves. This was a big plus for me! All I had to do was select some dresses and hang them on the hooks that are spaced out through the store and she had them waiting on me when I came to the dressing room. He helped me into each dress and kept a great conversation going with me. She was so personable and helpful. She really had a great eye! I found The One and decided to come back with mom to buy it. When I came back she remembered who I was as well as details about my wedding. The best part was when my dress came in shortly after I ordered it and I came back with my sisters, nieces, and mom. The store had pumpkin bread and delicious coffee waiting for us and even played along with my nieces. When I came back to take my dress to alterations I let Nancy know how much it meant to me to be able to have such a precious moment with my family because shortly afterwards my sister was diagnosed with MS. She cried and told me she would keep us in her prayers. We talked for a few minutes and she walked me out to my car and carried my dress. I really can't remember a time when someone went beyond the call of duty for me the way she did. I even got a handwritten thank you card from her after I purchased my dress. Those women are so sweet and do not pressure you into buying a dress. I truly loved my experience with them.

I absolutely fell in love with my dress. The lady that helped me was not the nicest lady I have ever met. I was not informed I would have to schedule alterations seperate from my fitting and drove 2 hours to my fitting and thank the Lord the alterations lady fit me in that day but I would have liked to have been informed.

My experience at Wedding Wonderland was amazing. The service is amazing. Every time you walk into the store they know who you are an what the status is on your order. It makes you feel so important. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

My wedding dress was GORGEOUS! I loved my shopping experience and the staff was amazing. Very accomodating and fun.

The consultant that we dealt with was Lisa, and she was wonderful! We got not only my dress, veil, and flowers for my hair, but also my mom's dress and bridesmaid's dresses. There were a few small problems that Lisa took care of before I even knew that anything was wrong.

My first experience with this store was great. The lady that worked with me had such great energy. I also found my dress there - very first dress. I like buying from a locally owned and operates store. Since they sell designer dresses, the prices are the same. As far as my hiccup, the designer sent back a mis-seamed dress that enabled me from walking while wearing it. Needless to say, it was sent back. The designer's seamstress could not fix it, so I received a larger size in my dress since it was 2 months from the wedding. Wedding Wonderland stayed on top of things and kept my worries at bay during this mess. I was happy to be dealing with a company that was so concerned.

I went to Wedding Wonderland shortly after I became engaged. This was a crazy expedition because I was a second-time bride. I felt as if I had no business being there. I merely wanted a simple (probably short) dress to wear in front of a justice of the peace. With no idea of wedding date, wedding venue, or wedding style, I was doing nothing but browsing in a moment of total chick/wedding insanity. I do know my body style fairly well, and I told Lisa, my bridal gown consultant, that I was looking for something more red carpet than ball gown. I'm very fit but curvy, and I suggested trumpet or mermaid styles. She suggested a Lea-Ann Belter sheath dress from a recent trunk show. Honestly, the dress looked like nothing much on the hanger, but it looked fabulous on me! It was the first dress I tried, and it was the dress I bought. The best thing was that Lisa put me "together." She fixed my hair, added hair accessories, jewelry, and shoes to complement every dress I tried, so that I had an idea of how I could look for the big day. Lisa then helped my soon-to-be mother-in-law and my daughter find dresses and accessories. We had a great time shopping there. We ALL felt like princesses (or maybe that was the Mimosas they provided!). They also helped us coordinate alterations. Finally, their level of customer service has been exceptional: follow-up phone calls, e-mails, and handwritten notes. I would highly recommend Wedding Wonderland!

I loved going into this shop and trying dresses. The staff was extremely helpful and honest with their opinions (which I appreciated). They made me truly feel beautiful, and they were willing to work with me on the price for buying a designer dress off the rack instead of ordering it.

Wedding Wonderland had an amazing selection of both bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. I found my dream dress there! They had a great seleciton of designers and had a lot of different price ranges, which was great for someone on a budget! The dress I got was from Allure bridals and it was so unique and beautiful and I have received numerous compliments on it! I was also able to find my bridesmaids dresses here and they were also beautiful. The staff was always very friendly as well. I worked with Lisa and she was very helpful. They also have very pretty accessories!

Lisa and the other staff members were absolutely amazing to work with! The gowns were all amazing in their own right and each with a different look to fit each unique bride.

I REALLY wanted to purchase my dress here since they had such fantastic service. I fell in love with a Paloma Blanca dress that they did not have, however, so I bought that somewhere else. In fact, they were the ones who told me where I could find it. I did have it altered by Sandra G (whom Wedding Wonderland always suggests and who did a FANTASTIC job). I also bought my veil there and was given terrific service even when I brought in my dress that they knew I hadn't purchased there. The veil matched perfectly, and we ordered a custom length at their suggestion for no extra charge. I also had my garters custom made there. One to toss, and one to keep. I was even able to include my own personalized charm (purchased elsewhere) on the garter to keep. They were so terrific. If they had the dress that I fell in love with, I definitely would have purchased from them.

My daughter bought her debutane dress at WW, so she knew from the beginning that's where she wanted to buy her wedding dress. I insisted we try a few other stores, but we came back to WW and bought the most beautiful dress you can imagine. All the sales associates are great and the price was very reasonable.

This store has some great unique dresses! I would rate them higher except when i was trying on the dress that i ended buying, the woman helping me said that the dress looked great and it would be perfect if i just lost ten pounds!!! SO rude!!

Being a plus size girl I was so scared to start trying on gowns. I had a few ideas that I showed Lisa sales associate (who by the way knows her stuff). I thought I wanted some kind of strap,halter, sleeve, bolero. Lisa went ahead and picked out some of my suggestions off the rack and then asked if she could pick out what she thought would work the best. After trying on all the dresses some were good some were bad we finally got to the very last dress which happened to be Lisa's number one pick. It was a dream!! She knew exactly what was going to look the best on me and flatter me the best. Lisa did so much for me and kept me within my budget. I would and do recommend Lisa at Wedding Wonderland to every bride I meet. Thanks you!

The ladies at Wedding Wonderland were a delight to work with. I was lucky enough to find my dress there right away 11 months before my wedding and they kept it there for me and let me visit it as many times as I wanted to. They also helped me pick out the perfect veil and shoes to go along with my dress. Wedding Wonderland is a very professional shop and the staff is helpful and sincere. I would recommend them to every bride!

The girls at Wedding Wonderland were great to work with when I purchased my dress. The only drawbacks: I convinced myself to buy a sample dress to save the money, however, after I got it home it was dirtier than I realized and had to be cleaned. The person that they recommended for cleaning and alterations was more than I wanted to spend, so I used someone else. Thinking about it later, I should not have paid so much for the sample, but I was unable to get the price any lower...my word of advice, if they don't want to work with you on the sample as much as you want, go ahead and order the dress if you have time. It will save you plenty of headache later!
