We are so beyond thankful we decided to book Lily and Lime for our wedding photographer! The packages they offer are incredibly reasonably priced for what you receive. We booked with John for our lead photographer, he was so professional and took amazing pictures! John knew exactly how to pose us and not only did he capture endless photos of my husband and I, him and our second photographer, Kenny made sure to capture those important to us, throughout the entire wedding. We are extremely happy with the abundance of photos we received and how great the quality is. We received the entire gallery of photos back within a short period of time and we could not be happier with the variety of photos we received. The company itself is very thorough and there is always someone to answer your questions, in a timely manner, via email. Book with Lily and Lime, you won’t regret it.

Lily and Lime were overall great to work with. Our friends had used their service for their wedding a few years before and we love the pictures that we’ve received from our wedding weekend. We had great photographers Jose and Kenny, and a collaborative videographer Connor - all were professional, brought great energy, and were all very kind. We appreciate Lily and Lime’s affordability for their service and beautiful outcome of moments captured by photo/video. My one piece of feedback I wanted to offer was we had written out in the questionnaire where we wanted particular people from the photo/video team to be and that didn't fully pan out the day of our wedding. We weren't able to get pictures of the groomsmen and my husband getting ready together which was a bummer. I would ask L&L to make sure they really review those details with their photo/video team so that the couple doesn't have to stress about it hence the 4 stars instead of full 5. Otherwise, we especially loved our photographer Jose who we also worked with for our engagement photos session. He really captured some beautiful moments between people and throughout our wedding day. We’ve been looking at the pictures nonstop!

Lily & Lime is a professional business that delivered TOP QUALITY products. I was unsure if I wanted a wedding video and decided towards the end that I wanted this special keepsake. I am SOOO happy that we decided to do this. I watched the video and cried, it captured our whole day perfectly. We had Josh as our videographer and he was professional and captured all the moments without getting in the way, it was like he wasn’t even there. Highly recommend this business for all your wedding needs. Communication was easy and fast.

Let me just start off by saying I am beyond happy and in love with the photos we received from Lily & Lime! Our photographer was unbelievable and everything fell into place and felt so natural! Eli understood everything we wanted. They were so professional and knowledgable and patient. Eli made us feel so comfortable and had some great ideas for the photos that we hadn't thought of. The photos came out amazing and I will forever cherish them! I am not a person that likes to have my photo taken so I was worried I wouldn’t like any of them or have any favorites, but let me tell you I can’t even pick a favorite because I love all the photos! Paola was an outstanding photographer for our wedding! She was so accomodating taking pictures at different spots we had in mind and inspiration/ideas we showed her, plus thousands more beautiful and candid photos throughout the day. Nora, Lily&Lime's coordinator, was helpful and communicative both leading up to our wedding day and afterward, when the editors choice and photo gallery were ready two months after our wedding, which is good timing considering it was holiday season. I would never recommend Lily and Lime to another couple. We were extremely disappointed with our engagement photos and decided to back out of wedding day photos and hire a different photographer. However, we had already put in some deposits and had to keep the lily and lime videographer for our wedding. The videographer appeared to be good on the phone the week prior, however on the wedding day they seemed to not know what the schedule of events were. In addition, as a bride I hated not being able to choose my own photographer/videographer and that I could only get in touch with them days before my wedding day. Photos/video are too important to leave up to chance and hope you get someone good. I recommend spending more on a reputable, professional photographer that is not associated with lily and lime.
We were drawn to Lily and Lime because we did not want to spend a fortune on photography. Honestly, Lily and Lime exceeded our expectations with the photographers hired at their company. Their photographers are punctual, efficient, and extremely professional. Their work is very impressive and we can't be more thankful we found this company for our wedding.

My wife and I (it still feels so magical to say that!) had a wonderful experience with Lily & Lime. The cost was very reasonable and the process of choosing a photographer was painless, so we felt good about our decision going into the day. Our photographer David was a consummate professional, personable and efficient. He did a great job of blending into the background for candid shots and also keeping our wedding party on point for the staged shots. We were overjoyed to download our photos just a few weeks later and discover that they had turned out spectacularly. All in all, we were very happy that we went with Lily & Lime.

We loved working with Lily and Lime. We're pretty busy people (both full time jobs, plus side hustles, a dog, and planning a wedding in 6 months) so we appreciated the ease, affordability, and sophistication (most planning/purchasing done using their well-laid out website, with the option to call or email as necessary) of working with Lily and Lime. We originally bought the 6 hour package, eventually upgraded to the 8 hour package, and found working with the Lily and Lime staff to be easy, professional, and convenient all the way through. Because we had the 8 hour package, we were able to choose our photographer. He was fabulous. So incredibly easy going, timely, organized, and able to navigate a lot of requests + a lot of family. Our entire bridal party and family still keeps mentioning how great he was! On a day that should be fun but can easily become stressful, he really did help make it so much more fun. And then we got our photos back about a month after our wedding - they were amazing! We loved being able to slow down and see the pictures that happened over the entire day, when the day felt like a blur. They allowed us to see the whole day from so many perspectives besides our own. We'd definitely recommend Lily and Lime again. The only thing to be aware of (as mentioned by other reviewers) is that you aren't put in direct contact with your photographer until about a week or so before your wedding. This didn't bother us at all because the planning documents for Lily and Lime were so user-friendly and clear, not to mention the Lily and Lime customer service staff was very attentive.

I do not typically leave negative reviews. However, I think it's important that I make potential customers aware of the truly terrible experience I had with Lily and Lime. I booked them to photograph my wedding months before my wedding date. They reached out and confirmed our contract and asked me to fill out a questionnaire regarding my wedding. A month before the wedding, I spoke with one of their agents to finalize the details of our wedding day. She told me that a photographer would be assigned to our wedding, and I would hear from the photograph 10-14 days before the wedding to confirm details. One week before our wedding, I still hadn't heard from anyone. It took me three emails and three phone calls to Lily and Lime to have someone call me back. When they called me back 4 days before my wedding, they told me that something had gotten missed and they did not have a photographer booked for my wedding.
That evening there was some panic and a mad scramble, but I was able to book another photographer.
My biggest issues with Lily and Lime is not that this mistake was made - mistakes happen. It was how they handled it. When I finally spoke with them again, they never apologized once for not following through on their end of the agreement. Also, they sent me legal paperwork the day before my wedding stating that in order to get my deposit back I needed to sign a contract which stated I would not be able to post a negative review about them. After weeks of going back and forth with their rude and unhelpful staff, and I was able to secure my deposit.
This was poor form on every level. For a company whose entire business is about delivering a service for a very important day, they were tone deaf, unhelpful and unapologetic. I would warn anyone against using their services for their wedding or any important event in their life.

Our Lily & Lime photographer was fantastic. He was professional and thoughtful. He gave us advice on the types of pictures we might want but also took the pictures we wanted. He was so easy to work and made us very comfortable. Once we received the wedding photos though we were blown away. The photos were beautiful and not just your typical side by side photos. He was imaginative and really made a great use of light. Lily & Lime is reasonably priced but they don't compromise their quality. I would recomend Lily & Lime to anyone.

Our experience with Lily &Lime has been absolutely phenomenal! Even from the very beginning, communicating with their customer service and our photographer was a breeze. Everyone we talked to via email or over the phone was so pleasant and helpful! The process of planning out our wedding day for the photographer was super easy and our photographer was the absolute best! We had Jeremy as our photographer and he was absolutely amazing! We had a great experience with Lily and Lime. I was a little apprehensive about using their service, but they exceeded all my expectations. Their customer service team were responsive and helpful. The planning process was simple and straight-forward. Lily and Lime was cost effective and allowed us to spread out the payments. We could not have been any happier with our photographer, Becky. From the engagement pictures, to our wedding day, everything was seamless. Becky arrived promptly and spent time familiarizing herself with the venue in order to capture the best photographs. Becky captured all requested portraits as well as unforgettable candids that we will cherish forever. Becky went above and beyond what was asked of her. We are IN LOVE with our pictures and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The best part...we received ALL of our pictures within two weeks!!! Lily and Lime organized the photos into folders (i.e., getting ready, ceremony, venue locations, etc.) which was helpful. We love that we have all the rights to the photos and are able to share them with our family. We would highly recommend using Lily and Lime.

Lily and Lime is great. I was really nervous about not getting to talk to the photographer until the week of, but the price was too good to look past. The customer service team answered all questions. The portal of ordering more prints and viewing our event schedule was relatively easy to use. Payments were split into three which was also really nice. We got married in the Boston area with Xenia and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I cannot recommend her enough. Amazing sense of humor. She was able to guide us through the “normal” wedding poses and was flexible with what we wanted to do as well. We had the 8 hour package from 12:30-8:30 and I almost wish we had the 10 hour package for our event. She was absolutely lovely. Amazing, amazing pictures as well. Would definitely recommend Lily and Lime!

If your wedding gets canceled do to covid, you will not get any money spent back. They will give you credit which is fine! Unless you're like me and you're not sure if you'll ever be able to reschedule a real "wedding" wedding in the future and therefore not really know if you can ever use that credit... This is the only vendor I've had this issue with. I am really disappointed.

Lily & lime covered my wedding. We had a fantastic Christmas wedding. We were very comfortable during our photo session, Photographer knew exactly what to do, guided us to nice poses, it was really fun after that we took family pictures which was great as well. Prices were really affordable and definitely worth it. we even asked Sergio for an extra hour to record our memorable day fully.

Lily & Liam team did a great job covering my wedding photography. Everything was super organized thanks to their smart website that helped me put a plan and custom my photography hours. their payment plan was very very comfortable since the package price could be paid over multiple times. Package prices are super affordable compared to other vendors and the quality of the pictures came out great! Lily & Liam are highly recommended for their great picture quality, package prices and also for the fast amount of time they take to edit pictures after the wedding date!

It was wonderful working with Lily & Lime for our wedding photography! It was an easy experience from start to finish, in our price range, and our photographers, Casey & William, were wonderful! Casey, the lead photographer, was really fun to work with and made sure to get every shot we would want from our wedding day. We hired Kathleen with Lily & Lime in Providence to shoot our wedding, and she did a beautiful job. She was very flexible with our schedule, taking photos at numerous sites prior to the wedding. We didn't have too many must-have shots in mind, so she suggested ideas of her own, which turned out gorgeous. Everyone in our wedding party commented on how much fun she was to work with all day. Communicating with the customer service representatives at Lily & Lime was a smooth experience, and the photos were sent to us within a month of the wedding, faster than we expected! I've already recommended Lily & Lime to several of my friends, one of whom is using them for her wedding as well.
Lily and Lime was INCREDIBLE! They were super easy to work with and Laura and Nigel in customer service were very helpful and prompt in answering all of my questions before and after the wedding. Lily and Lime is affordable and their website is easy to navigate. You can look through different photographers’ portfolio and book a photographer online. They send you a timeline to fill out so the photographer/ videographer can review it before hand and know what to expect on the day of. There is also a section to write about the specific moments/ shots you want them to capture. Our photographer, Caitlin, called me a week before the wedding to go over the timeline and answer any question I had. Our photographers and videographers were incredibly professional and easy to work with. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. They captured exactly what we were hoping for. The quality of the pictures and video was FANTASTIC and the turnaround time was incredible. Our pictures were ready in 3 weeks and the video was ready in 3 months. We are very grateful to have found Lily and Lime. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

What an absolutely fantastic experience. This place makes it really easy to get set up with a good photographer (you pick one from a big selection available on their website, with sample images), and then has a pretty great online interface that makes it a breeze to send your exact plans for the wedding day in. The photographer we got (who we had no prior knowledge of) was incredibly professional and accommodating and absolutely easy to work with, and he came back with some great images and at super quick response rate. This is probably the most user-friendly way to get a wedding photographer. Also, this place is super affordable. All in all 10/10.

We could not be more pleased with Lily & Lime. With all the time and steps that go into planning a wedding, was nice to be able to book a vendor entirely online. I loved being able to view multiple photographers portfolios at once and select the one that best suited our tastes and style without having to compromise quality for cost, since every photographer they Lily and Lime costs the same. The planning process Lily & Lime provides was really helpful in assisting me to plan a day-of timeline for the wedding, as well as make sure every shot we wanted was covered. Our photographer, Jeremy, was top notch. We were instantly put at ease by him and the associate photographer, Eddie. Both of them kept us laughing all day long, and they knew how to get our wedding party to relax to get some really great group shots. We had many many guests ask us both during the wedding and in the weeks that followed where we found our photographer because they all loved him. We received a few sneak peek photos a few days after the wedding which was awesome because we were eager to see how they came out - they were breathtaking! I simply cannot believe how amazing of quality we got for the low price Lily & Lime offers. Lily & Lime was the most affordable option for us, so easy to work with, and we were completely satisfied with our experience! We wanted 8 hours of photography for our weekday wedding and booked a photographer through Lily & Lime a month in advance. At first I was overwhelmed with choosing a photographer from their options, but I called customer service who was super helpful with giving me recommendations based on what I was looking for. The photographer we chose was absolutely amazing! Someone was in touch with me every step of the way via email, from when I signed up for an account to when I got my photos (about a month afterwards). While Lily & Lime doesn't allow you to communicate with your photographer until a week in advance, they had a website where you could input information about your wedding for your photographer. Lily & Lime is the perfect option for people who are looking for something affordable and (if you don't buy a portrait session) don't mind meeting your photographer for the first time on the day of your wedding.

I got married in Brooklyn in August 2018 and hired a photographer, Raymond , through Lily and Lime. I went with Lily and Lime because of their affordable packages and because of convenience. Navigating the website was really easy, and it was also easy to reserve a photographer. Raymond was very professional and so positive throughout the day. I looked at his portfolio to choose him beforehand. I was able to have a conversation with him before the wedding. He was really great to work with! I would recommend Lily and Lime especially if you are looking for an affordable photographer and don’t need that much contact with the him or her before booking. It worked out well for us!

Before your wedding, you have to fill out what you expect your timeline to look like for the photographer to prepare. Our photographer called us the week before to get a more detailed timeline and the day of the wedding she was on top of it! She took pictures of anything and everything and we are so very grateful to have found her using this service.
Budget: The amount you pay is based on the time you want, not the name of the photographer. There was no guesswork in pricing. It was easy picking the photographer right for our wedding without being worried if they were within budget.
Turnaround time: I have heard from several people that have waited over a year to get their wedding photographs back. I feel with Lily and Lime there was a nice middle person to make sure we got what we needed in a timely manner.
If you don't have a specific photographer you want to work with, this is the best route you can go.
If you know don't know where to start with wedding photography, Lily & Lime should be your FIRST stop. They have a wonderful online platform that allowed me to let them know what kind of photography experience my wife and I wanted to have on our special day. The photographer was professional and friendly and did an amazing job taking pictures. However, I wish the photographer was more creative and captured more than what we asked for.

Glad we got to work with Sarah for our engagement and wedding shots, she's very friendly and make our photo sessions very comfortable!

My husband and I were a little hesitant to work with Lily & Lime given the “hands-offness” of the photography crew up until the wedding week but we loved the price L&L offers compared to going direct to the photographer/videographer. The Lily & Lime process and platform was straight forward and if we were ever confused or had questions L&L support team was on it. The automated emails along the way if/when there are specific actions that need completed in a timely manner were helpful.
CHOSING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROCESS. Do some online stalking of your photographer to make sure you like them beyond the information L&L gives you ( first name, picture, small portfolio). Cross reference the internet for that photographer’s name in the area you’re searching and review their individual reviews on the other wedding sites since most of L&L reviews are on L&L process and not the photographer you may or may not chose. The thing about L&L is that you don’t interact with your photographer until a week before the wedding. The week before the wedding is probably one the craziest weeks of your life, so my one area of improvement is to allow the couple to engage with the photographer a little sooner. Although I understand why it’s structured this way, it makes it a little more crazy if you don’t opt for engagement photos to interact with your photographer sooner.
The week of your wedding you'll receive your photographer's contact info and if they’re good (like ours was) they’ll reached out to you to introduce themselves and discuss the important parts of your wedding and certain shots you’d like to capture. We received our photos and video very promptly as promised and they’re wonderful. Overall we are pleased with the service, product, and our photographer, especially for the value and price.

Lily & Lime was a cost effective way for us to get our wedding photography and we were very pleased! I really liked the photographer we picked through them as well and the customer service reps were super as there were a few minor snags that needed to be fixed along the way.
We were given a discount code in an email from Lily & Lime which we used to buy a photography package for our wedding. We paid a deposit to get locked in and the website displayed two future payments we would have to make. When we logged in to pay our second payment the amount due was higher by the tune of a few hundred dollars. I decided to reach out to them to find out what happened.
Four emails and two phone calls and they still haven't figured it out. After the first phone call they immediately admitted this was their mistake and assured me it would be solved in 1-2 business days. It has now been a week and a half since I reached out to Lily & Lime to have this corrected. When the time frame they give me goes by I have to be the one to reach back out to them to let them know they haven't fixed the issue; they do not follow up at all even when they assured me they would.
I've spoken to a few different representatives now and they're all very friendly, but seem to tell you they'll fix it just to get you off the phone so they can bump the problem down the line.
I have very little confidence they will be reliable on the day of our wedding and will be asking for a refund for the deposit we made. I feel like I've been very patient and understanding but Lily & Lime just does not seem capable of delivery a quality product.
We hired Gianna - she was really great to work with! Very professional and efficient. The pricing was fair and the photos look amazing. We got a discount by purchasing our photography package way in advance of the wedding (10 months ahead).
We had Ashley as our Main Photographer, and Chris as our Videographer.
We loved our time with Lily and Lime, they were just our style and were willing to do anything to get some amazing shots on our special day. They were laid back, not too pushy, and gave us some really special photos of our day that we would not have gotten otherwise. Our one issue was that the second photographer that was supposed to take the groom and groomsmen to a different area for their photos before the ceremony so that my bridesmaids and I could get photos before the ceremony as well, had to be told multiple times to actually do so. I ended up making one of the groomsmen get my husband and the other groomsmen together to get the photos started. They didn't start taking the groomsmen photos until 45 minutes before the ceremony, which made everything before the ceremony late, and I was still outside when guests began to arrive.
Besides that we had some beautiful photos and memories all caught by our lovely photographer and videographer.
My Husband and I used Lily and Lime for our wedding photos. The process was very easy from booking until the day of. All of our requests and need to know information went into an online portfolio for the photographer. We used Chuck and he was great! From the moment he got there until he left, he really catered to our wants and made she to capture all of the important shots! They were very timely in getting our photos back to us!
Wendy with Lily and Lime was our photographer and made our day such a breeze, and we truly enjoyed working with her. My husband and I are both laid back, and wanted to extend that feel to our wedding with forgoing a lot of the "traditions" and just spending time celebrating with our friends and family. Wendy totally understood our views, and really went with that flow. As we had never worked with a professional photographer before, she guided us through everything, and really captured the feel of us, and our venue in her photographs. Overall, Lily and Lime was such a pleasure to work with. Doing pretty much everything online made it so easy, and took a lot of stress out of booking a photographer. The online forms they provide for you to fill out also adds to the ease and gives the photographer much needed information that they utilize. The customer service rep, Maddy was also awesome. She is very professional and courteous, and kept us up-to-date on every step of the process, while also sending us emails to remind us to complete certain stages (which trust me, you will appreciate). We received sneak peeks of some of the photos within a week of our wedding, all the photos within two weeks and were able to download/purchase within 6 weeks. They processed them very quickly, which was great. We really enjoyed working with Lily and Lime and their staff, and definitely recommend their services if you are looking for a wedding photographer!

Of course we were nervous choosing a photographer based only off of a portfolio and not actually getting to speak to her until the week of our wedding. We chose Monica because we loved her candid shots and boy did she not disappoint!
I spoke to Monica a few days before our wedding to go over which shots were on our "must have" list, which weren't many. She knew our venue and the surrounding area so she gave some tips and we were set. The day of the wedding she showed up to the venue early to get some pictures of the venue itself, then pictures of me getting ready and with my parents and siblings, then my husband getting ready and with his parents and siblings. We did not do a first look and she did not push for it.
During the ceremony I didn't even know she was there. After the ceremony we headed out to take some pictures with me, the groom and the bridal party and she worked fast because we were losing light - we had a 6 pm ceremony in mid-October. Those pictures came out beautiful, and she really made our jewel tone colors pop.
We didn't even notice her during the reception, but she was all over the place, and easy to find when we did want a specific photo. Our guests actually commented on how much they liked her which was great to hear! I've never heard people rave about a photographer like they were raving about Monica. There are so many sweet photos from our reception, and silly photos, and photos full of pure joy. We could not have asked for a better collection of photos from our wedding day.
Afterwards, we got a sneak peek in about a week and a half - very exciting! We got our full portfolio maybe a week or two after that and are now just waiting a couple more weeks to be able to download them.
Lily & Lime won't be for everyone, namely those who want to meet and have a sit down with their photographer ahead of time, but they were perfect for us. The whole process was really easy and we would absolutely recommend them for future brides.

Lily & Lime seemed like it was too good to be true at first. I combed through all of the reviews to be sure they were a real company, and finally took the big leap by purchasing one of their base packages with a discount.
From start to finish they worked with me to ensure that I had exactly what I needed, that I knew about add-on options (without pushing them on me), that I was comfortable and happy with my photographer (who I was able to choose - a great feature offered by Lily & Lime which makes the process feel more personal), and that I loved my photos. They got the photos to me in record time as well; I thought I'd be waiting up to 8 weeks, but the preview came through within two weeks, the photos with watermarks a few days after that, and the downloads in less than a month!
Even though I used a discount, I never felt that they were treating me differently. I can't imagine how they could have made my experience any better - it was darn near perfection! There is no question in my mind that they are organized to a 'T' and that the service I was provided was tailored to me. I decided to go with Lily and Lime for my wedding photography because of the price in all honesty, however I could not have been happier with my choice to go with them. They were very responsive during the entire wedding planning process and I never had to wait long for a response on a question. She was so easy to work with and made sure that I got all of the shots that I wanted for my wedding day (including outdoor shots on a rainy day!). The staff is super professional and Chelsea with customer support is so nice and awesome. Payments online were always easy as well. I got to choose my photographer out of many local photographers and I was able to review all of their work before making a decision. A little over a week before our wedding, I was able to chat on the phone with my photographer (Jennifer). She was so awesome, not only before the wedding, but also throughout our wedding day! She stuck to my timeline and made sure I got all of the photos I wanted taken. She helped me remember all the shots I wanted (phew! sigh of relief!), got candids and even more shots that I never would have thought to get. She kept my whole day on time and coordinated with the other vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. I usually hate getting my picture taken (I am plus sized) but I hardly noticed she was there unless we were doing formal pictures. The pics all turned out great and she did an amazing job at making me look flattering all day long. I would certainly hire her again for any future photography needs! Editing is turned back over to L&L after the wedding, and all of our pics turned out amazing! We received almost 1200 pictures (over 500 edited) and I am so happy with the volume of pictures Jennifer got for us. She didn't miss a moment and the edited pictures look lovely! Downloading the pictures after the wedding is a breeze and I now have them for my own use forever! You can also buy an album or prints directly from them on their website. Everything about Jennifer and Lily & Lime was amazing from start to finish! You should definitely hire this company, don't hesitate!
