Lillian's Bridal

The staff at Lillian's are dishonest and unknowledgeable about the dresses they sell. None of the dresses I tried on were anywhere close to fitting me and they told me that if I ordered a dress, it would be custom-made to fit me. The "custom-made" dress was nowhere near a good fit. When I picked it up, the staff ensured me their alterations specialist could make it fit without a problem. (I also told the staff upfront when looking for a dress that I have a severe back condition and needed a dress that could accommodate it, as well as one that could be trimmed because I cannot wear heels due to the back condition.) When I took the dress to be altered, the woman told me the dress could not be altered to fit me, as they had promised at Lillian's. It couldn't even be hemmed at the bottom to fit because the lace was all one pattern. The back was completely crooked due to my back condition. She also told me that I could not bend over in the dress or it may tear because it was too delicate. After 5 alteration appointments, it was extremely expensive to alter and did not end up fitting me. I called them in tears and they did nothing to make it right except tell me that the dresses are not custom-made to fit (even though 3 others who were with me heard the assistant say this several times). Do not waste your time or money at Lillian's.

Lillian's Bridal is such a great local bridal boutique! They have a wide variety of dresses and large selection to choose from. We had so much fun with Danielle while finding my perfect dress and she always made sure that my voice was heard and that I was 100% comfortable and happy. They were flexible and accommodating for an out-of-town bride like me and I could not recommend them more highly!

We had a great time at my initial consult, and they made the first part of the gown process feel very glamorous and lovely. After I chose my dress and we paid it went downhill from there. The dress arrived a whole month later than expected. When I arrived for my fitting appointment at the time they scheduled, no one was there and the shop was closed. My mom, dad, MoH, mother in-law to be, and I were all waiting and no one came. It turned out there was a family emergency, which I understand, but no one called to let us know they wouldn’t be there. We went back another time and were shuffled around by a less than professional clerk, who couldn’t answer our questions and rushed us. We left with the dress and a phone number for alterations. When I called the alterations number they said they needed six months to do it, though the store said we had plenty of time. They scrambled to send us to another alterations lady, and it all worked out in the end. My disappointment was how professionalism went out the window after we paid.

I found my dress at Lillian's and the process was so smooth! The staff really makes you feel welcomed. You can describe the style you are looking for, and they are really knowledgeable about what is in their shop but they aren't pushy about it! They will let you choose every dress you want to try on or give you advice on what they think you will like based on your descriptions. I found my dress within the first 30 minutes, but they still had no hesitation letting me try on a few more just to humor me!

This was the third time I was out shopping and I could tell just from the window displays I would find my dream dress here. The personal attention was amazing and it was the best experience ever, with personal dressing rooms and a private place to change into the dresses vs all the other places just have you on the main floor where everyone can see you. Alex was an awesome consultant and Danielle really helped tie it all together when I chose the dress. They worked with me on my budget and got me my dream wedding dress! This was my second time shopping for a dress. After my terrible first experience, Lillian's was exactly what I needed! Alex was so awesome to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful for both me and my family. They had a variety of prices and styles to choose from. I am SO glad I went to Lillian's! Zero complaints!

I had an absolutely magical experience at Lillian’s this past Saturday. Alex, our attendant, was SO helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost care from not only her, but every associate working that day. This was my 2nd weekend trying on dresses; the 1st was a true nightmare down in Reading. I felt like cattle in Cincinnati, the lighting was horrible and the dresses felt cheap. It was so bad that I went in to our appointment at Lillian’s secretly dreading it. Almost instantaneously, I felt relaxed and actually caught myself laughing and thoroughly enjoying the experience. Lillian’s went above & beyond what I even hoped the perfect dress-shopping experience to be like. From the pleasant lighting, to the calming music, to scented candles, Lillian’s takes special care to create the perfect ambiance. We had our own private suite with ample seating that allowed everyone to relax. The dresses are all incredibly high quality and I was shocked at the reasonable prices. I expected to pay much more for such well-crafted dresses. They have more than enough inventory to meet anyone’s style needs, but not too much to where you feel overwhelmed. I tried on 4-5 dresses and would have been thrilled with 3 of them. The dress I chose fit me like a glove and was 10x more flattering than anything else I’d tried at other shops. It was actually the 1st dress I grabbed from the floor. We were in & out in 45 minutes! I am thrilled with the dress I chose and would PASSIONATELY recommend Lillian’s to anyone searching for the perfect dress and shopping experience!

I am so thankful to Alex for helping me find my dream dress! I went in with my mom no appt and Alex was able to help me try on dresses while she was in town. (Thanksgiving weekend mind you). Lillian's Bridal was the first store to get me excited about the dress! No other impressed me... They have a great selection at great prices! The boutique's unique design was icing on the cake! I felt like a queen!

I have been to a couple of bridal shops. Went to visit my family in Dayton and set up an appt at Lillian’s and one other shop. Hands down better experience at Lillian’s. The ladies were welcoming, the manager was very comforting and felt I was dealing with a professional; someone that was very knowledgeable. I left the shop with a couple of narrowed down thoughts. I emailed later that evening asking about one of the dresses that was an after thought to know the price. She got back to me the very next morning (on a day they were closed) and she gave me her cell number to call back. Called her, chatted a bit and then she texted me and offered to come in on a closed day for me to try the two on so I could decide as I am from out of town. I said yes to the dress and am very happy! Beautiful dresses but they would not let me take pictures of any of them that I tried on. Most of family and friends live out of state and it was very upsetting they would not let me take pictures.

Had a great bridal appointment at Lillian's. I was impressed with the quality and beauty of the dresses they carried within and below my price range. I felt unpressured, and loved being able to browse on my own. Found my dream dress with the help of Tara at Lillian's!

Didn't even make an appointment after the tour. The consultant Barbara gave what I think to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. She barely gave me the time of day when I would try to ask questions, and I also heard her mock my price range to another consultant. I honestly can't believe how terrible it was. Very disappointed considering my best friend got her dress there a year ago. Ended up at Alfred Angelo and had a wonderful experience.

Lillians is a great bridal store for their customer service and experience. I've been to the bridal district as well and the customer service just isnt the same. believe me I went shopping down there 5 times dmfor my dress and my friend's wedding dress. The only thing i didnt like is how they say their designers are private and exclusive. Nobody else will have the dress. Not true, their Private Collection Label is a line by Jaquelin. They don't advertise their dresses and its not online. They wholesale it to different stores. i think they may be a joint to christina wu as well. Anyway, the bridal store gave me my dress and the tag that has the size and style number was cut off. I mean can't you just tell your customers they are Private Collections by Jaquelin and they are not advertised so it's harder to find. I like honesty. Plus my dress was 1300 in sale they said but i found it for 600 at another store. That store also provided me with this information about my dress. I now wish i waited to get the one I did. its okay because now I'll let other brides know what i wished i knew.

Purchased my wedding dress here in September 2015, and it was promised to arrive in March. I made an appointment (recommended for sure) and went with my mom, mother-in-law, grandma, and aunt. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and honestly I picked Lillian's for my first spot because two of my friends had gotten their dresses there and it was local. But I ended up loving it and finding my dress there! The store is nice, they have private dressing rooms with pedestals, full length mirrors, and seating for anyone who comes with you. Hanna was my consultant, and she was very knowledgable and helpful. After chatting about what I was looking for, I was able to look through the racks and select gowns that stood out to me and she selected some. I was able to try on whatever dresses I wanted, I probably tried on 15-20 and they even pulled them off the mannequins. I ended up with 4 very different dresses as my favorites, which they recorded and saved under my file. I was then able to make an appointment later and returned with my bridesmaids to select my dress. They pulled the 4 dresses I had saved and we retried them all on. They're really good about letting you stay in the dresses and retry them on and go back and forth. They have jewelry, shoes, and veils that you can all put on to help you visualize the look. The only thing that was difficult was not being able to take any photos until after you select your gown, which was hard since my maid of honor lives out of town so I couldn't show her any pictures until I had already selected my gown. My dress was reasonably priced, especially compared to major designers. I also purchased a veil and belt to go with my dress. They have in-house alterations which is really convenient and nice, Behar's Studio. She was very thorough and did and excellent job but she can be a little hard to get ahold of. Thank you Lillian's for helping me find my dream dress!

I worked with Danielle when I had my appointment and I had an amazing experience! The boutique was amazing and she let me look around the racks and thoroughly explained everything before pulling what she thought I would like based on my reactions to those. Danielle obviously loved what she did and helped me to feel comfortable and have fun during my appointment. Danielle was so helpful and even let me stop in unannounced TWICE and let me try on what ended up being my dream dress and stay in them for as long as I needed. By the time I had it on the third time, I had tried on enough dresses to know that no other dress could compare and I absolutely love the dress I ended up with! Danielle gave me space when I needed to process things but was also there exclusively for me when I was in the shop. She didn't try to pressure me into anything or try to rush me, which wasn't true of all of the shops I went to. I would definitely recommend going to this boutique!

Loved my experience at Lillian's Bridal and Black Tie. Instead of asking me if I liked it or not, Brittany kept asking what aspects of each dress did I like and not like. We tried on A LOT including things I didn't think I would want (just to rule it in or out), until we found the right combination of everything. I got teary eyed looking at myself for the first time once we found the right dress. Great experience, excellent service. Everything from the atmosphere to the customer service made me feel VERY comfortable. Highly recommend.

Hanna was wonderful. She immediately got important specifics: when, where, what (I liked and didn't like), and how much. She was very professional, helpful, and insightful. I will recommend Lillian's to anyone and everyone. No, they don't let you take pictures of every dress you try on but that is because their styles are uniquely their own....you can be sure that there aren't hundreds of brides around the country who have already worn or will wear YOUR dress! I was allowed to as many pictures as I wanted once I committed to my dress. I'm so glad I went there!

I purchased my dress about 18 months before my wedding and Lillians was great about letting me try it on (multiple times) while still leaving it there! The selection process was a lot of fun and my consultant didn't try to push my in any direction. I was able to try on multiple styles while still staying within my price range. I used the alteration services on premise which also was professional and did a great job. The dress had some seams that weren't laying completely flat. She was able to make the dress fit my body perfectly and he bustle looked great too. I loved my dress and would recommend any bride looking for options to check out Lillians! Great selection and professional staff.

I'm not sure why others had such a poor experience here, but I thought it was great. Not a huge selection, but I came in because of a certain dress they had. The dress I was looking at was half the price of other stores. Hannah was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Their alterations person is upstairs so she was able to call and ask for certain pricing on some of the things we wanted to do with the dress. All of their dresses are very affordable (less than $2500). I would send any bride to this place in a heartbeat.

Works cannot express how pleased I was with my bridal dress shopping experience. The entire staff at Lillian's was eager to help me achieve my dream bridal look. The stylist took the time to help me create what I was looking for within my budget. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. I have already recommended another Bride to Lillian's--she actually bought a dress! Do yourself a favor and shop Lillian's first.

Lillian's was a great bridal shop. It was my first and only store that I looked. Hannah is awesome and so friendly. I told them my style and what I was looking for, they pulled dressed I wanted and dresses they also thought would be good for me. The second dress I tried on I fell in love with. When I went they were having a sample sale! It was an excellent deal on everything, dress veil, and hair comb. Can't wait to wear my dress!

Lillian's was recommended to me from one of my bridesmaids who recently got married. While I had been to a couple other shops before nothing quite stood out to me. Upon arrival at Lillian's they asked what style I was looking for and what type of dress I had in mind. She immediately pulled a few dresses but said she had one in particular in mind. It turned out that the dress she had in mind was the first dress I tried on and the one I went home with. Lillian's made me feel extremely important, like I was a true Princess. They put me in my own room with my family and helped me every step of the way!

I got my wedding dress and my mother got her dress at Lillian's. The dresses were both beautiful and unique, without being overly expensive. The store is beautiful as well, and they have a great selection. Also, the seamstress that they have on-site is wonderful!

I went to Lillian's Bridal to find my wedding dress. It was the first place I went. The woman who helped me was very helpful and was not pushy at all, which I appreciated. She made sure not to show me dresses out of my price range, unlike other places. The first one I tried on ended up being the one I bought (even after going to many other shops). While there were others like it, there were none that were made as well as that one for the price that it was sold for. It was done by one of their private designers. I also bought the belt and veil there. I loved the belt, but it was out of my price range so they were willing to work with me on the price. Another younger lady helped me the day I came back in to order it and she was also helpful. It came in about a month earlier than they said it would, which was great. The only downside was that when the dress came in, I ended up needing a lot of alterations done than what was expected based on the one I tried on. However, the price for that wasn't major so not too bad. Overall, I definitely recommend the shop to other brides.

I went in with a small budget and a deadline and they were incredibly judgmental of my budget. I also wanted a ball gown wedding dress since I found nothing I liked she put me in a mermaid gown and tried so hard to convince me I loved it instead of realizing I was very uncomfortable with the gown. Even suggesting I settle because of time and that it would "grow on me".

The staff at Lillian's was extremely nice. I had been to multiple bridal shops and the staff always seemed to good to help anyone. I felt like the Lillian's actually listened to me and helped me find the perfect dress at a price I could afford. They also have an amazing seamstress there which was very helpful.

Although I had done research online, Lillian's was the first place my mom and I went shopping for my wedding dress. Hannah was great to work with, and I tried on a bunch of dresses, but ended up buying the first dress I tried on! I wanted a dress with straps, which is hard to find, but Hannah assured me that Bahar, their in-house seamstress, could add custom straps to any sleeveless dress. My dress was a sample, so it was half-price, and Bahar did an amazing job of adding cap sleeves to the dress that looked like they had always been there. I would recommend Lillian's and Bahar's Studio to any bride-to-be!

Lillian's is a wonderful shop. I went here because my sister-in-law bought her dress here as well. The fitting rooms are private and the staff is so wonderful and kind. The shop itself has a wonderful atmosphere; its very personal. They even kept my dress for me for over a year after I had bought it. They have an alterations business upstairs, and the lady that runs it was wonderful as well! My mother and I went in "just for fun" and found the perfect dress for me. It was half the original price.

After going to some of the big chain bridal stores, I decided to try Lillian's. From the minute we walked in, they were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were there on a Wednesday night, without an appointment, and they gladly let me try on dresses. The quality of their dresses far exceeded that of any of the chain bridal stores! I fell in love with a dress that was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I could not imagine getting married in anything else. The dress that I chose was probably my favorite part of the entire wedding, and I'm looking for an excuse to wear it again ;) Bahar did an amazing job with my alterations, and my dress fit perfectly on my wedding day. We also ended up renting suits from Lillians. Hannah was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process, and the results were perfect. I would highly recommend shopping locally and choosing Lillians. You won't be disappointed!

The service here was amazing. It is definitely a really nice boutique, and Hannah definitely did her best to help me find the dress. I was not sure about the dress because of the price and so I went back at least 4 times to try it on and debate. Finally, they threw the veil in for free and I went with it. I definitely was not planning to spend as much as I did here, but my dress was great quality and I absolutely loved it! The only downside was the price, and I had to pay a rush fee even though it was almost 6 months out. They do have lots of dresses half off though and a wide range of selection in terms of price. I just happened to fall in love with this one. My alterations were perfect and it fit like a glove. Bahar does a great job and quick work.

I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from Lillian's. They were excellent in working with my 2 pregnant bridesmaids. They communicated very well with me and everything came in when they expected.

Our daughter loved her dress from Lillians. She took in a picture of the dress she thought she wanted and did try that on, but our consutant also suggested another dress. When she put that dress on it was just perfect for her. I also found my mother of the bride dress at Lillians.

I absolutely LOVED my dress from Lillian's!!! The whole process there was fabulous! They make you feel special from the moment you go to try on dresses until the moment you walk out the door with your dress all fitted for your wedding! It was an amazing experience and one I will cherish!!!

My first experience at Lillian's was a very pleasant one! The person who assisted me in the store is no longer there. She was great! With purchasing my dress, she gave us the veil and the satin bow for free. When I went in there for my second fitting, someone else assisted me. While I was modeling the dress and seeing how it fit, she was sitting and acted like she didn't know what was going on- not very proactive. I would ask her how it fit, and she would say one-word answers. Finally someone else helped us (I think she was the owner), and she was super helpful. Getting alterations was no problem. They have someone who works upstairs in alterations (her name is Bahar), and she was great! She knew exactly what needed to be fixed on my dress, and my dress looked amazing on my wedding day.

I got my dress from Lillian's- they are the best place in Dayton to look. I also got half off during the sample sale. They have a great selection! I got so many compliments.

This boutique was perfect! I was able to get my dress during a sample sale along with my veil and they were each half off! So less than $500 for both! The owner was so friendly along with the other ladies there! I hope that she is still in business when I have a daughter so that I can take her to the same place!

I purchased my wedding gown from Lillian's Bridal and I was very pleased with the process. The unique thing about this place is that you get very personalized attention and you actually have your own room that has an area for you put dresses on and an area for your guests to sit for when you come out. This was the first place I went shopping and it spoiled me. I went to David's Bridal and you lose any sense of privacy. Lillian's is not a cheap bridal store. Dresses were on average around $1,200 but I was able to price match my dress from another store. When I presented this competitors price they gave me the option to either match the price or get a free veil or headpiece. I thought this was great because I really wanted to stick with them because they had provided such great service. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend Lillian's if you're willing to spend a little more (for a better quality dress and a better experience) but I'd also suggest trying to find your dress cheaper somewhere else and you can still get a decent price! I was happy with my experience.

Hands down the best selection of gorgeous wedding gowns in Dayton and Cincinnati! My mom, sister, and I must have stopped in 10+ different stores in Dayton and Cincinnati (including Cincinnati's bridal district) and Lillian's was by FAR the best. Each future bride has their own fitting room complete with fabulous, chic decor and beautiful big mirrors, and the selection of gowns is plentiful. Lillian's carries top designers; the dresses are simply to die for.

Our daughter's wedding dress was fabulous! We had wonderful service from everyone at Lillian's. The alterations were done upstairs at Lillian's and at a fair cost. They did a wonderful job. The store is awesome and made our daughter feel like a princess in their beautiful dressing room. Our daughter looked so magical on her special day in her wedding dress from Lillian's. Fell in love with the first dress I tried on. The sales rep didn't tell me about the half off dresses in the bags. She asked what my budget was and still let me try on dresses WAY out of my price range. Also if you wait a week or two they lower the price. Ugh! Went WAY over my budget on dress and accessories. Spent $607 for my veil and headpiece:(

I got my dress here at a good price and they also threw in a veil for free. They were very helpful and if you don't have the cash upfront you can make payments which some places wont do. The alterations lady upstairs was also awesome and very helpful. Might I also add that I am a plus size bride (Size 18) and they had many dresses in my size.

I was referred to Lillian’s by a friend who had got her wedding dress there. I had considered traveling to Cincinnati to check out bridal row, but I liked the idea of staying local. First, I made an appointment to try on dresses at Lillian's. I took some pictures with me and explained that I was looking for a fit-and-flare style. I was greeted and then directed to an area of dresses that were my style and price range. When I was escorted to the room where I tried on dresses I could not believe how big and beautifully the room was decorated. I felt like a princess before even putting on a gown. I began talking to my consultant and noticed she had a lot of knowledge. When I asked how long she had worked there, Kristin kindly explained to me that she was the owner and how many years she had been in the business. It made me feel extra special that the store owner was working with me directly. The third dress I tried on was “The One”. I did not say yes to the dress on the spot because I only had one friend with me. I wanted to think about the dress for a few days and get more opinions to insure I was making the right decision. Also, I considered making some changes to the dress as I had the option to choose different colors and I was torn between the train on another dress. I was a little disappointed when I was not allowed to take pictures of the dress. But, I understand that some brides take pictures of a dress only to go somewhere else to get it. I went back and put on the dress and I knew it was the right choice and that nothing about the dress needed to be changed. I was measured and Lillian's placed an order for a Casablanca dress to be made to fit me. At the time I placed my order they were running a special for a free head piece and so I ordered a bird cage veil as well -- for free! I also ordered extra buttons that match my dress so that my florist could use them to decorate the stem of my bouquet. I learned that it is important to place a dress order FAR in advance. I was told my gown could take up to 6 months before it was complete and received by Lillian's. However, it came faster than expected. When I tried on my dress I was somewhat disappointed that it did not fit exactly how I imagined. Unfortunately, it's hard to imagine a perfect fit when you try on a sample that is many sizes too big. Rather than being a true fit-and-flare, the gown was much more of an A-line. Also, it was too long--I encourage brides to have shoes with the heel size you plan to wear--luckily my hem was fairly easy. Lillian's has an in-house seamstress, Bahar's Studio. Bahar did a fabulous job hemming my dress to make it shorter. She also did a fabulous job taking in the seam on each side around my hips to give me the fit-and-flare look I had hoped for. She steamed my dress and kept it hanging for me until 5 days before my wedding when I went for my final fitting. It fit like a glove. Also, I had been shopping around to find the right bolero/shawl to match my dress. As my wedding was in November I knew I would need something to keep me warm. I thought I could find something online, at Macy's or somewhere and maybe get it cheaper than at a Bridal Salon. However, I learned that finding a nice bolero that does not look like a bath rug was a tough feat and that they are expensive no matter where you go. The week before my wedding I went back to Lillian's and Kristin happened to have something on the rack that was

I LOVED my experience at Lillian's! It's a cozy and boutique-y environment, which makes you feel pampered. Since it's a smaller venue, you don't have a ton of other brides running around the store. It was just me when I was there on a Saturday! I got my own private dressing room and a private sitting room for my mom and sisters. Rhonda is a fabulous consultant--she actually found my dress for me!

They have the best selection of bridal gowns in Dayton! I searched Cincinnati, Columbus & everywhere in Dayton before I found out about Lillians. I found the perfect dress there and the owner was very helpful in picking out accessories.

I had tried other bridal shops. At David Bridal I didn't feel valued as a customer or cared for. I stopped in Lilian's on a recommendation and it was the best decision! Rhonda was amazing. She gave me freedom to choose my dresses, helped me into them, and let me have my own reaction before giving her opinion. She was so easy to work with. I really felt valued as a customer. I went back to get the bridesmaids dresses there too. Rhonda is fun and so helpful! Ask for her!

The day I tried on my wedding gown was an amazing experience. I did not have an appt, however, they were nice enough to squeeze me in. Rhonda was my bridal consultant that day and I think she did a great job. To bride's that know what they want, be a little cautious if you work with Rhonda as she can be a little opinionated. For me, her personality worked very well because I did not have a specific style picked out, so I trusted her judgement and tried on whatever she and my family picked out. I ended up choosing the dress she picked out and I felt like a true princess. Her patience and kindness with myself and my family was truly appreciated. Lillian's really is the best place to shop in Dayton, it is a beautiful boutique with GORGEOUS gowns and it is very private, no trying on dresses next other brides (which can get annoying after a while). They also have beautiful jewelry/shoes/accessories (little pricey though for what they are). Mother of the bride dresses are nice too, just too pricey. Also, it was very convenient having alternations done upstairs in their shop. They held my dress for months prior to the wedding which was also very convenient. If you want to feel truly special and be offered a selection of stunning gowns that are great quality, go to Lillian's.

I had a wonderful experience at Lilian's! The store is beautiful, they have a large selection of dresses, and the woman they have on site who does alterations (Bahar) is fabulous. However, you MUST have an appointment...which I'm noticing a lot of reviewers complaining about. I had a consultant (Rhonda) to myself. She had my mom and I pull dresses we liked and then she also pulled dresses that matched the styles from the pictures I showed her. After trying on about a dozen dresses and realizing that I wanted something "more" than the simple styles I had thought I would like, Rhonda pulled 2 dresses that I loved. She worked within my price point, never trying to make me spend more than I was comfortable with, and she threw in a beautiful veil and gorgeous sash for free. Bahar did a wonderful job on my dress, especially the bustle. I wanted the train to fold under so that gown looked like the train was gone instead of just having fabric rippling down from my butt. It was done so seamlessly people thought I had actually removed the train instead of bustling it. I loved Lilian's and would recommend it to everyone!

Lillian's is a dream inside. Any girl's fairytale. There are rows and rows of gowns in a gorgeously-elegant setting. Rhonda is awesome... she hones right in on your preferences, being super-mindful of your budget (which rocked!). She was great to work with, and I was fortunate to find a gorgeous "off-the-rack" dress during a time when they were running a promotion that you got a free veil (any style!) if you bought a dress. AWESOME! They offer on-site alterations (done upstairs)--they were good and I was very happy, but I thought that they were expensive. My alterations cost almost as much as my dress, and at the time that I bought my gown I didn't think I needed that much done (I ended up having the length altered, the sides taken in a tad, the zipper repaired b/c it was busted, and bustles added). I'm sure that their pricing is competitive with other alteration places... I just was surprised that the alterations cost ~$250. They did steam and press my dress and veil and I could pick it up whenever was convenient to me. As a whole, I was very satisfied with the experience and would recommend Lillian's to any Bride!

I went into Lillian's with a bunch of ideas of what I might like. Unfortunately, my consultant looked at me and treated me like I was crazy. She said she had no idea what to pull after the 3rd dress I tried on. Fortunately my sister was with me, looked at the pictures, and scoured the sample racks to find the PERFECT dress. It fit like a dream, and incorporated many of the different aspects I was hoping for. We grabbed a sash that was laying on the table in the dressing room and wrapped it around the dress, and THAT WAS IT. Fortunately again, Lillian's has a FANTASTIC seamstress who worked magic with me to make my dress exactly what I wanted it to be. Bahar is amazing at what she does, and reasonable in terms of pricing too. I would trust her with ABSOLUTELY anything I need altered. The dress was GORGEOUS, and I give all the credit to my sister and Bahar - not any of the bridal consultants at Lillian's.

I went to Lillians with my girlfriends just to make an appointment. After reading others reviews, I knew Lillians only took appointments and not walk-ins. Kristen greeted us and sat down to make us an appointment, but when she found out the wedding was only 5 months away jumped up and said, "Well we need to get you in some dresses!" Even though her next client was due in half an hour, she was willing to spend time helping me.... Well as it was, when I told her what I was looking for, she brought me the absolute PERFECT dress and I didnt even need to try on any others! I received SOOOO MANY compliments on my dress! I wouldnt have changed a thing! (In addition, the store is beautiful, smells great and has the added bonus of a classy feline who helps pick out dresses!)
