She also was able to snap hundreds of photos for us to choose from. We were so happy with our photos and can’t wait to give prints of them out as presents for the holidays.

What caught our eye initially was how Liz captured the colors of the foliage & flowers perfectly....
Not to mention an eye for catching those sweet and intimate moments effortlessly.
On the day of the wedding, after we met Liz, we were even more blown away! She guided us during our First Look and made us look and feel amazing throughout the rest of the day. She knew exactly what to do and when. Even when we didn’t know what to do haha.

on their experience, ability to work outside their own racial group, and we used the information in their profile to select just the right person we felt we would feel comfortable with. But in the end, we were unable to work with our selection. So we had to choose from two available photographers. And I have to tell you, Katie(forgive me if I have the wrong name), she was awesome. We immediately warmed up to her, she was a delight, we laughed with her during the get ready pictures, we cracked jokes, but more importantly she was easy to work with. Lily and Lime answered all my questions timely. I will definitely use them in the future. Do yourself a favor!!!! Book them, you won’t regret it!!!!

phy through their online customer portal. We were nervous at first, because we couldn’t believe how affordable it was, but Lily and Lime exceeded our expectations!
Our photographer was fantastic. She took amazing photos and knew how to capture the moment. She even grabbed us from the dance floor and asked us if we wanted to take some photos outside in the high grass during sunset, which we did and these were actually some of our best photos. She really had an eye for how to capture a beautiful picture and scene. The photos are so good we are going to get them developed and put them in our living room.
Overall, we had a great experience with Lily and Lime. I have a few friends who recently got engaged, and we’re recommending Lily and Lime to all of them!

of our wedding. Lily and Lime’s customer service was excellent, and helped calm all of my worries. The forms we filled out on our portal were comprehensive, and these were shared with our photographer, so she knew exactly what we we envisioned. Before our event, our photographer reached out to us and got to know us better and really got more thorough information from us.
Our photographer was AMAZING! We chose her because we loved her portfolio, and she did not disappoint! Her experience was evident- she had so many creative ideas for us to try, and made it all feel natural. We had some family dynamics (divorces) to work around, and she made it a breeze! We couldn’t believe how many great portraits we got done in a short amount of time during our first look and family photos thanks to her efficiency and professionalism.
Unfortunately, my father-in-law passed away 2 weeks after our wedding. Our photos were not yet ready, but I reached out to customer support to see if there was any way possible to get a few with him in them to use at his funeral services. They went above and beyond to send us some photos featuring him. It meant so much to us!
When we got all of our photos back, it was the best feeling ever! We got to re-live the day as we browsed through them. We were shocked with how many amazing ones she captured.
Overall, we had an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend Lily and Lime!

Our photographer called us the week before to get a more detailed timeline and the day of the wedding she was on top of it! She took pictures of anything and everything and we are so very grateful to have found her using this service.
Budget: The amount you pay is based on the time you want, not the name of the photographer. There was no guesswork in pricing. It was easy picking the photographer right for our wedding without being worried if they were within budget.
Turnaround time: I have heard from several people that have waited over a year to get their wedding photographs back. I feel with Lily and Lime there was a nice middle person to make sure we got what we needed in a timely manner.
If you don't have a specific photographer you want to work with, this is the best route you can go.

ared to going direct to the photographer/videographer. The Lily & Lime process and platform was straight forward and if we were ever confused or had questions L&L support team was on it. The automated emails along the way if/when there are specific actions that need completed in a timely manner were helpful.
CHOSING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROCESS. Do some online stalking of your photographer to make sure you like them beyond the information L&L gives you ( first name, picture, small portfolio). Cross reference the internet for that photographer’s name in the area you’re searching and review their individual reviews on the other wedding sites since most of L&L reviews are on L&L process and not the photographer you may or may not chose. The thing about L&L is that you don’t interact with your photographer until a week before the wedding. The week before the wedding is probably one the craziest weeks of your life, so my one area of improvement is to allow the couple to engage with the photographer a little sooner. Although I understand why it’s structured this way, it makes it a little more crazy if you don’t opt for engagement photos to interact with your photographer sooner.
The week of your wedding you'll receive your photographer's contact info and if they’re good (like ours was) they’ll reached out to you to introduce themselves and discuss the important parts of your wedding and certain shots you’d like to capture. We received our photos and video very promptly as promised and they’re wonderful. Overall we are pleased with the service, product, and our photographer, especially for the value and price.

We were given a discount code in an email from Lily & Lime which we used to buy a photography package for our wedding. We paid a deposit to get locked in and the website displayed ...
two future payments we would have to make. When we logged in to pay our second payment the amount due was higher by the tune of a few hundred dollars. I decided to reach out to them to find out what happened.
Four emails and two phone calls and they still haven't figured it out. After the first phone call they immediately admitted this was their mistake and assured me it would be solved in 1-2 business days. It has now been a week and a half since I reached out to Lily & Lime to have this corrected. When the time frame they give me goes by I have to be the one to reach back out to them to let them know they haven't fixed the issue; they do not follow up at all even when they assured me they would.
I've spoken to a few different representatives now and they're all very friendly, but seem to tell you they'll fix it just to get you off the phone so they can bump the problem down the line.
I have very little confidence they will be reliable on the day of our wedding and will be asking for a refund for the deposit we made. I feel like I've been very patient and understanding but Lily & Lime just does not seem capable of delivery a quality product.

mazing shots on our special day. They were laid back, not too pushy, and gave us some really special photos of our day that we would not have gotten otherwise. Our one issue was that the second photographer that was supposed to take the groom and groomsmen to a different area for their photos before the ceremony so that my bridesmaids and I could get photos before the ceremony as well, had to be told multiple times to actually do so. I ended up making one of the groomsmen get my husband and the other groomsmen together to get the photos started. They didn't start taking the groomsmen photos until 45 minutes before the ceremony, which made everything before the ceremony late, and I was still outside when guests began to arrive.
Besides that we had some beautiful photos and memories all caught by our lovely photographer and videographer.

feel to our wedding with forgoing a lot of the "traditions" and just spending time celebrating with our friends and family. Wendy totally understood our views, and really went with that flow. As we had never worked with a professional photographer before, she guided us through everything, and really captured the feel of us, and our venue in her photographs. Overall, Lily and Lime was such a pleasure to work with. Doing pretty much everything online made it so easy, and took a lot of stress out of booking a photographer. The online forms they provide for you to fill out also adds to the ease and gives the photographer much needed information that they utilize. The customer service rep, Maddy was also awesome. She is very professional and courteous, and kept us up-to-date on every step of the process, while also sending us emails to remind us to complete certain stages (which trust me, you will appreciate). We received sneak peeks of some of the photos within a week of our wedding, all the photos within two weeks and were able to download/purchase within 6 weeks. They processed them very quickly, which was great. We really enjoyed working with Lily and Lime and their staff, and definitely recommend their services if you are looking for a wedding photographer!

apher based only off of a portfolio and not actually getting to speak to her until the week of our wedding. We chose Monica because we loved her candid shots and boy did she not disappoint!
I spoke to Monica a few days before our wedding to go over which shots were on our "must have" list, which weren't many. She knew our venue and the surrounding area so she gave some tips and we were set. The day of the wedding she showed up to the venue early to get some pictures of the venue itself, then pictures of me getting ready and with my parents and siblings, then my husband getting ready and with his parents and siblings. We did not do a first look and she did not push for it.
During the ceremony I didn't even know she was there. After the ceremony we headed out to take some pictures with me, the groom and the bridal party and she worked fast because we were losing light - we had a 6 pm ceremony in mid-October. Those pictures came out beautiful, and she really made our jewel tone colors pop.
We didn't even notice her during the reception, but she was all over the place, and easy to find when we did want a specific photo. Our guests actually commented on how much they liked her which was great to hear! I've never heard people rave about a photographer like they were raving about Monica. There are so many sweet photos from our reception, and silly photos, and photos full of pure joy. We could not have asked for a better collection of photos from our wedding day.
Afterwards, we got a sneak peek in about a week and a half - very exciting! We got our full portfolio maybe a week or two after that and are now just waiting a couple more weeks to be able to download them.
Lily & Lime won't be for everyone, namely those who want to meet and have a sit down with their photographer ahead of time, but they were perfect for us. The whole process was really easy and we would absolutely recommend them for future brides.

From start to finish they worked with me to ensure that I had exactly what I needed, that I knew about add-on options (without pushing them on me), that I was comfortable and happy with my photographer (who I was able to choose - a great feature offered by Lily & Lime which makes the process feel more personal), and that I loved my photos. They got the photos to me in record time as well; I thought I'd be waiting up to 8 weeks, but the preview came through within two weeks, the photos with watermarks a few days after that, and the downloads in less than a month!
Even though I used a discount, I never felt that they were treating me differently. I can't imagine how they could have made my experience any better - it was darn near perfection! There is no question in my mind that they are organized to a 'T' and that the service I was provided was tailored to me. I'm so thankful I took a shot on Lily & Lime - thank you for helping to make my wedding day a dream!

Lily & Lime's people were all super helpful and responsive before, during, and after our wedding. I interacted with a few different team members at different points, and they were all great to work with.
Our photographer, Leah, was freaking amazing!! I can't recommend her highly enough. She is an absolutely amazing photographer - her work is just beautiful - but her personality is the icing on the cake. She's knowledgeable and professional, but also super friendly and fun. My husband and I were a little nervous that working with a photographer we didn't know well would feel awkward/uncomfortable, but that flew out the window as soon as we met Leah. Seriously - we can't recommend her highly enough!
Overall, working with Lily & Lime was a choice we'd make again & again. Thanks for a great experience!

I decided to go with Casey T for my photographer and I could not have been more pleased with her warmth and professionalism.
