We had the pleasure of working with Elise from Lily & Lime as our wedding photographer, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment she arrived, Elise was warm, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. She had a wonderful eye for detail and captured every special moment — from the quiet, emotional ones to the big, joyful celebrations — all with incredible artistry.
She gave great direction when needed but also let natural moments unfold, which made for such a beautiful variety of photos. The final images were absolutely stunning and truly captured the love, laughter, and magic of our day. We’ve looked through our gallery countless times and still get emotional — the memories she preserved mean so much to us.

I hired a photographer through Lilly and Lime from an instagram AD I had come across for my 8/22/2025 wedding. I could not be happier with the moments he captured! The quality and detail our photographer Khurram provided was truly amazing. I immediately let my family know should they need a photographer to reach out to Lilly and Lime in hopes to hire the same photographer! I would highly suggest you hire your photographer for any occassion through them ❤️

We were genuinely disappointed with how our special day unfolded from a photography standpoint, especially given how much we had looked forward to capturing those once-in-a-lifetime moments. That said, we want to acknowledge and sincerely thank Lily & Lime for taking responsibility and showing real accountability.
They not only offered a refund for the unused hours but also extended additional financial compensation—something we did not expect and deeply appreciate. Their willingness to engage with us respectfully and sincerely after the fact has not gone unnoticed.
While we may choose not to use Lily & Lime again in the future, primarily because our experience fell short during such an important occasion, we do want to be fair in saying that there are clearly exceptional photographers on their team—we’ve seen the quality of their work elsewhere, and it’s impressive. We regret that our experience didn’t match that standard, but we are grateful for how the company handled our concerns after the fact.

We are beyond thrilled with our experience working with Lily and Lime and our photographer (Andrew) and videographer (Steve). From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and so easy to communicate with. On our wedding day, they somehow managed to be everywhere without ever feeling intrusive—they captured every special moment, big and small, so naturally and beautifully.

Lily and Lime was great to work with for our photo and video needs, and made this part of our wedding stress free which was huge. It was easy to coordinate with them via email and phone, and they were super communicative.
We wanted a photographer that was familiar with Santa Barbara and our venues, and they provided just that. Brianna was knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and professional. Most importantly our photos came back quick and were gorgeous :)
At first we were hesitant to add videography but boy are we glad we did. The videographer Shehbaz worked seamlessly with photography to keep things smooth and efficient. Our day really came alive again when we watched the finish product, and the way it was edited it felt like we were in a movie.
I'd recommend Lily and Lime to family, friends and other couples that want a convenient, high quality yet great value photo and video service. Having these memories captured successfully is the cherry on top of our special day.

10 star experience!! My fiancé and I got married last fall in 2024 and we explored many photography/video options for our big day. Lily and Lime stood out above the rest they were an absolute delight to work with great communication and gave us many good options to choose our photographer from. Since we were getting married in Santa Barbara we went with Brianna B who is a Santa Barbara local and knew the area and ceremony location like the back of her hand. She did not disappoint took amazing photos all day from ceremony to reception to cocktail hour and dance party! She also made sure we had time to catch our breaths and have a drink or two in between all the big moments. Lastly our Videographer delivered an amazing heartfelt video of our big ceremony edited into 5 minutes of tear dropping moments moments. Thank you for making our day very special Lily and Lime you guys rock!!

My husband and I had a great experience with Lily and Lime. They have multiple options for services that are at a reasonable price. During the inquiry process, the customer service was very helpful via email. They would get back to us in a timely manner. We went with the one photographer for 8 hours option only. It was easy to purchase and they gave us an option to do payments or pay the balance in full. Once you purchase with them, you get to create your wedding portfolio through their website, which was very user friendly. A few months before our day, they gave us an option for a second photographer. Even with that they were very accommodating because they were able to get a last minute photographer to do it and we were able to choose the amount of hours we needed compared to their other packages.
On the day of our photographers were Eric and Alex. Both gentlemen were extremely nice and professional. We appreciated their guidance and their flexibility with certain constraints given to us by the church. They were able to give us a few edited pictures by the end of our wedding night which was great. We also received our final pictures earlier than expected and they were absolutely stunning. So special thank you to Eric and Alex.

They were very professional and they provided great and timely service. I chose the option where you can choose your photographer which allowed me to pick from a group of people. The guy I worked with was great, he did both my engagement session and wedding. He made sure he took my requests into account and got all the pictures and the vibe I wanted. I got a small preview of my wedding pictures about 2 weeks after my wedding and got all my pictures 3 weeks after my wedding. Overall, amazing company and easy to reach if there are any issues.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dajuana for our wedding, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Dajuana and Jarmaine went above and beyond to capture every special moment of our event. They were a joy to work with on the day of the event. My lead photographer was Rashaad. He was very personable and creative. In fact he was so personable that my family and guests thought I knew him. Our photos were gorgeous. I really didn't know what to expect when booking this vendor as there was some mixed reviews and I was worried I may have made the wrong choice. The booking process so easy there were several packages to choose from at all price points. You dont have any contact info with your photographer until about 1 week before your wedding. Lily and Lime staff was super responsive in any questions we had which helped a lot, then a week before we got an e-mail from Erica asking to set up a call, she made us feel at ease and we knew we made the right choice, she was super easy to work with and my family loved her. Erica was on time and really seemed passionate about her job. After the wedding Lily and Lime edits the photos, we were shocked how fast we got all the photos back. Overall we were very happy with our experience and would suggest them.

I’ll start by saying the photographer herself was incredible and very talented. The company Lily and Lime is horrible. They do not outline the timeline for photos when booking or after booking, so I assumed it would be standard wedding industry timing (sneak peek photos the week following the wedding and the full batch of photos 4ish weeks later). Not the case. My wedding was a month ago and I still haven’t seen a single photo despite numerous requests for sneak peeks and Lily and Lime “expediting” this to their post-production team. Still nothing after weeks of “expediting.” I had a scheduled phone call with a manager and they never called stating unexpected staffing issues. The internal teams clearly don’t communicate well or have access to the post-production teams which is a major process error on their part. You also don’t get to speak to your actual photographer until the week of your wedding which is when you’re busy with many other things; this also was not made clear when booking. Overall a very disappointing experience.

When I found Lily and Lime I felt relieved. I was struggling to find a package that would fit within my budget and Lily helped. They responded super fast and answered all my questions. When filling out the plan the questions were super easy and did not take long at all. I had some hiccups with my planning but when I reached out of the changes they fixed them right away. Our photographer called us a week in advance to check in and he asked us questions that would help with our photo session! Overall an amazing experience!!!

Never use this company. EVER. I did some more research on the company after not really hearing anything from them other than a notification about another payment being due a month after signing up. Seemed fishy. My wedding isn't for 8 months. Signed up Jan 31 and it is now Feb 28. I did some digging and found a review from a videographer that had worked with the company in the past. They stated that there are 3 companies that are all the same ownership (Lily & Lime, George Street, and Bydesign). The gist of what the vieographer said is they offer photographers half the market value would be of the photoshoot. Basically they get any photographer that is desperate enough to take the job right before the wedding. Their whole goal is to not let you know about the photographer. Its luck of the draw if they are good or bad.
I notify the company I would like to cancel services. They then send me a whole cancellation contract that says I owe the rest of the 50% of total cost (yes I did sign a contract that said this so bad on me I guess) and that I am not able to say anything about the company in a bad light basically, and that I am not able to share any details about the contract to anyone else. After speaking with them on the phone and expressing how ridiculous this all is, they act like they have heard it a million times by saying sorry you feel this way about the situation. That's probably why they have statements in their contract that say things about disputing charges on credit cards. A good company who knows their work will be adequate would not need to worry about those things. They care about one thing and one thing only... your money. Not about capturing your wedding or making it a pleasant experience. Please don't get sucked into the low price of this company.
It is a massive scam and that's how they operate. Don't make my same mistake.

To make booking accessible, we start with a $200 deposit so you can ensure your favorite package and wedding date is locked in, but then another payment is typically due within 30 days. With the 6 hour package, we do also hand select a photographer for you to continue to keep our prices with that package low! The option to choose your photographer is available with our 8 or 10 hour package. We are sorry we weren’t able to work with you for your big day.

We worked with Jose and Action, and both were reliable and punctual. They made us feel at ease in a stressful time and got us laughing for some really fun shots. Lily and Lime were great to work with! The initial process of putting together a photography plan was so helpful for us! It allowed us to put together our timeline much easier. The photographers themselves were great! Joe had us all laughing and having a good time while also being professional and helping us pose. He came up with ideas we wouldn't have thought of on our own and now we have beautiful memories every time we see our pictures!

“Stay away” is the best name for this rating. This companies own customer service agent admitted it’s taking longer than usual to find a photographer, and when we had a date change (even though no photographer was assigned), they still wanted to charge fees? But you didn’t even perform any job duties. Oh and coincidentally they had no one else available (even though they claimed to have 6 photographers & “a network of others”). I sure hope my deposit refund is in my account by this weekend. Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for the good reviews and go somewhere else.

For our July wedding, Dejuana (main photographer) made our wedding photo session smooth and fun. She helped make everyone comfortable the vibe light. Organized great poses and took advantage of every scenic environment for portrait photos. Dejuana and Dan (videographer) collaborated amazingly to set up our first look and had an amazing cover of our first dance.
Our final video was well put together and covered every important detail. We have more than plenty of photos including all edited and non edited photons.
The online portal helped with The process of planning the photo sessions and communicating priorities for video/photo coverage.

We absolutely LOVED our photographer, Bill Rice! He was so efficient with photographing our wedding. All of our guests were complimenting his work and wanted to know where we hired him from. So many of my friends now want to hire Lily & Lime for their events and request him as their photographer. Our pictures came out amazing and we're still having a hard time narrowing down our favorites. I would absolutely recommend Lily & Lime, especially Bill! He did amazing work and helped make the wedding run so smoothly.

Friendly, Professional Service at a Bargain Price
After much Google research I found Lily and Lime on The Knot. I was so nervous I actually booked photographers from different companies for my various photo shoots. In the end Lily and Lime was the best. My photographer name was Alex and she was very creative and took wonderful beach pictures of us. The best part of Lily and Lime has to be their back-office/customer service support. Each couple gets assign to one coordinator and mine was Nick. He is one of the most patient and helpful person you will meet. But even when Nick wasn’t there and I spoke to his co-worker, they were equally wonderful. What was unbelievable is that their price is a bargain compared to other companies! I had multiple people come up to me during my wedding and ask who took our beautiful engagement pictures and how much it cost and no one could believe the price. I also got the wedding video package (at a great price) and my friends get really excited watching it because a lot of them missed my wedding because of COVID. I highly recommend Lily and Lime for your wedding.

We hired Lily & Lime for our Wedding and they made the whole experience extremely easy and painless. Our venue and hotel was in an area that neither the groom nor I had a lot of knowledge of, so Lily & Lime helped us find local photographers that we loved! The first photographer we chose became injured and wasn't going to be well enough to shoot our wedding. Fortunately, Lily & Lime let us know in advance and we were able to pick an alternate photographer who did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Lily & Lime to others!

I hired Lily&Lime photograph for both my engagement photo session and the day of ceremony/reception. I was really stressed about coordinating everything with my vendors, but the process to get started with Lily&Lime was super easy. Once you booked them, you will get a personalized online portal that has all the information of your event. You can use that portal to plan for the details and create your timeline. It was super helpful for me, especially I had a day of coordinator for my wedding and I was basically planning everything on my own.
The two photographers I worked with were super nice! I forgot the name of the lady who did our engagement photo since it was a while back, but Crystal was the one who did our wedding ceremony and reception shoot. Both of them were very nice, professional, and fun to chat with! Not to mention, the pictures came out super beautiful!
The customer service at Lily&Lime has been pretty responsive. I have mainly communicated with them via email, and they normally would respond within 24 hours.
I highly recommend Lily&Lime to everyone!

Lily & Lime provided exceptional customer service. They always responded promptly to all my questions. They also were really accommodating when we had to reschedule our wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The photographer was great at getting everyone to focus when it came time to get the photos. She was so friendly and calm and we really appreciated it. Honestly of all my wedding vendors Lily & Lime was my favorite to work with. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was chaotic and crazy but they were truly amazing. I will definitely be recommending to any future couples looking for a photographer.

I really enjoyed the photographers that were there at my wedding. I really appreciated him to offer his car for our dresses. The photos came out wonderful, the only thing that I was a little disappointed in was the second photographer did not take photos of the guests like I had requested. I wanted photos of my grandparents, aunt, uncles, ect. But other than that I really appreciated the main photographer. He was wonderful!!!!

Lily & Lime was a pleasure to work with. From day one Nick (customer support) was helping us with everything we needed. The videographer communicated with us a week before the wedding to make sure to ask us what we needed and wanted from him at the wedding and he delivered! We love the video! Also, they were happy to make changes to our video to deliver it the way we wanted them! Great company to work with!

We were supposed to get married on 3/22/2020, but because of the COVID-19 situation, we had to postpone 3 days prior to our wedding until further notice. When I called Lily & Lime to discuss my situation, the customer service representative made it seem like they had compassion and would work with us. But when we decided that we would just do a small civil ceremony and didn't need 8 hours of photography services, they said they would only refund our deposit ($200) and we would have to eat the rest of the cost. Given that we were forced to make this decision and it was definitely not my choice to forgo our beautiful wedding, we tried to talk to them about refunding their fee plus 50% of the photographer's fee. They refused to work with us and continuously tried to have me sign a cancellation agreement that showed that we would get $0 refund. We refused to sign it and disputed all of the charges with my credit card, which was found in my favor and the money was charged back to me. I just saw today that they attempted to take the funds from my credit card again saying it was a "temporary credit." If you want a company who will work with you and cares about you as a person, STAY AWAY!! They only care about the bottom line and getting their money. I feel bad for all those other brides they swindled out of their money during this difficult time. I would give them 0 stars if I could...

Lily and Lime has great customer service and they were so helpful - from giving great tips during planning, to providing a guide for preparing the timeline for our wedding day and answering any questions we had in a timely manner. Last but not least, their prices are reasonable and they offered different package options to suit our budget.
We chose our photographer after browsing their portfolios and we were very happy with Ariel. She took great photos both at our engagement session and during our special day.

Lily & Lime was one of the best decisions of our wedding. Wedding budgets quickly get out of control and we couldn’t imagine spending $3-7,000 on photography. I found Lily & Lime and loved the concept. I chose my photographer (Britta - cannot rave about her enough) and then didn’t have to worry about it again until the week of. I’ll be honest, I worried about how it would be first connecting the week of my wedding but as the time went by I was actually glad to not have to have yet another vendor to connect with and keep track of. We did the 8 hours and ended up adding an associate photographer for 4 hours which was another great decision.
The day of, the both arrived a little early and immediately got to work capturing memories. Over 10 people have told me how sweet Britta was and how much they liked her. She wasn’t intrusive but got the pictures that needed to be taken done. She also brought lighting that was amazing!
Afterwards, I got a few sneak peeks a couple weeks later and I instantly got excited. I felt a little apprehensive worrying that I would hate the pictures and that all went away. I got all of my pictures about 3 weeks after the wedding - over 3,000!!! Even after taking out the ones that weren’t really usable (not the photographers fault, just didn’t like double chin angles, eyes closed in some variations, etc.) we have 2,400 beautiful pictures. Multiple people have asked who my photographer was (some of those paid over $5k for theirs and like our pics more). Couldn’t be happier!
