We loved the photos we got from Lily and Lime. Our photographer, Brianna, was amazing! She was helpful, made us feel comfortable and have fun when taking photos. She captured great pictures of us and our family and friends! The only thing we would change is the timeline feature on the website. It would be nice to have some sort of guideline for how long each part of the day will take to shoot, so that we make a realistic timeline to begin with, rather than trying to make adjustments close to the wedding date. Other than that, we loved Lily and Lime, loved the photo quality, and really enjoyed working with all of the staff- they were friendly, professional, and helpful.

ch. We also kept receiving reminders about our plan that was due like two weeks later which was very annoying for us but might be beneficial for others. Nadia and Vlad who took our pictures were great. They asked questions to make sure we were comfortable in front of the camera and also to make sure we got all the shots we wanted. It was great to have two photographers for two different perspectives especially during the ceremony. We would have liked a bit more guidance on how to pose as a lot of our pictures look quite staged and not as natural. While we are happy that we received our pictures before the expected editing timeline of 6 weeks, the edits could have been a lot better and better sorted. We received quite a lot of duplicate pictures, sometimes up to 6 pictures of the same frame, some pictures have very bad lighting or are not centered at all. They sorted some pictures into favorites, ceremony, dinner etc but then put all other pictures in a big dump of other pictures which was a lot to go through and sort ourselves. What made this tougher is that the pictures seemed out of order, so it started with cocktail hour pictures, then pictures of the ceremony and then with cocktail hour pictures again, so it was more difficult for us to select our favorites as we had to keep scrolling back and forth between the pictures and different folders. Overall we are happy with the pictures, professionalism of the company and communication but the editing could have been better and an option to not receive so many reminders.

d from the day and our photos. Photos were fun and he made sure that we got every shot/setting that we wanted. He was always there if we needed him but he was never in the way or rushing us. He really listened to the style we wanted and kept us relaxed and happy the whole time. Lily & Lime was the photography company we worked with. They are much cheaper than some of the other quotes we saw and it was a great way to simplify the photography process. When you make an account, you can view all available photographers for the day you want and view their portfolios. At the time of booking, you request a specific photographer. What they don’t tell you is that you aren’t guaranteed that photographer when you submit your non refundable deposit. We had selected a photographer who did not accept our request but we had already paid. Lily & Lime sent us 3 other “comparable” options but they were no where near the same caliber of who we tried to book. I made a separate account to view ALL available photographers and found Micah and specifically requested him. Luckily, he accepted, but he was not given as an option by Lily & Lime initially. The company did not seem to care that we had selected a specific photographer for their style and just threw a random replacement at us until we specifically requested differently. Other than that hiccup, the process was great. They have an online portal to add all the wedding day details, timelines, specific requests, etc. The portal is easy to use and it’s the same place pictures are uploaded after your event.

as quoted for the package I was specifically interested in, and it was everything I wanted. When I went to check out on the website, all of the pricing was different and some of the options (6 hour videography) wasn't even available. The difference between what I was quoted and what I was able to select was over $1,000. I scheduled a call with a customer service representative who said she had to discuss this with her manager. I received a call from Kira today, and she was absolutely awful. Background, I am also a sales manager so I know how this game goes. She refused to honor the price I was quoted from her sales associate. The only thing she could offer me was $100 off of an ADDITIONAL SERVICE and insisted that there was nothing she could do. She also made it plainly clear that their prices change by the season. In common terms, they price gouge and take advantage of their customers because they CAN. When a company quotes you a price, that quote should be honored, regardless if it was a mistake. When I asked for a supervisor above her, I was denied that request. Just because they are a one stop shop, does NOT mean they are worth it. Pay the extra money and give your business to a company who actually cares about their customers.

ing. We only got one option to choose from when we had to pick a new one. We weren't allowed to contact that photographer until the week of our wedding which was stressful given our other one had flaked on us and the week of your wedding is stressful enough already! On the day of our wedding, the photographers showed up on time but did not do a great job at sticking to the schedule. It took much longer than I expected to get just one shot of our bridal party. I had to keep things on track myself so that we did not end up behind schedule. Even had to get my sister-in-law and aunt involved with calling out names during our family photos. Our photographer was pretty laid back and not much of a leader. Was great when it was just the two of us but did not seem comfortable with a big group. Photos, however, turned out great and we got them about a month after the wedding which was awesome. Was happy with the final output. If you have a big wedding party and a big family, might be worth considering spending a little more. This service was in line with the lower price point.

We were hoping to share our wedding album with our family for the holidays, but now I am not really sure we will receive any photos we can use, at all. While the photographer was a very sweet individual and took pretty good shots, we can't use any of them because of the agency and are very frustrated. Update: We received the edited photos in January. The customer service team that responded to this review was able to get us through the finish line.

Just got my pictures, I prepped the photographer that I wanted mostly candid because I really don't enjoy staged photos having grown up with a photographer mother. He proceeded to ...

force staged photos and I told him repeatedly day of the wedding mid photographs that I did not want to do staged pictures like this and would not like the final product. He aggressively ignored me. I held out hope but just got the pictures and cannot find a single one I like in over 1000 photos. Beyond that, he seemed to have ignored most of the things I wanted. I had a parade of children I didn't get to watch walk down the aisle and was so excited to see pictures only to find he photographed only my niece and nephew looking irritable. So, I said I didn't want staged and got basically only staged photos which I hate. I should have saved the money. I prefer the pictures guests took on their cellphones and they were available the next day.

Somethings that were difficult were not being able to speak to the videographer and photographer until a very short time (like 24-48 hrs) before the wedding. This caused stress. I cannot comment on the video yet. As of 11/8 we have not recieved the video yet but are hoping to have access in the next month based on feedback from Nora.

h how my photos turned out, I could not articulate my words….future brides and grooms, PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF!!!!! It was our biggest regret. I was looking forward to having lifelong memories of our most special day and instead we got a miserable experience, wasted money, and garbage photos. I did reach out to Lily&Lime in tears and all they offered was a photo book and NO I did NOT redeem because why would I want awful photos in book form?! 0/10 stars

ok that to heart. She got tons of great candid pictures and made us feel super comfortable. She even took pictures outside in the Wisconsin December cold (it was snowing and coooold!). She was incredibly kind, and we sincerely enjoyed having her there at our day.

whole digital album of fun ideas to do with my bridesmaids. He also went out in the bitter cold with us to capture some pictures in the snow! He also captured some gorgeous mirror shots that we absolutely love. If you are in the twin cities, I highly recommend you use Alexander if he is available. Our families even noticed and complimented how awesome he was! We had to postpone our event due to covid and Lily and Lime made rescheduling so easy. They even made sure we could still have our original photographer we booked, which was wonderful. It was super nice to have a sneak peak with the editors choice album so that we could at least see a few pictures before the whole portfolio will be released. The online portal and forms were easy to complete and make payments on. Overall, we highly recommend Lily and Lime and especially our photographer Alexander!

The photographer was very nice and great at dealing with my friends and family, but after gushing over how long my dress train and veil were I thought I would get a lot of photos r...

eflecting that, but after waiting 2 months (got the movie back first), I found virtually no pictures showing how long my dress was as almost all of the photos were close up or front facing, not even the getting ready photos where the she took pics of the dress before I climbed in. all of the other pictures were great and beautiful but this one this was really a let down. the groom also felt we waited too long but I'm not sure about that. Update: After I posted my review I heard back from Lily and Lime very quickly and they gave me a free large canvas print and 200$ in prints to make up for my dissatisfaction. I was very impressed and happy that they tried so hard to make it right.

hat's on me, not them. My lead and assistant photographers were phenomenal and I would have paid WAY MORE for either of them and wish I would have done so. Knocking one star for minimal communication (normal based on their contracts) and the fact they do all editing instead of leaving it up to the photographers. I would have definitely gone through our photographer(s) if I knew that they wouldn't be the ones doing the editing. I really loved using Lily and Lime for introducing me to two wonderful women who I will be having photos done with at a later time, though.

for the camera. I am in love with all of the candid photos of us and all of our guests. The customer service at Lily and Lime was also amazing. I decided last minute that I wanted to add extra hours with the photographer and they worked with me to help me get exactly what I wanted (even though I was doing this only weeks before my wedding). They always responded quickly and were super polite. Highly recommend!

The only thing that frustrated me was I couldn't get the contact info for our photographer until the week of, which stressed me out because I worked two days that week and then she was only available to call one other day before the actual wedding day, so it was a rush to get a chance to speak with her before the wedding day.
